| 1 | Efficacy and advantages of modified Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments based on'kidney reinforcing'for chronic aplastic ane-mia:a randomized controlled clinical trial显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To compare the efficacy of modified treatments based on 'kidney reinforcing' in the management of chronic aplastic anemia(CAA),and explore their advantages and specialties.METHODS:One hundred and eleven patients with CAA were randomly divided into three groups:kidney reinforcing alone(KA),'kidney reinforcing and Qi tonifying'(KQ),and 'kidney reinforcing and blood circulation invigorating'(KC).Normal and positive control groups were also formed.All patients were treated for 6 months(two courses).Hemograms,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) syndrome scores,and therapeutic effects were assessed,and changes in T-lymphocyte subsets,regulatory T cells and cytokines were detected.RESULTS:The KQ and KC groups had lower TCM syndrome scores than the positive control group after 6 months(P < 0.05).The KQ group had a higher overall efficacy than the positive control group after 3 months(P < 0.05),while platelet counts increased in the KC group after 6 months(P < 0.05).CD3+ T-lymphocyte ratios decreased only in the KQ group,while CD3 + CD4 + CD8-Tlymphocytes increased only in the KC group after 6 months(P <0.05).Levels of interferon-γ,tumor necrosis fac-tor-α,interleukin(IL)-2 and IL-6 decreased and levels of IL-4 and IL-10 increased in all treated groups after 6 months.Levels of IL-6 in the KQ and KC groups were lower than those in the positive control group(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION:Treatments based on kidney reinforcing have a rebalancing effect on cytotoxic and T helper cells,and regulate expression of interferon-γ,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-4.KQ may be more effective in treating CAA,and KC may have an advantage in platelet recovery. | Wu Dijiong Shen Yiping Ye Baodong Fang Bingmu Lin Shengyun Chen Zhilu Jiang Huifang Feng Changwei He Lüyuan Gao Yanting Liu Yonglin Liu Yonghua Zhu Jiajia Wu Liqiang Shao Keding Zhou Yuhong | 2016 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,4: | 6 |
| 2 | Preparation and Characterization of Poly Lactic Acid/Graphene Oxide/Nerve Growth Factor Scaffold with Electrical Stimulation for Peripheral Nerve Regeneration in vitro显示文摘A novel conductive drug-loading system was prepared by using an improved emulsion electrostatic spinning method which contained polylactic acid (PLA),graphene oxide (GO),and nerve growth factor (NGF) coated with bovine serum albumin (BSA) nanoparticles.Firstly,the structure,mechanical properties,morphology and electrical conductivity of PLA/GO electro spun fiber membranes with different GO ratios were characterized.PLA/GO scaffolds can exhibit superior porosity,hydrophilic and biomechanical properties when the GO incorporation rate is 0.5%.The addition of GO in the PLA/GO electro spun fiber membranes can also create appropriate pH environment for the repair of injured nerve when the GO incorporation rate is above 0.5%.Secondly,PLA/GO/BSA/Genipin/NGF particles (with a ratio of BSA/NGF=3:1) prepared by modified emulsion electro spinning method will release more NGF than PLA/GO/NGF particles.In addition,PLA/0.5%GO/NGF scaffold can maintain its structure stability for at least 8 weeks observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).Moreover,the degradation of PLA/0.5%GO/NGF scaffold is consistent with its weight loss.Finally,in vitro assay confirmes that PLA/GO composite scaffold exhibits low cytotoxicity to RSC96 cells.Cellular results have demonstrated that PLA/0.5%GO/NGF sustained-release drug sustained-release system with appropriate electrical stimulation (ES) can promote PC12 cell proliferation,and it can maintain its differentiation capability for at least 3 weeks.In conclusion,PLA/0.5%GO/NGF sustained-release drug sustained-release system can maintain its biological activity for at least 3 weeks and promote cell proliferation with appropriate ES. | 徐海星 LI Rui LI Yiping HE Qundi YAN Xiumei SHU Tao YANG Haixia LÜ Yifei LI Zheng XU Runtian 熊承杰 许沛虎 | 2020 | Journal of Wuhan University of Technology(Materials Science)2020,35,6: | 2 |

| 12 | Distribution and degradation kinetics of cyhalodiamide in Chinese rice field environment显示文摘Cyhalodiamide is a novel agrochemical which is effective against Lepidoptera pests,including Cnaphalocrocis medinalis,Chilo suppressalis,Pieris rapae,Plutella xylostella,Helicoverpa armigera,etc.In the study,a fast and accurate analytical method was developed to detect cyhalodiamide in Chinese typical rice field environment by a modified Qu ECh ERS(Quick,Easy,Cheap,Effective,Rugged,Safe)method with UPLC-MS/MS(ultra-high performance chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry).The mean recoveries of cyhalodiamide varied from 73.5% to 107.5%,with the RSDs from 1.2% to 10.7%.The limits of determination(LODs)were 0.0005 mg·kg^(-1),and the limits of quantitation(LOQs)were from 0.002 to 0.01 mg·kg^(-1)in all five matrices.This method was used to determine cyhalodiamide residues for studies of the distribution and degradation kinetics in rice field environment.The field trials results showed that cyhalodiamide was easily degradable and the half-lives were4.2–13.6 d in rice straw,8.77 d in paddy soil and 5.37–8.45 d in paddy water,respectively.The final residues of cyhalodiamide in brown rice were below 0.35 mg·kg^(-1).The used dosage of 33.75 g·hm^(-2)with pre-harvest interval(PHI)of 21 d and the maximum residue limit(MRL)of cyhalodiamide in rice at 0.1 mg·kg^(-1)were recommended,which would be safe to human health and environment.The developed analytical method will be useful to monitor cyhalodiamide residues and safety evaluation in rice environment. | Yiping Liu Ya Zhang Shuangqing Liu Yuntao Lü Ronghua Lin Min Li Xiaolan Liao Xiaogang Li | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,10: | 1 |
