1Genetic diversity in Chinese modern wheat varieties revealed by microsatellite markers显示文摘Genetic diversity of 1680 modern varieties in Chinese candidate core collections was analyzed at 78 SSR loci by fluorescence detection system. A total of 1336 alleles were detected, of which 1253 alleles could be annotated into 71 loci. For these 71 loci, the alleles ranged from 4 to 44 with an average of 17.6, and the PIC values changed from 0.19 to 0.89 with an average of 0.69. (1) In the three genomes of wheat, the average genetic richness was B>A>D, and the genetic diversity indexes were B>D>A. (2) Among the seven homoeologous groups, the average genetic richness was 2=7>3>4>6>5>1, and the genetic diversity indexes were 7>3>2>4>6>5>1. As a whole, group 7 possessed the highest genetic diversity, while groups 1 and 5 were the lowest. (3) In the 21 wheat chromosomes, 7A, 3B and 2D possessed much higher genetic diversity, while 2A, 1B, 4D, 5D and 1D were the lowest. (4) The highest average genetic diversity index existed in varieties bred in the 1950s, and then it declined continually. However, the change tendency of genetic diversity among decades was not greatly sharp. This was further illustrated by changes of the average genetic distance between varieties. In the 1950s it was the largest (0.731). Since the 1960s, it has decreased gradually (0.711, 0.706, 0.696, 0.695). The genetic base of modern varieties is becoming narrower and narrower. 2Van der Waals heterojunction ReSe_(2)/WSe_(2)polarization-resolved photodetector显示文摘Polarization-resolved photodetectors,a significant branch of photodetection,can more effectively distinguish the target from the background by exploiting polarization-sensitive characteristics.However,due to the absence of intrinsic polarized absorption properties of many materials,there is still a great challenge to develop the high-performance polarization-resolved photodetectors.Here,we report a van der Waals heterojunction(vdWH)ReSe_(2)/WSe_(2)photodetector,which performs a high responsivity of~0.28 A/W and a high detectivity of 1.1×10^(12)Jones under the illumination of 520 nm laser at room temperature.Remarkably,scanning photocurrent mapping(SPCM)measurements demonstrate the photoresponse of devices closely depend on the polarized angle of the incident light,indicating the effective polarized light detection.This work paves the way to develop high-performance polarization-resolved photodetectors based on two-dimensional(2D)materials.Xiaoyu Tian Yushen Liu 2021Journal of Semiconductors2021,42,3:4

6Evaluation of the robusticity of mutual fund performance in Ghana using Enhanced Resilient Backpropagation Neural Network(ERBPNN)and Fast Adaptive Neural Network Classifier(FANNC)显示文摘Mutual fund investment continues to play a very important role in the world financial markets especially in developing economies where the capital market is not very matured and tolerant of small scale investors.The total mutual fund asset globally as at the end of 2016 was in excess of$40.4 trillion.Despite its success there are uncertainties as to whether mutual funds in Ghana obtain optimal performance relative to their counterparts in United States,Luxembourg,Ireland,France,Australia,United Kingdom,Japan,China and Brazil.We contribute to the extant literature on mutual fund performance evaluation using a collection of more sophisticated econometric models.We selected six continuous historical years that is 2010-2011,2012-2013 and 2014-2015 to construct a mutual fund performance evaluation model utilizing the fast adaptive neural network classifier(FANNC),and to compare our results with those from an enhanced resilient back propagation neural networks(ERBPNN)model.Our FANNC model outperformed the existing models in terms of processing time and error rate.This makes it ideal for financial application that involves large volume of data and routine updates.Yushen Kong Micheal Owusu-Akomeah Henry Asante Antwi Xuhua Hu Patrick Acheampong 2019Financial Innovation2019,5,1:1

8Approaching high-performance lithium storage materials by constructing Li_(2)ZnTi_(3)O_(8)@LiAlO_(2) composites显示文摘The Li_(2)ZnTi_(3)O_(8)@Li AlO_(2)was synthesized by a facile high-temperature solid-state route.The LiAlO_(2)modification does not alter the morphology and particle size of Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)(LZTO).The LiAlO_(2)modification improves the structure stability,intercalation/deintercalation reversibility of lithium-ions,and electrochemical reaction activity of Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8),and promotes the transfer of lithium ions.Benefited from the unique component,Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)@Li AlO_(2)(8wt%) shows a good rate performance with charge capacities of 203.9,194.8,187.4,180.6,and177.1 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.5,1,2,3,and 5 C,respectively.Nevertheless,pure LZTO only delivers charge capacities of 134.5,109.7,89.4,79.9,and 72.9 mAh·g^(-1)at the corresponding rates.Even at large charge–discharge rate,the Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)@Li AlO_(2)(8wt%) composite indicates a good cycle performance with a high reversible charge/discharge capacity of 263.5/265.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 5 C after 150 cycles.The introduction of LiAlO_(2)on the surface of Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)enhances electronic conductivity of the composite,resulting in the good electrochemical performance of Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)@Li AlO_(2)composite.Li_(2)Zn Ti_(3)O_(8)@LiAlO_(2)(8wt%) composite shows a good potential as an anode material for the next generation of high-performance Li-ion batteries.Jinpeng Qu Yushen Zhao Yurui Ji Yanrong Zhu Tingfeng Yi 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,4:1
