16Research on Whitening Efficacy of Supramolecular Azelaic Acid in Zebrafish Models显示文摘To discuss the inhibitory effect of supramolecular azelaic acid(SAZA)and azelaic acid(AZA)on melanin synthesis.The inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity was tested in vitro.Zebrafish embryos were exposed to SAZA and AZA in different proportions.The development of embryo melanin was observed and quantitatively analyzed.The experimental result showed that both AZA and SAZA had inhibitory effect on tyrosinase,with IC_(50) of 8.34 mmol/L for AZA and 6.56 mmol/L for SAZA.Zebrafish embryo is basically normally developed,with no obvious deformity.Both AZA and SAZA can inhibit the production of melanin,and the SAZA has a better effect in the same amount of experiment.In addition,AZA is able to inhibit the tyrosinase activity and melanin production in zebrafish embryos.The SAZA prepared by cyclodextrin inclusion has shown better water solubility and significantly improved compatibility.Peng Guanjie Li Yangsi He Shuilian Wang Yaxin Zhao Haishan 2022China Detergent & Cosmetics2022,7,4:0
17Immobilized ZnO based nanostructures and their environmental applications显示文摘In the research of semiconductor metal oxides,zinc oxide(ZnO)nanomaterials have been committed to design and exploration because of their unique physical and chemical properties.ZnO has many structural characteristics and has considerable practical applications in the field of environmental technology.However,ZnO nanomaterials used for environmental functions are often presented in the form of powders.After use,they need to go through recovery processes such as centrifugation and filtration,which is also easy to cause secondary pollution.The above problems can be avoided by fixing ZnO nanostructures on substrates to form easily movable materials.Here,we present a review of our work and some others on the different synthetic strategies,formation mechanism,modification,performance and diversifications of immobilized ZnO based nanostructures,and highlight their photocatalytic related activities for environmental remediation.Various immobilized ZnO based nanostructures including nanorod arrays,3D nanostructures,and composite heterostructures have been focused.We hope it may serve as a useful reference for researchers interested in immobilized semiconductor nanostructures and their photocatalysis and other environmental applications.Wei Gao Yangsi Liu Junzhe Dong 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,6:0
