2Equivalent efficacy study of QL1101 and bevacizumab on untreated advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer patients: a phase 3 randomized, double-blind clinical trial显示文摘Objective:This phase 3 study aimed to test equivalence in efficacy and safety for QL1101,a bevacizumab analogue in Chinese patients with untreated locally advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:Eligible patients were randomly assigned 1:1 to receive carboplatin and paclitaxel in combination with either QL1101 or bevacizumab,15 mg/kg every 3-week for 6 cycles.This was followed by maintenance treatment with single agent QL1101 every 3-week.The primary end-point was objective response rate(ORR),with secondary end-points being progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),disease control rate(DCR),and adverse events(AEs).Results:Of 675 patients,535 eligible patients were randomized to the QL1101 group(n=269)and bevacizumab group(n=266).ORRs were 52.8%and 56.8%,respectively,for the QL1101 and bevacizumab groups,with an ORR hazard ratio 0.93(95%confidence interval:0.8-0131.1).The PFS,OS,DCR,and AEs were comparable between the 2 groups,which remained the same after stratification according to epidermal growth factor receptor mutation or smoking history.Conclusions:QL1101 showed similar efficacy and safety profiles as compared to bevacizumab among Chinese patients with untreated locally advanced non-squamous NSCLC.Tianqing Chu Jun Lu Minghong Bi Helong Zhang Wu Zhuang Yan Yu Jianhua Shi Zhendong Chen Xiaochun Zhang Qisen Guo Quan Liu Huijuan Wu Jian Fang Yi Hu Xiuwen Wang Cuicui Han Kai Li Baohui Han 2021Cancer Biology & Medicine2021,18,3:4
3Spatial and Temporal Evolution Characteristics of PM2.5 in China from 1998 to 2016显示文摘The rapid development of China’s economy and urbanization has given rise to noticeable environmental problems,among which the change of air quality has received extensive attention.The panel data of PM2.5(particles with an aerodynamic diameter of 2.5μm or less)in 343 prefecture-level cities in China from 1998 to 2016 were statistically analyzed to reveal the characteristics of the temporal evolution and spatial variation of China’s air quality in the past two decades.The results show that:1)the overall deterioration trend of air quality is obvious throughout the country.The variation trend of PM2.5 was divided into three phases:rapid-growth phase(1998–2007),lag phase(2006–2011)and mildly-incremental phase(2012–2016),with their average growth rates of 7.19%,-3.59%and 0.52%,respectively.2)The spatial difference of PM2.5 values in China increased significantly with time.Since 2003,the high-value area in the east has expanded rapidly,and polarization became much more pronounced.The change rate of PM2.5 is high in the east and west and low in the middle.The change rates of most areas in the west exceed more than 80%,and in the east lie somewhere between 40%and 60%.In the midlands,the change rate is not large and some regions even show a negative growth.3)The change rate of PM2.5 is also high in areas with higher values.However,in regions where the change rate of PM2.5 is high,the value of PM2.5 is not always high.The high change rate is mainly attributable to the low base value of PM2.5 and the cities concerned belong to sensitive areas.4)According to the PM2.5 warning index,the number of strong,medium,weak and non-warning areas in China is 45,85,159 and 54,respectively.LI Hua TONG Helong WU Xianhua LU Xiaoli MENG Shuhan 2020Chinese Geographical Science2020,30,6:2

9Integration of coal pyrolysis process with iron ore reduction: Reduction behaviors of iron ore with benzene-containing coal pyrolysis gas as a reducing agent显示文摘An integrated coal pyrolysis process with iron ore reduction is proposed in this article. As the first step, iron oxide reduction is studied in a fixed bed reactor using simulated coal pyrolysis gas with benzene as a model tar compound. Variables such as reduction temperature, reduction time and benzene concentration are studied. The carbon deposition of benzene results in the retarded iron reduction at low temperatures. At high temperatures over800 °C, the presence of benzene in the gas can promote iron reduction. The metallization can reach up to 99% in20 min at 900 °C in the presence of benzene. Significant increases of hydrogen and CO/CO2 ratio are observed in the gas. It is indicated that iron reduction is accompanied by the reforming and decomposition of benzene. The degree of metallization and reduction increases with the increasing benzene concentration. Iron oxide can nearly completely be converted into cementite with benzene present in the gas under the experimental conditions. 20Disease Recognition of Apple Leaf Using Lightweight Multi-Scale Network with ECANet显示文摘To solve the problem of difficulty in identifying apple diseases in the natural environment and the low application rate of deep learning recognition networks,a lightweight ResNet(LW-ResNet)model for apple disease recognition is proposed.Based on the deep residual network(ResNet18),the multi-scale feature extraction layer is constructed by group convolution to realize the compression model and improve the extraction ability of different sizes of lesion features.By improving the identity mapping structure to reduce information loss.By introducing the efficient channel attention module(ECANet)to suppress noise from a complex background.The experimental results show that the average precision,recall and F1-score of the LW-ResNet on the test set are 97.80%,97.92%and 97.85%,respectively.The parameter memory is 2.32 MB,which is 94%less than that of ResNet18.Compared with the classic lightweight networks SqueezeNet and MobileNetV2,LW-ResNet has obvious advantages in recognition performance,speed,parameter memory requirement and time complexity.The proposed model has the advantages of low computational cost,low storage cost,strong real-time performance,high identification accuracy,and strong practicability,which can meet the needs of real-time identification task of apple leaf disease on resource-constrained devices.Helong Yu Xianhe Cheng Ziqing Li Qi Cai Chunguang Bi 2022Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2022,,9:1
