| 1 | Enhanced photoluminescence quantum yield of MAPbBr3 nanocrystals by passivation using graphene显示文摘Diminishing surface defect states in perovskite nancx^rystals is a highly challenging subject for enhancing optoelectronic device performance.We synthesized organic/inorganic lead-halide perovskite MAPbBr3(MA=methylammonium)clusters comprising nanocrystals with diameters ranging between 20 and 30 nm and characterized an enhanced photoluminescence(PL)quantum yield(as much as^7 times)by encapsulating the MAPbBr3 with graphene(Gr).The optical properties of MAPbBr3 and Gr/MAPbBr3 were investigated by temperature-dependent micro-PL and time-resolved PL measurements.Density functional theory calculations show that the surface defect states in MAPbBr3 are removed and the optical band gap is reduced by a 0.15 eV by encapsulation with graphene due to partial restoration of lattice distortions. | Youngsin Park Atanu Jana Chang Woo Myung Taeseung Yoon Geungsik Lee Claudius C.Kocher Guanhua Ying Vitaly Osokin Robert A.Taylor Kwang S.Kim | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,4: | 2 |
| 2 | Multi-indicator Inference Scheme for Fuzzy Assessment of Power System Transient Stability显示文摘A multi-indicator inference scheme is proposed in this paper to achieve an intuitive assessment of post-fault transient stability of power systems.The proposed scheme uses the fuzzy inference technique to classify the stability level as“safe,”“low-risk,”“high-risk,”and“danger.”A multi-criteria quality assessment method is first introduced.Several transient indicators are then proposed as assessment criteria.To select the effective indicators for assessment,correlation mining using univariate regression analysis is performed between each indicator and a critical clearance time(CCT)-based stability index.The fuzzy sets of indicators for different stability levels are then determined according to their correlations with the stability index.The weighting factors of indicators are also allocated according to their regression error in correlation mining.The proposed inference scheme is further demonstrated and its effectiveness is validated in case studies on IEEE 68-bus system and a 756-bus transmission system in China. | Tingjian Liu Youbo Liu Junyong Liu Yue Yang Gareth A.Taylor Zhengwen Huang | 2016 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2016,2,3: | 2 |
