1少免耕土壤结构与导水能力的季节变化及其水保效果显示文摘通过对黑土坡耕地免耕、少耕与传统耕作土壤物理性状全生育期观测,比较研究土壤结构和导水性状季节变化差异及其与水土流失的关系。结果表明,表层0~20 cm土壤,免耕土壤容重全生育期维持在1.20~1.30 g cm^-3,变化小,大于0.25 mm的水稳性团聚体含量(WR0.25)和平均重量直径(MWD)高于传统耕作,初始和稳定入渗速率均高于少耕和传统耕作,土壤含水量分别较少耕和传统耕作高4.7和4.4个百分点,较传统耕作分别减少地表径流和土壤流失量86%和100%;少耕除夏季各项性状均介于免耕和传统耕作之间,夏季垄沟深松后,垄沟土壤容重显著降低,较免耕和传统耕作降低0.15 g cm^-3以上,提高土壤初始入渗速率30%以上,较传统耕作减少水和土壤流失量20%和40%。传统耕作土壤容重,垄台由播种时的0.91 g cm^-3增加至收获时的1.23 g cm^-3,垄沟一直维持在1.30 g cm^-3左右,WR0.25、MWD、土壤稳定入渗速率、含水量均较低,全生育期10%的雨水流失,土壤流失量615 t km^-2 a^-1。免耕土壤结构稳定,蓄水保水最佳,为效果显著的水土保持耕作措施,少耕也有一定的保水保土作用;免耕和少耕均能够改善土壤物理性状。陈强 Yuriy S Kravchenko 陈渊 李续峰 李浩 宋春雨 张兴义 2014土壤学报2014,51,1:43
2Mesenchymal stem cells and the neuronal microenvironment in the area of spinal cord injury显示文摘Cell-based technologies are used as a therapeutic strategy in spinal cord injury(SCI). Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs), which secrete various neurotrophic factors and cytokines, have immunomodulatory, anti-apoptotic and anti-inflammatory effects, modulate reactivity/phenotype of astrocytes and the microglia, thereby promoting neuroregeneration seem to be the most promising. The therapeutic effect of MSCs is due to a paracrine mechanism of their action, therefore the survival of MSCs and their secretory phenotype is of particular importance. Nevertheless, these data are not always reported in efficacy studies of MSC therapy in SCI. Here, we provide a review with summaries of preclinical trials data evaluating the efficacy of MSCs in animal models of SCI. 6不同耕作方式土壤结构季节变化显示文摘试验于2011年通过对玉米全生育期土壤容重和团聚体的测定,分析4种黑土农田耕作方式土壤结构季节变化。结果表明:从播种到收获,传统耕作平翻(MT)和旋松(Rot)在0~20 cm土层土壤容重逐渐增大。保护性耕作少耕(RT)垄沟深松后(6月)土壤容重降低且显著低于其他耕作方式,免耕(NT)土壤容重季节差异不显著。各耕作方式1~2 mm与0.25~0.5 mm粒级团聚体季节差异不显著,>2 mm团聚体平均含量表现为NT>RT>MT>Rot,且NT更容易形成>5 mm团聚体。各耕作方式>0.25 mm水稳定性团聚体数量(WR0.25)均随时间推移逐渐减少。MT土壤团聚体平均重量直径(MWD)季节差异不显著,10~20 cm土层几何平均直径(GMD)则表现为降低趋势,分形维数随时间推移表现出先增加后降低趋势。Rot的MWD和GMD季节变化均较小。在0~10 cm土层,RT的MWD与GMD先增加后降低,分形维数季节性变幅较大。NT处理8月份土壤团聚体的MWD和GMD最大,在0~20 cm土层,NT方式下WR0.25、MWD和GMD均大于其他耕作方式,而分形维数则小于其他耕作方式且季节变化差异不显著,NT土壤结构季节变化更稳定。陈强 Yuriy S Kravchenko 陈帅 李浩 宋春雨 王禹宸 张兴义 2015土壤通报2015,46,1:5
7Distributed Kalman filter for UWB/INS integrated pedestrian localization under colored measurement noise显示文摘Colored Measurement Noise(CMN)has a great impact on the accuracy of human localization in indoor environments with Inertial Navigation System(INS)integrated with Ultra Wide Band(UWB).To mitigate its influence,a distributed Kalman Filter(dKF)is developed for Gauss-Markov CMN with switching Colouredness Factor Matrix(CFM).In the proposed scheme,a data fusion filter employs the difference between the INS-and UWB-based distance measurements.The main filter produces a final optimal estimate of the human position by fusing the estimates from local filters.The effect of CMN is overcome by using measurement differencing of noisy observations.The tests show that the proposed dKF developed for CMN with CFM can reduce the localization error compared to the original dKF,and thus effectively improve the localization accuracy.Yuan Xu Jing Cao Yuriy SShmaliy Yuan Zhuang 2021Satellite Navigation2021,2,1:4
8Gastric cancer with peritoneal metastases: Efficiency of standard treatment methods显示文摘BACKGROUND Peritoneal metastasis(PM),arising from gastric cancer(GC),is the most common pattern of synchronous and metachronous dissemination and is generally associated with poor prognosis.New therapeutic modalities are being increasingly employed for such patients.AIM To develop more advanced methods,it becomes necessary to study the results of existing standard treatment methods in patients with PM in order to perform a comparative analysis of the strategies.METHODS A retrospective analysis of the efficiency of standard treatment methods(i.e.,palliative chemotherapy,palliative gastrectomy,and the best supportive care)was performed on 200 GC patients with synchronous PM.RESULTS The overall survival(OS)rate in 200 GC patients with PM under standard treatment was 5.4 mo.One-year survival occurred in 18.4%of patients.In multivariate analysis,the survival rate was significantly influenced by the following factors:Presence of extraperitoneal metastases,and stage of PM according to both the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association(JGCA)and the peritoneal cancer index(PCI).The median OS and 1-year survival of patients withР1,P2,and P3(JGCA)carcinomatosis were 9.8 mo,6.7 mo,and 4.0 mo,and 47.2%,18.8%,and 5.1%,respectively.The application of the palliative gastrectomy resulted in an increase in the median OS by up to 17 mo compared to the conservative approach where the value was 8.5 mo(P=0.05)in patients withР1РМ.In patients withР3,palliative chemotherapy increased the OS by up to 5.6 mo compared to the OS of 3.2 mo(P=0.0006)for best supportive care.The median OS and 1-year survival of patients withРCI of 1-6,7-12 and 13+points were 8.5 mo,4.2 mo,and 4.1 mo,and 39.8%,6.7%,and 5.5%,respectively.Palliative gastrectomy increased the median OS to 12.6 mo compared to conservative approach of 8.0 mo(P=0.03)in patients withРCI of 1-6 points.In patients withРCI 13+points,only palliative chemotherapy increased the OS to 6.0 mo compared to the OS of 3.4 mo for best supportive care(P=0.0008).CONCLUSION GC patients with PM are characterized by extremely poor prognoses.Long-term survivors were found in the group with PCI of 1-6 points,and there was no survival difference in groups with PCI 7-12 vs PCI 13+points.Palliative gastrectomy could prove effective in treating patients with early stage PM.The three standard treatment methods are equally effective for moderate stages of PM.In cases with advanced peritoneal carcinomatosis,a significant increase in prognosis was registered only after treatment with palliative chemotherapy.Roman Yarema МyronОhorchak Petro Hyrya Yuriy Kovalchuk Victor Safiyan Ivan Karelin Severyn Ferneza Markiyan Fetsych Myron Matusyak Yuriy Oliynyk Тaras Fetsych 2020World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2020,12,5:3
9Indoor INS/UWB-based Human Localization With Missing Data Utilizing Predictive UFIR Filtering显示文摘A combined algorithm for the loosely fused ultra wide band(UWB)and inertial navigation system(INS)-based measurements is designed under the indoor human navigation conditions with missing data.The scheme proposed fuses the INS-and UWB-derived positions via a data fusion filter.Since the UWB signal is prone to drift in indoor environments and its outage highly affects the integrated scheme reliability,we also consider the missing data problem in UWB measurements.To overcome this problem,the loosely-coupled INS/UWB-integrated scheme is augmented with a prediction option based on the predictive unbiased finite impulse response(UFIR)fusion filter.We show experimentally that,the standard UFIR fusion filter has higher robustness than the Kalman filter.It is also shown that the predictive UFIR fusion filter is able to produce an acceptable navigation accuracy under temporary missing UWB-data.Yuan Xu Choon Ki Ahn Yuriy S. 14Human enamel thickness and ENAM polymorphism显示文摘The tooth enamel development gene, enamelin(ENAM), showed evidence of positive selection during a genome-wide scan of human and primate DNA for signs of adaptive evolution. The current study examined the hypothesis that a single-nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) C14625T(rs7671281) in the ENAM gene identified in the genome-wide scan is associated with a change in enamel phenotype. African Americans were selected as the target population, as they have been reported to have a target SNP frequency of approximately 50%, whereas non-Africans are predicted to have a 96% SNP frequency. Digital radiographs and DNA samples from 244 teeth in 133 subjects were analysed, and enamel thickness was assessed in relation to SNP status,controlling for age, sex, tooth number and crown length. Crown length was found to increase with molar number, and females were found to have thicker enamel. Teeth with larger crowns also had thicker enamel, and older subjects had thinner enamel.Linear regression and generalized estimating equations were used to investigate the relationship between enamel thickness of the mandibular molars and ENAM SNP status; enamel in subjects with the derived allele was significantly thinner(P = 0.040)when the results were controlled for sex, age, tooth number and crown length. The derived allele demonstrated a recessive effect on the phenotype. The data indicate that thinner dental enamel is associated with the derived ENAM genotype. 15基于功率信号动态特征的钛合金电阻点焊熔核直径预测显示文摘为了实时预测0.4 mm厚度的TC2钛合金电阻点焊焊接接头熔核直径,采用罗氏线圈获取焊接过程中的焊接电流的变化情况,利用上、下电极间导线测量焊接过程中电压曲线,在此基础上获取电阻点焊过程中的焊接功率曲线.分析焊接功率曲线在焊接过程中的变化情况,并从曲线中提取表征焊接质量的特征值.结果表明,焊接功率曲线不仅与动态电阻曲线的变化相一致,而且与焊接热输入的大小更为相关.利用焊接功率曲线提取的更为精确的焊接热输入与熔核直径之间的相关系数高达0.9.通过克里金算法强大的非线性映射能力可以得到用动态功率曲线特征值预测熔核直径的数学模型.该模型的预测值与实际值之间的最大相对误差约为8.7%,能有效地预测0.4 mm厚度的TC2电阻点焊焊接质量.赵大伟 王元勋 梁东杰 Yuriy Bezgans 2022焊接学报2022,43,1:2

19Lignite oxidative desulphurization: notice 3-process technological aspects and application of products显示文摘The study reviews the process of oxidative desulphurization of high-sulphur Ukrainian lignite, which was performed by coal treatment using an air or air-steam mixture. In the process. sulphur-free fuel and tar from the decomposition of coal organic matter was obtained. Hence, the sulphur in the coal was converted inlo hydrogen sulphide. The coal desulphurization process is critical to power generatio n. power generation and technology, and tech no logy field of application. The coal desulphurization process ensures the maximum recovery of the highest content of sulphur and hydrogen sulphide (H2S) in desulphurized gases at minimal energy costs. The process also enhances the maximum decomposition of tar and sulphur recovery (> 50%) during coal power generation. Based on smnniarized field studies, a block schematic diagram coupled with heat and material balances of the process was developed for the calculations. The application of the tech no logy at the first stage of coal combustion in thermal power plants will en able the utilizatio n of over 50% of recovered coal sulphur in the form of concentrated H2S or commercial elemental sulphur. This will, nevertheless, allow for a reduction of sulphur oxide pollution in the environment by at least 53%-56%.
