| 1 | Modification of NiCoCrAlY with Pt: Part Ⅰ. Effect of Pt depositing location and cyclic oxidation performance显示文摘Pt layers of 5 μm in thickness were electroplated before or after depositing NiCoCrAlY coating by arc ion plating(AIP) aiming for identifying the effect of Pt enriching position on microstructure and cyclic oxidation behavior of Pt modified NiCoCrAlY coatings. Al-rich zones formed at the same position of Ptrich zones for both modified coatings due to uphill diffusion of Al driven by Pt. Cyclic oxidation tests at 1000 and 1100?C indicated that oxidation resistance of NiCoCrAlY was improved by Pt modification via different mechanisms: at surface, Pt-rich zone promoted selective oxidation of Al to form α-Al_2O_3,whilst at coating/substrate interface Pt-rich zone acted as effective diffusion barrier for titanium. | 5 | Finite-Control-Set Model Predictive Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Drive Systems——An Overview显示文摘Permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)have been widely employed in the industry. Finite-control-set model predictive control(FCS-MPC), as an advanced control scheme, has been developed and applied to improve the performance and efficiency of the holistic PMSM drive systems. Based on the three elements of model predictive control, this paper provides an overview of the superiority of the FCS-MPC control scheme and its shortcomings in current applications. The problems of parameter mismatch, computational burden, and unfixed switching frequency are summarized. Moreover, other performance improvement schemes, such as the multi-vector application strategy, delay compensation scheme, and weight factor adjustment, are reviewed. | 7 | Combinatorial Optimization of Physics Parameterization Schemes for Typhoon Simulation Based on a Simple Genetic Algorithm(SGA)显示文摘Each physical process in a numerical weather prediction(NWP)system may have many different parameterization schemes.Early studies have shown that the performance of different physical parameterization schemes varies with the weather situation to be simulated.Thus,it is necessary to select a suitable combination of physical parameterization schemes according to the variation of weather systems.However,it is rather difficult to identify an optimal combination among millions of possible parameterization scheme combinations.This study applied a simple genetic algorithm(SGA)to optimizing the combination of parameterization schemes in NWP models for typhoon forecasting.The feasibility of SGA was verified with the simulation of Typhoon Mujigae(2015)by using the Weather Research and Forecasting(WRF)model and Typhoon Higos(2020)by using the Coupled Ocean–Atmosphere–Wave–Sediment Transport(COAWST)modeling system.The results show that SGA can efficiently obtain the optimal combination of schemes.For Typhoon Mujigae(2015),the optimal combination can be found from the 1,304,576 possible combinations by running only 488 trials.Similar results can be obtained for Typhoon Higos(2020).Compared to the default combination proposed by the COAWST model system,the optimal combination scheme significantly improves the simulation of typhoon track and intensity.This study provides a feasible way to search for the optimal combinations of physical parameterization schemes in WRF and COAWST for more accurate typhoon simulation.This can help provide references for future development of NWP models,and for analyzing the coordination and adaptability of different physical process parameterization schemes under specific weather backgrounds. | Zebin LU Jianjun XU Zhiqiang CHEN Jinyi YANG Jeremy Cheuk-Hin LEUNG Daosheng XU Banglin ZHANG | 2024 | Journal of Meteorological Research2024,38,1: | 0 |

[Method] Moths under lamps in Wujiatang wetland park were investigated and studied regularly in 2016 and 2017, and the relationship among diversity index, indi-vidual number, species richness, evenness and diversity of moth community was analyzed. [Result] A total of 138 species of months belonging to 91 genera and 13 families were collected from Wujiatang wetland park, Dianchi lake, Kunming. The dominant insects were Crambidae and Noctuidae.The relationship between species and abundance relationship of moth community conformed to the niche priority occupation model, and the diversity index was not consistent with the evenness, but consistent with the species richness. | 10 | Effects of zero-valent iron added in the flooding or drainage process on cadmium immobilization in an acid paddy soil显示文摘Zero-valent iron(ZVI)is a promising material for the remediation of Cd-contaminated paddy soils.However,the effects of ZVI added during flooding or drainage processes on cadmium(Cd)retention remain unclear.Herein,Cd-contaminated paddy soil was incubated for 40days of flooding and then for 15 days of drainage,and the underlying mechanisms of Cd immobilization coupled with Fe/S/N redox processes were investigated.The addition of ZVI to the flooding process was more conducive to Cd immobilization.Less potential available Cd was detected by adding ZVI before flooding,which may be due to the increase in paddy soil pH and newly formed secondary Fe minerals.Moreover,the reductive dissolution of Fe minerals promoted the release of soil colloids,thereby increasing significantly the surface sites and causing Cd immobilization.Additionally,the addition of ZVI before flooding played a vital role in Cd retention after soil drainage.In contrast,the addition of ZVI in the drainage phase was not conducive to Cd retention,which might be due to the rapid decrease in soil pH that inhibited Cd adsorption and further immobilization on soil surfaces.The findings of this study demonstrated that Cd availability in paddy soil was largely reduced by adding ZVI during the flooding period and provide a novel insight into the mechanisms of ZVI remediation in Cd-contaminated paddy soils. | Hanbing Meng Shiwen Hu Zebin Hong Wenting Chi Guojun Chen Kuan Cheng QiWang Tongxu Liu Fangbai Li Kexue Liu Yang Yang | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,4: | 0 |

| 13 | The study of a highly efficient and environment-friendly scale inhibitor for calcium carbonate scale in oil fields显示文摘A highly efficient and environment-friendly scale inhibitor(MA-VA-VS)was synthesized via free radical solution polymerization method,where maleic anhydride(MA),vinyl acetate(VA)and vinyl sulfonate(VS)acted as monomers,while ammonium persulfate was used as initiator.The inhibition performance and the structure as well as properties was characterized using static jar measurement and dynamic test,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.The surface morphology and composition of scale formed in the solution were examined using scanning electron microscopy and Xray diffraction,respectively.The binding energies of inhibitor with calcite(104)face were calculated using Materials Studio 2017(MS)at 323 K.The results show that the inhibition efficiency gradually increases with increasing inhibitor concentration.While as the Ca2þconcentration increases,the efficiency first increases and then decreases.With the increase in temperature or pH,the efficiency generally decreases.It is confirmed that the inhibition efficiency can reach 91.4%when 150 mg/L MA-VA-VS is used in a flow condition.Both the calculated binding energy and inhibition performance evaluation results demonstrate that the scale inhibition performance of MA-VA-VS is better than a commercial scale inhibitor(HPMA).The excellent inhibition performance of this inhibitor is due to its chelation and dispersion properties. | Heng Wang Junying Hu Zhi Yang Zebin Yin Qi Xiong Xiankang Zhong | 2021 | Petroleum2021,7,3: | 0 |

| 15 | Improving superficial microstructure and properties of the laser-processed ultrathin kerf in Ti-6Al-4V alloy by water-jet guiding显示文摘In the present research,the gas-assisted laser(GAL)and water-jet guided laser(WGL)processing technologies were applied to machine the ultrathin kerf in the wrought Ti-6Al-4V alloy.The microstructure,microhardness,and wear properties of the superficial layer were investigated.The results reveal that the GAL processing could machine the kerf with a high depth-to-width ratio of 12–15,but the increased processing times enhance the depth little.Due to the oxygen entrainment and relatively low heat and mass transferring efficiency,the assisted gas promotes the formation of a scaled recast layer containingβ-Ti phase and oxides,which increases the roughness to 20μm.The WGL processed kerf has a low depth-to-width ratio with a value of 1.9–2.5 and the depth could be increased by increasing the WGL processing times.With the assistance of the water jet,the remelted debris and heat could be eliminated immediately,which restrains the formation of the recast layer and heat-affected zone.The ultrathin oxide outer layer with hundreds of nanometers and ultrafineα-Ti grain inner layer are formed on the surface,which decreases the roughness to 12μm.Compared with the as-received Ti-6Al-4V alloy,the microhardness of GAL processed kerf surface is increased to 382.8 HV accompanied by residual tensile stress,while the microhardness of WGL processed kerf surface is increased to 481.6 HV accompanying with residual compressive stress.In addition,the GAL processing increases the wear rate at room temperature but decreases the wear rate at high temperatures.Comparatively,the WGL processing decreases the wear rate at room and high temperatures,simultaneously.Such wear behaviors could be ascribed to their different superficial microstructures and phase constituents. | Yang Chao Yuezhuan Liu Zifa Xu Weixin Xie Li Zhang Wentai Ouyang Haichen Wu Zebin Pan Junke Jiao Shujun Li Guangyi Zhang Wenwu Zhang Liyuan Sheng | 2023 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,25: | 0 |

| 17 | Exosomal miR-485-3p derived from pancreatic ductal epithelial cells inhibits pancreatic cancer metastasis through targeting PAK1显示文摘Background:Cell competition is an important feature in pancreatic cancer(PC)progression,but the underlying mechanism remains elusive.This study aims to explore the role of exosomes derived from normal pancreatic ductal epithelial cells involved in PC progression.Methods:PC cells and pancreatic stellate cells(PSCs)were treated with exosomes isolated from pancreatic ductal epithelial cells.Cell proliferation was assessed by CCK8 assays.Cell migration and invasion were assessed by Transwell assays.PC and matched adjacent non-tumor tissue specimens were obtained from 46 patients pathologically diagnosed with PC at Peking University First Hospital from 2013 to 2017.Tissue miR-485-3p and p21-activated kinase-1(PAK1)expression was examined by real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),and the relationship of the two was analyzed using Pearman’s product-moment correlation.The clinical significance of miR-485-3p was analyzed using the Chi-square test,Wilcoxon rank-sum test,and Fisher exact probability,respectively.The binding of miR-485-3p to PAK15’-untranslated region(5’-UTR)was examined by luciferase assay.PC cells were xenografted into nude mice as a PC metastasis model.Results:Exosomes from pancreatic ductal epithelial cells suppressed PC cell migration and invasion as well as the secretion and migration of PSCs.MiR-485-3p was enriched in the exosomes of pancreatic ductal epithelial cells but deficient in those of PC cells and PSCs,in accordance with the lower level in PSCs and PC cells than that in pancreatic ductal cells.And the mature miR-485-3p could be delivered into these cells by the exosomes secreted by normal pancreatic duct cells,to inhibit PC cell migration and invasion.Clinical data analysis showed that miR-485-3p was significantly decreased in PC tissues(P<0.05)and was negatively associated with lymphovascular invasion(P=0.044).As a direct target of miR-485-3p,PAK1 was found to exert an inhibitory effect on PC cells,and there was a significantly negative correlation between the expression levels of miR-485-3p and PAK1(r=-0.6525,P<0.0001)in PC tissues.Moreover,miR-485-3p could suppress PC metastasisin vivo by targeting p21-activated kinase-1.Conclusions:Exosomal miR-485-3p delivered by normal pancreatic ductal epithelial cells into PC cells inhibits PC metastasis by directly targeting PAK1.The restoration of miR-485-3p by exosomes or some other vehicle might be a novel approach for PC treatment. | Mingzhe Li Jiaxin Zhou Zhengkui Zhang Jisong Li Feng Wang Ling Ma Xiaodong Tian Zebin Mao Yinmo Yang | 2022 | Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,19: | 0 |
