| 2 | Transcription factor ZmNAC126 plays an important role in transcriptional regulation of maize starch synthesis-related genes显示文摘Maize(Zea mays L.)is one of the most important food crops in the world,and starch is the main component of its endosperm.Transcriptional regulation plays a vital role in starch biosynthesis.However,it is not well understood in maize.We report the identification of the transcription factor ZmNAC126 and its role in regulation of starch synthesis in maize.Transcriptional expression of ZmNAC126 was higher in maize endosperm and kernels than in roots or stems.ZmNAC126 shared a similar expression pattern with starch synthesis genes during seed development,and its expression pattern was also consistent with the accumulation of starch.ZmNAC126 is a typical transcription factor with a transactivation domain between positions 201 and 227 of the amino acid sequence,is located in the nucleus,and binds to CACG repeats in vitro.Yeast one-hybrid assay revealed that ZmNAC126 bound the promoters of ZmGBSSI,ZmSSIIa,ZmSSIV,ZmISA1,and ZmISA2.Transient overexpression of ZmNAC126 in maize endosperm increased the activities of promoters pZmSh2,pZmBt2,pZmGBSSI,pZmSSIIIa,and pZmBT1 but inhibited the activities of pZmISA1 and pZmISA2.ZmNAC126 thus acts in starch synthesis by transcriptionally regulating targeted starch synthesis-related genes in maize kernels. | Qianlin Xiao Yayun Wang Hui Li Chunxia Zhang Bin Wei Yongbin Wang Huanhuan Huang Yangping Li Guowu Yu Hanmei Liu Junjie Zhang Yinghong Liu Yufeng Hu Yubi Huang | 2021 | The Crop Journal2021,9,1: | 5 |

In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. | 4 | A 3D elastic-plastic-viscous constitutive model for soils considering the stress path dependency显示文摘In order to consider the stress path dependency of soils,this paper decomposes any arbitrary stress path into several infinitesimal stress paths.Then the infinitesimal stress path is further transformed into the superposition of two parts,i.e..a constant stress ratio part and a constant mean stress part,which arc sufficiently close to the real stress path.T he plastic strain increments under the transformed paths arc determined separately,and then the plastic strain under any path is obtained.Based on the instantaneous loading line of normally consolidated soil,a reference state line is proposed to determine the overconsolidation ratio and creep time of soil.The overconsolidation ratio is introduced into the viscous How rule to obtain the viscous strain increment.The strcss-strain-timc relationship for triaxial compression condition is extended to 3D stress condition by the transformed stress method.The proposed model adopts only seven material parameters and each of them has a clear physical meaning.Comparisons with test results demonstrate that the model can not only reasonably predict the plastic strain under typical stress paths of excavation,but adequately capture the time-dependent behaviours of soils,including creep,stress relaxation and strain rate effect. | LU DeChun MIAO JinBo DU XiuLi TIAN Yu YAO YangPing | 2020 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2020,63,5: | 2 |

| 7 | Ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach toward the continuous synthesis of cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals显示文摘Ligand assisted reprecipitation(LARP)is a widely used method for cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)synthesis.Nevertheless,the ultrafast kinetics of LARP,as well as the inefficient transport properties and discontinuity of batch reactors,challenge the particle size control and experimental repeatability.To address these issues,an ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach was developed to achieve the continuous synthesis of cesium lead halide perovskite via LARP.It was found that the mixing between the good solvent and antisolvent in the microchannel was greatly enhanced by intensive ultrasonic cavitation.The mixing time could be reduced to below 10 ms under the irradiation of 35 W ultrasound.By modulating the mixing degree,LARP was proved to be a mixing-sensitive process.The effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic treatment time,total flow rate,water additive,and reprecipitation temperature on the synthesis of CsPbBr_(3) NCs were systematically investigated.As compared to CsPbBr_(3) NCs synthesized in the batch reactor,the sample synthesized via the ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach possessed stronger photoluminescence intensity and better repeatability.Moreover,the ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach could also realize the continuous synthesis of cesium lead halide perovskite NCs with different halide compositions to cover a wide visible spectrum(426-661 nm).The ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach paved the way for the large-scale of high-quality cesium lead halide perovskite NCs. | Mingzhi Li Zhikai Liu Wang Yao Chao Xu Yangping Yu Mei Yang Guangwen Chen | 2023 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,59,7: | 0 |
| 8 | Therapeutic potential of an anti-HER2 single chain antibody-DM1 conjugates for the treatment of HER2-positive cancer显示文摘Antibody–drug conjugates(ADCs)take the advantage of monoclonal antibodies to selectively deliver highly potent cytotoxic drugs to tumor cells,which have become a powerful measure for cancer treatment in recent years.To develop a more effective therapy for human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive cancer,we explored a novel ADCs composed of anti-HER2 scFv–HSA fusion antibodies conjugates with a potent cytotoxic drug DM1.The resulting ADCs,T-SA1–DM1 and T-SA2–DM1(drug-to-antibody ratio in the range of 3.2–3.5)displayed efficient inhibition in the growth of HER2-positive tumor cell lines and the half-maximal inhibitory concentration on SKBR-3 and SKOV3 cells were both at the nanomolar levels in vitro.In HER2-positive human ovarian cancer xenograft models,T-SA1–DM1 and T-SA2–DM1 also showed remarkable antitumor activity.Importantly,three out of six mice exhibited complete remission without regrowth in the high-dose group of T-SA1–DM1.On the basis of the analysis of luminescence imaging,anti-HER2 scFv–HSA fusion antibodies,especially T-SA1,showed strong and rapid tumor tissue penetrability and distribution compared with trastuzumab.Collectively,the novel type of ADCs is effective and selective targeting to HER2-positive cancer,and may be a promising antitumor drug candidate for further studies. | Hang Zhang Yuxi Wang Yangping Wu Xiaohua Jiang Yiran Tao Yuqin Yao Yujia Peng Xiangzheng Chen Yuyin Fu Lin Yu Ruixue Wang Qinhuai Lai Weirong Lai Wenting Li Yuhuan Kang Shuli Yi Ying Lu Lantu Gou Min Wu Jinliang Yang | 2017 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2017,2,1: | 0 |
| 9 | 金克诱导Molt-4细胞凋亡及其机制研究(英文)显示文摘Objective: To investigate the apoptosis-inducing effect of Jinke on Molt-4 cells and its possible mechanism. Methods: The Molt-4 cells were treated with different concentrations of Jinke and then cultured for necessary time. The An- nexin-V / PI method was used to detect the apoptosis rate. The cell cycle was analyzed by DNA content with flow cytometry. Double parameters analysis of cyclins / DNA was performed to detect the expression of cyclin E. API method was used to confirm the cell cycle-specific apoptosis. The expressions of Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by western blot. Results: 24 h after the treatment of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0 mg/mL Jinke, the apoptosis rate of Molt-4 cells was evaluated in a concentra- tion-dependent manner, from 5.2% of the control group to 41.0% of the 3.0 mg/mL Jinke group. When the Molt-4 cells were cultured with 1.5 mg/mL Jinke, the apoptosis rate was evaluated in a time-dependent manner. DNA content analysis showed that G0/G1 phase of Molt-4 cells increased in a time-dependent manner. The expression of cyclin E increased gradually. API assay showed the apoptosis cells were almost in G0/G1 phase. Western blot showed the Bcl-2 was down-regulated and the Bax was up-regulated. Conclusion: Jinke could induce G1 phase-specific apoptosis in Molt-4 cells in time- and concentra- tion-dependent manners involving G1 phase arrest.
