2Global overview of research progress and development of precision maize planters显示文摘Maize is the most important crop for food and widely used for industrial materials,leading to its increasing demand all over the world.Precision planting is the effective method to increase maize yield.To meet the agronomic requirement of precision planting,different kinds of precision maize planters were developed.However,because of the difference of geographical environment,cropping system,farm scale and economic status among different countries,types of maize planters are various and the technologies involved are at different levels.This paper summarizes the precision maize planters currently available in the world and classifies them into four types:precision planters for tilled-land,minimum/no tilled-land,hilly&small land,and cold&arid land.Detailed characteristics have been provided for some typical precision planters and comparisons were made as to their suitability under particular working conditions.High-efficiency and high-accuracy are the main features of precision planters for tilled-land,while the ability to clean residue from seed rows and prevent planters to be blocked are the important function of precision planters for minimum/no tilled-land.To fit for hilly&small land,planters should be light-weighted and small-sized,and to warm up soil and keep moisture,planters for cold&arid land should be equipped with plastic-film mulching mechanism.Finally,developing trend of precision planting technology was analyzed and suggestions,including policy support and technical improvement,were made for developing countries to make suitable precision maize planters according to the local geographical conditions and cropping systems.Yang Li Yan Bingxin Cui Tao Yu Yiming He Xiantao Liu Quanwei Liang Zhijie Yin Xiaowei Zhang Dongxing 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,1:17

4Development and application of mechanized maize harvesters显示文摘Maize harvesting is one of the most important filed operations of maize production.As the accelerating development of maize industry,mechanized maize harvesting is widely accepted and used by farmers in the world.According to the harvesting methods,maize harvesters could be classified into two types,one is maize-for-grain harvesters,including pickers and grain harvesters,the other is whole plant harvesters,including forage harvesters and combined grain-stover harvesters.Structure characteristics,appropriate areas and relative technologies of those harvesters are described in this paper,i.e.,pickers are suitable for multi-crop areas,Grain harvesters are mainly for one-crop areas when grain moisture content is lower than 25%,combined grain-stover harvesters are applicable in agro-pastoral ecotone,and forage harvesters are capable in large-scaled animal husbandry farming areas where large amount of silage are required.Meanwhile,the future development trend of the different harvesters is predicted.Big horsepower engines,enhanced working efficiency,automation and intelligence are required by large scaled farms.As maize breeding development,more varieties that are suitable for grain harvesting are put into practice,so grain combine harvesters will be popular in future.Yang Li Cui Tao Qu Zhe Li Kehong Yin Xiaowei Han Dandan Yan Bingxin Zhao Dongyue Zhang Dongxing 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,3:13
5Downregulation of serum mi R-17 and mi R-106b levels in gastric cancer and benign gastric diseases显示文摘Altered micro RNA(mi RNA) associated with gastric cancer(GC) development and mi R-17 and mi R-106 b were differentially expressed in GC tissues. This study detected serum levels of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression in GC, benign gastric disease(BGD) and healthy controls to assess them as tumor markers for GC. Serum samples from 40 GC, 32 BGD(10 gastric ulcer, 14 gastric polyps, and 8 gastric ulcer with polyps) and 36 healthy individuals were subjected to quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) analysis of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression. The data showed that the serum levels of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b were significantly reduced in healthy individuals and BGD patients compared to GC patients. There was a significant association of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b expression with age, but not with other clinicopathological features, such as gender, tumor differentiation, stage and lymphatic metastasis. Further analysis showed that, in discriminating GC patients from healthy controls, mi R-17 could yield a receiver-operating characteristic(ROC) area under the curve(AUC) of 0.879 with 80.6% sensitivity and 87.5% specificity and mi R-106 b could yield an AUC of 0.856 with 75.0% sensitivity and 92.5% specificity. The combined AUC of mi R-17 and mi R-106 b was 0.913 with 83.3% sensitivity and 87.5% specificity. 6Extracellular Signal-Regulated Kinase in Nucleus Accumbens Mediates Propofol Self-Administration in Rats显示文摘Clinical and animal studies have indicated that propofol has potential for abuse,but the specific neurobiological mechanism underlying propofol reward is not fully understood.The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK) signal transduction pathways in the nucleus accumbens(NAc) in propofol self-administration.We tested the expression of p-ERK in the NAc following the maintenance of propofol self-administration in rats.We also assessed the effect of administration of SCH23390,an antagonist of the D1 dopamine receptor,on the expression of p-ERK in the NAc in propofol self-administering rats,and examined the effects of intra-NAc injection of U0126,an MEK inhibitor,on propofol reinforcement in rats.The results showed that the expression of p-ERK in the NAc increased significantly in rats maintained on propofol,and pre-treatment with SCH23390 inhibited the propofol selfadministration and diminished the expression of p-ERK in the NAc.Moreover,intra-NAc injection of U0126(4 μg/side) attenuated the propofol self-administration.The data suggest that ERK signal transduction pathways coupled with D1 dopamine receptors in the NAc may be involved in the maintenance of propofol self-administration and its rewarding effects.Benfu Wang Xiaowei Yang Anna Sun Lanman Xu Sicong Wang Wenxuan Lin Miaojun Lai Huaqiang Zhu Wenhua Zhou Qingquan Lian 2016Neuroscience Bulletin2016,32,6:12

8Catalytic oxidation of soot particulates over MnO_x-CeO_2 oxides prepared by complexation-combustion method显示文摘MnOx-CeO2 oxides prepared by complexation-combustion method were used for soot oxidation. The highest conversion rate of soot was obtained on a MnOx-CeO2 oxide prepared under mild acid condition of pH = 4, where the oxidation temperature corresponding to maximum activity was decreased more than 150℃ compared with that of un-catalytic soot oxidation. The structure and property of the catalysts were investigated by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and temperature programmed reduction (TPR). The results indicated that there were at least two kinds of Mn species present in MnOx-CeO2 catalysts, i.e. Mn ions within CeO2 lattice and high dispersion MnOx on the surface of CeO2. The presence of Mn ions in the CeO2 lattice improved the oxygen vacancy due to the charge difference, and the CeO2 considerably decreased the reduction temperature of MnOx. 9Medicago AP2-Domain Transcription Factor WRI5a Is a Master Regulator of Lipid Biosynthesis and Transfer during Mycorrhizal Symbiosis显示文摘Most land plants have evolved a mutualistic symbiosis with arbuscular mycorrhiza (AM)fungi that improve nutrient acquisition from the soil.In return,up to 20% of host plant photosynthate is transferred to the mycorrhizal fungus in the form of lipids and sugar.Nutrient exchange must be regulated by both partners in order to maintain a reliable symbiotic relationship.However,the mechanisms underlying the regulation of lipid transfer from the plantto the AM fungus remain elusive.Here,we show that the Medicago truncatula AP2/EREBP transcription factor WRI5a,and likely its two homologs WRI5b/Erfl and WRI5c,are master regulators of AM symbiosis Controlling lipid transfer and periarbuscular membrane formation.We found that WRI5a binds AW-box cis-regulatory elements in the promoters of M.truncatula STR,which encodes a periarbuscular membrane-localized ABC transporter required for lipid transfer from the plant to the AM fungus, and MtPT4,whichr encodes a phosphate transporter required for phosphate transfer from the AM fungus to the plant.The hairy roots of the M.truncatula wti5a mutant and RNAi composite plants displayed impaired arbuscule formation,whereas overexpression of WRI5a resulted in enhanced expression of STR and MtPT4,suggesting that WRI5a regulates bidirectional symbiotic nutrient exchange.Moreover,we found that WRI5a and RAM1(Required for Arbuscular Mycorrhization symbiosis 1),which encodes a GRASdomain transcription factor,regulate each other at the transcriptional level,forming a positive feedback loop for regulatingAM symbiosis.Collectively,our data suggest a role for WRI5a in controlling bidirectional nutrient exchange and periarbuscular membrane formation via the regulation of genes involved in the biosynthesis of fatty acids and phosphate uptake in arbuscule-containing cells.Yina Jiang Qiujin Xie Wanxiao Wang Jun Yang Xiaowei Zhang Nan Yu Yun Zhou Ertao Wang 2018Molecular Plant2018,11,11:10
10Erucic acid from Isatis indigotica Fort. suppresses influenza A virus replication and inflammation in vitro and in vivo through modulation of NF-kB and p38 MAPK pathway显示文摘Isatis indigotica Fort.(Ban-Lan-Gen)is an herbal medicine prescribed for influenza treatment.However,its active components and mode of action remain mostly unknown.In the present study,erucic acid was isolated from Isatis indigotica Fort.,and subsequently its underlying mechanism against influenza A virus(IAV)infection was investigated in vitro and in vivo.Our results demonstrated that erucic acid exhibited broad-spectrum antiviral activity against IAV resulting from reduction of viral polymerase transcription activity.Erucic acid was found to exert inhibitory effects on IAV or viral(v)RNA-induced pro-inflam-matory mediators as well as interferons(IFNs).The molecular mechanism by which erucic acid with antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties was attributed to inactivation of NF-kB and p38 MAPK signaling.Furthermore,the NF-kB and p38 MAPK inhibitory effect of erucic acid led to diminishing the transcriptional activity of interferon-stimulated gene factor 3(ISGF-3),and thereby reducing IAV-triggered pro-inflammatory response amplification in IFN-β-sensitized cells.Additionally,IAV-or vRNA-triggered apoptosis of alveolar epithelial A549 cells was prevented by erucic acid.In vivo,erucic acid administration consistently displayed decreased lung viral load and viral antigens expression.Meanwhile,erucic acid markedly reduced CD8+cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL)recruitment,pro-apoptotic signaling,hyperactivity of multiple signaling pathways,and exacerbated immune inflammation in the lung,which resulted in decreased lung injury and mortality in mice with a mouse-adapted A/FM/1/47-MA(H1N1)strain infection.Our findings provided a mechanistic basis for the action of erucic acid against IAV-mediated inflammation and injury,suggesting that erucic acid may have a therapeutic potential in the treatment of influenza.Xiaoli Liang Yuan Huang Xiping Pan Yanbing Hao Xiaowei Chen Haiming Jiang Jing Li Beixian Zhou Zifeng Yang 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,2:10
11Microstructure and mechanical property of a high-strength Mg-10Gd-6Y-1.5Zn-0.5Zr alloy prepared by multi-pass equal channel angular pressing显示文摘In this work,a high-strength Mg–10Gd–6Y–1.5Zn–0.5Zr(wt.%)alloy was fabricated by successive multi-pass equal channel angular pressing(ECAP).The microstructure and mechanical property of as-cast and ECAP alloys were systematically researched by X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and compression test.The results show that the microstructure of as-cast alloy consists ofα-Mg grains,Mg24Y5 networks,18R blocks,fine 14H lamellas,and fewY-rich particles.After 8 passes ECAP,dynamic recrystallization ofα-Mg is developed and their average grain size decreases to about 1μm.The network Mg_(24)Y_(5) phase at grain boundaries is broken into small particles with average diameter lower than 0.5μm.Moreover,18R blocks are kinked and delaminated,or broken into small particles and blended with Mg24Y5 particles.14H lamellas grow gradually or are dynamically precipitated within certainα-Mg grains.Compression tests indicate that 8p ECAP alloy exhibits excellent mechanical property with compressive strength of 537 MPa and fracture strain of 17.0%.The significant improvement for both strength and ductility of deformed alloy could be ascribed to DRX grains,refined Mg24Y5 particles,18R kinking and dynamical precipitation of 14H.Huan Liu He Huang Xiaowei Yang Cheng Li Jingli Yan Jinghua Jiang Aibin Ma 2017Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2017,5,2:10
12Process optimization of neodymium chloride solutions precipitated by magnesium bicarbonate显示文摘Rare earths(REs) are of vital importance for the development of new materials and green energy.Magnesium bicarbonate is one of the most recyclable and environmental-friendly precipitant for REs recovery from leaching solutions. Nd_2(CO_3)_3 has difficulties in industrial production. So in this study,the precipitation of neodymium from chloride solution by magnesium bicarbonate are investigated. The effects of feeding method, [HCO_3^-]/[Nd^(3+)] mole ratio, feeding speed and reaction temperature on yield and impurity(magnesia) content are systematically studied. Results show that the impurity(magnesia)content decreases to 0.010 wt% with a yield approaching to 100% obtained under the conditions of[HCO_3^-]/[Nd^(3+)] = 3.00 by parallel flow addition at 50 ℃. The major impurity(magnesia) in rare earth carbonates mainly presents in the form of physical absorption, which can be easily removed by scrubbing. 14Comparison of sentinel lymph node detection performances using blue dye in conjunction with indocyanine green or radioisotope in breast cancer patients: a prospective singlecenter randomized study显示文摘Objective:This randomized study aimed to compare the clinical efficacy between the novel dual tracer composed of indocyanine green(ICG)and blue dye(BD)and the conventional dual tracer composed of radioisotope and BD for sentinel lymph node(SLN)mapping in patients with breast cancer.Methods:This study enrolled 471 clinically lymph node-negative patients with primary breast cancer.All patients underwent mastectomy,and those undergoing sentinel lymph node biopsy(SLNB)were randomized to receive blue dye plus radioisotope(RB group)or BD plus ICG(IB group).The detection performances on SLN identification rate,positive SLN counts,detection sensitivity,and false-negative rate were compared between the two groups.Results:In the IB group,97%(194/200)of the patients who underwent the ICG and BD dual tracer injection showed fluorescentpositive lymphatic vessels within 2–5 min.The identification rate of SLNs was comparable between the IB group(99.0%,198/200)and the RB group(99.6%,270/271)(P=0.79).No significant differences were observed in the identification rate of metastatic SLNs(22.5%vs.22.9%,P>0.05,RB group vs.IB group,the same below),positive SLN counts(3.72±2.28 vs.3.91±2.13,P>0.05),positive metastatic SLN counts(0.38±0.84 vs.0.34±0.78,P>0.05),SLNB detection sensitivity(94.4%vs.92.5%,P>0.05),or false-negative rate(5.6%vs.7.5%,P>0.05)between the two groups.Conclusions:ICG can be used as a promising alternative tracer for radioisotope in SLN mapping,and when it is combined with BD in lymphangiography,it offers comparable detection sensitivity compared to the conventional lymphatic mapping strategies that are widely used in clinical practice.Long Yuan Xiaowei Qi Yi Zhang Xinhua Yang Fan Zhang Linjun Fan Li Chen Kongyong Zhang Ling Zhong Yanling Li Sijie Gan Wenying Fu Jun Jiang 2018Cancer Biology & Medicine2018,15,4:9

16A LysM Receptor Heteromer Mediates Perception of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Symbiotic Signal in Rice显示文摘Symbiotic microorganisms improve nutrient uptake by plants.To initiate mutualistic symbiosis with arbus-cular mycorrhizal(AM)fungi,plants perceive Myc factors,including lipochitooligosaccharides(LCOs)and short-chain chitooligosaccharides(CO4/CO5),secreted by AM fungi.However,the molecular mechanism of Myc factor perception remains elusive.In this study,we identified a heteromer of LysM receptor-like kinases consisting of OsMYR1/OsLYK2 and OsCERK1 that mediates the perception of AM fungi in rice.CO4 directly binds to OsMYR1,promoting the dimerization and phosphorylation of this receptor complex.Compared with control plants,Osmyr1 and Oscerk1 mutant rice plants are less sensitive to Myc factors and show decreased AM colonization.We engineered transgenic rice by expressing chimeric receptors that respectively replaced the ectodomains of OsMYR1 and OsCERK1 with those from the homologous Nod factor receptors MtNFP and MtL YK3 of Medicago truncatula.Transgenic plants displayed increased cal-cium oscillations in response to Nod factors compared with control rice.Our study provides significant mechanistic insights into AM symbiotic signal perception in rice.Expression of chimeric Nod/Myc recep-tors achieves a potentially important step toward generating cereals that host nitrogen-fixing bacteria.Jiangman He Chi Zhang Huiling Dai Huan Liu Xiaowei Zhang Jun Yang Xi Chen Yayun Zhu Dapeng Wang Xiaofeng Qi Weichao Li Zhihui Wang Guoyong An Nan YU Zuhua He Yong-Fei Wang Youli Xiao Peng Zhang Ertao Wang 2019Molecular Plant2019,12,12:9

Here,we demonstrated the use of in situ micro-tensile testing inside a high resolution scanning electron microscope(SEM) to characterize the microstructure evolution, in real time, of SMATed Mg alloy AZ31 samples with different grain sizes of ~10 μm('coarse-grain sample') and ~5 μm('fine-grain sample'), respectively, and compared the results with those of a raw Mg alloy AZ31. The quantitative tensile tests with in situ SEM imaging clearly showed that fracture of ‘fine-grain sample' was dominated by intergranular cracks,while both trans-granular and intergranular cracks led to the final failure of the ‘coarse-grain samples'.It is expected that this in situ SEM characterization technique, coupled with quantitative tensile testing method, could be applicable for studying other grain-refined metals/alloys, allowing to optimize their mechanical performances by controlling the grain sizes and their gradient distribution.Xiaowei Liu Yong Liu Bin Jin Yang Lu Jian Lu 2017Journal of Materials Science & Technology2017,33,3:5
20Clopidogrel improves aspirin response after off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery显示文摘We sought to assess the incidence of aspirin resistance after off-pump coronary artery bypass(OPCAB) surgery,and investigate whether clopidogrel can improve aspirin response and be safely applied early after OPCAB surgery.Sixty patients who underwent standard OPCAB surgery were randomized into two groups.One group(30 patients)received mono-antiplatelet treatment(MAPT) with aspirin 100 mg daily and the other group received dual antiplatelet treatment(DAPT) with aspirin 100 mg daily plus clopidogrel 75 mg daily.Platelet aggregations in response to arachidonic acid(PL_(AA)) and adenosine diphosphate(ADP)(PL_(ADP)) were measured preoperatively and on days 1 to 6,8 and10 after the antiplatelet agents were administered.A PL_(AA) level above 20%was defined as aspirin resistance.Postoperative bleeding and other perioperative variables were also recorded.There were no significant differences between the two groups in baseline characteristics,average number of distal anastomosis,operation time,postoperative bleeding,ventilation time and postoperative hospital stay.However,the incidence of aspirin resistance was significantly lower in the DAPT group than that in the MAPT group on the first and second day after antiplatelet agents were given(62.1%vs.32.1%,34.5%vs.10.7%,respectively,both P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in postoperative complication between the two groups.DAPT with aspirin and clopidogrel can be safely applied to OPCAB patients early after the procedure.Moreover,clopidogrel reduces the incidence of OPCAB-related aspirin resistance.Xuezhong Wang Xiaoxuan Gong Tiantian Zhu Qiu Zhang Yangyang Zhang Xiaowei Wang Zhijian Yang Chunjian Lia 2014The Journal of Biomedical Research2014,28,2:5
