1骨头的 Immunophenotype 和区别能力从 CBA/Ca, ICR 和 Balb/c 的导出髓的间充质的干细胞老鼠显示文摘 AIM:To assess the capacity to isolate and expand mesenchymal stem cells(MSC)from bone marrow of CBA/Ca,ICR and Balb/c mice. METHODS:Bone marrow of tibia and femur were flushed,cultured and maintained in supplemented Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium.MSC immunophenotype of cultures were tracked along increasing passages for positivity to CD106,Sca-1 and CD44 and negativity to CD45,CD11b and MHC classⅡ.Differentiation capacity of MSC towards osteogenic and adipo-genic lineages were also assessed. RESULTS:MSC were successfully cultured from bone marrow of all 3 strains,albeit differences in the temporal expression of certain surface antigens.Their differentiation into osteocytes and adipocytes were also observed. MSC from all 3 mouse strains demonstrated a shift from a haematopoietic phenotype(CD106-CD45+CD11b+Sca-1low)to typical MSC phenotype(CD106+CD45-CD11b-Sca-1high)with increasing passages. 2Thermal performance of cooling strategies for asphalt pavement: A state-of-the-art review显示文摘Asphalt pavements absorb and store more heat than natural surfaces. Thus, high temperatures are emitted from conventional asphalt pavements, subsequently releasing heat into the atmosphere and contributing to the urban heat island(UHI) phenomenon. Several cool pavement strategies, including the provision of additives and materials, surface coating and layer design, have been introduced to reduce the impact of UHI. This article provides a detailed review of the thermal properties of these mitigation measures in the context of cool asphalt pavements. The literature can be divided into three segments. The first segment discusses the impact of pavements on UHI and heat transfer mechanisms in pavements. The second segment focuses on various thermo physical properties that play an important role in mitigation measures;these properties include albedo(a), emissivity(e),solar reflective index, thermal conductivity(k), specific heat capacity(Cp) and thermal diffusivity. The third segment discusses cool asphalt pavement strategies which specifically cover the ability of the pavement to absorb and reflect solar energy on the basis of the materials and treatments used. The literature reveals that cooling strategies that deal with the pavement surface are important due to its direct incident solar effect, which depends on surface colour, material, shape and roughness. By using high-albedo and high-emissivity surfaces, the pavement can store less heat and lower the surface temperature. 3A synergy establishment by metal-organic framework and carbon quantum dots to enhance electrochemical water oxidation显示文摘Available online Integrating transition metal centered MOFs with conductive materials is a feasible route to enhance electron transfer efficiency of materials.Herein,a composite porous structure CQDs_(10)@NiFe-MOF-A was fabricated via introducing carbon quantum dots(CQDs)into porous NiFe-MOF.The CQDs would make partial loss of lattice in MOF during its growth,leading to the composite building block with the coexistance of crystalline region and amorphous region.The calcining treatment would produce an ultrathin protective layer as well as some lattice collapse.The synergy effect between NiFe ions effectively regulated electronic structure of metal active sites,and successful grafting of CQDs to NiFe-MOF significantly improved electrical conductivity.As expected,the catalyst exhibited outstanding OER performances with high mass activity of 91.6 A/g at overpotential of 300 mV and robust durability of 10,000 cycles in 1 mol/L KOH,which outperformed that of noble catalyst IrO_(2)of 25.2 A/g.The strategy paves a feasible and effective avenue for the non-noble metal catalysts.Qiuxiang Mou Xuan Wang Zhenhang Xu Pnur Zul Erlei Li Pingping Zhao Xinghai Liu Houbin Li Gongzhen Cheng 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,1:2
