1On the adjacent-vertex-strongly-distinguishing total coloring of graphs显示文摘For any vertex u∈V(G), let TN(U)={u}∪{uv|uv∈E(G), v∈v(G)}∪{v∈v(G)|uv∈E(G)}and let f be a total k-coloring of G. The total-color neighbor of a vertex u of G is the color set Cf(u)={f(x)|x∈TN(U)}. For any two adjacent vertices x and y of V(G)such that Cf(x)≠Cf(y), we refer to f as a k-avsdt-coloring of G('avsdt'is the abbreviation of'adjacent-vertex-strongly- distinguishing total'). The avsdt-coloring number of G, denoted by Xast(G), is the minimal number of colors required for a avsdt-coloring of G. In this paper, the avsdt-coloring numbers on some familiar graphs are studied, such as paths, cycles, complete graphs, complete bipartite graphs and so on. 2The advertisement call of the giant spiny frog Paa spinosa显示文摘We analyzed the advertisement call of Paa spinosa at Yuliang Mountain,Lanxi,Zhejiang Province,in eastern China.Temporal and spectral call parameters were analyzed,along with call intensity.Calls comprised of three to seven notes,the last of which had the longest duration.Three formants(harmonics)were clearly distinguishable from the audio spectrogram.The dominant frequency ranged from 411-1534 Hz,and was either the first or the second formant.The number of notes within a call was positively correlated to air temperature,so that calls contained more notes during the day.Also,the dominant frequency appeared to be lower at the highest temperature.Baogen YU Rongquan ZHENG 2009Current Zoology2009,55,6:12
3Effects of interstitial H and/or C atoms on the magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of La(Fe, Si)_(13)-based compounds显示文摘La(Fe,Si)13-based compounds have been considered as promising candidates for magnetic refrigerants particularly near room temperature.Herein we review recent progress particularly in the study of the effects of interstitial H and/or C atoms on the magnetic and magnetocaloric properties of La(Fe,Si)13compounds.By introducing H and/or C atoms,the Curie temperature TC increases notably with the increase of lattice expansion which makes the Fe 3d band narrow and reduces the overlap of the Fe 3d wave functions.The first-order itinerant-electron metamagnetic transition is conserved and the MCE still remains high after hydrogen absorption.In contrast,the characteristic of magnetic transition varies from first-order to second-order with the increase of C concentration,which leads to remarkable reduction of thermal and magnetic hysteresis.In addition,the introduction of interstitial C atoms promotes the formation of NaZn13-type(1:13)phase in La(Fe,Si)13compounds,and thus reducing the annealing time significantly from 40 days for LaFe11.7Si1.3to a week for LaFe11.7Si1.3C0.2.The pre-occupied interstitial C atoms may depress the rate of hydrogen absorption and release,which is favorable to the accurate control of hydrogen content.It is found that the reduction of particle size would greatly depress the hysteresis loss and improve the hydrogenation process.By the incorporation of both H and C atoms,large MCE without hysteresis loss can be obtained in La(Fe,Si)13compounds around room temperature,for instance,La0.7Pr0.3Fe11.5Si1.5C0.2H1.2exhibits a large|SM|of 22.1 J/(kg·K)at TC=321 K without hysteresis loss for a field change of 0 5 T.ZHANG Hu HU FengXia SUN JiRong SHEN BaoGen 2013Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,12:6
4Beam Measurement System in NSRL显示文摘This paper describes the beam measurement system for the accelerator of the National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory (NSRL). The design considerations of the beam measurement instrumentation system for the NSRL are aided by the commissioning of the machine and provide sufficient machine parameters for machine study as well as the common operation. The beam measurement system includes the part for the linac and transport line and the part for the storage ring. 5Hybridization of metal–organic framework and monodisperse spherical silica for chromatographic separation of xylene isomers显示文摘Metal–organic frameworks(MOFs) packed in the column have been a promising candidate as the stationary phase for high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). However, the direct packing of irregular MOF powder could raise some problems like high back pressure and low column efficiency in the HPLC separation. In this work, UiO-66 capable of separating xylenes was supported effectively on the surface of the monodisperse spherical silica microspheres by one-pot method. The hybridization of Ui O-66 and silica microspheres(termed UiO-66@SiO2 shell–core composite) was prepared by stirring the suspension of the precursors of Ui O-66 and\\COOH terminated silica in the N,N-dimethylformamide with heating. The shell–core composite material UiO66@SiO2 was characterized by SEM, TEM, PXRD and FTIR. Then, it was used as a packing material for the chromatographic separation of xylene isomers. Xylene isomers including o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene were efficiently separated on the column with high resolution and good reproducibility. Moreover, the Ui O-66@SiO2 shell–core composites packed column still remained reverse shape selectivity as Ui O-66 possessed, and the retention of xylenes was probably ascribed to the hydrophobic effect between analytes and the aromatic rings of the Ui O-66 shell. 6Design of S-band re-entrant cavity BPM显示文摘An S-band cavity BPM is designed for a new injector for HLS (Hefei Light Source). It consists of two cavities that work on 2448 MHz: a re-entrant position cavity tuned to TM110 mode and a reference cavity tuned to TM010 mode. Cut-through waveguides are used as pickups to suppress the monopole signal. Simulations with different assumption of dimension change are performed to evaluate errors caused by mechanical error and give general tolerance. Design of electronics is given. 8A universal pipeline for mobile mRNA detection and insights into heterografting advantages under chilling stress显示文摘Heterografting has long been used to enhance the chilling tolerance of temperature-sensitive crops,including watermelon,whose mechanism is known to involve bidirectional long-distance mRNA movements.Despite several studies reporting on mobile mRNA(mb-mRNA)profiles in plants,accurate identification of mb-mRNAs is challenging owing to an array of technical problems.Here,we developed a bioinformatical pipeline that took most of the known technical concerns into consideration and is considered to be a universal tool for mb-mRNA detection in heterografts.By applying this pipeline to a commercial watermelon–bottle gourd heterografting system,we detected 130 and 1144 mb-mRNAs upwardly and 167 and 1051 mb-mRNAs downwardly transmitted under normal and chilling-stress conditions,respectively.Quantitative real-time PCR indicated a high accuracy rate(88.2%)of mb-mRNA prediction with our pipeline.We further revealed that the mobility of mRNAs was not associated with their abundance.Functional annotation and classification implied that scions may convey the stress signal to the rootstock,subsequently triggering energy metabolism reprogramming and abscisic acid-mediated stress responses by upward movement of effective mRNAs,ultimately leading to enhanced chilling tolerance.This study provides a universal tool for mb-mRNA detection in plant heterografting systems and novel insights into heterografting advantages under chilling stress.Ying Wang Lingping Wang Nailin Xing Xiaohua Wu Xinyi Wu Baogen Wang Zhongfu Lu Pei Xu Ye Tao Guojing Li Yuhong Wang 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:3
9HLS bunch current measurement system显示文摘Bunch current is an important parameter for studying the injection fill-pattern in the storage ring and the instability threshold of the bunch, and the bunch current monitor also is an indispensable tool for the top-up injection. A bunch current measurement (BCM) system has been developed to meet the needs of the upgrade project of Hefei Light Source (HLS). This paper presents the layout of the BCM system. The system based on a high-speed digital oscilloscope can be used to measure the bunch current and synchronous phase shift. To obtain the absolute value of bunch-by-bunch current, the calibration coefficient is measured and analyzed. 10Development and application of the new BPM system data processing program at Hefei light source显示文摘A data processing program has been applied for the new beam position monitor (BPM) system of the storage ring at Hefei Light Source (HLS). The new BPM system in the upgrade project will be equipped with Libera Brilliance BPM processors to replace the old Bergoz MX-BPM processors. The embedded Linux system on Libera has completed some important work, including instrument status check,data acquisition, position calculation, EPICS IOC data release,and so on. A new EPICS record type has been developed to recalculate the beam position with log-ratio method. The property of the new position data was analyzed in the time and frequency domain. The results show that the rms value of beam position measurement resolution can be up to submicron. 11The measurement of electron beam transverse sizes by synchrotron radiation interferometry for HLS Ⅱ显示文摘In order to improve accuracy of electron beam transverse sizes measurement,the vertical and horizontal synchrotron radiation light interferometers have been designed to measure beam transverse sizes for the upgrade project of Hefei Light Source(HLS II).In this paper,the light intensity distributions of the interferogram are descussed,and parameters of the interferometers are optimized.The interferograms are simulated under MATLAB.
