1Electrical properties of fly ash and its decarbonization by electrostatic separation显示文摘The basic principle of fly ash triboelectrification is analysed. The mineral electrical index and test method are introduced. The electric difference of different mineral composition of fly ash is discussed by analysis of chemical and mineral composition of fly ash in Xinwen power plant. The dielectric constant and charge–mass ratio of carbon and ash of fly ash are tested. Combined with the experimental study on rotary triboelectrostatic separation, the charged characteristic of fly ash particles with different size is gained. The results show that the dielectric constant of fly ash with different grain size decreased with the decrease of particle size, which lead to the poor electrical conductivity. Thus it can be seen that particle size plays a leading role in conductivity. The charge of carbon and ash with each size increased with the decreased of particle size; and the charge–mass ratio between carbon and ash with the same size larger with the decrease of size, which indicated that the finer particle size, the more favorable for triboelectrification separation. In the same conditions, the best decarburization effect is realized when the particle size ranges from 0.038 to 0.074 mm, whose decarbonization rate and efficiency index reached 38.93% and120.83% respectively.Tao Youjun Ding Qingqing Deng Mingrui Tao Dongping Wang Xu Zhang Jie 2015International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2015,25,4:8
2Insights into measurements of water-soluble ions in PM_(2.5)and their gaseous precursors in Beijing显示文摘To better understand the characteristics and transformation mechanisms of secondary inorganic aerosols,hourly mass concentrations of water-soluble inorganic ions(WSIIs)in PM_(2.5)and their gaseous precursors were measured online from 2016 to 2018 at an urban site in Beijing.Seasonal and diurnal variations in water-soluble ions and gaseous precursors were discussed and their gas-particle conversion and partitioning were also examined,some related parameters were characterized.The(TNH_(3))Rich was also defined to describe the variations of the excess NH_(3)in different seasons.In addition,a sensitivity test was carried out by using ISORROPIA II to outline the driving factors of gas-particle partitioning.In Beijing,the relative contribution of nitrate to PM_(2.5)has increased markedly in recent years,especially under polluted conditions.In the four seasons,only a small portion of NO_(2)in the atmosphere was converted into total nitrate(TNO_(3)),and more than 80%of TNO_(3)occurred in the form of nitrate due to the abundant ammonia.The concentration of total ammonia(TNH_(3))was much higher than that required to neutralize acid gases,and most of the TNH_(3)occurred as gaseous NH_(3).The nitrous acid(HONO)concentration was highly correlated with NH_(3)concentration and had increased significantly in Beijing compared with previous studies.The total chloride(TCl)was the highest in winter,andε(Cl^(-))was more sensitive to variations in the ambient temperature(T)and relative humidity(RH)thanε(NO_(3)^(-)).Jie Su Pusheng Zhao Jing Ding Xiang Du Youjun Dou 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,4:7
3Discovery of multi-drug resistant,MCR-1 and ESBL-coproducing ST117 Escherichia coli from diseased chickens in northeast China显示文摘An endemic multi-drug resistant ST117 E. coli isolate coproducing MCR-1 and 3 ESBL loci was, for the first time, detected from diseased chicken, Liaoning Province, in Northeast China, from 2011 to 2012. Wholegenome sequencing revealed 5 unique plasmids, namely pHXH-1, pHXH-2, pHXH-3, pHXH-4 and pHXH-5). Among them, pHXH1 and pHXH4 encode ESBL, and pHXH-5 mediates MCR-1 colistin resistance. 4Aurora B kinase activation requires survivin priming phosphorylation by PLK1显示文摘During cell division,chromosome segregation is orchestrated by the interaction of spindle microtubules with the centromere.Accurate attachment of spindle microtubules to kinetochore requires the chromosomal passenger of Aurora B kinase complex with borealin,INCENP and survivin(SUR).The current working model argues that SUR is responsible for docking Aurora B to the centromere whereas its precise role in Aurora B activation has been unclear.Here,we show that Aurora B kinase activation requires SUR priming phosphorylation at Ser20 which is catalyzed by polo-like kinase 1(PLK1).Inhibition of PLK1 kinase activity or expression of non-phosphorylatable SUR mutant prevents Aurora B activation and correct spindle microtubule attachment.The PLK1-mediated regulation of Aurora B kinase activity was examined in real-time mitosis using fluorescence resonance energy transfer-based reporter and quantitative analysis of native Aurora B substrate phosphorylation.We reason that the PLK1-mediated priming phosphorylation is critical for orchestrating Aurora B activity in centromere which is essential for accurate chromosome segregation and faithful completion of cytokinesis.Youjun Chu Phil Y.Yao Wenwen Wang Dongmei Wang Zhikai Wang Liangyu Zhang Yuejia Huang Yuwen Ke Xia Ding Xuebiao Yao 2011Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2011,3,4:2
5Puerarin improves diabetic wound healing via regulation of macrophage M2 polarization phenotype显示文摘Background:Skin wound healing depends on the progress of different but overlapping stages of healing,including hemostasis,inflammatory,proliferative and remodeling.Failure of these stages to occur in a timely and gradual manner may result in non-healing pathological wounds.Macrophages and neutrophils have been shown to play an essential role in the inflammatory responses of wound tissue,and their active plasticity allows them to modulate tissue damage and repair functions.The ability of macrophages and neutrophils to regulate the occurrence and resolution of inflammatory processes is essential for the treatment of pathological wound healing.Methods:Mice were categorized into negative control,streptozotocin,streptozotocin+puerarin and puerarin groups.The traditional Chinese medicine extract puerarin was selected to treat different groups of mice with a full-thickness skin defect wound.Cells of the RAW264.7 cell line were stimulated under different puerarin conditions.Then,real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR),western blot,immunofluorescence and other assays were carried out to explore the effect of puerarin on wound healing and its molecular mechanism.Results:Animal experiments found that the wound healing of diabetic mice treated with puerarin was significantly accelerated,and histological analysis found that puerarin treatment markedly decreased the infiltration of macrophages and neutrophils in wound tissue.Through western blot,RT-qPCR and immunofluorescence experiments,it was observed that puerarin treatment remarkably inhibited nuclear factor kinase B(NF-κB)and mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathways,downregulated the expression of inflammatory cytokines and induced the M2 polarization of macrophages.At the cellular level,we also observed that puerarin improved M2 macrophage polarization and inhibited inflammatory pathway activation in a high-glucose culture.Conclusion:Puerarin has a significant therapeutic effect on wound healing in diabetic mice.The therapeutic effect is achieved by regulating macrophage polarization through suppressing NF-κB and MAPK signaling cascades.Shiyan Li Ping Yang Xiaofeng Ding Hao Zhang Youjun Ding Qian Tan 2022Burns & Trauma2022,10,1:1
