2Response of phytoplankton to multispecies mariculture:a case study on the carrying capacity of shellfish in the Sanggou Bay in China显示文摘A multispecies model for shellfish polyculture in the Sanggou Bay in China used for large-scale long-line cultivation of the Chinese scallop Chlamys farreri,the Pacific oyster Crassostrea gigas and the kelp Laminaria japonica is presented. The model includes key physical processes which are the transports of matter at the system boundary,and the main biological process that is the primary production and nutrients release from the bottom. By the model,the seasonal fluctuations of phytoplankton biomass and dissolved inorganic nitrogen(DIN) in 1994 are simulated. Furthermore,if the kelp culture scale is kept constant and the Chinese scallop and the Pacific oyster culture scales are adjusted,virtual shellfish farms are funded and responses of phytoplankton to the large-scale shellfish culture are simulated. According to these simulated results,the room limitation,and the hypothesis that shellfish will not grow well if the phytoplankton biomass is less than 8.2 mg/m3,the expandable multiple of scallop culture k and that of oyster culture y are determined as k=-0.276 5y+4.690 5 and 0.133 3k+0.006 6y≤0.667 5,where,k (or y) is equal to 1,the culture scale of scallop (or oyster) is 8.8×109 individuals (or 66 ha,with a density of 59 ind./m2),and the kelp culture scale is 3 300 ha with a density of 12 ind./m2.GE Changzi FANG Jianguang SONG Xiefa MAO Yuze YE Naihao 2008Acta Oceanologica Sinica2008,27,1:11

4A novel catalytic application of heteropolyacids:chemical transformation of major ginsenosides into rare ginsenosides exemplified by Rg1显示文摘High performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadruple-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(HPLC-Q-TOF-MS)method was developed for analyzing the hydrolytic mixtures of ginsenoside R_(g1) in acidic conditions(pH 3). Three catalysts, a heteropolyacid(H_4SiW_(12)O_(40), SiW_(12) for short), its complex with γ-CD(SiW_(12)/γ-CD for short) and formic acid, were used for comparison. The chemical transformation products were identified based on the accurate mass measurement and the fragment ions obtained from tandem mass spectrometry. 5Performance Analysis of a Combined Absorption Refrigeration-Liquid Desiccant Dehumidification THIC System Driven by Low-Grade Heat Source显示文摘Traditional condensing air-conditioning systems consume large amounts of energy in hot and humid areas,and it is difficult to achieve simultaneous control of temperature and humidity.A combined absorption refrigeration(AR)and liquid desiccant dehumidification(LDD)air-conditioning system based on cascade utilization of low-grade heat source is proposed.The system can realize independent control of temperature and humidity and carry out profound recovery of low-grade heat sources.Under the design conditions,the heat utilization rate C reaches 21.05%,which is 2.73 times that of the conventional absorption refrigeration reference system.A parametric sensitivity analysis is performed to optimize the system.The C increases from 9.79%to 18.55%and the coefficient of performance C O P t increases from 0.33 to 0.35 with an increase in chilled water temperature from 7°C to 15°C.With an increase in regenerant solution temperature from 60°C to 70°C,the C achieves the optimal value of 21.05%at 68°C.C decreases from 21.05%to 15.05%as the concentration of the regenerant solution increases from 36%to 40%.Under variable environmental temperature and humidity,the C the proposed system changes within a small range and stays much higher than that of the reference system with the same quality heat source,which indicates that the proposed system has a better adaptability to changing environmental parameters.XU Cong SUI Jun DAI Yuze LIU Feng LIU Hao 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,5:5
6Ultrafast all-optical terahertz modulation based on an inverse-designed metasurface显示文摘Metasurface plays a key role in various terahertz metadevices,while the designed terahertz metasurface still lacks flexibility and variety.On the other hand,inverse design has drawn plenty of attention due to its flexibility and robustness in the application of photonics.This provides an excellent opportunity for metasurface design as well as the development of multifunctional,high-performance terahertz devices.In this work,we demonstrate that,for the first time,a terahertz metasurface supported by the electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT)effect can be constructed by inverse design,which combines the particle swarm optimization algorithm with the finite-difference time-domain method.Incorporating germanium(Ge)film with inverse-designed metasurface,an ultrafast EIT modulation on the picosecond scale has been experimentally verified.The experimental results suggest a feasibility to build the terahertz EIT effect in the metasurface through an optimization algorithm of inverse design.Furthermore,this method can be further utilized to design multifunctional and high-performance terahertz devices,which is hard to accomplish in a traditional metamaterial structure.In a word,our method not only provides a novel way to design an ultrafast all-optical terahertz modulator based on artificial metamaterials but also shows the potential applications of inverse design on the terahertz devices.WEIBAO HE MINGYU TONG ZHONGJIE XU YUZE HU XIANG’AI CHENG TIAN JIANG 2021Photonics Research2021,9,6:4
7Export,subsidy and innovation:China’s state-owned enterprises versus privately-owned enterprises显示文摘In this study,we advance the literature on export and government subsidy by examining their effects in the context of China,a fastgrowing emerging economy,and comparing the effects across ownership of enterprises.We examine the relationship among export,government support and firms’innovation capability,and how these relationships differ between state-owned and private owned enterprises,by using a large data sample of Chinese firms(2003–2007).First,we find that there exists an inverted U-shaped relationship between export and innovation in state-owned enterprises,but not in private owned enterprises.Second,there is a positive effect of government subsidy on firms’innovation capability.Finally,from the sub-sample analyses,we identify differences in the impact of government support between SOEs and POEs.This study will inspire future research into these issues in the disciplines of marketing,management and international business.Laijun Luo Yang Yang Yuze Luo Chang Liu 2016Economic and Political Studies2016,4,2:4

9A post-GWAS confirming the genetic effects and functional polymorphisms of AGPAT3 gene on milk fatty acids in dairy cattle显示文摘Background: People are paying more attention to the healthy and balanced diet with the improvement of their living standards. Milk fatty acids(FAs) have been reported that they were related to some atherosclerosis and coronary heart diseases in human. In our previous genome-wide association study(GWAS) on milk FAs in dairy cattle, 83 genomewide significant single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) were detected. Among them, two SNPs, ARS-BFGL-NGS-109493 and BTA-56389-no-rs associated with C18 index(P = 0.0459), were located in the upstream of 1-acylglycerol-3-phosphate O-acyltransferase 3(AGPAT3) gene. AGPAT3 is involved in glycerol-lipid, glycerol-phospholipid metabolism and phospholipase D signaling pathways. Hence, it was inferred as a candidate gene for milk FAs. The aim of this study was to further confirm the genetic effects of the AGPAT3 gene on milk FA traits in dairy cattle.Results: Through re-sequencing the complete coding region, and 3000 bp of 5′ and 3′ regulatory regions of the AGPA T3 gene, a total of 17 SNPs were identified, including four in 5′ regulatory region, one in 5′ untranslated region(UTR),three in introns, one in 3′ UTR, and eight in 3′ regulatory region. By the linkage disequilibrium(LD) analysis with Haploview4.1 software, two haplotype blocks were observed that were formed by four and 12 identified SNPs,respectively. Using SAS9.2, we performed single locus-based and haplotype-based association analysis on 24 milk FAs in 1065 Chinese Holstein cows, and discovered that all the SNPs and the haplotype blocks were significantly associated with C6:0, C8:0 and C10:0(P < 0.0001–0.0384). Further, with Genomatix, we predicted that four SNPs in 5′ regulatory region(g.146702957 G > A, g.146704373 A > G, g.146704618 A > G and g.146704699 G > A) changed the transcription factor binding sites(TFBSs) for transcription factors SMARCA3, REX1, VMYB, BRACH, NKX26, ZBED4, SP1, USF1, ARNT and FOXA1. 10Ultrasensitive polarization-dependent terahertz modulation in hybrid perovskites plasmoninduced transparency devices显示文摘Active control of metamaterial properties with high tunability of both resonant intensity and frequency is essential for advanced terahertz(THz) applications, ranging from spectroscopy and sensing to communications.Among varied metamaterials, plasmon-induced transparency(PIT) has enabled active control with giant sensitivity by embedding semiconducting materials. However, there is still a stringent challenge to achieve dynamic responses in both intensity and frequency modulation. Here, an anisotropic THz active metamaterial device with an ultrasensitive modulation feature is proposed and experimentally studied. A radiative-radiative-coupled PIT system is established, with a frequency shift of 0.26 THz in its sharp transparent windows by polarization rotation. Enabled by high charge-carrier mobility and longer diffusion lengths, we utilize a straightforwardly spincoated MAPbI3 film acting as a photoactive medium to endow the device with high sensitivity and ultrafast speed.When the device is pumped by an ultralow laser fluence, the PIT transmission windows at 0.86 and 1.12 THz demonstrate a significant reduction for two polarizations, respectively, with a full recovery time of 561 ps. In addition, we numerically prove the validity that the investigated resonator structure is sensitive to the optically induced conductivity. 11Ultrafast polarization-dependent all-optical switching of germanium-based metaphotonic devices显示文摘Metamaterials play an important role in the modulation of amplitude and group delay in the terahertz(THz)regime on account of their optical properties,which are rare in natural materials.Here an ultrafast anisotropic switch of the plasmon-induced transparency(PIT)effect is experimentally and numerically demonstrated by metamaterial devices composed of two pairs of planar split-ring resonators and a pair of closed-ring resonators.By integration with a germanium(Ge)film,a recovery time of 3 ps and a decay constant of 785 fs are realized in the metadevice.Stimulated by the exterior optical pump,the PIT windows at different frequencies are switched off with an excellent property of slow light for vertical and horizontal THz polarizations,realizing an astonishing modulation depth as high as 99.06%.This work provides a new platform for ultrafast anisotropic metadevices tunable for amplitude and group delay.HAO SUN YUZE HU YUHUA TANG JIE YOU JUNHU ZHOU HENGZHU LIU XIN ZHENG 2020Photonics Research2020,8,3:3
12Assessing the effects of oyster/kelp weight ratio on water column properties: an experimental IMTA study at Sanggou Bay, China显示文摘Integrated Multi-Trophic Aquaculture(IMTA)is an effective method for sustainable aquaculture as species from different trophic levels could reduce negative effects from fed species in the environment.A proper proportion of different trophic species in an IMTA system could improve the aquaculture production and environmental sustainability.At present,research on the proper proportions for farming species is scarce.We investigated the effects of IMTA modes of oyster(Crassostrea gigas)and kelp(Saccharina japonica)in different weight ratios on water quality and carbonate system in a closed enclosure experiment for three days in the Sanggou Bay in Shandong Province,China,in December 2017.Nine collocation modes in oyster:kelp weight ratio were tested showing as 24:3,24:2,24:1,16:3,16:2,16:1,8:3,8:2,and 8:1.The water parameters were determined at 17:00 on Day 1(D1),and 6:00 and 17:00 on Days 2(D2)and 3(D3).As two-way ANOVA showed,all increased parameters(dissolved oxygen(DO),pH,chl a,the carbonate system and pCO2)were significantly related to oyster-kelp modes,and interaction between modes and time were also significant(P<0.05).On the 3th day,the 8:3 mode was the highest in DO,pH,chl a,CO32-(P<0.05),and dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC),HCO3-,CO2,and pCO2 were the lowest(P<0.05).According to previous references and the results of this study,the appropriate oyster:kelp proportion at the beginning of winter is from 8:2 to 8:3.The results of this study may help government to optimize the aquaculture structure of Sanggou Bay.FANG Jinghui FANG Jianguang CHEN Qionglin MAO Yuze JIANG Zengjie DU Meirong GAO Yaping LIN Fan 2020Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2020,38,6:2
13Fine-Tuning Contact via Complexation for High-Performance Organic Solar Cells显示文摘For organic optoelectronic devices,precise tuning of the electrical property of both active layers and interfaces is crucial to achieve enhanced device performance.Herein,we developed a facile method using complexation to modify the work function and energy levels of cathode contact layers in organic solar cells(OSCs)to achieve suitable work function and energy levels while retaining relatively good conductivity.Compared with the control devices with neat(N,Ndimethyl-ammonium N-oxide)propyl perylene diimide(PDINO)contacts,the tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane(BCF)-complexed PDINO cathode contacts showed enhanced power conversion efficiencies(PCEs),which is independent of the composition of the active layer.More specifically,single-junction OSCs employing PDINO cathode contact with 2 wt%BCF-additive achieved an average PCE of 17.7%.Based on experimental data and theoretical modeling,we found that the boron cores of BCF coordinate with the amino N-oxide terminal substituent of PDINO after generating BCF–H2O/methanol complexes.BCF segments with a strong electron-withdrawing property can effectively reduce the energy levels of the PDINO–BCF complex,and thus enhance device PCE when it is used as a cathode contact in OSCs.This strategy can be extended to other types of photovoltaic devices,photodetectors,and light-emitting diodes.Yawen Li Zhenzhen Zhang Xiaona Han Tao Li Yuze Lin 2022CCS Chemistry2022,4,3:2
14Fast inverse covariance matrix computation based on element-order recursive method for space-time adaptive processing显示文摘Because of large computational complexity in the inverse space-time covariance matrix computation,the conventional space-time adaptive processing(STAP) is unsuitable for practical implementation. According to the block Hermitian matrix property of covariance matrix, a new element-order recursive method is proposed in this paper to calculate the inverse space-time covariance matrix for STAP weight vector. In the proposed method, the inverse space-time covariance matrix of first element-order is initially calculated recursively based on block Hermitian matrix property, and then the inverse space-time covariance matrix of high element-order is correspondingly deduced recursively based on obtained inverse covariance matrix of previous element-order.Finally, STAP weight vector is calculated based on the final inverse covariance matrix. Afterwards, a modified reduced-dimension STAP method is derived by combining the proposed method with the m-Doppler Transformation(m DT-SAP) STAP approach. Based on the simulated and the actual airborne phased array radar data, the proposed method verified that the computational complexity is much smaller than conventional STAP methods. 15Fabrication and Characterization of High-Bonding-Strength Al/Ti/Al-Laminated Composites via Cryorolling显示文摘Sandwich-like Al/Ti/Al-laminated composites have many advantages such as low density and high specific strength with value in mechanical manufacturing and aerospace engineering. Here, Al/Ti/Al-laminated composites were fabricated by hot roll bonding and subsequent processes: cryorolling(-190 ℃ and-100 ℃), cold rolling(25 ℃), and hot rolling(300 ℃). Their bonding strength and mechanical properties were then studied by an Autograph AGS-X universal electronic testing machine. The results show that cryorolling can improve the interface bonding strength and tensile strength of Al/Ti/Allaminated composites. For the Al/Ti/Al-laminated composites subjected to cryorolling at-100 ℃, they have the highest strength near 260 MPa—this is 48 MPa and 41 MPa higher than the laminated composites subjected to cold and hot rolling, respectively. These results also show the strongest peeling strength. 18Enhancing photovoltaic performance via aggregation dynamics control in fused-ring electron acceptor显示文摘A new fused-ring electron acceptor FNIC3 with dynamics controlled aggregation behavior was synthesized.FNIC3 shows strong absorption in 600–900 nm,HOMO/LUMO energy levels of−5.59/−4.04 eV,and electron mobility of 1.2×10^(−3) cm^(2) V^(−1) s^(−1).The aggregation of FNIC3 shows strong dependency on film formation time.Prolongation of film formation time promotes the crystallization of FNIC3,leading to improved crystallinity and enlarged aggregate sizes.Aggregation of FNIC3 significantly influences the photovoltaic device parameters.Appropriate aggregation red-shifts the absorption and improves the mobilities of the blend,which contributes to high photocurrent and fill factor thus high power conversion efficiency(PCE).Overaggregation leads to increased nonradiative energy loss and insufficient charge generation,resulting in decreased open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current density.The blends based on PM6:FNIC3 fabricated under proper film formation time exhibit a PCE of 12.3%,higher than those fabricated under short and long film formation time(10.0–10.5%).Jiayu Wang Runyu Zhu Shijie Wang Yawen Li Boyu Jia Jiadong Zhou Peiyao Xue Susanne Seibt Yuze Lin Zengqi Xie Wei Ma Xiaowei Zhan 2021Aggregate2021,2,3:1
19Improved eigenanalysis canceler based on data-independent clutter subspace estimation for space-time adaptive processing显示文摘The eigenanalysis canceler(EC)method which is suitable for nonhomogeneous clutter can suppress clutter efectively by discarding the eigenvectors of small eigenvalues,which is a well-known subspace-based space-time adaptive processing(STAP)method.However,the computational complexity of conventional EC STAP method is huge due to the eigenvalue decomposition.Moreover,the corresponding performance would be degraded signifcantly by the subspace leakage phenomenon,since the clutter subspace is not strictly confned to a low-rank subspace any more.Therefore,an improved EC STAP method based on the data-independent clutter subspace estimation is proposed to reduce the computational complexity,where the clutter subspace is rapidly constructed by sampling the prolate spheroidal wave functions(PSWF)non-uniformly.In order to deal with the subspace leakage phenomenon,the proposed EC-PSWF STAP method is modifed based on the covariance matrix taper(CMT)to obtain the covariance matrix by re-establishing the noise floor.The corresponding performance of proposed method is evaluated by using the numerical simulation.LONG Teng LIU YongXu YANG XiaoPeng SUN YuZe 2013Science China(Information Sciences)2013,56,10:1
20Modeling and Analysis of Data Dependencies in Business Process for Data-Intensive Services显示文摘With the growing popularity of data-intensive services on the Internet, the traditional process-centric model for business process meets challenges due to the lack of abilities to describe data semantics and dependencies, resulting in the inflexibility of the design and implement for the processes. This paper proposes a novel data-aware business process model which is able to describe both explicit control flow and implicit data flow. Data model with dependencies which are formulated by Linear-time Temporal Logic(LTL) is presented, and their satisfiability is validated by an automaton-based model checking algorithm. Data dependencies are fully considered in modeling phase, which helps to improve the efficiency and reliability of programming during developing phase.
