1Numerical and experimental research of flow control on an NACA 0012 airfoil by local vibration显示文摘A flow control technique by local vibration is proposed to improve the aerodynamic performance of a typical airfoil NACA 0012. Both wind-tunnel experiments and a large eddy simulation(LES) are carried out to study the effects of local vibration on drag reduction over a wide range of angles of attack. The application parameters of local vibration on the upper surface of the airfoil are first evaluated by numerical simulations.The mounted position is chosen at 0.065–0.09 of chord length from the leading edge.The influence of oscillation frequency is investigated both by numerical simulations and experiments. The optimal frequencies are near the dominant frequencies of shear layer vortices and wake vortices. The patterns of shear vortices caused by local vibration are also studied to determine the drag reduction mechanism of this flow control method. The results indicate that local vibration can improve the aerodynamic performance of the airfoil. 2Survivin反义寡核苷酸对宣威肺腺癌细胞凋亡的影响(英文)显示文摘Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the effects of Survivin antioligonucleotide on the proliferation,apoptosis and cell cycle of Xuanwei lung adenocarcinoma cell XWLC-05.Methods:Specific targeting Survivin ASODN was composed firstly.XWLC-05 would be divided into 4 groups:Group Sham(blank),Group Lip(simple liposome),Group Lip-SODN(transfected sense oligonucleotide) and Group Lip-ASODN(transfected ASODN).All groups had been transfected under the same condition for 48 hours.Then West blotting was used to check the expression of Survivin in cells from different groups and flow cytometer was used to find out the apoptosis rate of cells in different groups.Results:The expression of XWLC-05 Survivin in Group Lip-ASODN decreased obviously and apoptosis rate was significantly higher than that of other groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:XWLC-05 transfected by Survivin ASODN could down regulate the expression of Survivin and lower expression of Survivin might lead to the apoptosis of XWLC-05 and restrain the proliferation of cancer cells.Weiwei Wang Gaofeng Li Zhipeng Hong Ruibing Cheng Jipeng Zhang Lianhua Ye 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,5:1

4Lithospheric Electrical Structure across the Eastern Segment of the Altyn Tagh Fault on the Northern Margin of the Tibetan Plateau显示文摘Project INDEPTH(Inter National DEep Profiling of Tibet and the Himalaya) is an interdisciplinary program designed to develop a better understanding of deep structures and mechanics of the Tibetan Plateau. As a component of magnetotelluric(MT) work in the 4th phase of the project, MT data were collected along a profile that crosses the eastern segment of the Altyn Tagh fault on the northern margin of the plateau. Time series data processing used robust algorithms to give high quality responses. Dimensionality analysis showed that 2D approach is only valid for the northern section of the profile. Consequently, 2D inversions were only conducted for the northern section, and 3D inversions were conducted on MT data from the whole profile. From the 2D inversion model, the eastern segment of the Altyn Tagh fault only appears as a crustal structure, which suggests accommodation of strike slip motion along the Altyn Tagh fault by thrusting within the Qilian block. A large-scale off-profile conductor within the mid-lower crust of the Qilian block was revealed from the 3D inversion model, which is probably correlated with the North Qaidam thrust belt. 5Identification of novel Z/W chromosome-specific markers from the giant freshwater prawn Macrobrachium rosenbergii显示文摘The giant freshwater prawn(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)is a commercially cultured species in China.A sex chromosome-specific marker is crucial for sex identification and distinguishing sex chromosomes.Here,based on the results of reduced-representation genome sequencing and genome survey of M.rosenbergii,we identified steady sex-linked markers.Further nucleotide alignment analysis revealed 83.42%nucleotide similarity between the amplified W-and Z-chromosome fragments.qPCR confirmed that Z chromosome-specific fragments were present in males approximately twice as often compared to females.Similarly,the W chromosome-specific fragments were present in super females approximately twice as often compared to females.Our findings elucidate the ZW/ZZ sex determination type and contribute to exploring sex-related or sex-determining genes present on the sex chromosomes of M.rosenbergii.Xue Liu Lingxia Zhou Biyun Luo Hongli Qian Baoqing Ye Keyi Ma Gaofeng Qiu 2023Aquaculture and Fisheries2023,8,5:0
6Elevated peripheral levels of receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIPK1)and IL-8 as biomarkers of human amyotrophic lateral sclerosis显示文摘Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is a devastating fatal neurodegenerative disease with no cure.Receptor-interacting protein kinase 1(RIPK1)has been proposed to mediate pathogenesis of ALS.Primidone has been identified as an old drug that can also inhibit RIPK1 kinase.We conducted a drug-repurposing biomarker study of primidone as a RIPK1 inhibitor using SOD1G93A mice and ALS patients.SOD1G93A mice treated with primidone showed significant delay of symptomatic onset and improved motor performance.One-hundred-sixty-two ALS participants dosed daily with primidone(62.5 mg)completed 24-week follow-up.A significant reduction was showed in serum levels of RIPK1 and IL-8,which were significantly higher in ALS patients than that of healthy controls(P<0.0001).Serum RIPK1 levels were correlated positively with the severity of bulbar symptoms(P<0.05).Our study suggests that serum levels of RIPK1 and IL-8 in peripheral can be used as clinical biomarkers for the activation of RIPK1 in central nervous system in human ALS patients.Repurposing primidone may provide a promising therapeutic strategy for ALS.The effect of primidone for the treatment of other inflammatory diseases may also be considered,since the activation of RIPK1 has been implicated in mediating a variety of inflammatory diseases including COVID-19-associated cytokine release syndrome(CRS).(ChiCTR2200060149).Jun Wei Min Li Zhi Ye Xinqian Hu Xiaoyan He Jia Wang Gaofeng Chen Chengyu Zou Daichao Xu Hongbing Zhang Junying Yuan Yunhong Zha 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,1:0
7Automatic Extraction of the Sparse Prior Correspondences for Non-Rigid Point Cloud Registration显示文摘Non-rigid registration of point clouds is still far from stable,especially for the largely deformed one.Sparse initial correspondences are often adopted to facilitate the process.However,there are few studies on how to build them automatically.Therefore,in this paper,we propose a robust method to compute such priors automatically,where a global and local combined strategy is adopted.These priors in different degrees of deformation are obtained by the locally geometrical-consistent point matches from the globally structural-consistent region correspondences.To further utilize the matches,this paper also proposes a novel registration method based on the Coherent Point Drift framework.This method takes both the spatial proximity and local structural consistency of the priors as supervision of the registration process and thus obtains a robust alignment for clouds with significantly different deformations.Qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate the advantages of the proposed method.Yan Zhu Lili Tian Fan Ye Gaofeng Sun Xianyong Fang 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,8:0
