| 1 | Case study on stratospheric and mesospheric concentric gravity waves generated by deep convection显示文摘Concentric gravity waves(CGWs)in the middle and upper atmosphere show wave-coupling processes between the lower atmosphere and the middle and upper atmosphere. In this research,we analyzed a case of CGWs detected simultaneously by the AIRS(Atmospheric Infrared Sounder)and the VIIRS/DNB(Day/Night Band of the Visible Infrared Imager Radiometer Suite)in the stratosphere and mesosphere. Results showed that gravity waves(GWs)were generated by the collocated Hurricane Bejisa on the island of Mauritius. The AIRS data showed arc-like phase fronts of GWs with horizontal wavelengths of 190 and 150 km at 21:08 coordinated universal time(UTC)on 1 January 2014 and at 10:00 UTC on 2 January 2014,whereas the DNB observed arced GWs with horizontal wavelengths of 60 and 150 km in the same geographic regions at 22:24 UTC.The characteristics of CGW parameters in the stratosphere(~40 km)and the mesosphere(~87 km),such as the vertical wavelength, intrinsic frequency, and intrinsic horizontal phase speed, were first derived together with the background winds from ERA5 reanalysis data and Horizontal Wind Model data through the dispersion relationship of GWs and the wind-filtering theory. | GuoChun Shi Xiong Hu ZhiGang Yao WenJie Guo MingChen Sun XiaoYan Gong | 2021 | Earth and Planetary Physics2021,5,1: | 2 |
| 2 | Description of space charge transport in oil‐paper insulation using adaptive time‐stepping transient upstream finite element method显示文摘The charge transport and accumulation in oil-paper can cause the insulation degradation. So far,the most widely used model to simulate space charge transport and accumulation is the bipolar charge transport(BCT)model, which can well simulate the space charge dynamics. However, there are two shortcomings in the algorithms for solving the BCT model. One is that there is almost no use of vectorisation technology, which may increase the complexity of the algorithm, the other is the usage of fixed step size which might bring extra computation cost.In view of this,an adaptive time‐stepping transient up-stream finite element method(FEM)is developed to solve the BCT model considering trapping/detrapping,as well as the recombination phenomenon under DC condition in this article. Then,a vectorisation technology is used in the method to optimise the al-gorithm.Moreover,the adaptive time‐stepping method is introduced in simulation to reduce computation time and calculation amount.Simulation results are obtained by programing and later presented, which are basically consistent with the corresponding experimental results. Therefore, the proposed method is expected to promote the opti-mization design of the oil-paper insulation system. | Jiefeng Liu Mingchen Shi Yiyi Zhang Bing Gao Wei Zhang Shuo Liang | 2022 | High Voltage2022,7,1: | 0 |
| 3 | CoS Nanosheets Coated with Dopamine-Derived Carbon Standing on Carbon Fiber Cloth as Binder-Free Anode for Li-ion Batteries显示文摘Cobalt sulphides attract much attention as anode materials for Li-ion batteries(LIBs).However, its poor conductivity, low initial column efficiency and large volume changes during cycling have hindered its further development.Herein, novel interlaced CoS nanosheets were firstly prepared on Carbon Fiber Cloth(CFC)by two hydrothermal reactions followed with carbon coating via carbonizing dopamine(CoS NS@C/CFC).As a freestanding anode, the nanosheet structure of CoS not only accommodates the volume variation, but also provides a large interface area to proceed the charge transfer reaction. In addition,CFC works as both a three-dimensional skeleton and an active substance which can further improve the areal capacity of the resulting electrode.Furthermore, the coated carbon combined with the CFC work as a 3D conductive network to facilitate the electron conduction. The obtained CoS NS@C/CFC,and the contrast sample prepared with the same procedure but without carbon coating(CoS NS/CFC),are characterized with XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and electrochemical measurements. The results show that the CoS NS@C/CFC possesses much improved electrochemical performance due to the synergistic effect of nanosheet CoS,the coated carbon and the CFC substrate, exhibiting high initial columbic efficiency(~87%),high areal capacity(2.5 at 0.15 mA cm−2),excellent rate performance(1.6 at 2.73 mA cm−2)and improved cycle stability(87.5%capacity retention after 300 cycles). This work may provide a new route to explore freestanding anodes with high areal specific capacity for LIBs. | Lianyuan Ji Mingchen Shi Zengkai Feng Hui Yang | 2024 | Journal of Renewable Materials2024,12,2: | 0 |
| 4 | Trogocytosis of CAR molecule regulates CAR-T cell dysfunction and tumor antigen escape显示文摘Chimeric antigen receptor(CAR)T-cell therapy has demonstrated clinical response in treating both hematologic malignancies and solid tumors.Although instances of rapid tumor remissions have been observed in animal models and clinical trials, tumor relapses occur with multiple therapeutic resistance mechanisms.Furthermore, while the mechanisms underlying the long-term therapeutic resistance are well-known,short-term adaptation remains less understood. However, more views shed light on short-term adaptation and hold that it provides an opportunity window for long-term resistance. In this study,we explore a previously unreported mechanism in which tumor cells employ trogocytosis to acquire CAR molecules from CAR-T cells,a reversal of previously documented processes. This mechanism results in the depletion of CAR molecules and subsequent CAR-T cell dysfunction, also leading to short-term antigen loss and antigen masking.Such type of intercellular communication is independent of CAR downstream signaling,CAR-T cell condition, target antigen, and tumor cell type. However,it is mainly dependent on antigen density and CAR sensitivity, and is associated with tumor cell cholesterol metabolism.Partial mitigation of this trogocytosis-induced CAR molecule transfer can be achieved by adaptively administering CAR-T cells with antigen density-individualized CAR sensitivities.Together, our study reveals a dynamic process of CAR molecule transfer and refining the framework of clinical CAR-T therapy for solid tumors. | You Zhai Yicong Du Guanzhang Li Mingchen Yu Huimin Hu Changqing Pan Di Wang Zhongfang Shi Xu Yan Xuesong Li Tao Jiang Wei Zhang | 2024 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,1: | 0 |
