1东天山觉罗塔格红云滩花岗岩年代学、地球化学及其构造意义显示文摘东天山觉罗塔格地区广泛发育的晚古生代岩浆岩及相关的矿产一直是东天山大地构造研究的焦点。觉罗塔格南缘红云滩花岗质岩体的岩石、矿物组合显示典型的钙碱性火山弧花岗岩特征。岩石地球化学研究表明,该花岗质岩石富集大离子亲石元素而亏损高场强元素,是洋壳俯冲所导致的下地壳物质部分熔融、岩浆分离结晶和上地壳同化混染作用的产物。LAM-ICP/MS锆石定年结果表明,红云滩花岗岩侵位于早-中石炭世(328.5±9.3Ma)。结合觉罗塔格地区由南至北,晚古生代矿产分布由火山沉积-热液改造型铁矿向斑岩型铜钼矿过渡的特征、火山-沉积岩分布和该区晚古生代的大地构造演化历史,作者推测:早古生代觉罗塔格洋向塔里木板块俯冲并形成中天山岛弧之后,该洋盆并未完全消亡,并于晚古生代时极性反转,向北俯冲于准-吐-哈地块之下。红云滩花岗岩正是形成于晚古生代觉罗塔格俯冲洋壳之上的火山弧环境。觉罗塔格地区晚古生代的岩浆岩,火山-沉积岩和矿产分布均不同程度受控于这一大地构造背景。吴昌志 张遵忠 Khin Zaw Fernando Della-Pasque 唐俊华 郑远川 汪传胜 三金柱 2006岩石学报2006,22,5:93
2澳大利亚造山型金矿和侵入岩有关金矿系统流体包裹体资料和矿化过程的比较显示文摘We have examined the fluid inclusion data and fluid chemistry of Australian orogenic and intrusion-related gold deposits to determine if similar mineralization processes apply to both styles of deposits.The fluid inclusion data from the Yilgarn craton,the western subprovince of the Lachlan orogen,the Tanami,Tennant Creek and Pine Creek regions,and the Telfer gold mine show that mineralization involved fluids with broadly similar major chemical components(i.e.H_2O+NaCl+CO_2±CH_4±N_2).These deposits formed over a wide range of temperature-pressure conditions(<200 to>500℃,<100~400MPa).Low salinity, CO_2-bearing inclusions and low salinity aqueous inclusions occur in both systems but the main difference between these two types of deposits is that most intrusion-related gold deposits also contain at least one population of high-salinity aqueous brine.Oxygen and hydrogen isotope data for both styles of deposit usually cannot distinguish between a magmatic or metamorphic source for the ore-bearing fluids.However,sulfur and lead isotope data for the intrusion-related gold deposits generally indicate either a magmatic source or mixing between magmatic and sedimentary sources of fluid.The metamorphic geothermal gradients associated with intrusion-related gold deposits are characterized by low pressure,high temperature metamorphism and high crustal geothermal gradients of>30/km.Where amphibole breakdown occurs in a granite source region,the spatially related deposits are more commonly associated with Cu-Au deposits rather than Au-only deposits that are associated with lower temperature granites.The dominant processes thought to cause gold precipitation in both types of deposits are fluid-rock interaction(e.g.desulfidation)or phase separation.Consideration of the physical and chemical properties of the H_2O-NaCl-CO_2 system on the nature of gold precipitation mechanisms at different crustal levels infers different roles of chemical(fluid-rock interaction)versus rheological(phase separation and/or fluid mixing)host-rock controls on gold deposition.This also implies that at the site of deposition,similar precipitation mechanisms operate at similar crustal levels for both orogenic and intrusion-related gold deposits.Terry P.Memagh E.N.Bastrakov Khin Zaw A.S.Wygmlak L.A.I.Wybom 2007岩石学报2007,23,1:41
3Effects of Integrated Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers on Yield and Growth Parameters of Rice Varieties显示文摘We investigated the effects of integrated organic and inorganic fertilizers on the growth and yield of indica rice variety Manawthukha and japonica rice variety Genkitsukushi.In a split-plot design,the two rice varieties were assigned as main plot factors,and the integrated treatments were the subplot factors,including no-N fertilizer(N0),50%chemical fertilizer(CF)(CF50),100%CF(CF100),50%CF+50%poultry manure(PM)(CF50PM50),50%CF+50%cow manure(CM)(CF50CM50),and 50%CF+50%compost(CP)(CF50CP50).CF100 was equivalent to N at 85 kg/hm2.Manure was applied based on the estimated mineralizable nitrogen(EMN)level,which is dependent on total N(%)of each manure type.Manawthukha rice plants were taller with higher tiller number and dry matter content.However,higher soil-plant analysis development(SPAD)values were measured in Genkitsukushi throughout the crop growth period,resulting in higher seed-setting rate(%)and greater yield.At the same N level,CF50PM50 application in both rice varieties resulted in higher SPAD values,plant height and tiller number than CF100.CF50PM50 containing total N more than 4%supplied synchronized N for the demands of the rice plants,resulting in maximum dry matter,yield and yield components.CF50CM50 and CF50CP50 treatments containing total N less than 4%resulted in lower yields which were similar to CF100.These results indicated that integrating organic and inorganic fertilizers enhanced growth parameters and yields of Manawthukha and Genkitsukushi,while reducing the dose of chemical fertilizer.Kyi MOE Seinn Moh MOH Aung Zaw HTWE Yoshinori KAJIHARA Takeo YAMAKAWA 2019Rice science2019,26,5:12

5不同长度和化学预处理方式对稻草厌氧发酵产甲烷特性的影响显示文摘我国能源需求的急剧增加促使国家大力发展可再生能源,甲烷作为极具应用前景的可再生能源之一,其发展利用及相关技术受到广泛关注。为了有效利用秸秆等农作物废弃物,提高其发酵产甲烷能力,本文以反刍动物瘤胃液为接种物,体外批次发酵法研究了不同长度(1 mm、2mm、4 mm和8 mm)及预处理方式(4%尿素、4%氨和4%氢氧化钠处理)对稻草发酵产甲烷能力的影响。不同长度稻草体外发酵试验结果显示:当稻草长度为1 mm时,总产气量及甲烷产量最低,分别为58.16 mL和28.60 mL;稻草长度为8 mm时,甲烷产量最高,为32.34 mL;稻草长度从1 mm增加至8 mm时,甲烷产量也逐渐升高,但稻草长度为4 mm与8 mm间的甲烷产量没有显著差异。不同预处理方式对稻草甲烷产量的研究结果显示:氨处理时,稻草体外发酵甲烷产量最高,为41.51 mL,但与氢氧化钠处理的稻草相比,甲烷产量没有显著差异,尿素处理时稻草发酵产甲烷量最低,仅为28.81 mL,显著低于氨与氢氧化钠处理时稻草的甲烷产量;氨处理时稻草发酵总产气量也最高,为109.51 mL,但与其他两个处理相比差异不显著;与未经化学处理的稻草相比,氨和氢氧化钠处理均能提高稻草体外发酵时的甲烷产量。研究结果表明:片段长度与预处理方式都能影响稻草厌氧发酵产甲烷的能力,本文研究结果为合理有效提高稻草厌氧发酵产甲烷能力提供了可行途径。朱益志 Zaw Lin 成艳芬 朱伟云 2013畜牧与兽医2013,45,11:4

7Hepatitis C virus therapy with peg-interferon and ribavirin in Myanmar: A resource-constrained country显示文摘AIM To investigate peg-interferon(peg-IFN) and ribavirin(RBV) therapy in Myanmar and to predict sustained virologic response(SVR).METHODS This single-center, open-label, study was conducted in Myanmar between 2009 and 2014. A total of 288 patients infected with HCV genotypes 1, 2, 3 and 6 were treated with peg-IFN alpha-2a(180 μg/wk) or alpha-2b(50 to 100 μg as a weight-based dose) and RBV as a weight-based dose(15 mg/kg/d). Treatment duration was 48 wk for genotypes 1 and 6, 24 wk for genotype 2, and 24 or 48 wk for genotype 3 based on rapid virologic response(RVR). Those co-infected with hepatitis B received 48 wk of therapy.RESULTS Overall, SVR was achieved for 82% of patients and the therapy was well tolerated. All patients achieved SVR at equivalent rates regardless of HCV genotype(P = 0.314). Low fibrosis scores(P < 0.001), high baseline albumin levels(P = 0.028) and low baseline viral loads(P = 0.029) all independently predicted SVR. On the other hand, IL-28 B TT and CC genotypes were not found to significantly predict SVR(P = 0.634; P = 0.618). Among those who completed treatment, the occurrence of RVR showed a > 96% positive predictive value for achieving SVR. Treatment duration did not significantly impact the likelihood of achieving SVR for patients infected with genotype 3 HCV(P = 0.371). The most common adverse events were fatigue(71%) and poor appetite(60%). Among patients with genotype 3 HCV, more patients in the 48-wk treatment group required erythropoietin than in the 24-wk treatment group(61.1% vs 49.2%).CONCLUSION SVR rates were high with peg-IFN and RBV therapy in Myanmar. 9A new species of Crocodile Newt, genus Tylototriton(Amphibia, Caudata, Salamandridae) from the mountains of Kachin State, northern Myanmar显示文摘We describe a new species of the genus Tylototriton from Ingyin Taung Mt.,Mohnyin Township,Kachin State,Myanmar,based on morphological and molecular evidence.The new species is assigned to the subgenus Tylototriton s.str.and is clearly distinct from all known congeners by the following characters:medium body size;thin,long tail,lacking lateral grooves;rough skin;truncate snout;wide,protruding supratemporal bony ridges on head,beginning at anterior corner of orbit;weak,almost indistinct sagittal ridge;long,thin limbs,broadly overlapping when adpressed along body;distinct,wide,non-segmented vertebral ridge;13 or 14 rib nodules;brown to darkbrown background coloration with dull orange-brown to yellowish-brown markings on labial regions,parotoids,rib nodules,whole limbs,vent,and ventral tail ridge.We also briefly discuss biogeography and species diversity of the genus Tylototriton in Myanmar.Than Zaw Paw Lay Parinya Pawangkhanant Vladislav A.Gorin Nikolay A.Poyarkov,Jr 2019Zoological Research2019,40,3:2
10Contributions to the flora of Myanmar from 2000 to 2019显示文摘Myanmar is botanically rich and floristically diverse:one of the world's biodiversity hotspots.However,Myanmar is still very unevenly explored,and until a plant checklist was published in 2003,relatively little work was done on its flora.This checklist included 11,800 species of spermatophytes in 273 families.Since this checklist was published,the botanical exploration of Myanmar has accelerated and there have been many additional publications.We therefore surveyed the literature of taxonomic contributions to Myanmar’s vascular flora over the last 20 years(2000e2019)and compiled a list of new and newly described taxa.Our list includes 13 genera,193 species,7 subspecies,19 varieties,and 2 forms new to science;and 3 families,34 genera,347 species,4 subspecies,7 varieties,and 1 form newly recorded in Myanmar.Altogether,they represent 91 families and 320 genera.Most of the new discoveries belong to 15 families,with more than 25%(146 taxa)belonging to Orchidaceae.These new discoveries are unevenly distributed in the country,with about 41%of the newly discovered species described from Kachin State in northeast Myanmar.This reflects the incompleteness of our current knowledge of the flora of Myanmar and the urgent need for a greatly expanded effort.The completion of the flora of Myanmar requires more fieldwork from north to south,taxonomic studies on new and existing collections,and some mechanism that both coordinates the efforts of various international institutions and initiatives and encourages continued international cooperation.In addition,producing modern taxonomic treatments of the flora of Myanmar requires the participation of experts on all vascular plant families and genera.There is also an urgent need to attract young scientists to plant taxonomy,to work on inventories,identification,nomenclature,herbarium work,and comparative studies.Bin Yang Min Deng Ming-Xia Zhang Aung Zaw Moe Hong-Bo Ding Mya Bhone Maw Pyae Pyae Win Richard TCorlett Yun-Hong Tan 2020Plant Diversity2020,42,4:2

18On the road to Mandalay: contribution to the Microhyla Tschudi, 1838(Amphibia: Anura: Microhylidae) fauna of Myanmar with description of two new species显示文摘We prese nt a morphological and molecular assessment of the Microhyla fauna of Myanmar based on new collections from central (Magway Division) and northem (Kachin State) parts of the country. In total, six species of Microhyla are documented, including M. berdmorei, M. heymonsi, M. butleri, M. mukhlesuri and two new species described from the semi-arid savarma-like plains of the middle part of the Irrawaddy (Ayeyarwady) River Valley. We used a 2 481 bp long 12S rRNA- 16S rRNA fragment of mtDNA to hypothesize gen ealogical relati on ships within Microhyla. We applied an in teg rati ve taxonomic approach combining molecular, morphological, and acoustic lines of evidenee to evaluate the taxonomic status of Mya nmar Microhyla. We dem on strated that the newly discovered populations of Microhyla sp. from the Magway Division represent two yet undescribed species. These two new sympatric species are assigned to the M. achatina species group, with both adapted to the seas on ally dry environments of the Irrawaddy Valley. Microhyla fodiens sp. nov. is a stout-bodied species with a remarkably enlarged shovel-like outer metatarsal tubercle used for burrowing and is highly diverge nt from other know n congeners (P-distancea8.8%). Microhyla irrawaddy sp. nov. is a small-bodied slender frog reconstructed as a sister species to M. kodial from southern India (P-distance=5.3%);however, it clearly differs from the latter both in external morphology and advertisement call parameters. Microhyla mukhlesuri is reported from Myanmar for the first time. We further discuss the morphological diag no sties and biogeography of Microhyla species recorded in Myanmar.Nikolay A.
