| 2 | Spatio-temporal Pattern Characteristics of Relationship Between Urbanization and Economic Development at County Level in China显示文摘The relationship between China’s urbanization and economic development(RCUED) is an important concern nationwide. As important actors in regional strategy and policy, county-level regions have played an increasingly significant role in the development of China’s social economy. However, the existing research on the RCUED lacks the fine depiction of the county-level administrative units.Using 2000 and 2010 census data and the statistical analysis method, we uncovered the evolution characteristics of China’s urbanization and economic development and conducted a quantitative identification for the RCUED with improved methods using the quadrant map approach. In addition, we investigated the spatial correlation effect of the RCUED using the spatial autocorrelation analysis method. The results were as follows: 1) In general, a high degree of matching exists between China’s urbanization and economic development at the county level at the significance level of 0.01. The correlation coefficients between China’s urbanization and economic development in2000 and 2010 were 0.608 and 0.603, respectively. 2) A significant regional difference exists in the RCUED at the county level. Based on a comparative analysis of 2276 county units in China in the two years, we found that county units can be categorized as under-urbanized, basic coordination and over-urbanized in various areas. No situation was observed where urbanization seriously lagged behind the economic development level, so the levels of urbanization and economic development appear to be basically coordinated,and the coordination state may be gradually optimized over time. 3) Over time, the spatial dependency of the RCUED has weakened and the spatial heterogeneity has increased. Northeast China has always been an area characterized by over-urbanization. | 4 | IL-33 induces immunosuppressive neutrophils via a type 2 innate lymphoid cell/IL-13/STAT6 axis and protects the liver against injury in LCMV infection-induced viral hepatitis显示文摘Viral hepatitis is still a public health problem affecting several million people around the world.Neutrophils are polymorphonuclear cells that have a critical role in antibacterial infection.However,the role of neutrophils in viral infection is not fully understood.By using a mouse model of lymphocytic choriomeningitis virus infection-induced viral hepatitis,we observed increased neutrophil recruitment in the liver accompanied by enhanced CD8+T-cell responses.Liver neutrophils expressed high levels of immunomodulatory cytokines,such as C-X-C chemokine ligand 2,arginase-1,inducible nitric oxide synthase and interleukin(IL)-10,demonstrating immunosuppressive properties.Depletion of neutrophils in vivo by a neutralizing antibody resulted in the exacerbation of liver injury and the promotion of T-cell responses at the immune contraction stage.IL-33 significantly induced neutrophil recruitment in the liver and attenuated liver injury by limiting effector T-cell accumulation.Mechanistically,we found that IL-33 promoted the expression of arginase-1 in neutrophils through the type 2 innate lymphoid cell(ILC2)-derived IL-13.Additionally,IL-13 increased the inhibitory effect of neutrophils on CD8+T-cell proliferation in vitro,partially through arginase-1.Finally,we found that IL-13 induced arginase-1 expression,depending on signal transducer and activator of transcription factor 6(STAT6)signaling.Therefore,IL-33 induced immunosuppressive neutrophils via an ILC2/IL-13/STAT6 axis.Collectively,our findings shed new light on the mechanisms associated with IL-33-triggered neutrophils in the liver and suggest potential targets for therapeutic investigation in viral hepatitis. | Yuejin Liang Panpan Yi Denley Ming Kee Yuan Zuliang Jie Zakari Kwota Lynn Soong Yingzi Cong Jiaren Sun | 2019 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2019,16,2: | 7 |
| 5 | Simultaneous removal of Cu(Ⅱ) and Cr(Ⅵ) by Mg–Al–Cl layered double hydroxide and mechanism insight显示文摘Mg–Al–Cl layered double hydroxide(Cl-LDH) was prepared to simultaneously remove Cu(Ⅱ)and Cr(VI) from aqueous solution. The coexisting Cu(Ⅱ)(20 mg/L) and Cr(VI)(40 mg/L) were completely removed within 30 min by Cl-LDH in a dosage of 2.0 g/L; the removal rate of Cu(Ⅱ) was accelerated in the presence of Cr(VI). Moreover, compared with the adsorption of single Cu(Ⅱ) or Cr(VI), the adsorption capacities of Cl-LDH for Cu(Ⅱ) and Cr(VI) can be improved by 81.05% and 49.56%, respectively, in the case of coexisting Cu(Ⅱ)(200 mg/L) and Cr(VI)(400 mg/L). The affecting factors(such as solution initial p H, adsorbent dosage, and contact time) have been systematically investigated. Besides, the changes of p H values and the concentrations of Mg^(2+) and Al^(2+)in relevant solutions were monitored. To get the underlying mechanism, the Cl-LDH samples before and after adsorption were thoroughly characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. On the basis of these analyses, a possible mechanism was proposed. The coadsorption process involves anion exchange of Cr(VI) with Cl-in Cl-LDH interlayer, isomorphic substitution of Mg^(2+) with Cu^(2+), formation of Cu_2Cl(OH)_3precipitation, and the adsorption of Cr(VI) by Cu_2Cl(OH)_3. | 8 | Investigation of tribological properties of composite C_(60)-LB films显示文摘Composite C60-LB films were fabricated by the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique, their micro- structures, micro- and macro-tribological properties were investigated using atomic force microscope/ friction force microscope (AFM/FFM). The results showed that in the confined C60-LB films there were two kinds of structures for the special C60 assembly: grain diameters of one kind were in the range of 150 -230 nm; the other was smaller than 20 nm. Mi- cro-tribological studies showed that topographical images of tiny C60 aggregates (<20 nm) were con- sistent with their frictional ones very well, namely, low friction occurred on tiny C60 aggregates compared with fatty chains LB monolayer, and ‘Micro-rolling effect’ was apparent; but for big large ones frictional forces were relatively high and ‘ratchet mechanism’ was seen apparently. Macro-tribological data proved large C60 aggregates had wear resistance and load-carrying capacities and anti-wear lives for com- posite C60-LB films were prolonged greatly with dis- persibility of C60 improved and its grain diameter re- duced. Tiny C60 aggregates were mainly the lubri- cating agents. | 10 | Preventing abnormal NF-κB activation and autoimmunity by Otub1-mediated p100 stabilization显示文摘NF-κB, a family of transcription factors regulating diverse biological processes including immune responses, is activated by canonical and noncanonical pathways based on degradation of IκBα and processing of the IκB-like protein p100, respectively. Although p100 responds to noncanonical NF-κB stimuli for processing, it does not undergo degradation, but rather becomes accumulated, along with canonical NF-κB activation. We show here that the stability of p100 is tightly controlled by a deubiquitinase, Otub1. Otub1 deficiency not only promotes signal-induced p100 processing and noncanonical NF-κB activation but also causes steady-state p100 degradation, leading to aberrant NF-κB activation in the canonical pathway. B-cell-conditional deletion of Otub1 results in B-cell hyperplasia, antibody hyper-production, and lupus-like autoimmunity. Otub1-deficient B cells display aberrantly activated phenotypes and overproduce the cytokine IL-6, contributing to autoimmunity induction. | 11 | 高温合金差示扫描量热分析(DSC)的影响因素:粉末粒度和显微组织显示文摘对固溶强化型625镍基高温合金粉末进行升、降温差示扫描量热分析(DSC)试验,研究了不同粉末粒度(<37,45~53,75~105,105~150,150~355μm)对相变温度的影响。采用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)、电子探针(EPMA)和同步辐射X射线衍射(SXRD)对625合金粉末的形貌、元素分布和相组成进行表征。结果表明:不同粒径PM625粉末均为树枝晶结构,枝晶间距在2~10μm范围,元素Ni和Cr倾向分布于枝晶干,Mo和Nb偏析于枝晶间。不同粒度的PM625粉末中均仅存在基体γ相。PM625粉末DSC加热曲线固相线附近区域拐点尖锐,表现为合金开始熔化温度(偏离基线的拐点)与名义固相线温度(切线交点)差异很小,不同粒度间的差异仅为2~5℃。合金完全熔化后重新冷却的过程中原始粉末的低偏析特性消失,冷却曲线固相线区域圆弧较大,名义固相线和终凝温度差较大,为53~65℃。DSC试验升温过程中不同粒径粉末的固、液相线以及初熔温度最大差异分别为3, 2和2℃,降温过程不同粒径粉末固、液相线温度差分别为6和2℃。0~355μm粉末粒径范围内,粒径对固溶强化型PM625高温合金粉末相变温度无明显影响。 | 郑亮 刘玉峰 Gorley Michael J Hong Zuliang DaySarah Tang Chiu C 李周 张国庆 | 2019 | 稀有金属材料与工程2019,48,5: | 3 |

| 17 | Chemical modification and the photoluminescence stabilization of titanic acid nanotubes显示文摘Titanic acid nanotubes (H2Ti2O4(OH)2) were surface-modified with cetyl alcohol through dehydration reaction because of existence of Ti–OH. The modified nanotubes were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) spectrometry and pho-toluminescence (PL) spectra. The results indicate that the modified nanotubes can be easily dis-persed into organic solvent such as chloroform and toluene in contrast with the unmodified nanotubes, which makes it easier to be assembled by LB technique. Moreover, the Ti-O-CH2(CH2)14CH3 on the surface of the nanotubes can hinder the adsorption of water and consequently the photoluminescence property of the nanotubes can be stabilized. Arrays of uniform, perfectly aligned and single-crystal nanowires have been observed by electron microscopy. The results of the X-ray photo-electric spectra and the Raman spectrum provide the evidence that Fe is incorporated into the ZnO lattice at Zn site. XRD result shows that the sample is of hexagonal structure. And TEM result shows that the morphologies of the resulting CdS are mainly in three-armed rod-like structure with a diameter of 10―15 nm and a length of 100 nm. The nanocomposites of CdS/PVK with different molar ratios are prepared by spin coating method on tin-doped indium oxide (ITO) substrate. A notable decrease of photoluminescence (PL) efficiency and a significant enhance-ment of surface photovoltage signal have been observed in CdS/PVK composites when the molar frac-tion of CdS increases. We interpret these results as the energy level matching between CdS and PVK in nanocomposites. This energy level matching facilitates fast interfacial charge transfer then increases the separation efficiency of electron-hole pairs and the carrier generation efficiency.
