1高光催化活性的磷氧桥连TiO_2/g-C_3N_4纳米复合体的合成(英文)显示文摘石墨型氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)是一种新型非金属聚合物半导体材料,具有合理的能带结构、较好的稳定性及卓越的表面性质,因而受到了人们的广泛关注.目前,它作为光催化剂在降解污染物、光催化分解水产氢和光催化还原CO2方面正呈现出巨大的应用潜力.然而,g-C_3N_4可见光响应范围窄、比表面积较小、尤其是光生载流子易复合等缺陷制约着其光催化活性的进一步提高.针对以上问题,人们对g-C_3N_4进行了大量的改性研究,其中构建能级匹配的纳米半导体/g-C_3N_4异质结复合体是常用的有效改善g-C_3N_4光生电荷分离进而提高其光催化活性的手段.但现有相关文献往往忽略了复合体界面接触情况对光生电荷转移和分离的影响,从而在一定程度上影响对光催化性能的改善.本课题组前期工作表明,通过磷氧、硅氧功能桥的建立可加强TiO_2/Fe2O3,Zn O/BiVO_4纳米复合物的界面接触,从而促进光生电荷的迁移和分离,进而进一步提高纳米复合体的光催化活性.这样,通过构建磷氧桥有望改善TiO_2和g-C_3N_4的紧密连接,以促进光生电子由g-C_3N_4向TiO_2的迁移、改善光生载流子的分离,进而更加显著地提高g-C_3N_4的光催化活性.但是相关工作至今尚未见到报道.为此,本文通过简单的湿化学法成功地合成了磷氧(P–O)桥连的TiO_2/g-C_3N_4纳米复合体,并研究了P–O功能桥对TiO_2/g-C_3N_4纳米复合体光生电荷分离及其对光催化降解污染物及还原CO2活性的影响.结果表明,g-C_3N_4与适量的纳米TiO_2复合,尤其是g-C_3N_4与适量P–O桥连TiO_2的复合可进一步提高g-C_3N_4的光催化活性.基于气氛调控的表面光电压谱和光致发光谱等的分析,P-O桥连可促使g-C_3N_4的光生电子由g-C_3N_4向TiO_2转移,极大地促进了g-C_3N_4的光生电荷分离,因而使纳米复合体光催化活性大幅提高,其光催化降解2,4-DCP及还原CO2活性均为g-C_3N_4的3倍.此外,自由基捕获实验表明,·OH作为空穴调控的直接中间产物,其对2,4-DCP的降解起主导作用.刘翀 Fazal Raziq 李志军 曲阳 Amir Zada 井立强 2017Chinese Journal of Catalysis2017,38,6:7
2Differential expression of cell cycle regulators in HCV-infection and related hepatocellular carcinoma显示文摘AIM:To investigate cell cycle proteins in chronic hepatitis C virus infection in order to analyze their role in the process of hepatocyte transformation and to characterize their prognostic properties. METHODS:Subjects of the current study included 50 cases of chronic hepatitis C(CHC) without cirrhosis,30 cases of CHC with liver cirrhosis(LC) ,and 30 cases of hepatitis C-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) admitted to the Department of Hepato-Gastroenterology,Theodor Bilharz Research Institute(TBRI) ,Giza,Egypt.Fifteen wedge liver biopsies,taken during laparoscopic cholecystectomy,were also included as normal controls.Laboratory investigations including urine and stool analysis,liver function tests and prothrombin concentration;serologic markers for viral hepatitis and ultrasonography were done for all cases of the study together with immunohistochemical analysis using primary antibodies against Cyclin D1,Cyclin E,p21,p27 and Rb/p105 proteins. RESULTS:Normal wedge liver biopsies didn't express Cyclin E or Rb/p105 immunostaining but show positive staining for Cyclin D1,p21 and p27.Cyclin D1 expressed nuclear staining that was sequentially increased from CHC to LC(P<0.01) to HCC(P<0.001) cases;meanwhile,Cyclin E revealed nuclear positivity only in the case of HCCs patients that was directly correlated to Rb/p105 immuno-reactivity.The expression of p21 and p27 was significantly increased in CHC and LC cases compared to normal controls and HCCs with no significant difference between well-and poorlydifferentiated tumors.p21 showed only a nuclear pattern of staining,while,p27 presented with either cytoplasmic and/or nuclear reactivity in all studied cases.Correlation analysis revealed a direct relation between Cyclin D1 and p21 in CHC cases(P<0.001) ,between Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in HCCs(P<0.01);however,an inverserelationship was detected between Cyclin D1 and p21 or p27(P<0.001) and between p21 and Rb/p105(P<0.05) in HCCs. 3光热增强光催化性能二氧化钛(B)/玻纤布复合研究显示文摘以玻璃纤维布为基底,以TiH2为原料,通过简易的化学合成及溶胶–凝胶法制备了光热增强光催化性能的二氧化钛(B)/玻璃纤维布复合材料(B-T/GFC)。通过XRD、SEM和TEM检测合成材料的成分、结构和形貌,采用分光光度计、光学接触角测量仪、太阳光模拟器对材料的性能进行了系统研究。结果表明:该复合材料表面形成了锐钛矿晶型的黑色TiO2薄膜,且晶体中存在厚度约为1 nm的无序层。同时该复合材料在250~2000 nm波长范围内具有较强的光吸收能力,且具有强疏水性;在1个太阳光强度下(1kW/m2),相对于玻璃纤维布具有更强的光热能力;其光催化降解切削废液中有机污染物(COD)的能力优于黑色TiO2(B-T)和P25,光照2 h的降解率约为P25的2.3倍。由此可见, B-T/GFC复合材料具有优异的光热增强光催化性能,具有广阔的应用前景。朱本必 张旺 张志坚 章建忠 IMRAN Zada 张荻 2019无机材料学报2019,34,9:3
4Recent advances in catalytic production of sugar alcohols and their applications显示文摘Conversion of non-edible biomass into fuels and value-added chemicals has achieved great attention to cope the world's energy requirements. Lignocellulose based sugar alcohols such as sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol, and erythritol can be potentially used as emerging fuels and chemicals. These sugar alcohols can be converted into widely used products(e.g. polymer synthesis, food and pharmaceuticals industry). The heterogeneous catalytic production of sugar alcohols from renewable biomass provides a safe and sustainable approach. Hydrolysis, coupled with hydrogenation and hydrogenolysis has been proved to be more effective strategy for sugar alcohols production from biomass. 5Comparative study of metal oxides and phosphate modification with different mechanisms over g-C_(3)N_(4) for visible-light photocatalytic degradation of metribuzin显示文摘In this work,a comparative study of three frequently employed modification techniques to g-C_(3)N_(4)(CN)nanosheets for the photocatalytic degradation of metribuzin(MET)under visible-light irradiation has been carried out in detail.The modification methods were coupling TiO_(2)nanoparticles(TO)as electron acceptors,nano-sized Fe_(2)O_(3)(FO)to construct a Z-scheme nanocomposite,and phosphate(HP)modification to promote O_(2)adsorption.The steady-state and transient-state surface photovoltage spectra and transient photoluminescence(PL)spectra confirmed that all the three modification techniques enhanced the charge separation with prolonged lifetimes and presented degradation activities in the order of TO/CN[FO/CN[HP/CN.The TO/CN nanocomposite showed the highest photocatalytic activity for MET degradation,with a sixfold higher rate than bulk CN.Liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry and radical trapping experiments indicated that the increased activity was related to the synergetic effect of two radicals(·O^(2-) and ·OH)involved in the photocatalytic degradation pathway,which was different from the·OH radical-dominated pathway of bulk CN.This work reveals the importance of charge separation and the influence of the radical pathway and provides guidance for the design of high-efficiency photocatalysts.Rui Yan Amir Zada Lei Sun Zhi-Jun Li Zhi-Yuan Mu Shuang-Ying Chen Fan Yang Jian-Hui Sun Lin-Lu Bai Yang Qu Li-Qiang Jing 2022Rare Metals2022,41,1:2
6Effective conversion of cellobiose and glucose to sorbitol using non-noble bimetallic NiCo/HZSM-5 catalyst显示文摘The tandem hydrolysis and hydrogenation of saccharides into sorbitol is an especially attractive reaction in the conversion of biomass. Here, an economical and efficient bimetallic catalyst for the transformation of glucose and cellobiose into sorbitol is reported. Non-precious metal based catalysts such as NiCo, Ni, and Co, were prepared via modified impregnation method, and NiCo/HZSM-5 showed superior performance for the synthesis of sorbitol(86.9% from cellobiose, 98.6% from D-glucose).Various characterizations, such as Brunner-Emmet-Teler(BET), X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), confirmed that NiCo alloy formed and highly dispersed in NiCo/HZSM-5 catalyst. The high performance of fabricated catalyst would be attributed to the formation of nickel-cobalt alloy over HZSM-5 zeolite surface. High temperature and H_2 pressure were favorable for the tandem hydrolysis and hydrogenation reaction. Besides,the reaction pathway was also proposed based on the kinetics study. Cellobitol was detected as the intermediate in the reaction mixture. Furthermore, in the catalytic stability study, it was found that active metal species of NiCo/HZSM-5 were stable. 7In vivo screening of essential oils of Skimmia laureola leaves for antinociceptive and antipyretic activity显示文摘Objective:To study the screening of essential oils of Skimmia laureola leaves(SLO)for acute toxicity,antinociceptive,antipyretic and anticonvulsant activities in various animal models.Methods:SLO were extracted using modified Clevenger type apparatus.Acute toxicity test was used in mice to observe its safety level.Antinociceptive activity of SLO was evaluated in acetic acid induced writhing and hot plate tests.Yeast induced hyperthermic mice and pentylenetetrazole induced convulsive mice were used for the assessment of its antipyretic and anticonvulsant profile respectively.Results:Substantial safety was observed for SLO in acute toxicity test.SLO showed a high significant activity in acetic acid induced writhing test in a dose dependent manner with maximum pain attenuation of 68.48%at 200 mg/kg i.p.However,it did not produce any relief in thermal induced pain at test doses.When challenged against pyrexia evoked by yeast,SLO manifested marked amelioration in hyperthermic mice,dose dependently.Maximum anti-hyperthermic activity(75%)was observed at 200 mg/kg i.p.after 4 h of drug administration.Nevertheless,SLO had no effect on seizures control and mortality caused by pentylenetetrazole.Conclusions:In vivo studies of SLO showed prominent antinociceptive and antipyretic activities with ample safety profile and thus provided pharmacological base for the traditional uses of the plant in various painful conditions and pyrexia.Additional detail studies are required to ascertain its clinical application.Naveed Muhammad Barkatullah Muhammad Ibrar Haroon Khan Muhammad Saeed Amir Zada Khan Waqar Ahmad Kaleem 2013Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2013,3,3:2
8In vivo laxative, anti-diarrheal, hepatoprotective and diuretic investigations of Sterculia diversifolia and its isolated compounds显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To investigated the laxative,anti-diarrheal,hepatoprotective and diuretic activity of Sterculia diversifolia and its isolated compounds.METHODS:The laxative activity was studied by counting wet stools while anti-diarrheal activity was performed by measuring gastrointestinal tract motility.Hepatoprotective activity was studied by biochemical and histo-pathological analysis while diuretic activity was performed by urine collection protocol.RESULTS:Doses of 30 and 100 mg/kg of crude methanolic extract of Sterculia diversifolia(MESD)stem bark and leaves,significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01)produced wet feces in subjects pretreated with atropine while 8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin showed highly significant(P<0.001)results by increasing fecal weight and water contents without producing diarrhea.MESD stem bark and leaves also dose-dependently lowered diar-rhea while 8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin showed highly significant(P<0.001)results by producing shaped stools in mice.MESD,8-hydroxyquercetin and dihydroquercetin offered significant protection against histopathological changes in the liver.Diuretic activity of Crude MESD stem bark and leaves extracts shows highly significant diuretic effect while dihydroquercetin showed better results than 8-hydroxyquercetin.CONCLUSION:It is concluded that Sterculia diversifolia and its isolated compounds bears laxative,anti-diarrheal,hepatoprotective and diuretic effects.Fazle Rabbi Amir Zada Amna Nisar Muhammad Sohail Saifullah Khan Khalil Abid Ali Ahmad 2021Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2021,41,5:2
