| 1 | 糖尿病患者白内障术后脉络膜厚度和黄斑厚度的变化(英文)显示文摘目的:评估糖尿病和非糖尿病患者白内障超声乳化术后脉络膜厚度(SFCT)和黄斑厚度(CMT)的变化。方法:前瞻性研究。包括53例轻度或中度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)无黄斑水肿患者和53例行白内障超声乳化术非糖尿病患者。术前、术后1mo和3mo用 EDI-OCT 测量脉络膜厚度和黄斑厚度,并比较两组的SFCT和CMT变化。结果:糖尿病患者中,基线处CMT为267±32 μm。术后CMT显著升高,术后1mo为291±77 μm( P =0.034),术后3mo为293±75 μm( P =0.047)。基线处SFCT为199± 72 μm 。术后SFCT显著升高,术后1mo为231±73 μm ( P = 0.035),术后3mo为248±91 μm( P =0.026)。在非糖尿病患者中,基线处CMT为264±29 μm。术后显著CMT升高,术后1mo为278±42 μm( P <0.001),术后3mo为 276± 56 μm( P =0.028)。基线处SFCT为236±60 μm。术后SFCT显著提高,术后1mo为265±64 μm( P <0.001),术后3mo为240±60 μm( P =0.234)。两组间CMT的变化无统计学差异(均 P >0.05)。尽管非糖尿病组患者的基线脉络膜较厚,但研究组术后1mo( P =0.97)和术后3mo( P =0.97)的SFCT变化无显著差异。结论:术后两组间CMT和SFCT均显著提高。CMT和SFCT变化在糖尿病和非糖尿病患者间无显著不同。 | Saeed Karimi Mohammad Alizadeh Seyed Aliasghar Mosavi Farinaz Borna | 2019 | 国际眼科杂志2019,19,6: | 3 |
| 2 | 低体重早产儿使用地塞米松与视网膜病变发展进程的相关性(英文)显示文摘目的:评价地塞米松疗法对早产儿视网膜病变(retinopathy of prematurity,ROP)的发生率和严重程度的影响。ROP是导致婴幼儿视力损害的重要原因之一,甚至导致失明。近年来,由于新生儿护理技术的提高,能够存活的(极)低出生体重儿不断增加,导致发生ROP高危人群的产生。产前和产后类固醇(postnatal steroids,PNS)的使用对ROP发生率的影响尚有争议,并且该制剂与ROP严重程度的相关性尚未评估。方法:选取儿童医院2012-04/2013-06出生体重不足1500克并胎龄不足29周的115例新生儿进行双盲对照研究。随机分为病例组和对照组,病例组内给予8~14d的新生儿静脉滴注地塞米松,对照组不予注射。从出生后6wk开始进行眼科检查并持续至病症消退。结果:收入新生儿重症监护室、出生体重不足1500克的新生儿的存活率为69%(80/115)。新生儿胎龄越低(≤25周和26~28周)ROP发生率越高。参加此项研究的58例婴幼儿中,ROP(二期或二期以上)的发生率为8.6%。在接受PNS的28例新生儿中,2例(7.4%)发生严重的早产儿视网膜病变。而在没有接受PNS的30例新生儿中,有3例(9.7%)确诊为ROP。接受PNS婴幼儿与对照组婴幼儿ROP的发生率无显著差异(P=0.35)。此外,病例组(7.4%)和对照组(9.7%)比较,严重ROP(二期以上)发生率也无显著差异(P=0.36)。结论:此研究表明,接受地塞米松静脉滴注的新生儿与未接受地塞米松滴注的新生儿在早产儿视网膜病变的发生率和严重程度上无显著差异。因此,注射地塞米松治疗早产儿慢性肺病通常不会增加ROP发生的危险性。 | Aliagha Alishiri Seyed Aliasghar Mosavi | 2015 | 国际眼科杂志2015,15,3: | 3 |

| 6 | A survey of incidental ocular trauma by pencil and pen显示文摘AIM:To determine characteristic features of ocular trauma resulted from self-trauma by writing instruments among pediatric population.METHODS:Thirty-six children who suffered from selfinflicted ocular trauma with a writing instrument were included in this prospective cross-sectional study.RESULTS:The mean age was 5.6±2.7y with male:female ratio of 1.77.The right eye was involved two times more than the left eye.The superomedial(55.5%)and inferomedial(30.6%)quadrants were the most common sites of injury.The leading culprit was colored pencils(44.4%).During surgical exploration,no foreign body(FB)was found in 25(69.4%)patients while an FB was found in 11(30.5%)patients.Brain injury was present in two patients(5.6%)and only in superomedial quadrant injuries.Zone 1 was the most common site for ocular trauma associated with penetrating injury.The mean ocular trauma score(OTS)in penetrating injuries was 3.8±1.2.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)was 0.3±0.6 upon admittance and 0.08±0.21 after one year.The final BCVA was significantly correlated with the entrance site,better final BCVA was found in nasal entrance site(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The ophthalmologists should keep a high index of suspicion to rule out penetrating eye injuries related to writing instruments in a young uncooperative child.Brain injury is a life-threatening event that should be ruled out by appropriate imaging.Medial canthal area as the most common site needs an especial attention in writing instrument injuries. | Seyed Ali Tabatabaei Mohammad Soleimani Morteza Naderan Aliasghar Ahmadraji Mohammad Bagher Rajabi Hajar Jafari Mona Safizade | 2018 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2018,11,10: | 1 |

| 15 | ML and CFD Simulation of Flow Structure around Tandem Bridge Piers in Pressurized Flow显示文摘Various regions are becoming increasingly vulnerable to the increased frequency of floods due to the recent changes in climate and precipitation patterns throughout the world.As a result,specific infrastructures,notably bridges,would experience significant flooding for which they were not intended and would be submerged.The flow field and shear stress distribution around tandem bridge piers under pressurized flow conditions for various bridge deck widths are examined using a series of three-dimensional(3D)simulations.It is indicated that scenarios with a deck width to pier diameter(Ld/p)ratio of 3 experience the highest levels of turbulent disturbance.In addition,maximum velocity and shear stresses occur in cases with Ld/p equal to 6.Results indicate that increasing the number of piers from 1 to 2 and 3 results in the increase of bed shear stress by 24%and 20%respectively.Finally,five machine learning algorithms,including Decision Trees(DT),Feed Forward Neural Networks(FFNN),and three Ensemble models,are implemented to estimate the flow field and the turbulent structure.Results indicated that the highest accuracy for estimation of U,and W,were obtained using AdaBoost ensemble with R2=0.946 and 0.951,respectively.Besides,the Random Forest algorithm outperformed AdaBoost slightly in the estimation of V and turbulent kinetic energy(TKE)with R2=0.894 and 0.951,respectively. | Aliasghar Azma Ramin Kiyanfar Yakun Liu Masoumeh Azma Di Zhang Ze Cao Zhuoyue Li | 2023 | Computers, Materials & Continua2023,,4: | 0 |

| 17 | Thermo-mechanical analysis of an SI engine piston using different boundary condition treatments显示文摘Heat transfer of an SI engine's piston is calculated by employing three different methods based on resistor-capacitor model with the help of MATLAB code, and then the piston is thermo-mechanically analyzed using commercial ANSYS code. The results of three methods are compared to study their effects on the piston thermal behavior. It is shown that resistor-capacitor model with less number of equations and consequently less solution time, is an appropriate method for solving problems of engine piston heat transfer. In the second part, the thermal stresses due to non-uniform temperature distribution, and mechanical stresses due to mechanical loads are calculated. Finally, the temperature distributions as a thermal load along with mechanical loads are applied to the piston to determine the total stress distribution and critical fracture zones.
