1Rheological behavior of paste in metal mines显示文摘Cemented paste backfill(CPB)has been one of the best practical approaches for tailings management and underground goaf treatment.Paste rheology is a science to study the flow and deformation behaviors of paste or filling body under the effects of stress,strain,temperature,and time during the CPB process.The goal of studying paste rheology is to solve the engineering problems existing in four key processes;that is,paste rheology should meet the engineering demands of thickening,mixing,transportation,and backfilling.However,paste rheology is extremely complicated due to its high concentration,materials complexity,and engineering characteristics of non-stratification,nonsegregation,and non-bleeding.The rheological behavior of full tailings in deep thickening,rheological behavior of paste in mixing and pipeline transportation,and rheological behavior of filling body are introduced and discussed:(1)gel point,compressive yield stress,and the hindered settling function are adopted to characterize the rheological properties of full tailings in deep thickening.Combination of Coe-Clevenger theory and Buscall-White theory can also analyze the thickening performance in the whole area of deep cone thickener;(2)yield stress and viscosity are consistent with the evolution trend of the relative structure coefficient of paste in mixing;(3)coupling effect of wall slip and time-temperature dependency has a significant influence on the rheological properties and pipeline transportation;(4)damage variable is introduced to the Burgers model to describe the creep damage of the filling body.However,in-depth and systematic studies were still needed to establish a complete theoretical system of paste rheology in metal mines.Aixiang Wu Zhuen Ruan Jiandong Wang 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,4:5
2THE NAVIER-STOKES EQUATIONS IN STREAM LAYER AND ON STREAM SURFACE AND A DIMENSION SPLIT METHODS显示文摘In this paper,we proposal stream surface and stream layer.By using classical tensor calculus,we derive 3-D Navier-Stokes Equations(NSE)in the stream layer under semigeodesic coordinate system,Navier-Stokes equation on the stream surface and 2-D Navier-Stokes equations on a two dimensional manifold. 3Boundary Shape Control of the Navier-Stokes Equations and Applications显示文摘In this paper, the geometrical design for the blade's surface in an impeller or for the profile of an aircraft, is modeled from the mathematical point of view by a boundary shape control problem for the Navier-Stokes equations. The objective function is the sum of a global dissipative function and the power of the fluid. The control variables are the geometry of the boundary and the state equations are the Navier-Stokes equations. The Euler-Lagrange equations of the optimal control problem are derived, which are an elliptic boundary value system of fourth order, coupled with the Navier-Stokes equations. The authors also prove the existence of the solution of the optimal control problem, the existence of the solution of the Navier-Stokes equations with mixed boundary conditions, the weak continuity of the solution of the Navier-Stokes equations with respect to the geometry shape of the blade's surface and the existence of solutions of the equations for the Gateaux derivative of the solution of the Navier-Stokes equations with respect to the geometry of the boundary.Kaitai LI Jian SU Aixiang HUANG 2010Chinese Annals of Mathematics,Series B2010,31,6:4
4An asymptotic analysis method for the linearly shell theory显示文摘In this paper, we consider a linearly elastic shell, I.e. A three-dimensional linearly elastic body with a small thickness denoted by 2ε, which is clamped along its part of the lateral boundary and subjected to the regular loads. In the linear case, one can use the two-dimensional models of Ciarlet or Koiter to calculate the displacement for the shell. Some error estimates between the approximate solution of these models and the three-dimensional displacement vector field of a flexural or membrane shell have been obtained. 5Insight into the structural evolution of porous and fractured media by forced aeration during heap leaching显示文摘Despite lots of techniques in improving the heap leaching performance,many constraints on the industrial applications remain.We proposed a correspondingly effective and new idea of introducing forced aeration to improve the bad permeability and leaching effect of Yangla Copper Mine(YCM)during heap leaching.The dual-media theory was employed to study the impact mechanism of forced aeration on the variations of porous and fractured media during the column leaching experiments.An X-Ray Computed Tomography(CT)set was utilized to perform the pore imaging of the specimens and the fracture morphology of the particles within the columns was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)as aeration rate(AR)changed.The results show that there exists copious fine particles within the heap of YCM,the particle size distribution of which is not reasonable.The forced aeration can not only promote the development of the porous and fractured structures but effectively break the blocked seepage paths.Then the leaching degree is improved and the seepage performance of the solute within the solution is enhanced.Therefore,the forced aeration is probable of making the leaching performance greatly improved.Yu Shaofeng Wu Aixiang Wang Yiming 2019International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2019,29,5:3
6Mechanism of Boron Oxide as a Phase Regulator for Modification of Manganese Slag显示文摘The current research focused on adjusting the low hydration activity of the metallurgical slag by phase reconstruction technique. Boron oxide was used as a phase regulator to improve the amorphous phase composition of the manganese slag, consequently enhancing its hydraulic activity. The effects of boron oxide dosage and calcination temperature on the manganese slag amorphous phase content were investigated. XRD and DTG were performed to analyze the hydration mechanism of the manganese slag powder and cement. Results show that, when boron oxide dosage is 15%, calcination temperature is 1 300 ℃, and holding time for 1 hour, the amorphous content of the modified manganese slag reaches 95% and its 28-day activity index reaches 81.7%. 8Analysis of oral microorganism diversity in healthy individuals before and after chewing areca nuts using PCR-denatured gradient gel electrophoresis显示文摘To analyze oral microbial diversity in the saliva of 8 healthy individuals before and after chewing areca nuts. Saliva samples were collected before chewing areca nuts, after chewing areca nuts for 5 min and after chewing areca nuts for 30 min. DNA was extracted, and microbial diversity was examined using PCR-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE). When examining DGGE profiles collectively,the bands associated with Streptococcus and Veillonella were the most intense, making them the most prevalent bacteria. Furthermore, the band intensities did not decrease after chewing areca nuts for 5 or30 min; thus, these bacteria were unaffected. However, when examining some individuals, the band intensities for Streptococcus and Veillonella became more intense after 5 min of chewing and then returned to the pre-chewing level. This difference may be attributed to the mechanical movements of the oral cavity or individual differences. 9Optimizing the electrolyte salt of aqueous zinc-ion batteries based on a high-performance calcium vanadate hydrate cathode material显示文摘It is urgent to develop high-performance cathode materials for the emerging aqueous zinc-ion batteries with a facile strategy and optimize the related components.Herein,a Ca0.23V2O5·0.95 H2O nanobelt cathode material with a rather large interlayer spacing of 13.0 A is prepared via a one-step hydrothermal approach.The battery with this cathode material and 3 M Zn(CF3SO3)2 electrolyte displays high specific capacity(355.2 mAh g^(-1) at 0.2 A g^(-1)),great rate capability(240.8 mAh g^(-1) at 5 A g^(-1)),and excellent cyclability(97.7% capacity retention over 2000 cycles).Such superior performances are ascribed to fast electrochemical kinetics,outstanding electrode/electrolyte interface stability,and nearly dendrite-free characteristic.Instead,when ZnSO4 or Zn(ClO4)2 is used to replace Zn(CF3SO3)2,the electrochemical performances become much inferior,due to the slow electrochemical kinetics,inhomogeneous Zn stripping/plating process,and the formation of large dendrites and byproducts.This work not only discloses a high-performance cathode material for aqueous zinc-ion batteries but also offers a reference for the choice of electrolyte salt.Weijun Zhou Minfeng Chen Anran Wang Aixiang Huang Jizhang Chen Xinwu Xu Ching-Ping Wong 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,1:2
10Substituent groups from aromatic dicarboxylates modulated structural diversification in the assembly of Co(Ⅱ)complexes based on the bis-pyridyl-bis-amide ligands显示文摘Four coordination polymers based on two bis-pyridyl-bis-amide ligands and three aromatic dicarboxylates with different substituent groups, namely, [Co(3-bpcb) 1.5 (NPH)(H2O)]·4H2O (1), [Co(3-bpcb)(NIPH)] (2), [Co(3-bpcb)0.5 (5-H2 AIP)]·2H2O (3), [Co(3-bpcd) 0.5 (5-H2 AIP)(H2O)]·2H2O (4) [3-bpcb = N,N′-bis(3-pyridinecarboxamide)-1,4-benzene, 3-bpcd = N,N′-bis(3- pyridine)cyclohexane-1,4-dicarboxamide, H2 NPH = 3-nitrophthalic acid, H2 NIPH = 5-nitroisophthalic acid, 5-H4 AIP = 5-aminoisophthalic acid] have been synthetized under hydrothermal conditions. Complex 1 displays a one dimensional (1D) chain based on the binuclear [Co2 (NPH)2 ] units and 3-bpcb ligands, which is extended into a three dimensional (3D) supramolecular framework through hydrogen bonding and - stacking interactions. In complex 2, the (3,5)-connected two dimensional (2D) layers are constructed from 1D Co-NIPH chains and bidentate-bridging 3-bpcb ligands. Complex 3 is a 2D double layer based on Co-5-H2 AIP 2D layers and 3-bpcb pillars. Complex 4 also displays a 2D network, which is constructed from the Co-5-H2AIP 1D double chains and 3-bpcd ligands. Finally, complexes 2-4 are extended into 3D supramolecular frameworks by hydrogen bonding or - stacking interactions. The substituent groups of dicarboxylates play an important role in the assembly and structures of the title complexes. 11Self-supported hierarchical porous Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)/carbon arrays for boosted lithium ion storage显示文摘The development of fast rechargeable lithium ion batteries(LIBs)is highly dependent on the innovation of advanced high-power electrode materials.In this work,for the first time,we report a sacrificial NiO arrays template method for controllable synthesis of self-supported hierarchical porous Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)/C(LTO/C)nanoflakes arrays,for use as fast rechargeable anodes for LIBs.The ultrathin(2-3 nm)carbon layer was uniformly coated on the LTO forming arrays architecture.The hierarchical porous LTO/C nanoflakes consisted of primary cross-linked nanoparticles of 50-100 nm and showed large porosity.Because of the enhanced electrical conductivity and accelerated ion transfer channels,the well-designed binderfree porous LTO/C nanoflakes arrays exhibited notable high-rate lithium ion storage performance with smaller polarization,better electrochemical reactivity,higher specific capacity(157 mAh g^(-1) at the current density of 20C)and improved long-term cycling life(96.2% after 6000 cycles at 20C),superior to the unmodified porous LTO arrays counterpart(126 mAh g^(-1) at 20C and 88.0%after 6000 cycles at 20C).Our work provides a new template for the construction of high-performance high-rate electrodes for electrochemical energy storage.Jun Liu Aixiang Wei Guoxiang Pan Shenghui Shen Zhiming Xiao Yu Zhao Xinhui Xia 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,3:2
12Accelerating column leaching trial on copper sulfide ore显示文摘The main measures to accelerate leaching sulfide ore are large spraying intensity,manual oxygen supply,temperature control,and acclimated bacteria.The indoor experiment accelerating sulfide ore leaching detected the temperature during leaching process,dissolvability of oxygen,bacterial concentration,Cu concentration and slag grade.At the same time,this paper also analyzed the effect of four factors,which are bacterial diversity cultivation stage,spraying intensity,air supply,and whether to control temperature,on the leaching efficiency of copper.The results indicate that the oxygen content of leach solution has a close relationship with temperature but it is rarely affected by air supply.The bacterial concentration preserves from 106 to 107 mL-1,and temperature has a great effect on the bacterial activity under the condition of proper temperature and oxygen supply,and the lack of nutrition prevents the bacterial concentration from rising in the late stage.The relationships of the copper leaching efficiency to temperature,air feed,and spraying intensity are directly proportional.The leaching efficiencies of the cultivated bacteria and acclimation bacteria are 1.2 and 1.4 times as large as that of the original bacteria.WANG Hongjiang WU Aixiang ZHOU Xun WANG Shaoyong ZHANG Jie 2008Rare Metals2008,27,1:2
13Experimental research and numerical simulation of the multi-field performance of cemented paste backfill:Review and future perspectives显示文摘Cemented paste backfill(CPB)technology is a green mining method used to control underground goaves and tailings ponds.The curing process of CPB in the stope is the product of a thermo-hydro-mechanical-chemical multi-field performance interaction.At present,research on the multi-field performance of CPB mainly includes indoor similar simulation experiments,in-situ multi-field performance monitoring experiments,multi-field performance coupling model construction of CPB,and numerical simulation of the multi-field performance of CPB.Because it is hard to study the in-situ multi-field performance of CPB in the real stope,most current research on in-situ multi-field performance adopts the numerical simulation method.By simulating the conditions of CPB in the real stope(e.g.,maintenance environment,stope geometry,drainage conditions,and barricade and backfilling rates),the multi-field performance of CPB is further studied.This paper summarizes the mathematical models employed in the numerical simulation and lists the engineering application cases of numerical simulation in the in-situ multi-field performance of CPB.Finally,it proposes that the multi-field performance of CPB needs to strengthen the theoretical study of multi-field performance,form the strength design criterion based on the multi-field performance of CPB,perform a full-range numerical simulation of the multi-field performance of CPB,develop a pre-warning technology for the CPB safety of CPB,develop automatic and wireless sensors for the multi-field performance monitoring of CPB,and realize the application and popularization of CPB monitoring technology.Yong Wang Zhenqi Wang Aixiang Wu Liang Wang Qing Na Chen Cao Gangfeng Yang 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,2:2

16The Scanning Characteristics of Spatial and Temporal Dynamic Pictures of the Seismicity in the South Yellow Sea and Its Coast Region显示文摘On the basis of the viewpoint of preparation of strong earthquakes in group, the spatial andtemporal scanning characteristics of the seismicity in the South Yellow Sea and its coast regionare studied, and some problems regarding the prediction of seismic hazard are also discussed.The results show that the seismic activity of M=4. 0 earthquakes has overall presented arelative stable state, but the partially concentrated area wbich evolves and migrates and theanomalous low b-value area have appeared in different periods, and the moderately strongearthquakes with M=5. 0~6. 0 have taken place on the edge of the anomalous area. 19Flocculated unclassified tailings settling efficiency improvement by particle collision optimization in the feedwell显示文摘Efficient thickening of tailings is a prerequisite for the metal mine tailings backfill and surface disposal operation.The effective collision of ultrafine tailings particles in suspension with flocculant molecules is essential for flocs aggregates formation and settling.Unreasonable feeding speed and flocculant adding method will lead to the failure of effective dispersion of flocculant and high particle content in thickener overflow.In this work,the effect of turbulence intensity and flocculant adding method on floc size,strength,and movement characteristics are analysed.Aiming to solve the turbidity increased,a pilot-scale continuous thickening test was carried out.Taking a single particle and multiple flocs of full tailings as the research object,the particle iterative settlement model of flocs was established.The influence of turbulence intensity on collision effect is studied by tracking and simulating particle trajectory.The results show that in the process of single particle settlement,chaos appears in the iterative process owing to particle adhesion which caused by micro action.When the turbulence intensity is 25.99%,the maximum particle size of tailings floc is 6.21 mm and the maximum sedimentation rate is 5.284 cm·s^(−1).The tailings floc presents a multi-scale structure of particle-force chain system when hindered settling,and the interweaving of strong and weak force chains constitutes the topological structure of particles.The results are applied to a thicker in plant,the flocculant addition mode and feed rate are optimized,and the flocs settling speed and overflow clarity are improved.Huazhe Jiao Weilin Chen Aixiang Wu Yang Yu Zhuen Ruan Rick Honaker Xinming Chen Jianxin Yu 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,12:1
