| 1 | 助剂对甲烷干重整 Ni/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂性能的影响(英文)显示文摘The Ni catalysts supported on γ-Al2O3 were synthesized by an impregnation method.Their catalytic performance in methane dry reforming was investigated.The reforming reactions were carried out in a microreactor using a CO2:CH4 feed ratio of 1:1,a F/W = 2640 ml/(h·g),reaction temperatures between 500-850 ?C,and at atmospheric pressure.The influence of Ca,Ce,and Zr promoters on catalyst stability,coke deposition,and the H2/CO ratio were also studied.Effluents were analyzed using an online gas chromatograph equipped with a thermal conductivity detector.The spent and fresh catalysts were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.It was found that 3%Ni/γ-Al2O3 promoted with 0.15% Ce and 0.05% Ca gave the best performance and resulted in less coke formation.The highest CH4 and CO2 conversion activities were found to be 94.1% and 98.3% at 850 ?C,respectively.Stability tests were carried out for 130 h and this provided a H2 yield of 91%.Moreover,the amount of formed carbon was negligible and did not increase to more than 1.5 wt%. | Ahmed S.A.AL-FATESH Anis H.FAKEEHA Ahmed E.ABASAEED | 2011 | 催化学报2011,32,10: | 12 |

Its main role is the treatment of advanced dysplasia and early gastrointestinal cancers. EMR was originally described as a therapy for early gastric cancer. Recently its use has expanded as a therapeutic option for ampullary masses, colorectal cancer, and large colorectal polyps. In the Western world, the predominant indication for EMR in the upper gastrointestinal tract is the staging and treatment of advance dysplasia and early neoplasia in Barrett's esophagus. | 4 | Hepatitis C virus induced insulin resistance impairs response to anti viral therapy显示文摘Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is an important risk factor for insulin resistance (IR). The latter is the pathogenic foundation underlying metabolic syndrome, steatosis and cirrhosis, and possibly hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The interplay between genetic and environmental risk factors ultimately leads to the development of IR. Obesity is considered a major risk factor, with dysregulation of levels of secreted adipokines from distended adipose tissue playing a major role in IR. HCV-induced IR may be due to the HCV core protein inducing proteasomal degradation of insulin receptor substrates 1 and 2, blocking intracellular insulin signaling. The latter is mediated by increased levels of both tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and suppressor of cytokine signaling 3 (SOC-3). IR, through different mechanisms, plays a role in the development of steatosis and its progression to steatohepatitis, cirrhosis and even HCC. | 5 | Pancreatic injury in patients with septic shock: A literature review显示文摘Sepsis and septic shock are life threatening condition associated with high mortality rate in critically-ill patients. This high mortality is mainly related to the inadequacy between oxygen delivery and cellular demand leading to the onset of multiorgan dysfunction. Whether this multiorgan failure affect the pancreas is not fully investigated. In fact, pancreatic injury may occur because of ischemia, overwhelming inflammatory response, oxidative stress, cellular apoptosis and/or metabolic derangement. Increased serum amylase and/or lipase levels are common in patients with septic shock. However, imaging test rarely reveal significant pancreatic damage. Whether pancreatic dysfunction does affect the prognosis of patients with septic shock or not is still a matter of debate. In fact, only few studies with limited sample size assessed the clinical relevance of the pancreatic injury in this group of patients. In this review, we aimed to describe the epidemiology and the physiopathology of pancreatic injury in septic shock patients, to clarify whether it requires specific management and to assess its prognostic value. Our main finding is that pancreatic injury does not significantly affect the outcome in septic shock patients. | 6 | Colorectal cancer surveillance in inflammatory bowel disease: The search continues显示文摘Patients with infl ammatory bowel disease (IBD) are at increased risk for colorectal cancer (CRC). Risk factors for the development of CRC in the setting of IBD include disease duration, anatomic extent of disease, age at time of diagnosis, severity of inflammation, family history of colon cancer, and concomitant primary sclerosing cholangitis. The current surveillance strategy of surveillance colonoscopy with multiple random biopsies most likely reduces morbidity and mortality associated with IBD-related CRC. Unfortunately, surveillance colonoscopy also has severe limitations including high cost, sampling error at time of biopsy, and interobserver disagreement in histologically grading dysplasia. Furthermore, once dysplasia is detected there is disagreement about its management. Advances in endoscopic imaging techniques are already underway, and may potentially aid in dysplasia detection and improve overall surveillance outcomes. Management of dysplasia depends predominantly on the degree and focality of dysplasia, with the mainstay of management involving either proctocolectomy or continued colonoscopic surveillance. | 9 | Impact of immunosuppression on incidence of post-transplant diabetes mellitus in solid organ transplant recipients:Systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND Solid organ transplantation is a life-saving intervention for end-stage organ disease.Post-transplant diabetes mellitus(PTDM)is a common complication in solid organ transplant recipients,and significantly compromises long-term survival beyond a year.AIM To perform a systematic review and meta-analysis to estimate incidence of PTDM and compare the effects of the 3 major immunosuppressants on incidence of PTDM.METHODS Two hundred and six eligible studies identified 75595 patients on Tacrolimus,51242 on Cyclosporine and 3020 on Sirolimus.Random effects meta-analyses was used to calculate incidence.RESULTS Network meta-analysis estimated the overall risk of developing PTDM was higher with tacrolimus(OR=1.495%CI:1.0–2.0)and sirolimus(OR=1.8;95%CI:1.5–2.2)than with Cyclosporine.The overall incidence of PTDM at years 2-3 was 17%for kidney,19%for liver and 22%for heart.The risk factors for PTDM most frequently identified in the primary studies were age,body mass index,hepatitis C,and African American descent.CONCLUSION Tacrolimus tends to exhibit higher diabetogenicity in the short-term(2-3 years post-transplant),whereas sirolimus exhibits higher diabetogenicity in the longterm(5-10 years post-transplant).This study will aid clinicians in recognition of risk factors for PTDM and encourage careful evaluation of the risk/benefit of different immunosuppressant regimens in transplant recipients. | Sreelakshmi Kotha Bishoy Lawendy Saira Asim Charlene Gomes Jeffrey Yu Ani Orchanian-Cheff George Tomlinson Mamatha Bhat | 2021 | World Journal of Transplantation2021,11,10: | 5 |
| 10 | Performance evaluation of hybrid constructed wetlands for the treatment of municipal wastewater in developing countries显示文摘In developing countries,high cost of conventional wastewater treatment is a major hindrance in its application.Constructed wetlands(CWs)offer low-cost and effective solution to this issue.The current study aimed to evaluate an innovative maneuver of CWs i.e.hybrid flow constructed wetlands(HCWs)for municipal wastewater(MWW).The HCWs included two lab scale CWs;one horizontal and one vertical,in series.Local plant species were used.HCWs were operated in both,batch and continuous mode.Batch mode was used to(1)optimize detention time and(2)find pollutants removal efficiency.Continuous operation(at batch optimized retention time)was carried out for the evaluation of mass removal rate,r(g·m-2·d-1),volumetric rate constant,Kv(per day)and areal rate constant,Ka(m·d-1).Among two local plants tested,Pistia stratiotes gave better removal efficiency than Typha.Optimum detention time in HCWs was found to be 8 days(4+4 each).The optimum COD,BOD,TSS,TKN and P removal observed for Pistia stratiotes planted HCWs was 80%,84%,82%,71%and88%respectively.Effluent standards for COD,BOD and TSS were met at optimum conditions.The values of Kaand Kv demonstrated that more removal occurred in vertical flow as compared to horizontal flow CW. | Sajjad Haydar Mehwish Anis Misbah Afaq | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,6: | 4 |
| 11 | Impact of Intensive Greenhouse Production System on Soil Quality显示文摘Composite top- and subsoil samples were collected from the greenhouses in the Al-Balawneh area,Jordan,where intensive greenhouse production system(IGPS) has been practiced since 1998,to study the impact of IGPS on soil quality as measured by the chemical and biological properties to develop a sustainable production system.The study showed that IGPS led to higher electrical conductivity in top- and subsoils compared to an uncultivated soil(control).Quality and amount of irrigation water,lack of efficient drainage,and quantity and types of applied fertilizers were major factors resulting in salt buildup.IGPS resulted in lower total N(TN) and NO_3-N in the soil compared to the control.The lower TN was due to crop uptake,microbial immobilization,volatilization,and irregular application of composted animal manure or poultry manure.In contrast,higher residual Olsen-P content was detected in both soil layers of greenhouses than in the control.Residual P was classified as very high in the topsoil layers and sufficient to high in the subsoil layers.Residual available K in the soils of greenhouses was relatively lower than that in the control and it was,however,classified as high to very high.A large increase of Cl and a considerable decrease in the bacterial count were observed in both soil layers of IGPS compared to the control treatment.Economically sustainable soil management practices need to be adopted by farmers to achieve a sustainable and profitable production.This can be accomplished through education,targeted towards the farming community in the central Jordan Valley. | Tarek G.AMMARI Ragheb TAHHAN Nizar AL SULEBI Alaedeen TAHBOUB Rakad A.TA'ANY Samih ABUBAKER | 2015 | Pedosphere2015,25,2: | 4 |

| 14 | uPAR antibody(huATN-658) and Zometa reduce breast cancer growth and skeletal lesions显示文摘Urokinase plasminogen activator receptor(uPAR) is implicated in tumor growth and metastasis due to its ability to activate latent growth factors, proteases, and different oncogenic signaling pathways upon binding to different ligands. Elevated u PAR expression is correlated with the increased aggressiveness of cancer cells, which led to its credentialing as an attractive diagnostic and therapeutic target in advanced solid cancer. Here, we examine the antitumor effects of a humanized anti-u PAR antibody(huATN-658) alone and in combination with the approved bisphosphonate Zometa(Zoledronic acid) on skeletal lesion through a series of studies in vitro and in vivo. Treatment with huATN-658 or Zometa alone significantly decreased human MDA-MB-231 cell proliferation and invasion in vitro, effects which were more pronounced when huATN-658 was combined with Zometa. In vivo studies demonstrated that huATN-658 treatment significantly reduced MDA-MB-231 primary tumor growth compared with controls. In a model of breast tumor-induced bone disease, huATN-658 and Zometa were equally effective in reducing skeletal lesions. The skeletal lesions were significantly reduced in animals receiving the combination of huATN-658 + Zometa compared with monotherapy treatment. These effects were due to a significant decrease in osteoclastic activity and tumor cell proliferation in the combination treatment group. Transcriptome analysis revealed that combination treatment significantly changes the expression of genes from signaling pathways implicated in tumor progression and bone remodeling. | 16 | Influence of loading path on formability of 304 stainless steel tubes显示文摘The loading path affects the metal formability remarkably in tube hydroforming, and it is also one of the research focuses. Recently, some scholars abroad proposed a new fluctuant hydraulic loading method, which can improve the formability of tubes in hydroforming. Related studies have shown that this new loading method can improve the tube formability, the distribution of deformation is more uniform and this is useful for avoiding excessive local thinning. In this paper, tube hydroforming experiments without axial feeding were carried out; the influences of the loading methods on formability of stainless steel tubes were studied. Through the comparison of the experimental results under the condition of monotonous increase loading and fluctuation hydraulic loading, the outside diameter distribution, the thickness distribution and the crack expansion forms of deformation zone all fully prove that the uniformity of the distribution of tube deformation and formability have been increased significantly under the condition of fluctuation loading without axial feeding, the reasons should be distinguished from the fluctuation hydroforming with axial feeding. In order to study the forming mechanism, uniaxial tensile test of tubes similar to fluctuation loading deformation is designed in this paper, namely intermittent tensile test. It is found that intermittent uniaxial stretch can improve the tube elongation at fracture by about 40% and the deformation distribution is more uniform than that through uniaxial tensile test of the stainless steel tube. | 18 | Soil Salinity Changes in the Jordan Valley Potentially Threaten Sustainable Irrigated Agriculture显示文摘The integrated effect of irrigation and agricultural practices on soil salinity in the Jordan Valley (JV), where over 60% of Jordan's agricultural produce is grown, was investigated in this study during 2009-2010. Due to the differences in agricultural operations, cropping patterns, irrigation management, and weather conditions, 206 top- and sub-soil samples were taken every 1 to 3 km from representative farms along a north-south (N-S) transect with 1 to 2 km lateral extents. Soil electrical conductivity of saturated extract (EC_(se)), Ca, Mg, K, Na, Cl, and Na adsorption ratio (SAR) were determined in saturated paste extracts. Results indicated that about 63% of soils in the JV are indeed saline, out of which almost 46% are moderately to strongly saline. Along the N-S transect of the JV, EC_(se) increased from 4.5 to 14.1 dS m^(-1) in top-soil samples. Similar increase was observed for the sub-soil samples. The major chemical components of soil salinity; i.e., Ca, Mg, and Cl, also showed a similar increase along the N-S transect of the valley. Moreover, compared to previous field sampling, results showed that changes in soil salinity in the JV were dramatic. In addition, it was found that Cl imposed an existing and potential threat to sensitive crops in 60% of the soils in the JV, where Cl concentrations were greater than 710 mg L^(-1).
