13-year Treatment of Tenofovir Alafenamide vs.Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate for Chronic HBV Infection in China显示文摘Background and Aims:Tenofovir alafenamide(TAF)has similar efficacy to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)but with improved renal and bone safety in chronic hepatitis B patients studied outside of China.We report 3-year results from two phase 3 studies with TAF in China(Clinicaltrials.gov:NCT02836249 and NCT02836236).Methods:Chinese hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg)-positive and-negative chronic hepatitis B patients with viremia and elevated alanine aminotransferase were randomized 2:1 to TAF or TDF treatment groups and treated in a double-blind fashion for 144 weeks(3 years).Efficacy responses were assessed by individual study while safety was assessed by a pooled analysis.Results:Of the 334 patients(180 HBeAg-positive and 154 HBeAg-negative)randomized and treated,baseline characteristics were similar between groups.The overall mean age was 38 years and 73%were male.The mean HBV DNA was 6.4 log10 IU/mL.The median alanine aminotransferase was 88 U/L,and 37%had a history of antiviral use.At week 144,the proportion with HBV DNA<29 IU/mL was similar among the two groups,with TAF at 83%vs.TDF at 79%,and TAF at 93%vs.TDF at 92%for the HBeAg-positive and-negative patients,respectively.In each study,higher proportions of TAF than TDF patients showed normalized alanine aminotransferase(via the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases and the China criteria)and showed loss of HBsAg;meanwhile,the HBeAg seroconversion rates were similar.Treatment was well-tolerated among the TAF patients,who showed a smaller median decline in creatinine clearance(−0.4 vs.−3.2 mL/min;p=0.014)and less percentage change in bone mineral density vs.TDF at hip(−0.95%vs.−1.93%)and spine(+0.35%vs.−1.40%).Conclusions:In chronic hepatitis B patients from China,TAF treatment provided efficacy similar to TDF but with better renal and bone safety at 3 years.Jinlin Hou Qin Ning Zhongping Duan You Chen Qing Xie Fu-Sheng Wang Lunli Zhang Shanming Wu Hong Tang Jun Li Feng Lin Yongfeng Yang Guozhong Gong John FFlaherty Anuj Gaggar Shuyuan Mo Cong Cheng Gregory Camus Chengwei Chen Yan Huang Jidong Jia Mingxiang Zhang GS-US-320-0110 and GS-US-320-0108 China Investigators 2021Journal of Clinical and Translational Hepatology2021,9,3:7

3Robust and ultralow-energy-threshold ignition of a lean mixture by an ultrashort-pulsed laser in the filamentation regime显示文摘Laser ignition(LI)allows for precise manipulation of ignition tinning and location and is promising for green combustion of automobile and rocket engines and aero-turbines under lean-fuel conditions with improved emission efficiency;however,achieving completely effective and reliable ignition is still a challenge.Here,we report the realization of igniting a lean methane/air mixture with a 100%success rate by an ultrashort femtosecond laser,which has long been regarded as an unsuitable fuel ignition source.We demonstrate that the minimum ignition energy can decrease to the sub-mJ level depending on the laser filamentation formation,and reveal that the resultant early OH radical yield significantly increases as the laser energy reaches the ignition threshold,showing a clear boundary for misfire and fire cases.Potential mechanisms for robust ultrashort LI are the filamentation-induced heating effect followed by exothermal chemical reactions,in combination with the line ignition effect along the filament.Our results pave the way toward robust and efficient ignition of lean-fuel engines by ultrashort-pulsed lasers.Hongwei Zang Helong Li Wei Zhang Yao Fu Shanming Chen Huailiang Xu Ruxin Li 2021Light(Science & Applications)2021,10,3:1
4Diagenesis tectonic setting and U-Pb dating for zircon from Tanjianshan Group in northern margin of Qaidam Basin显示文摘The shape,texture,content and REE characteristics of zircons from the O2tnd-1,O3tnd-2,O3tnd-3pyroclastic rock of Tanjianshan Group on the north margin of Qaidam Basin indicate that the O2-3tndis the product of volcanism during the transitional period from ocean-land interim crust to oceanic crust.The U-Pb surface ages obtained from O3tnd-2and O3tnd-3can be divided into 9 groups,every age group coincides with the period when significant tectonic-heat event took place at Oulongbuluke micro-continental base of northern Qaidam,suggesting that the base rocks have provided materials for the formation of sedimentary and volcanic rock in O2-3tnd.The volcanic rocks of O3tnd-3formed at 440 Ma,with time gap 46 Ma to those of O1tna-1and O3tnd-3may represent the minor period that Xitieshan back-arc extension have lasted,the scale of back-arc basin that formed in Xitieshan extension may approach to 1 400 km.Based on the test of ithochemistry data for major elements and analysis of Sr isotope geochemistry for the clastic sedimentary rock in O1tna-2and O3tnd-2,the authors get the conclusion that the O1tna-2and O3tnd-2of Tanjianshan Group may form in back-arc basin environment,while the lithology difference between these two formations may reflect the changes of geodynamic processes as the diagenesis tectonic environment transformed from continental margin depression to adjacent sea basin.ZHANG Shanming SUN Huashan ZHU Zhexin LIU Hongwei CHI Hongxin 2013Global Geology2013,16,3:0
5Antimicrobial resistance characteristics and phylogenetic relationships of pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates from different environmental samples along a laying hen production chain显示文摘Antimicrobial resistance in the laying hen production industry has become a serious public health problem.The antimicrobial resistance and phylogenetic relationships of the common conditional pathogen Enterococcus along the laying hen production chain have not been systematically clarified.105 Enterococcus isolates were obtained from 115 environmental samples (air,dust,feces,fies,sewage,and soil) collected along the laying hen production chain (breeding chicken,chick,young chicken,and commercial laying hen).These Enterococcus isolates exhibited resistance to some clinically relevant antibiotics,such as tetracycline (92.4%),streptomycin (92.4%),and erythromycin (91.4%),and all strains had multidrug resistance phenotypes.Whole genome sequencing characterized 29 acquired antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) that conferred resistance to 11 classes of antibiotics in 51pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates,and lsa(E),which mediates resistance to pleuromutilins,always co-occurred with lnu(B).Alignments with the Mobile Genetic Elements database identified four transposons (Tn554,Tn558,Tn6261,and Tn6674) with several ARGs(erm(A),ant(9)-la,fex(A),and optrA) that mediated resistance to many clinically important antibiotics.Moreover,we identified two new transposons that carried ARGs in the Tn554 family designated as Tn7508 and Tn7492.A complementary approach based on conventional multi-locus sequence typing and whole genome single nucleotide polymorphism analysis showed that phylogenetically related pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus isolates were widely distributed in various environments on different production farms.Our results indicate that environmental contamination by antimicrobial-resistant Enterococcus requires greater attention,and they highlight the risk of pleuromutilin-resistant Enterococcus and ARGs disseminating along the laying hen production chain,thereby warranting effective disinfection.Cong Lin Yuxuan Feng Xianjun Xie Haoyu Zhang Jie Wu Yixiao Zhu Jing Yu Jingyi Feng Wen Su Shanming Lai Anyun Zhang 2024Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,3:0

7Goldilocks focal zone in femtosecond laser ignition of lean fuels显示文摘Laser ignition of lean fuels offers a promising route for green combustion with high combustion efficiency and low exhaust emissions. The fundamental limitations which apply to femtosecond laser ignition(fs-LI) of lean fuels are the inferior energy deposition and low thermodynamic temperature. However, it was discovered recently that the fs laser filamentation can induce 100% success rate of fs-LI with ultralow sub-m J minimum ignition energy, exhibiting distinct contrast to the general understanding that it is hard to achieve fs-LI. The present contribution examines the extent to which the minimum ignition energies depend on filamentation formation, and explores the key factors for the success of fs-LI. We perform fs-LI of a lean-fuel CH;/air mixture using a femtosecond near-infrared(~40 fs, 800 nm) pulse at different external focal conditions, and find a Goldilocks focal zone to facilitate fs-LI. In this special zone, a crucial balance between the length of igniting “line” kernel and the plasma density of the fs laser filament is achieved, which determines not only the total amount of resultant OH radicals, but also their distribution along the plasma filament. 8Construction Method of Equipment Defect Knowledge Graph in IoT显示文摘Equipment defect detection is essential to the security and stabil-ity of power grid networking operations.Besides the status of the power grid itself,environmental information is also necessary for equipment defect detection.At the same time,different types of intelligent sensors can mon-itor environmental information,such as temperature,humidity,dust,etc.Therefore,we apply the Internet of Things(IoT)technology to monitor the related environment and pervasive interconnections to diverse physical objects.However,the data related to device defects in the existing Internet of Things are complex and lack uniform association hence building a knowledge graph is proposed to solve the problems.Intelligent equipment defect domain ontology is the semantic basis for constructing a defect knowledge graph,which can be used to organize,share,and analyze equipment defect-related knowledge.At present,there are a lot of relevant data in the field of intelligent equipment defects.These equipment defect data often focus on a single aspect of the defect field.It is difficult to integrate the database with various types of equipment defect information.This paper combines the characteristics of existing data sources to build a general intelligent equipment defect domain ontology.Based on ontology,this paper proposed the BERT-BiLSTM-Att-CRF model to recognize the entities.This method solves the problem of diverse entity names and insufficient feature information extraction in the field of equipment defect field.The final experiment proves that this model is superior to other models in precision,recall,and F1 value.This research can break the barrier of multi-source heterogeneous knowledge,build an efficient storage engine for multimodal data,and empower the safety of Industrial applications,data,and platforms in multi-clouds for Internet of Things.Huafei Yang Wenqing Yang Nan Zhang Shanming Wei Yingnan Shang 2023Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing2023,37,9:0
