2Transcription factor ZmNAC126 plays an important role in transcriptional regulation of maize starch synthesis-related genes显示文摘Maize(Zea mays L.)is one of the most important food crops in the world,and starch is the main component of its endosperm.Transcriptional regulation plays a vital role in starch biosynthesis.However,it is not well understood in maize.We report the identification of the transcription factor ZmNAC126 and its role in regulation of starch synthesis in maize.Transcriptional expression of ZmNAC126 was higher in maize endosperm and kernels than in roots or stems.ZmNAC126 shared a similar expression pattern with starch synthesis genes during seed development,and its expression pattern was also consistent with the accumulation of starch.ZmNAC126 is a typical transcription factor with a transactivation domain between positions 201 and 227 of the amino acid sequence,is located in the nucleus,and binds to CACG repeats in vitro.Yeast one-hybrid assay revealed that ZmNAC126 bound the promoters of ZmGBSSI,ZmSSIIa,ZmSSIV,ZmISA1,and ZmISA2.Transient overexpression of ZmNAC126 in maize endosperm increased the activities of promoters pZmSh2,pZmBt2,pZmGBSSI,pZmSSIIIa,and pZmBT1 but inhibited the activities of pZmISA1 and pZmISA2.ZmNAC126 thus acts in starch synthesis by transcriptionally regulating targeted starch synthesis-related genes in maize kernels.Qianlin Xiao Yayun Wang Hui Li Chunxia Zhang Bin Wei Yongbin Wang Huanhuan Huang Yangping Li Guowu Yu Hanmei Liu Junjie Zhang Yinghong Liu Yufeng Hu Yubi Huang 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,1:5
3Progress of Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA)显示文摘Jinping Underground laboratory for Nuclear Astrophysics(JUNA) will take the advantage of the ultra-low background of CJPL lab and high current accelerator based on an ECR source and a highly sensitive detector to directly study for the first time a number of crucial reactions occurring at their relevant stellar energies during the evolution of hydrostatic stars. In its first phase, JUNA aims at the direct measurements of^(25)Mg(p,γ)^(26)Al,^(19)F(p,α)^(16)O,^(13)C(α,n)^(16)O and ^(12)C(α,γ)^(16)O reactions. The experimental setup,which includes an accelerator system with high stability and high intensity, a detector system, and a shielding material with low background, will be established during the above research. 4A proposed direct measurement of cross section at Gamow window for key reaction 19F(p,α) 16O in Asymptotic Giant Branch stars with a planned accelerator in CJPL显示文摘In 2014, the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) approved the Jinping Underground Nuclear Astrophysics laboratory(JUNA) project, which aims at direct cross-section measurements of four key stellar nuclear reactions right down to the Gamow windows. In order to solve the observed fluorine overabundances in Asymptotic Giant Branch(AGB) stars, measuring the key ^(19)F( p,α)^(16)O reaction at effective burning energies(i.e., at Gamow window) is established as one of the scientific research sub-projects. 6Microscopic study on stress-strain relation of granular materials显示文摘A biaxial shearing test on granular materials is numerically simulated by distinct element method (DEM). The evolution of the microstructures of granular materials during isotropic compression and shearing is investigated, on which a yield function is derived. 7A Population Genetic Analysis of Continuously Selected Chlamys farreri Populations显示文摘This study applied an optimized one-step 2b-RAD library construction strategy and performed simplified genome sequencing of 539 individuals from three continuously selected Chlamys farreri populations. SNP screening was performed using RAD typing software and population genetic parameters for the continuously selected populations from three generations(G1, G2, G3) were determined. The results showed that the optimized one-step 2b-RAD library construction strategy greatly simplified the experimental process, making it suitable for efficiently constructing a large number of libraries. A total of 18450 SNP markers were identified, which evenly distributed throughout the genome. Population genetic analysis of these three generations showed that the mean value of observed heterozygosity was 0.275 ± 0.177, 0.272 ± 0.181 and 0.275 ± 0.166, respectively. Meanwhile, the mean value of expected heterozygosity was 0.275 ± 0.141, 0.274 ± 0.145 and 0.280 ± 0.133, respectively. The Wright's fixation index(F) was 0.04291, 0.04976 and 0.06685, respectively. Markers deviated from Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium accounted for 10.34%, 12.64%, and 23.11%, and the Shannon diversity index was 0.0999 ± 0.0404, 0.0921 ± 0.0388 and 0.0733 ± 0.0308. FIS(also known as the inbreeding coefficient) of the three populations was 0.0256, 0.0323 and 0.0468, respectively. We suggested that the 2b-RAD method is well suited to population genetic studies of aquacultured organisms. 19γ-H2AX细胞周期相关性的分析(英文)显示文摘Objective:To analyze and discuss cell cycle's correlation of γ-H2AX,so as to accumulate the data for the further studies of γ-H2AX.Methods:MOLT-4 cells,and peripheral blood lymphocytes(PBLs),with or without 48 h stimulation of phytohemagglutinin(PHA),were irradiated by ultraviolet rays(UV rays).Fluorescence-labeled γ-H2AX antibody was used to detect γ-H2AX foci at the DNA double-strand breaks(DSBs) in chromatin,DNA damage was analyzed by flow cytometry,cell cycle and cell apoptosis were detected by sub-G1 peak method,the expression of γ-H2AX was detected by Western blot.Results:With the progression of time,sub-G1 peak emerged apparently in the DNA histograms,and the cells of apoptosis increased gradually;with the progression of time,the increase of γ-H2AX emerged and firstly raised,then decreased;PBLs with 48 h stimulation of PHA entered apparently cell cycle,cells of S and G2/M phase emerged,and PBLs without stimulation of PHA did not enter cell cycle;Western blot showed the increase of the expression of γ-H2AX,and the increase also firstly raised,then decreased.Conclusion:γ-H2AX expressed in the cells of stationary phase and proliferative phase,and with the progression of time,the increase of γ-H2AX firstly raised,and then decreased.Yangping Yue Zhenchuang Zhu Dongdong Yu Yu Deng Dan Huang Xiaolan Li Wei Xiao Deding Tao Junbo Hu Jianping Gong 2008The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2008,7,10:0
20Ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach toward the continuous synthesis of cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals显示文摘Ligand assisted reprecipitation(LARP)is a widely used method for cesium lead halide perovskite nanocrystals(NCs)synthesis.Nevertheless,the ultrafast kinetics of LARP,as well as the inefficient transport properties and discontinuity of batch reactors,challenge the particle size control and experimental repeatability.To address these issues,an ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach was developed to achieve the continuous synthesis of cesium lead halide perovskite via LARP.It was found that the mixing between the good solvent and antisolvent in the microchannel was greatly enhanced by intensive ultrasonic cavitation.The mixing time could be reduced to below 10 ms under the irradiation of 35 W ultrasound.By modulating the mixing degree,LARP was proved to be a mixing-sensitive process.The effects of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic treatment time,total flow rate,water additive,and reprecipitation temperature on the synthesis of CsPbBr_(3) NCs were systematically investigated.As compared to CsPbBr_(3) NCs synthesized in the batch reactor,the sample synthesized via the ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach possessed stronger photoluminescence intensity and better repeatability.Moreover,the ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach could also realize the continuous synthesis of cesium lead halide perovskite NCs with different halide compositions to cover a wide visible spectrum(426-661 nm).The ultrasonic cavitation-enabled microfluidic approach paved the way for the large-scale of high-quality cesium lead halide perovskite NCs.Mingzhi Li Zhikai Liu Wang Yao Chao Xu Yangping Yu Mei Yang Guangwen Chen 2023Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2023,59,7:0
