5中国城市碳排放强度的空间溢出效应及驱动因素探究(英文)显示文摘In this study, we adopt kernel density estimation, spatial autocorrelation, spatial Markov chain, and panel quantile regression methods to analyze spatial spillover effects and driving factors of carbon emission intensity in 283 Chinese cities from 1992 to 2013. The following results were obtained.(1) Nuclear density estimation shows that the overall average carbon intensity of cities in China has decreased, with differences gradually narrowing.(2) The spatial autocorrelation Moran's I index indicates significant spatial agglomeration of carbon emission intensity is gradually increasing; however, differences between regions have remained stable.(3) Spatial Markov chain analysis shows a Matthew effect in China's urban carbon emission intensity. In addition, low-intensity and high-intensity cities characteristically maintain their initial state during the transition period. Furthermore, there is a clear 'Spatial Spillover' effect in urban carbon emission intensity and there is heterogeneity in the spillover effect in different regional contexts; that is, if a city is near a city with low carbon emission intensity, the carbon emission intensity of the first city has a higher probability of upward transfer, and vice versa.(4) Panel quantile results indicate that in cities with low carbon emission intensity, economic growth, technological progress, and appropriate population density play an important role in reducing emissions. In addition, foreign investment intensity and traffic emissions are the main factors that increase carbon emission intensity. In cities with high carbon intensity, population density is an important emission reduction factor, and technological progress has no significant effect. 7Preliminary investigation on the antibacterial activity of mango(Mangifera indica L:Anacardiaceae) seed kernel显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the antibacterial activity of the methanolic extract of mango(Mangifera indica L) seed kernel.Methods:Chokanan mango seed kernel and seed kernels from assorted mango varieties were collected,cleaned,dried and powered.Crude methanolic extracts of mango seed kernel were analyzed for the phytochemical constituents.The free radical scavenging activity was determined by 2,2-Diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) assay.Antibacterial activity was evaluated by disc diffusion assay with three medically important bacterial pathogens such as methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)(MRSA),Escherichia coli(E.coli) and Vibrio vulnificus(V.vulnificus).Results:Qualitative phytochemical analysis indicated the presence of important phytochemical compounds such as glycosides,saponins,flavanoids, tannins and alkaloids.There was no significant difference in the phytochemical content between the single and assorted mango seed kernels.However,the free radical scavenging study indicated that the assorted mango kernels showed slighdy higher activity than the single species(P<0.05). The crude methanolic extract of mango seed kernel at a concentration of 100 mg/mL is found to have potential antimicrobial activity against MRSA and E.coli compared to V.vulnificus. 9How plant density affects maize spike differentiation, kernel set, and grain yield formation in Northeast China?显示文摘A two-year field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of plant density on tassel and ear differentiation, anthesissilking interval(ASI), and grain yield formation of two types of modern maize hybrids(Zhongdan 909(ZD909) as tolerant hybrid to crowding stress, Jidan 209(JD209) and Neidan 4(ND4) as intolerant hybrids to crowding stress) in Northeast China. Plant densities of 4.50×104(D1), 6.75×104(D2), 9.00×104(D3), 11.25×104(D4), and 13.50×104(D5) plants ha^(-1) had no significant effects on initial time of tassel and ear differentiation of maize. Instead, higher plant density delayed the tassel and ear development during floret differentiation and sexual organ formation stage, subsequently resulting in ASI increments at the rate of 1.2–2.9 days on average for ZD909 in 2013–2014, 0.7–4.2 days for JD209 in 2013, and 0.5–3.7 days for ND4 in 2014, respectively, under the treatments of D2, D3, D4, and D5 compared to that under the D1 treatment. Total florets, silking florets, and silking rates of ear showed slightly decrease trends with the plant density increasing, whereas the normal kernels seriously decreased at the rate of 11.0–44.9% on average for ZD909 in 2013–2014, 2.0–32.6% for JD209 in 2013, and 9.7–28.3% for ND4 in 2014 with the plant density increased compared to that under the D1 treatment due to increased florets abortive rates. It was also observed that 100-kernel weight of ZD909 showed less decrease trend compared that of JD209 and ND4 along with the plant densities increase. As a consequence, ZD909 gained its highest grain yield by 13.7 t ha^(-1) on average at the plant density of 9.00×104 plants ha^(-1), whereas JD209 and ND4 reached their highest grain yields by 11.7 and 10.2 t ha^(-1) at the plant density of 6.75×104 plants ha^(-1), respectively. 11青海湖棕头鸥(Larus brunnicephalus)夏秋季活动区研究显示文摘2006年4-9月,采用无线电遥测技术对青海湖重要繁殖水鸟棕头鸥(Larus runnicephalus)在不同繁殖阶段的活动性,以及与人和鸟的关系进行了研究。对6只棕头鸥个体的遥测结果表明,繁殖初期棕头鸥的活动区较大,进入繁殖中期,活动区明显变小;随后繁殖后期的活动区面积有所增加,到了迁徙前期,活动区面积已接近繁殖初期。不同阶段活动区核心面积(50% Fixed Kernel)与活动区变化趋势基本一致。繁殖初期、中期、后期和迁徙前期活动区面积分别为(15.48km^2±4.54km^2)、(1.61km^2±0.41k^m2)、(3.53km^2±2.63km^2)和(11.61km^2±9.36km^2)。棕头鸥在不同繁殖阶段的日活动区大小有显著差异。繁殖初期,棕头鸥经常活动于鸬鹚岛、蛋岛和布哈河口,它们都是棕头鸥较好的取食地,鸬鹚岛和蛋岛由于有许多游客投喂食物;在繁殖中期,棕头鸥进入孵化阶段,活动区较繁殖前期明显缩小。由于湟鱼返回布哈河口一带产卵繁殖,棕头鸥经常聚集在此地取食;在繁殖后期,棕头鸥需要寻找大量的食物进行育雏,因此活动范围再度扩大;进入迁徙前期,幼鸟已经长大并学会飞翔,其活动区进一步扩大,与繁殖初期较为接近。张国钢 刘冬平 江红星 单凯 侯韵秋 戴铭 楚国忠 2008生态学报2008,28,6:9
12Dek42 encodes an RNA-binding protein that affects alternative pre-m RNA splicing and maize kernel development显示文摘RNA-binding proteins (RBPs) play an important role in post-transcriptional gene regulation. However, the functions of RBPs in plants remain poorly understood. Maize kernel mutant dek42 has small defective kernels and lethal seedlings. Dek42 was cloned by Mutator tag isolation and further confirmed by an independent mutant allele and clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)-CRISPR-associated protein 9 materials. Dek42 encodes an RRM_RBM48 type RNA-binding protein that localizes to the nucleus. Dek42 is constitutively expressed in various maize tissues. The dek42 mutation caused a significant reduction in the accumulation of DEK42 protein in mutant kernels. RNA-seq analysis showed that the dek42 mutation significantly disturbed the expression of thousands of genes during maize kernel development. Sequence analysis also showed that the dek42 mutation significantly changed alternative splicing in expressed genes, which were especially enriched for the U12-type intron-retained type. Yeast two-hybrid screening identified SF3a1 as a DEK42-interacting protein. DEK42 also interacts with the spliceosome component U1-70K. These results suggested that DEK42 participates in the regulation of pre-messenger RNA splicing through its interaction with other spliceosome components. 13A Kernel-Based Nonlinear Representor with Application to Eigenface Classification显示文摘This paper presents a classifier named kernel-based nonlinear representor (KNR) for optimal representation of pattern features. Adopting the Gaussian kernel, with the kernel width adaptively estimated by a simple technique, it is applied to eigenface classification. 15GLCM Based Extraction of Flame Image Texture Features and KPCA-GLVQ Recognition Method for Rotary Kiln Combustion Working Conditions显示文摘According to the pulverized coal combustion flame image texture features of the rotary-kiln oxide pellets sintering process,a combustion working condition recognition method based on the generalized learning vector(GLVQ) neural network is proposed.Firstly,the numerical flame image is analyzed to extract texture features,such as energy,entropy and inertia,based on grey-level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM) to provide qualitative information on the changes in the visual appearance of the flame.Then the kernel principal component analysis(KPCA) method is adopted to deduct the input vector with high dimensionality so as to reduce the GLVQ target dimension and network scale greatly.Finally,the GLVQ neural network is trained by using the normalized texture feature data.The test results show that the proposed KPCA-GLVQ classifer has an excellent performance on training speed and correct recognition rate,and it meets the requirement for real-time combustion working condition recognition for the rotary kiln process.Jie-Sheng Wang Xiu-Dong Ren 2014International Journal of Automation and computing2014,11,1:6
16An improved image blind deblurring based on dark channel prior显示文摘In order to solve the ringing effect caused by the incorrect estimation of the blur kernel, an improved blind image deblurring algorithm based on the dark channel prior is proposed. First, in the blur kernel estimation stage, high-pass filtering is introduced to enhance the image quality and enhance the edge information to make the blur kernel estimation more accurate. A combination of super Laplacian prior and dark channel prior is introduced to estimate the potential clear image. Then the accurate blur kernel is estimated through alternate iterations from coarse to fine. In the image restoration stage, a weighted least square filter is introduced to suppress the ringing effect of the original clear image to further improve the quality of image restoration. Finally, image deconvolution based on Laplace priors and L_(0) regularized priors is used to restore clear images. Experimental results show that our approach improves the peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR) by about 0.4 d B and structural similarity(SSIM) by about 0.01, respectively. 18Aircraft Engine Gas Path Fault Diagnosis Based on Hybrid PSO-TWSVM显示文摘Twin support vector machine(TWSVM)is a new development of support vector machine(SVM)algorithm.It has the smaller computation scale and the stronger ability to cope with unbalanced problems.In this paper,TWSVM is introduced into aircraft engine gas path fault diagnosis.The generalization capacity of Gauss kernel function usually used in TWSVM is relatively weak.So a mixed kernel function is used to improve performance to ensure that the TWSVM algorithm can better balance a strong generalization ability and a good learning ability.Experimental results prove that the cross validation training accuracy of TWSVM using the mixed kernel function averagely increases 2%.Grid search is usually applied in parameter optimization of TWSVM,but it heavily depends on experience.Therefore,the hybrid particle swarm algorithm is introduced.It can intelligently and rapidly find the global optimum.Experiments prove that its training accuracy is better than that of the classical particle swarm algorithm by 5%.Du Yanbin Xiao Lingfei Chen Yusheng Ding Runze 2018Transactions of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics2018,35,2:6

20Distributional dynamic and trend evolution of China's agricultural carbon emissions-an analysis on panel data of 31 provinces from 2002 to 2011显示文摘Researching the dynamic distribution characteristics and trend evolution of agricultural carbon emissions is of considerable significance in formulating an effective agricultural carbon reduction policy.Based on measurement of agricultural carbon emissions of 31 provinces over the period 2002-2011,the study observed regional differences and the dynamic evolution of distribution of agricultural carbon emissions using agricultural carbon intensity as the indicator,accompanied by Gini coefficients and the kernel density estimation method.The results demonstrate first that agricultural carbon emissions for China show an obvious nonequilibrium nature in regard to spatial distribution.According to the differences in agricultural carbon emissions dynamic trends,we divided the 31 regions into four types- continuous decline,fluctuating decline,continuous increase,and fluctuating increase.Further,agricultural carbon emissions intensity showed a downward trend with significant differences in the research areas.Second,the gap in spatial distribution of national agricultural carbon emissions is gradually expanding based on the results calculated by Gini coefficient.From the perception of regional differences in agricultural carbon emissions,the eastern region showed an average level,the gap was more obvious in the central region,while western region showed a trend of fluctuating downward.Third,according to estimation by kernel density,the regional disparity in agricultural carbon emissions had a downward,but limited,trend.In regard to agricultural carbon emissions over the three areas,the regional gap not only tended to decrease but also showed a 'four way' differentiation phenomenon in the eastern region.The difference in the central region difference was narrower.On the whole,the gap for the western region reduced steadily over a small range.Yun Tian Junbiao Zhang Qiqi Chen 2015Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2015,13,3:6
