| 2 | A Sub-100 mg Electromagnetically Driven Insect-inspired Flapping-wing Micro Robot Capable of Liftoff and Control Torques Modulation显示文摘Inspired by the unique,agile and efficient flapping flight of insects,we present a novel sub-100 mg,electromagnetically driven,tailless,flapping-wing micro robot.This robot utilizes two optimized electromagnetic actuators placed back to back to drive two wings separately,then kinematics of each wing can be independently controlled,which gives the robot the ability to generate all three control torques of pitch,roll and yaw for steering.To quantify the performance of the robot,a simplified aerodynamic model is used to estimate the generated lift and torques,and two customized test platforms for lift and torque measurement are built for this robot.The mean lift generated by the robot is measured to be proportional to the square of the input voltage amplitude.The three control torques are measured to be respectively proportional to three decoupled parameters of the control voltages,therefore the modulation of three control torques for the robot is independent,which is helpful for the further controlled flight.All these measured results fit well with the calculated results of the aerodynamic model.Furthermore,with a total weight of 96 mg and a wingspan of 3.5 cm,this robot can generate sufficient lift to take off. | Chenyang Wang Weiping Zhang Yang Zou Ran Meng Jiaxin Zhao Mingchen Wei | 2020 | Journal of Bionic Engineering2020,17,6: | 2 |

| 11 | A Comparison Study on the δD Value of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Hydrous Pyrolysate of Herbaceous Peat with Different Water Medium显示文摘To investigate the influence of diagenetic water media on the hydrogen isotopes of individual sedimentary aromatic compounds,a series of hydrous pyrolyses were conducted on herbaceous peat.Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in hydrous pyrolysed samples and their hydrogen isotopic composition characteristics were studied.The aqueous medium demonstrated a significant influence on the hydrogen isotopic composition of the individual PAHs generated during pyrolysis.The results showed that the PAHs formed after pyrolysis in the presence of a saltwater medium with high δD value from a salt lake had a heavy hydrogen isotopic composition.The PAHs formed after pyrolysis in the presence of a fresh water medium with low δD value from a swamp had a light hydrogen isotopic composition.The difference in the average PAHδD value between the two hydrous experiments varied from -174‰ to -109‰,suggesting that the hydrogen isotopic composition of individual sedimentary PAHs can reflect the source of the diagenetic water medium.In addition,a comparative study found that the hydrogen isotopes of PAHs were superior to those of n-alkanes in the same sample for diagenetic water indications.The results indicated that the exchange of water-derived inorganic hydrogen and organic hydrogen was more intensive in freshwater experiments than in saltwater experiments.With an increase in the simulation temperature,the average δD value of PAHs generated in the hydrous simulation experiments showed an increasing trend,reflecting that the δD value of sedimentary PAHs formed with the participation of diagenetic water media was still closely related to the thermal maturity of organic matter.Comparative studies showed that theδD values of different types of organic compounds produced by hydrous pyrolysis of peat were in the order,PAHs>n-alkanes>methane. | DUAN Yi WU Yingzhong XING Lantian WU Yingqin ZHAO Yang LI Zhongping MA Lanhua DUAN Mingchen | 2023 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2023,97,6: | 0 |
| 12 | CoS Nanosheets Coated with Dopamine-Derived Carbon Standing on Carbon Fiber Cloth as Binder-Free Anode for Li-ion Batteries显示文摘Cobalt sulphides attract much attention as anode materials for Li-ion batteries(LIBs).However,its poor conductivity,low initial column efficiency and large volume changes during cycling have hindered its further development.Herein,novel interlaced CoS nanosheets were firstly prepared on Carbon Fiber Cloth(CFC)by two hydrothermal reactions followed with carbon coating via carbonizing dopamine(CoS NS@C/CFC).As a freestanding anode,the nanosheet structure of CoS not only accommodates the volume variation,but also provides a large interface area to proceed the charge transfer reaction.In addition,CFC works as both a three-dimensional skeleton and an active substance which can further improve the areal capacity of the resulting electrode.Furthermore,the coated carbon combined with the CFC work as a 3D conductive network to facilitate the electron conduction.The obtained CoS NS@C/CFC,and the contrast sample prepared with the same procedure but without carbon coating(CoS NS/CFC),are characterized with XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and electrochemical measurements.The results show that the CoS NS@C/CFC possesses much improved electrochemical performance due to the synergistic effect of nanosheet CoS,the coated carbon and the CFC substrate,exhibiting high initial columbic efficiency(~87%),high areal capacity(2.5 at 0.15 mA cm−2),excellent rate performance(1.6 at 2.73 mA cm−2)and improved cycle stability(87.5%capacity retention after 300 cycles).This work may provide a new route to explore freestanding anodes with high areal specific capacity for LIBs. | Lianyuan Ji Mingchen Shi Zengkai Feng Hui Yang | 2024 | Journal of Renewable Materials2024,12,2: | 0 |
