| 1 | Estimation of lunar titanium content: Based on absorption features of Chang’E-1 interference imaging spectrometer (ⅡM)显示文摘Two linear regression models based on absorption features extracted from CE-1 IIM image data are presented to discuss the relationship between absorption features and titanium content. We computed five absorption parameters (Full Wave at Half Maximum (FWHM), absorption position, absorption area, absorption depth and absorption asymmetry) of the spectra collected at Apollo 17 landing sites to build two regression models, one with FWHM and the other without FWHM due to the low relation coefficient between FWHM and Ti content. Finally Ti content measured from Apollo 17 samples and Apollo 16 samples was used to test the accuracy. The results show that the predicted values of the model with FWHM have many singular values and the result of model without FWHM is more stable. | 2 | Combustion instability of pilot flame in a pilot bluff body stabilized combustor显示文摘Combustion instability of pilot flame has been investigated in a model pilot bluff body stabilized combustor by running the pilot flame only. The primary objectives are to investigate the pilot flame dynamics and to provide bases for the study of the interaction mechanisms between the pilot flame and the main flame. Dynamic pressures are measured by dynamic pressure transducers. A high speed camera with CH*bandpass filter is used to capture the pilot flame dynamics. The proper orthogonal decomposition(POD) is used to further analyze the high speed images. With the increase of the pilot fuel mass flow rate, the pilot flame changes from stable to unstable state gradually. The combustion instability frequency is 136 Hz when the pilot flame is unstable. Numerical simulation results show that the equivalence ratios in both the shear layer and the recirculation zone increase as the pilot fuel mass flow rate increases. The mechanism of the instability of the pilot flame can be attributed to the coupling between the second order acoustic mode and the unsteady heat release due to symmetric vortex shedding. | 4 | Isolation of a strong matrix attachment region (MAR) and identification of its function in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Inclusion of MARs in transgene cassettes enhances their expression and reduces position-effect variations in the transgenic host. Four new MARs (TM2, TM3, AM1 and AM2) were isolated from tobacco and Arabidopsis by PCR method. The nuclei isolated from suspension-cultured cells of rice were used to prepare nuclear matrix. With a characterized MAR (TM1) as a positive control, the Matrix-MAR interactions were tested by an in vitro binding assay to identify the DNA sequences as MARs and their binding strength to nuclear matrix in vitro was compared. The results showed that TM2 and TM3 had stronger binding strength than TM1. To determine the functions of the four new MARs in vivo, binary vectors pBI121 carrying a uidA GUS reporter gene were modified with direct repeat MARs inserted on both sides of the reporter gene cassette and were transferred into tobaccos via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation procedure. | 6 | Evidence of return of chum salmon released from Tangwang River by strontium marking method显示文摘In order to assess the effect of enhancement release of chum salmon(Oncorhynchus keta),otolith strontium(Sr)marking method was used to tag chum salmon released in Tangwang River in 2016.The homing chum salmon were detected and the samples were collected in Tangwang River,Ussuri River and Suifen River in the autumn of2018.The samples were analyzed by examining Sr and calcium(Ca)fingerprints in the otolith using electron probe microanalysis.The results suggested that two samples collected in Tangwang River had the marking ring near the core of otolith where the Sr concentration and Sr/Ca ratio were significantly higher than comparative samples.Proving that the two fish belonged to the released population in Tangwang River in 2016.This article indicated the success of the enhancement release of chum salmon from the Tangwang River for the first time and also confirmed the validity of Sr marking in enhancement release of fishes. | Jilong Wang Wei Liu Peilun Li Fujiang Tang Wanqiao Lu Jian Yang Tao Jiang | 2021 | Acta Oceanologica Sinica2021,40,8: | 1 |
| 7 | C-H BOND ACTIVATION AND FUNCTIONALIZATION OF METHANE UNDER MILD CONDITIONS显示文摘In the presence of Rh(COD)(dppe)Cl (COD=1, 5-cyclootadiene, dppe=1,2-bis-(diphenylphosphino)ethane) and CO, we studied the H/Cl exchange reaction between CH4 and o-dichlorobenzene, and observed that the active species of the reaction is a complex containing dppe and carbonyl ligands. We suggest that the mechanism of exchange reaction may be described by the elementary reaction of oxidative addition and reductive elimination. In the presence of trans-PtHL2X (L=PEt3, P(n-Pr)3, P(n-Bu)3, PPh3; X=Cl-, Br-, I-, CN-) complexes, we have studied the oxidative chlorination reaction of methane. The catalytic activity was found to be related to the electron-donating properties and the cone angle of tertiary phosphine, as well as the trans-effect of X anionic ligands. | 9 | GRASSLAND AGRICULTURE IN CHINA--A REVIEW显示文摘Interactions between crops and livestock have been at the core of the evolution of many agricultural systems.In this paper,we review the development and characteristics of mixed crop-livestock systems,with a focus on grassland-based systems,as these cover large areas in China,and face several challenges.Following the transition from the original hunting and foraging systems to a sedentary lifestyle with integrated crop-livestock production systems some 8000 years ago,a range of different mixed systems have developed,depending on rainfall,solar radiation and temperature,culture and markets.We describe 5 main types of integrated systems,(1)livestock and rangeland,(2)livestock and grain production,(3)livestock and crop-grassland rotations,(4)livestock,crops and forest(silvo-pasture),and(5)livestock,crops and fish ponds.Next,two of these mixed systems are described in greater detail,i.e.,the mountain-oasis-desert system and its modifications in arid and semi-arid regions,and the integrated crop-livestock production systems on the Loess Plateau.In general,crop-livestock interactions in integrated systems have significant positive effects on crop production,livestock production,energy use efficiency and economic profitability.We conclude that improved integration of crop-livestock production systems is one of the most important ways for achieving a more sustainable development of animal agriculture in China. | Fujiang HOU Qianmin JIA Shanning LOU Chuntao YANG Jiao NING Lan LI Qingshan FAN | 2021 | Frontiers of Agricultural Science and Engineering2021,8,1: | 0 |
