1Closed form algorithm of double-satellite TDOA+AOA localization based on WGS-84 model显示文摘In this paper,we consider the double-satellite localization under the earth ellipsoid model of the Wideband Geodetic System(WGS-84)using the Time Difference of Arrival(TDOA)and the Angle-of-Arrival(AOA).Several closed-form solution algorithms via the pseudolinearization of the measurement equations are presented to efficiently estimate the location.These algorithms include the Weighted Least Squares(WLS),the Constrained Total Least Squares(CTLS),and the Taylor-Series Iteration(TSI).Performance comparison of the proposed methods with the Cramér-Rao Lower Bound(CRLB)in the simulation is shown to demonstrate that the proposed algorithms are feasible and have stable performance.Wanchun LI Ruibin CHEN Yuning GUO Caixia FU 2019Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2019,32,10:3
2Oxymatrine Inhibits Bocavirus MVC Replication, Reduces Viral Gene Expression and Decreases Apoptosis Induced by Viral Infection显示文摘Oxymatrine(OMT), as the main active component of Sophoraflavescens, exhibits a variety of pharmacological properties,including anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, and anti-viral activities, and currently is extensively employed to treat viral hepatitis; however, its effects on parvovirus infection have yet to be reported. In the present study, we investigated the effects of OMT on cell viability, virus DNA replication, viral gene expression, cell cycle, and apoptosis in Walter Reed canine cells/3873 D infected with minute virus of canines(MVC). OMT, at concentrations below 4 mmol/L(no cellular toxicity), was found to inhibit MVC DNA replication and reduce viral gene expression at both mRNA and protein levels, which was associated with the inhibition of cell cycle S-phase arrest in early-stage of MVC infection.Furthermore, OMT significantly increased cell viability, decreased MVC-infected cell apoptosis, and reduced the expression of activated caspase 3. 3Growth behavior of CVD diamond films with enhanced electron field emission properties over a wide range of experimental parameters显示文摘In this study, diamond films were synthesized on silicon substrates by microwave plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(CVD) over a wide range of experimental parameters. The effects of the microwave power,CH_4/H_2 ratio and gas pressure on the morphology, growth rate, composition, and quality of diamond films were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). A rise of microwave power can lead to an increasing pyrolysis of hydrogen and methane, so that the microcrystalline diamond film could be synthesized at low CH_4/H_2 levels. Gas pressure has similar effect in changing the morphology of diamond films, and high gas pressure also results in dramatically increased grain size. However,diamond film is deteriorated at high CH_4/H_2 ratio due to the abundant graphite content including in the films. Under an extreme condition of high microwave power of 10 kW and high CH_4 concentration, a hybrid film composed of diamond/graphite was successfully formed in the absence of N_2 or Ar,which is different from other reports. This composite structure has an excellent measured sheet resistance of 10-100 Ω/Sqr. which allows it to be utilized as field electron emitter. 5Identification of major QTL for seed number per pod on chromosome A05 of tetraploid peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.)显示文摘The inheritance of pod-and seed-number traits(PSNT) in peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) is poorly understood. In the present study, a recombinant inbred line(RIL) population of 188 lines was used to map quantitative trait loci(QTL) for number of seeds per pod(NSP),number of pods per plant(NPP), and numbers of one-, two-, and three-seeded pods per plant(N1 PP, N2 PP, and N3 PP) in four environments. A total of 28 consensus QTL and 14 single QTL were identified, including 11 major and stable QTL. Four major and stable QTL including qN3 PPA5.2, q N3 PPA5.4, qN3 PPA5.5, and qN3 PPA5.7 each explained 12.3%–33.0% of phenotype variation. By use of another integrated linkage map for the A5 group(hereafter referred to as INT A5 group), QTL for PSNT were located in seven intervals of 0.73–9.68 Mb in length on chromosome A05, and candidate genes underlying N3 PP were suggested. These findings shed light on the genetic basis of PSNT. 9Scientific objectives of the Hot Universe Baryon Surveyor(HUBS) mission显示文摘The Hot Universe Baryon Surveyor(HUBS) is a proposed space-based X-ray telescope for detecting X-ray emissions from the hot gas content in our universe. With its unprecedented spatially-resolved high-resolution spectroscopy and large field of view,the HUBS mission will be uniquely qualified to measure the physical and chemical properties of the hot gas in the interstellar medium, the circumgalactic medium, the intergalactic medium, and the intracluster medium. These measurements will be valuable for two key scientific goals of HUBS, namely to unravel the AGN and stellar feedback physics that governs the formation and evolution of galaxies, and to probe the baryon budget and multi-phase states from galactic to cosmological scales. In addition to these two goals, the HUBS mission will also help us solve some problems in the fields of galaxy clusters, AGNs, difuse X-ray backgrounds, supernova remnants, and compact objects. 14Integrated genetic linkage map of cultivated peanut by three RIL populations显示文摘High-density and precise genetic linkage map is fundamental to detect quantitative trait locus (QTL) of agronomic and quality related traits in cultivated peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.). In this study, three linkage maps from three RIL (recombinant inbred line)populations were used to construct an integrated map. A total of 2,069 SSR and transposon markers were anchored on the high-density integrated map which covered 2,231.53 cM with 20 linkage groups. Totally, 92 QTLs correlating with pod length (PL), pod width (PW), hundred pods weight (HPW) and plant height (PH) from above RIL populations were mapped on it. Seven intervals were found to harbor QTLs controlling the same traits in different populations,including one for PL, three for PW, two for HPW, and one for PH. Besides, QTLs controlling different traits in different populations were found to be overlapped in four intervals.Interval on A05 contains 17 QTLs for different traits from two RIL populations. 16Numerical simulation of three-dimensional fracturing fracture propagation in radial wells显示文摘A fracture propagation model of radial well fracturing is established based on the finite element-meshless method.The model considers the coupling effect of fracturing fluid flow and rock matrix deformation.The fracture geometries of radial well fracturing are simulated,the induction effect of radial well on the fracture is quantitatively characterized,and the influences of azimuth,horizontal principle stress difference,and reservoir matrix permeability on the fracture geometries are revealed.The radial wells can induce the fractures to extend parallel to their axes when two radial wells in the same layer are fractured.When the radial wells are symmetrically distributed along the direction of the minimum horizontal principle stress with the azimuth greater than 15,the extrusion effect reduces the fracture length of radial wells.When the radial wells are symmetrically distributed along the direction of the maximum horizontal principal stress,the extrusion increases the fracture length of the radial wells.The fracture geometries are controlled by the rectification of radial borehole,the extrusion between radial wells in the same layer,and the deflection of the maximum horizontal principal stress.When the radial wells are distributed along the minimum horizontal principal stress symmetrically,the fracture length induced by the radial well decreases with the increase of azimuth;in contrast,when the radial wells are distributed along the maximum horizontal principal stress symmetrically,the fracture length induced by the radial well first decreases and then increases with the increase of azimuth.The fracture length induced by the radial well decreases with the increase of horizontal principal stress difference.The increase of rock matrix permeability and pore pressure of the matrix around radial wells makes the inducing effect of the radial well on fractures increase.WANG Tianyu GUO Zhaoquan LI Gensheng MA Zhengchao YONG Yuning CHANG Xin TIAN Shouceng 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,3:0

19Bifunctional electrolyte regulation towards low-temperature and high-stability Zn-ion hybrid capacitor显示文摘Aqueous Zinc-based energy storage devices are considered as one of the potential candidates in future power technologies.Nevertheless,poor low temperature performance and uncontrollable Zn dendrite growth lead to the limited energy storage capability.Herein,an anti-hydrolysis,cold-resistant,economical,safe,and environmentally friendly electrolyte is developed by utilizing water,ethylene glycol(EG),and ZnCl_(2)with high ionic conductivity(7.9 mS cm^(-1)in glass fiber membrane at-20℃).The spectra data and DFT calculations show the competitive coordination of EG and Cl-to induce a unique solvation configuration of Zn^(2+),conducive to effectively inhibiting the hydrolysis of Zn^(2+),suppressing the dendrite growth,and broadening the working voltage range and temperature range of ZnCl_(2)electrolyte.The isotope tracing data confirm that Cl^(-)could effectively destroy the ZnO passivation film,promoting the formation of Zn nuclei and improving its reaction activity.Compared to the corresponding ZnSO4electrolyte,the Cu/Zn half-cell with the ZnCl_(2)electrolyte exhibits a stable cycle life of more than 1600 h at-20℃,even at the current density of 5 mA cm^(-2).The assembled Zn-ion hybrid capacitor possesses an average capacity of 42.68 m A h g^(-1)under-20℃at a current density of 5 A g^(-1),3.5 times than that of the modified ZnSO4electrolyte.Our work proposes a new approach for optimizing aqueous electrolytes to meet low temperature energy storage applications.Shuo Yang Kui Xue Haiyang Liao Yuning Guo Liujiang Zhou Yongqi Zhang 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,4:0
20Dual-compressed photoacoustic single-pixel imaging显示文摘Photoacoustic imaging,an acoustic imaging modality with potentially optical resolution in an optical turbid medium,has attracted great attention.However,the convergence of wavefront optimization and raster scanning in computational photoacoustic imaging leads to the challenge of fast mapping,especially for a spatial resolution approaching the acoustic deep-subwavelength regime.As a sparse sampling paradigm,compressive sensing has been applied in numerous fields to accelerate data acquisition without significant quality losses.In this work,we propose a dual-compressed approach for photoacoustic surface tomography that enables high-efficiency imaging with 3D spatial resolution unlimited by the acoustics in a turbid environment.The dual-compressed photoacoustic imaging with single-pixel detection,enabled by spatially optical modulation with synchronized temporally photoacoustic coding,allows decoding of the fine optical information from the modulated acoustic signal even when the variance of original photoacoustic signals is weak.We perform a proof-of-principle numerical demonstration of dual-compressed photoacoustic imaging,that resolves acoustic sub-acoustic-wavelength details with a significantly reduced number of measurements,revealing the potential for dynamic imaging.The dual-compressed concept,which transforms unobtrusive spatial difference into spatio-temporal detectable information,can be generalized to other imaging modalities to re alize efficient,high-spatial-resolution imaging.Yuning Guo Baowen Li Xiaobo Yin 2023National Science Review2023,10,1:0
