| 1 | 晚期非小细胞肺癌免疫检查点抑制剂新型生物标志物:血液PD-L1动态检测显示文摘背景免疫检查点抑制剂(immune checkpoint inhibitors,ICIs)具有良好疗效已成为恶性肿瘤治疗领域备受瞩目的翘楚。然而,仅有小部分患者获得长期临床获益。如何选择生物标志物来筛查ICIs治疗优势人群仍是一大热点。方法收集51例晚期恶性肿瘤患者的肿瘤组织和配对血样本,进行PD-L1表达的相关性分析。40例晚期非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)患者接受ICIs治疗,2个月时检测血液PD-L1(bloodPD-L1,bPD-L1)表达的动态变化,包括PD-L1 mRNA、外泌体PD-L1(exosomalPD-L1,exoPD-L1)蛋白和可溶性PD-L1(solublePD-L1,sPD-L1)。应用R软件计算最佳截断值,用于预测最佳客观缓解(best objective response,b OR)、无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)和总生存期(overall survival,OS)。结果51例不同恶性肿瘤患者中,组织PD-L1(tissuePD-L1,tPD-L1)表达阳性患者的PD-L1mRNA表达水平显著升高。40例接受ICIs治疗的晚期NSCLC患者中,bPD-L1 mRNA上调≥2.04的患者b OR、PFS和OS更佳;21例接受ICIs治疗的晚期NSCLC患者中,exoPD-L1上调≥1.86的患者临床获益更大。sPD-L1动态变化与ICIs疗效无显著相关性。PD-L1 mRNA和exoPD-L1联合检测更有利于预测ICIs治疗疗效。结论bPD-L1表达与tPD-L1表达存在正相关;晚期NSCLC患者ICIs治疗初期PD-L1 mRNA和(或)exoPD-L1表达升高,可作为评估临床获益的新型生物标志物。 | Qiao YANG Mingjing CHEN Jiaoyang GU Kai NIU Xianlan ZHAO Linpeng ZHENG Zihan XU Yongxin YU Feng LI Lingxin MENG Zhengtang CHEN Wenlei ZHUO Luping ZHANG Jianguo SUN 杨峤(译) 孙建国(译) | 2021 | 中国肺癌杂志2021,24,12: | 10 |

| 3 | Pathogenesis of allergic diseases and implications for therapeutic interventions显示文摘Allergic diseases such as allergic rhinitis (AR), allergic asthma (AAS), atopic dermatitis (AD), food allergy (FA), and eczema aresystemic diseases caused by an impaired immune system. Accompanied by high recurrence rates, the steadily rising incidence ratesof these diseases are attracting increasing attention. The pathogenesis of allergic diseases is complex and involves many factors,including maternal-fetal environment, living environment, genetics, epigenetics, and the body’s immune status. The pathogenesisof allergic diseases exhibits a marked heterogeneity, with phenotype and endotype defining visible features and associatedmolecular mechanisms, respectively. With the rapid development of immunology, molecular biology, and biotechnology, manynew biological drugs have been designed for the treatment of allergic diseases, including anti-immunoglobulin E (IgE), antiinterleukin(IL)-5, and anti-thymic stromal lymphopoietin (TSLP)/IL-4, to control symptoms. For doctors and scientists, it is becomingmore and more important to understand the influencing factors, pathogenesis, and treatment progress of allergic diseases. | 5 | Micro/nano-scale Characterization and Fatigue Fracture Resistance of Mechanoreceptor with Crack-shaped Slit Arrays in Scorpion显示文摘The nocturnal scorpion Heterometrus petersii uses Basitarsal Compound Slit Sensilla (BCSS) as mechanoreceptor to detect mechanical signal (e.g. substrate vibration, cyclic loads caused by walking) without fatigue failure such as initiation of fatigue crack and further propagation of crack-shaped slit. The outstanding perceptive function has been discovered for over half a century. However, it is not yet clear about the microstructure, material composition and micromechanical property which are all important factors that determine the fatigue fracture resistance of the BCSS. Here, the microscopic characteristics of the BCSS were thoroughly studied. The results dicate that anti-fatigue resilin and stiff chitinous cuticle form multilayered composite as the main body of the BCSS. Meanwhile, the pre-existing slit as mechanosensory structure is covered by cuticular membrane which has different mechanical property with the epicuticle. | 9 | LOPE:A Low-Overhead Payment Verification Method for Blockchains显示文摘With its characteristics of decentralization,security,data traceability,and tamper-resistance,the blockchain has been widely used in various domains.Considering the difference in the performance of the devices,the light client is proposed so that devices without the ability to store a full blockchain copy can also participate in the blockchain transactions.However,the light client has to communicate with full nodes and verify the authenticity of a transaction which brings in some extent of communication,computation,and storage overheads to the light client.These overheads cannot be ignored for some low-performance devices,such as embedded devices or Io T chips,and therefore the current light client scheme does not work in this situation.We propose LOPE(a Low-overhead payment v Erification method)for poor-capacity nodes in the blockchain system.In LOPE,a grouping protocol is designed to partition full nodes into groups to serve the verification requests of the light client.In addition,Practical byzantine fault tolerance(PBFT)is used to ensure the light client to get a credible result in spite of a few dishonest nodes existing in the group.We conduct LOPE and evaluate it in a testbed.The experiment results show that LOPE reduces more than half of the communication overhead,degrades the computation overhead of the light client to a large extent,and avoids the storage overhead of the hash roots of block headers in the light client.We also conduct theoretical analysis to show the performance improvement and security issues of LOPE. | ZHANG Ying HE Zhengyuan JIA Linpeng DING Donghui ZHANG Hanwen SUN Yi | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Electronics2021,30,2: | 0 |
| 10 | Integrating ASTER and GLASS broadband emissivity products using a multi-resolution Kalman filter显示文摘In this study,the multi-resolution Kalman filter(MKF)algorithm,which can handle multi-resolution problems with high computational efficiency,was used to blend two emissivity products:the Global LAnd Surface Satellite(GLASS)(BBE)product and the Advanced Spaceborne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer(ASTER)narrowband emissivity(NBE)product.The ASTER NBE product was first converted into a BBE product.A new detrending method was used to transfer the BBEs into a process suitable for the MKF.The new detrending method was superior to the two existing methods.Finally,both the de-trended GLASS and ASTER BBE products were incorporated into the MKF framework to obtain the optimal estimation at each scale.Field measurements collected in North America were used to validate the integrated BBEs.Visually,the fusion map showed good continuity,with the exception of the border areas,and the quality of the fusion map was better than that of the original maps.The validation results indicate that the MKF improved the BBE product accuracy at the coarse scale.In addition,the MKF was capable of recovering missing pixels at a finer scale. | Linpeng Shi Shunlin Liang Jie Cheng Quan Zhang | 2016 | International Journal of Digital Earth2016,9,11: | 0 |

| 12 | Combining biological denitrification and electricity generation in methane-powered microbial fuel cells显示文摘Methane has been demonstrated to be a feasible substrate for electricity generation in microbial fuel cells(MFCs)and denitrifying anaerobic methane oxidation(DAMO).However,these two processes were evaluated separately in previous studies and it has remained unknown whether methane is able to simultaneously drive these processes.Here we investigated the co-occurrence and performance of these two processes in the anodic chamber of MFCs.The results showed that methane successfully fueled both electrogenesis and denitrification.Importantly,the maximum nitrate removal rate was significantly enhanced from(1.4±0.8)to(18.4±1.2)mg N/(L·day)by an electrogenic process.In the presence of DAMO,the MFCs achieved a maximum voltage of 610 mV and a maximum power density of 143±12 mW/m^(2).Electrochemical analyses demonstrated that some redox substances(e.g.riboflavin)were likely involved in electrogenesis and also in the denitrification process.High-throughput sequencing indicated that the methanogen Methanobacterium,a close relative of Methanobacterium espanolae,catalyzed methane oxidation and cooperated with both exoelectrogens and denitrifiers(e.g.,Azoarcus).This work provides an effective strategy for improving DAMO in methane-powered MFCs,and suggests that methanogens and denitrifiers may jointly be able to provide an alternative to archaeal DAMO for methane-dependent denitrification. | Linpeng Yu Eryi Zhang Lin Yang Shiqi Liu Christopher Rensing Shungui Zhou | 2023 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,8: | 0 |

| 14 | Vibrational Receptor of Scorpion(Heterometrus petersii):The Basitarsal Compound Slit Sensilla显示文摘Recently,micro-vibrational perception mechanisms of nocturnal arthropods such as scorpions and spiders are attracting increasingly more attention and research.The relevant micro-vibrational receptors are exquisite,in terms of their comprehensive performance such as sensitivity,stability,high anti-interference,and ultralow-power consumption.In this work,we find the Basitarsal Compound Slit Sensilla (BCSS) of scorpion (Heterometrus petersii) are composed of the crack-shaped slits as mechanosensory structure and can efficiently detect substrate-borne vibrational signal in complex natural environment.The study on microstructures and mechanical properties of tissue phases constituting the BCSS reveals that the strategy of tessellation is used to make crack-shaped slit amplify the tiny mechanical signal.In addition,the magnitude-frequency characteristics of electrophysiological signals caused by vibration stimulation with different frequencies indicate that the scorpion is sensitive to micro-vibrational signals at a certain frequency range.Meanwhile,the vibrational perception mechanism based on geometrical amplification and resonance is proposed to explain how scorpions detect the tiny biotic vibrational signal efficiently in noise environment.This finding not only promotes our further understanding of ultra-sensitive mechanism of the vibrational receptors,but also provides biological inspiration for the next generation of mechanosensor for a broad range of applications. | Kejun Wang Junqiu Zhang Linpeng Liu Daobing Chen Honglie Song Yinliang Wang Shichao Niu Zhiwu Han Luquan Ren | 2019 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2019,16,1: | 0 |
