2Introgression of chromosome 6PL terminal segment from Agropyron cristatum to increase both grain number and grain weight in wheat显示文摘Agropyron cristatum(2n=4x=28,PPPP),which harbours many high-yield and disease-resistance genes,is a promising donor for wheat improvement.Narrow genetic diversity and the trade-off between grain weight and grain number have become bottlenecks for increasing grain yield in wheat.In this study,a novel translocation line,WAT650l,was derived from the chromosome 6P addition line 4844–12,which can simultaneously increase both grain number per spike(GNS)and thousand-grain weight(TGW).Cytological analysis and molecular marker analysis revealed that WAT650l was a 5BL.5BS-6PL(bin 12–17)translocation line.Assessment of agronomic traits and analysis of the BC4F2 and BC5F2 populations suggested that the 6PL terminal chromosome segment in WAT650l resulted in increased grain number per spike(average increased by 14.07 grains),thousand-grain weight(average increased by 4.31 g),flag leaf length,plant height,spikelet number per spike and kernel number per spikelet during the two growing seasons of 2020–2021 and 2021–2022.Additionally,the increased GNS locus and high-TGW locus of WAT650l were mapped to the bins 16–17 and 12–13,respectively,on chromosome 6PL by genetic population analysis of three translocation lines.In summary,we provide a valuable germplasm resource for broadening the genetic base of wheat and overcoming the negative relationship between GNS and TGW in wheat breeding.Yida Lin Shenghui Zhou Xuezhong Liang Bing Han Junli Yang Baojin Guo Jinpeng Zhang Haiming Han Weihua Liu Xinming Yang Xiuquan Li Lihui Li 2023The Crop Journal2023,11,3:1
3An integrated geospatial information service system for disaster management in China显示文摘The Chinese Government and citizens face enormous challenges of disaster management as widespread devastation,economic damages,and loss of human lives caused by increasing natural disasters.Disaster management requires a complicated iterative process that includes disaster monitoring,early detection,forecasting,loss assessment,and efficient analysis of disaster reduction.Each task typically involves the use of technologists and multiple geospatial information resources,including sensors,data sources,models,geo-tools,software packages,and computing resources.However,most existing disaster management systems operate in a typical passive data-centric mode,where resources cannot be fully utilized.This impediment is partially being addressed by the increasingly complex application requirements and the growing availability of diverse resources.In this paper,we summarize and analyze the practical problems experienced by the National Disaster Reduction Application System of China.To address the issues of data-centric,centralized,isolated solutions,we propose a novel Focusing Service Mechanism,which is capable of scheduling and allocating for optimum utilization of multiple resources,to dynamically generate collaborative and on-demand disaster information services.We also demonstrate the design and implementation of the Integrated Disaster Information Service System(IDISS).Through the service strategies of Virtualizing,Wrapping,and Integrating,disasterrelated resources are constructed into services in the IDISS.These services are dynamically aggregated into focusing service chains,for diverse disaster management tasks.Actual applications illustrate that the proposed service system can significantly improve the capability of disaster management in China.Yulin Ding Yida Fan Zhiqiang Du Qing Zhu Wei Wang Sanchao Liu Hui Lin 2015International Journal of Digital Earth2015,8,11:1

5计算机辅助外科(CAS)施行传统性全膝关节置换器械的新技术(英文)显示文摘[目的]研究应用计算机辅助外科(computer aided surgery,CAS)施行传统性全膝关节置换器械的新技术。[方法]30例膝关节内翻畸形患者,由同一位医师施行传统性全膝关节置换术,术后全部患者行患肢直立位冠状面X线摄影,选其中20例作为研究对象,评估移植假体位置的正确性程度。[结果]20例患者行X线分析研究,以下列不同角度进行测定,结果分析使用SPSS版本19。冠状轴线:股骨部假体位置沿股骨机械轴线,均值为:2.5°内翻~4.4°外翻(SD 0.33);股骨部假体位置为:2.5°内翻~1.7°外翻(SD 0.23);总的股胫机械轴线角度为:3.2°内翻~4.5°外翻(SD 0.40)。假体组成部分超出±3°内翻/外翻者,胫骨0例,股骨1例。股骨与胫骨机械性轴线超过3°内翻/外翻为3例。以上数据表明膝关节外科能全面取得韧带的平衡。矢状轴线:研究假体置换的矢状轴线最佳位置,尚存在争议。故未作分析。[结论]CAS适用于传统性全膝关节置换术,既不增加患者痛苦,还能进一步完善外科手术技术,使假体移植达到正确位置。KANG Yida Benjamin Joseph Mohd Mashfiqul A.Siddiqui Chin Pak Lin 欧南璐 2012中国矫形外科杂志2012,20,17:0
6Regulating local charges of atomically dispersed Moδ+ sites by nitrogen coordination on cobalt nanosheets to trigger water dissociation for boosted hydrogen evolution in alkaline media显示文摘Now,Pt-based materials are still the best catalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Nevertheless,the scarcity of Pt makes it impossible for the large-scale applications in industry.Although cobalt is taken as an excellent HER catalyst due to its suitable H*binding,its alkali HER catalytic property need to be improved because of the sluggish water dissociation kinetics.In this work,nitrogen with small atomic radius and metallophilicity is employed to adjust local charges of atomically dispersed Mo^(δ+)sites on Co nanosheets to trigger water dissociation.Theoretical calculations suggest that the energy barrier of water dissociation can be effectively reduced by introducing nitrogen coordinated Mo^(δ+)sites.To realize this speculation,atomically dispersed Mo^(δ+)sites with nitrogen coordination of Mo(N)/Co were prepared via reconstruction of CoMoO_(4).High angle annular dark-field scanning transmission electron microscopy(HAADF-STEM)and X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS)demonstrate the coordination of N atoms with atomically dispersed Mo atoms,leading to the local charges of atomically dispersed Mo^(δ+)sites in Mo(N)/Co.The measurement from ambient pressure X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(AP-XPS)reveals that the Mo^(δ+)sites promote the adsorption and activation of water molecule.Therefore,the Mo(N)/Co exhibits an excellent activity,which need only an overpotential of 39 mV to reach the current density of 10 mA cm^(-2).The proposed strategy provides an advance pathway to design and boost alkaline HER activity at the atomic-level.Maoqi Cao Kang Liu Yao Song Chao Ma Yiyang Lin Huangjingwei Li Kejun Chen Junwei Fu Hongmei Li Jun Luo Yida Zhang Xusheng Zheng Junhua Hu Min Liu 2022Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,9:0
