1海洋来源真菌Penicillium brevicompactum OUCMDZ-4920的活性产物研究显示文摘通过化学与生物活性相结合的集成筛选方法,从海底沉积物样品(-68 m)中分离得到一株霉酚酸的产生菌短密青霉菌(Penicillium brevic Bompactum OUCMDZ-4920).从其寡营养发酵产物中分离获得了包括8个霉酚酸类化合物在内的11个化合物,其中外消旋的brevicolides A(1)和B(2)为新化合物.通过光谱分析、电子圆二色谱(ECD)、化学转化、手性拆分和Mosher反应,将其结构依次鉴定为(2'S,3'R)-(-)-brevicolide A(1a)、(2'R,3'S)-(+)-brevicolide A(1b)、(2'S,3'S)-(-)-brevicolide B(2a)、(2'R,3'R)-(+)-brevicolide B(2b)、霉酚酸(3)、3-羟基霉酚酸(4)、(S)-2-甲基-4-[5-羟基-7-甲氧基-4-甲基-1-氧亚基-6-(1,3-二氢异苯并呋喃基)]丁酸(5)、norpestaphthalides A(6)和B(7)、5,7-二甲氧基-4-甲基异苯并呋喃-1(3H)-酮(8)、6,8-二羟基-3-羟甲基-1H-异苯并吡喃-1-酮(9)、brevianamides A(10)和E(11).化合物3对小鼠白血病细胞P388、人口腔上皮癌细胞KB、人结直肠癌细胞HT29、人乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和人肺癌细胞A549表现出较好的抑制活性,IC50值为0.4~5.29μmol·L^(-1),对白色念珠菌表现出较好的抗真菌活性,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为4.7μmol·L^(-1).合成了4个新化合物(-)-7-O-methylbrevicolide A(12a)、(+)-7-O-methylbrevicolide A(12b)、(-)-7-O-methylbrevicolide B(13a)和(+)-7-O-methylbrevicolide B(13b).陈玲玲 朱统汉 朱国良 刘云龙 王聪 Pawinee Piyachaturawat Arthit Chairoungdua 朱伟明 2017有机化学2017,37,10:7

16Role of Calcination Temperature on Isosorbide Production from Sorbitol Dehydration over the Catalyst Derived from Ce(IV)Sulfate显示文摘Isosorbide is a multi-purpose chemical that can be produced from renewable resources.Specifically,it has been investigated as a replacement for toxic bisphenol A(BPA)in the production of polycarbonate(PC).In this study,the synthesis of isosorbide by sorbitol dehydration using a cerium-based catalyst derived from calcined cerium(IV)sulfate(300°C,400°C,450°C,500°C,and 650°C)was investigated.The reaction occurred in a high-pressure reactor containing nitrogen gas.Advanced instrumental techniques were applied to analyze the characteristics of the calcined catalyst.The results showed that the calcined catalysts demonstrated different crystalline structures and sulfate species at different temperatures.However,the acidic properties(strength and amount)of the catalyst did not change with the calcination temperature.The cerium(IV)sulfate calcined at 400°C exhibited the best catalytic performance,achieving the highest isosorbide yield(55.7%)and complete conversion of sorbitol at 180°C,20 bar of N2,and 6 h using CeSO-400.The presence of a sulfate group on the catalyst was the most important factor in determining the catalytic performance of sorbitol dehydration to isosorbide.This work suggests that CeSO-400 catalysts may play an important role in reducing reaction conditions.Medta Boupan Kanyapak Prompang Achiraya Chompunuch Piwat Boonma Arthit Neramittagapong Somnuk Theerakulpisut Sutasinee Neramittagapong 2023Journal of Renewable Materials2023,11,7:0
17Improving the non-destructive maturity classification model for durian fruit using near-infrared spectroscopy显示文摘The maturity state of durian fruit is a key indicator of quality before trading.This research aims to improve the near-infrared(NIR)model for classifying the maturity stage of durian fruit using a completely non-destructive measurement.Both NIR spectrometers were investigated:the short wavelength NIR(SWNIR)ranging from 450 to 1000 nm and long wavelength NIR(LWNIR)ranging from 860 to 1750 nm.The samples collected for experimentation consisted of four stages:immaturity,prematurity,maturity,and ripe.Each fruit was scanned at the rind position on the main fertile lobe(header,middle,and tail)and stem.The classification models were developed using three supervised machine learning algorithms:linear discriminant analysis(LDA),support vector machine(SVM),and K-Nearest neighbours(KNN).The analysis results revealed that the use of durian rind spectra only obtained between 83.15%and 88.04%accuracy for the LWNIR spectrometer,while the SWNIR spectrometer provided 64.73 to 93.77%accuracy.The performance of model increases when developing with combination between rind and stem spectra.The LDA model developed using a combination of rind and stem spectra provided the greatest efficiency,exhibiting 97.28%and 100%accuracy for LWNIR and SWNIR spectrometers,respectively.The LDAmodelis therefore recommended for obtaining spectra from smoothingmoving average(MA)+baseline of rind position and when used in combination with the MA+standard normal variance(SNV)of stem spectra.The NIR spectroscopy indicated high potential for non-destructive estimation of the durian maturity stage.This process could be used for quality control in the durian export industry to solve the problem of unripe durian being mixed with ripe fruit.Sirirak Ditcharoen Panmanas Sirisomboon Khwantri Saengprachatanarug Arthit Phuphaphud Ronnarit Rittiron Anupun Terdwongworakul Chayuttapong Malai Chirawan Saenphon Lalita Panduangnate Jetsada Posom 2023Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2023,,1:0
