1Facile synthesis of poly(aroxycarbonyltriazole)s with aggregation-induced emission characteristics by metal-free click polymerization显示文摘Regioseletive 1,3-dipolar polycycloadditions of 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenyl dipropiolate (1) and tetraphenylethene (TPE)-containing diazides (2) are carried out in polar solvents such as DMF/toluene at a moderate temperature of 100℃ for 6 h,producing poly(aroxycarbonyltriazole)s (PACTs) P3 with high molecular weights (Mw up to 23900) and regioregularities (F1,4 up to ~90%) in high yields (up to ~99%).These metal-free click polymerizations can propagate smoothly in an open atmosphere without protection from oxygen and moisture.The obtained polymers are soluble in common organic solvents and thermally stable at temperatures up to 375℃.Thanks to their contained TPE moieties,the PACTs show aggregation-induced emission and can serve as fluorescent chemosensors for superamplified detection of explosives.LI HongKun MEI Ju WANG Jian ZHANG Shuang ZHAO QiuLi WEI Qiang QIN AnJun SUN JingZhi TANG Ben Zhong 2011Science China Chemistry2011,54,4:8
2Detection of the critical micelle concentration of cationic and anionic surfactants based on aggregation-induced emission property of hexaphenylsilole derivatives显示文摘We report a fluorescence 'turn-on' method to detect the critical micelle concentration (CMC) of surfactants. This method works well for both cationic and anionic surfactants. It employs an unprecedented mechanism (aggregation-induced emission, or AIE) to determine the CMC values, and the results are consistent with the data obtained by the classical techniques. In addition, this method renders the convenient detection of the CMC values. Any large and professional instruments are unnecessary, instead, a portable UV lamp and an ultrasonic generator are enough to carry out the detection in an ordinary laboratory. Considering that micelles are interesting entities and have found applications in many important fields such as emulsion polymerization, template of nanosized materials synthesis, controllable drug delivery and macromolecular self-assembling. 3The protective effects of peptides from Chinese baijiu on AAPH-induced oxidative stress in HepG2 cells via Nrf2 signaling pathway显示文摘Antioxidant peptides have been widely reported.However,only a few reports have been published examining the antioxidant peptides derived from Chinese baijiu.In this study,6 novel peptides derived from Chinese baijiu were identified successfully using high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupoletime-of-flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-QTOF-MS)with a concentration of 0.835–24.540μg/L.The underlying molecular mechanisms were investigated,and their cytoprotective effects were examined against 2,2’-azobis(2-methylpropanimidamidine)dihydrochloride(AAPH)-induced oxidative stress in Hep G2 cells.The results showed that these peptides exerted protective effects by suppressing reactive oxygen species(ROS)generation,preventing malondialdehyde(MDA)formation,and upregulating cellular antioxidant enzyme activities(SOD,CAT,and GSH-Px)in a dose-dependent manner.Further experiments proved that these peptides exerted antioxidant effects via Nrf2/ARE-mediated signaling pathway by promoting Nrf2 nuclear translocation,inhibiting ubiquitination,and enhancing transcription capacity of Nrf2 in Hep G2 cells.These findings provide the molecular basis for the effects of antioxidant peptides derived from Chinese baijiu,which is important for a deeper understanding of the relationship between human health and moderate drinking.Jiaying Huo Yuezhang Ming Huifeng Li Anjun Li Jiwen Zhao Mingquan Huang Weizheng Sun Jihong Wu Jinglin Zhang 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,6:3
4Three new lignan glucosides from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis显示文摘Three new lignan glucosides, baicalensinosides A–C(1–3), were isolated from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. The structural elucidation was achieved by in-depth spectroscopic examinations and qualitative chemical test. Structurally, these compounds belong to the 3,4-dibenzyltetrahydrofurantype lignan glycoside with a mono-hydroxyl substitution at the 70-position of benzylidene group on the numbering system of lignans being one of their shared critical features. The anti-osteoporotic activity of the isolated compounds was assessed in an in vitro osteoprotegerin(OPG) transcriptional activity assay using dual luciferase reporter detection. 5Modulating Sand’s time by ion-transport-enhancement toward dendrite-free lithium metal anode显示文摘Metallic lithium is deemed as the“Holy Grail”anode in high-energy-density secondary batteries.Uncontrollable lithium dendrite growth and related issues originated from uneven concentration distribution of Li+in the vicinity of the anode,however,induce severe safety concerns and poor cycling efficiency,dragging lithium metal anode out of practical application.Herein we address these issues by using cross-linked lithiophilic amino phosphonic acid resin as the effective host with the ion-transportenhancement feature.Based on theoretical calculations and multiphysics simulation,it is found that this ion-transportenhancement feature is capable of facilitating the self-concentration kinetics of Li+and accelerating Li^(+)transfer at the electrolyte/electrode interface,leading to uniform bulk lithium deposition.Experimental results show that the proposed lithiumhosting resin decreases the irreversible lithium capacity and improves lithium utilization(with the Coulombic efficiency(CE)of 98.8%over 130 cycles).Our work demonstrates that inducing the self-concentrating distribution of Li+at the interface can be an effective strategy for improving the interfacial ion concentration gradient and optimizing lithium deposition,which opens a new avenue for the practical development of next-generation lithium metal batteries.Yu Yan Chaozhu Shu Ruixin Zheng Minglu Li Zhiqun Ran Miao He Anjun Hu Ting Zeng Haoyang Xu Ying Zeng 2022Nano Research2022,15,4:2
6Active site synergy of the mixed-phase cobalt diselenides with slight lattice distortion for highly reversible and stable lithium oxygen batteries显示文摘Many non-precious metal-based catalysts with high intrinsic activity for catalytic reactions are prone to structural degradation in practical application,which leads to poor stability.In this work,we propose c-CoSe_(2)/o-CoSe_(2)as the oxygen electrode of lithium-oxygen batteries(LOBs)to improve its cycle stability.The heterogeneous interface inside c-CoSe_(2)/o-CoSe_(2)leads to an increase in the covalence bonds between Co and Se ions,which greatly enhances the robustness of the crystal lattice,thereby improving the stability of the catalyst.In addition,the strong interaction between the mixed phases is favorable for adjusting the electron density around the active sites and boosting oxygen electrode kinetics.Moreover,the epitaxial growth of o-CoSe_(2)on c-CoSe_(2)will cause abundant heterogeneous interfaces and slight lattice distortion along the interfaces,thereby providing sufficient catalytic reaction sites.The DFT calculation results show that the optimized adsorption of intermediates at the heterogeneous interface plays an important role in boosting oxygen electrode reactions and improving the electrochemical performance of LOBs.The experimental results show that LOBs with the c-CoSe_(2)/o-CoSe_(2)electrodes exhibit outstanding performance,including large specific capacity of about 23,878 m A h g^(-1),high coulombic efficiency of up to 93.66%,and excellent stability of over 176 cycles(1410 h).Minglu Li Chaozhu Shu Anjun Hu Yu Yan Miao He Jianping Long 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,33:1

11Responsive hyperbranched poly(formyl-1,2,3-triazole)s toward quadruple-modal information security protection显示文摘Secrecy has received tremendous attention in modern information society. Innovative polymer-based fluorescent materials with multiple mode emission are quite desirable to achieve multistage data security. Herein, a series of soluble and thermally stable hyperbranched poly(formyl-1,2,3-triazole)s(hb-PFTAs) with high molecular weights were facilely prepared by catalyst-free polycycloaddition of aldehyde-activated internal triyne and diazides. Functional moieties of triphenylamine and binaphthyl could be incorporated into the polymers to offer them with unique fluorescence and circular dichroism properties, respectively.By taking advantage of activated ethynyl and aldehyde groups on their peripheries and in the internal branch chains, the hbPFTAs can undergo efficient single-and double-stage post-functionalization. More importantly, based on the remarkable fluorescence responses to hydrazine and hydrochloric acid, the hyperbranched polymers are featured with triple-mode fluorescent patterns and have been applied in quadruple-modal information encryption and storage with enhanced security and density. 14The interventional effect of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua polysaccharide on atherosclerosis in mice of different sexes显示文摘In the present study,we investigated the intervention effects of a purified Polygonatum cyrtonema polysaccharide(PCP)on high-fat diet(HFD)-induced atherosclerosis in male and female LDLr-/-mice.Results showed that HFD caused severe dyslipidemia,atherosclerotic lesions,oxidative damages and inflammation in male and female mice,and these effects seemed to be more pronounced in males than in females.However,the above variations could be dose-dependently reversed by PCP treatment,and the intervention effects on males were greater than those on females.Nuclear factor kappa-B(NF-κB),mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPKs)and protein kinase B(Akt)are 3 pivotal signaling pathways mediating the development of atherosclerosis.Consistently,PCP was also found to significantly decrease the phosphorylation of p65,p38,extracellular-regulated kinase 1/2(ERK1/2)and Akt,and increase the protein expression of inhibitor of NF-κB(IκB)in the aortas of male and female mice induced by HFD.Taken together,these findings indicated that PCP could be effective for the prevention of atherosclerosis,and the intervention effect of PCP on male mice was more obvious than that of female mice.Anjun Guo Xueying Li Lihua Pan Qiangming Li Jianping Luo Xueqiang Zha 2024Food Science and Human Wellness2024,13,1:0

16Synergy of in-situ heterogeneous interphases tailored lithium deposition显示文摘The implementation of a robust artificial solid electrolyte interphase(ASEI)to replace the unstable natural SEI can regulate lithium deposition behaviors and avoid the safety hazards caused by dendrites permeation in lithium metal batteries.Despite of devoted efforts in tailoring components of ASEI,the intrinsic mechanism of interfacial synergy within the heterogeneous interphases has not been well elucidated yet.Herein,we show that the lithium plating/striping behaviors can be substantially enhanced(over 900 h with an overpotential of less than 20 mV at 1 mA·cm^(−2)in Li|Li symmetric cells and 146 cycles in anode-free cells)by regulating the heterogeneous interphases.This favorable ASEI composed of LiF and Li_(3)N components can be in-situ generated during cycling by large-scale fabricated fluorinated boron nitride coatings.Further,the synergy of each heterogeneous component within ASEI was explored theoretically and experimentally.Li_(3)N has high adsorption energy and low ion diffusion barrier,which facilitates the transport of lithium ions and avoids its local accumulation to evolve into dendrites.Both the substrate and LiF are interfacially stable with high electron tunneling barriers,preventing the electrolyte decomposition and parasitic reactions.Finally,the high stiffness of the boron nitride also ensures lithium dendrites are suppressed once they grow,providing a stable environment for long-term cycling of lithium metal batteries.Yinuo Li Anjun Hu Xingdong Gan Miao He Jun Zhu Wei Chen Yin Hu Tianyu Lei Fei Li Yaoyao Li Yuxin Fan Fan Wang Mingjie Zhou An Wen Baihai Li 2023Nano Research2023,16,6:0
17Numerical investigation on dynamic characteristics of flow field in cyclone separators with different dust hopper structures显示文摘The dynamic characteristics of flow field in cyclone separators with different dust hopper structures were studied by coupling Reynolds Stress Model(RSM)and Lagrangian Particle Tracking(LPT)methods.The characteristic frequencies of cylinder section,cone section and dust hopper were calculated as f_(1)=53 Hz,f_(2)=65 Hz,and f_(3)=8 Hz by using Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)method,respectively.Based on the effects of f3 on the motion of vortex,the separated space was divided into none affected region,weakly affected region,and strongly affected region.The characteristic frequency of dust hopper increased with the decrease of dust hopper diameter,while it was independent of the height.The dust hopper with d=1.5D(model D3)and h=1.5D(model H3)can significantly decrease the effect of back-mixing on the motion of inner vortex,which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of cyclone separator.Liyun Zhu Sen Wang Yi Ru Jianzhu Wang Pengju Yang Anjun Li Zhenfei Ma Zhenbo Wang 2023Particuology2023,,11:0
18Effects of in-situZrB_2 nanoparticles and scandium on microstructure and mechanical property of 7N01 aluminum alloy显示文摘In this study, the in-situ synthesized ZrB_(2) nanoparticles and rare earth Sc were introduced to enhance the strength and ductility of 7N01 aluminum alloy, via the generation of high-melting and uniform nanodispersoids. The microstructure and mechanical property evolution of the prepared composites and the interaction between ZrB_(2) and Sc were studied in detail. The microstructure investigation shows that the introduction of rare earth scandium(Sc) can promote the distribution of ZrB_(2) nanoparticles, by improving their wettability to the Al melt. Meanwhile, the addition of rare earth Sc also modifies the coarse Al Zn Mg Mn Fe precipitated phases, refines the matrix grains and generates high-melting Al_3(Sc,Zr)/Al_3Sc nanodispersoids. Tensile tests of the composites show that with the combinatorial introduction of ZrB_(2) and Sc, the strength and ductility of the composites are improved simultaneously compared with the corresponding 7N01 alloy, ZrB_(2) /7N01 composite and Sc/7N01 alloy. And the optimum contents of ZrB_(2) and Sc are 3 wt% and 0.2 wt% in this study. The yield strength, ultimate strength and elongation of(3 wt% ZrB_(2) +0.2 wt% Sc)/7N01 composite are 477 MPa, 506 MPa and 9.8%, increased about 18.1%, 12.2%and 38% compared to 7N01 alloy. 19Manipulating the ion-transference and deposition kinetics by regulating the surface chemistry of zinc metal anodes for rechargeable zinc-air batteries显示文摘Aqueous zinc-air battery(ZAB)has attractive features as the potential energy storage system such as high safety,low cost and good environmental compatibility.However,the issue of dendrite growth on zinc metal anodes has seriously hindered the development of ZAB.Herein,the N-doped carbon cloth(NC)prepared via magnetron sputtering is explored as the substrate to induce the uniform nucleation of zinc metal and suppress dendrite growth.Results show that the introduction of heteroatoms accelerates the migration and deposition kinetics of Zn^(2+)by boosting the desolvation process of Zn^(2+),eventually reducing the nucleation overpotential.Besides,theoretical calculation results confirm the zincophilicity of N-containing functional group(such as pyridine N and pyrrole N),which can guide the nucleation and growth of zinc uniformly on the electrode surface by both promoting the redistribution of Zn^(2+) in the vicinity of the surface and enhancing its interaction with zinc atoms.As a result,the half-cell assembled with magnetron sputtered carbon cloth achieves a high zinc stripping/plating coulombic efficiency of 98.8%and long-term stability of over 500 cycles at 0.2 mA cm^(-2).And the Coulombic efficiency reached about 99.5%at the 10th cycle and maintained for more than 210 cycles at a high current density of 5.0 mA cm^(-2).The assembled symmetrical battery can deliver 220 plating/stripping cycles with ultra-low voltage hysteresis of only 11 mV.In addition,the assembled zinc-air full battery with NC-Zn anode delivers a high special capacity of about 429 mAh g_(Zn)^(-1) and a long life of over 430 cycles.The effectiveness of surface functionalization in promoting the transfer and deposition kinetics of Zn^(2+) presented in this work shows enlightening significance in the development of metal anodes in aqueous electrolytes.Miao He Chaozhu Shu Ruixing Zheng Wei Xiang Anjun Hu Yu Yan Zhiqun Ran Minglu Li Xiaojuan Wen Ting Zeng Jianping Long 2023Green Energy & Environment2023,8,1:0
