| 2 | Bearing Failure Optimization of Composite Double-Lap Bolted Joints Based on a Three-Step Strategy Marked By Feasible Region Reduction and Model Decoupling显示文摘To minimize the mass and increase the bearing failure load of composite double-lap bolted joints,a three-step optimization strategy including feasible region reduction,optimization model decoupling and optimization was presented.In feasible region reduction,the dimensions of the feasible design region were reduced by selecting dominant design variables from numerous multilevel parameters by sensitivity analyses,and the feasible regions of variables were reduced by influence mechanism analyses.In model decoupling,the optimization model with a large number of variables was divided into various sub-models with fewer variables by variance analysis.In the third step,the optimization sub-models were solved one by one using a genetic algorithm,and the modified characteristic curve method was adopted as the failure prediction method.Based on the proposed optimization method,optimization of a double-lap single-bolt joint was performed using the ANSYS®code.The results show that the bearing failure load increased by 13.5%and that the mass decreased by 8.7%compared with those of the initial design of the joint,which validated the effectiveness of the three-step optimization strategy. | Fengrui Liu Wanting Yao Xinhong Shi Libin Zhao Jianyu Zhang | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,2: | 1 |

| 9 | Multifunctional all-polymer photovoltaic blend with simultaneously improved efficiency(18.04%),stability and mechanical durability显示文摘One of the most appealing material systems for solar energy conversion is allpolymer blend.Presently,the three key merits(power conversion efficiency,operation stability and mechanical robustness)exhibited a trade-off in a particular all-polymer blend system,which greatly limit its commercial application.Diverting the classic ternary tactic of organic solar cells based on polymer,nonfullerene small molecule and fullerene,herein we demonstrate that the three merits of a benchmark all-polymer blend PM6:PY-IT can be simultaneously maximized via the introduction of a polymerized fullerene derivative PPCBMB.Importantly,the addition of the guest component promoted the power conversion efficiency of PM6:PY-IT blend from 16.59%to 18.04%.Meanwhile,the device stability and film ductility are also improved due to the addition of this polymerized fullerene material.Morphology and device physics analyses reveal that optimal ternary system contains well-maintained molecular packing and crystallinity,being beneficial to keeping favorable charge transport and the reduced domain size contributed to charge generation and ductility improvement.Furthermore,the ternary photovoltaic blend was successfully used as photocatalysts,and an excellent heavy metal removal from water was demonstrated.This study showcases the multi-functions of all-polymer blends via the use of polymerized fullerenes. | Tao Liu Kangkang Zhou Ruijie Ma Libin Zhang Ciyuan Huang Zhenghui Luo Hongxiang Zhu Shangfei Yao Chuluo Yang Bingsuo Zou Long Ye | 2023 | Aggregate2023,4,3: | 0 |
| 10 | 40 Hz light flickering promotes sleep through cortical adenosine signaling显示文摘Flickering light stimulation has emerged as a promising non-invasive neuromodulation strategy to alleviate neuropsychiatric disorders.However,the lack of a neurochemical underpinning has hampered its therapeutic development.Here,we demonstrate that light flickering triggered an immediate and sustained increase(up to 3 h after flickering)in extracellular adenosine levels in the primary visual cortex(V1)and other brain regions,as a function of light frequency and intensity,with maximal effects observed at 40 Hz frequency and 4000 lux.We uncovered cortical(glutamatergic and GABAergic)neurons,rather than astrocytes,as the cellular source,the intracellular adenosine generation from AMPK-associated energy metabolism pathways(but not SAM-transmethylation or salvage purine pathways),and adenosine efflux mediated by equilibrative nucleoside transporter-2(ENT2)as the molecular pathway responsible for extracellular adenosine generation.Importantly,40 Hz(but not 20 and 80 Hz)light flickering for 30 min enhanced non-rapid eye movement(non-REM)and REM sleep for 2–3 h in mice.This somnogenic effect was abolished by ablation of V1(but not superior colliculus)neurons and by genetic deletion of the gene encoding ENT2(but not ENT1),but recaptured by chemogenetic inhibition of V1 neurons and by focal infusion of adenosine into V1 in a dose-dependent manner.Lastly,40 Hz light flickering for 30 min also promoted sleep in children with insomnia by decreasing sleep onset latency,increasing total sleep time,and reducing waking after sleep onset.Collectively,our findings establish the ENT2-mediated adenosine signaling in V1 as the neurochemical basis for 40 Hz flickering-induced sleep and unravel a novel and non-invasive treatment for insomnia,a condition that affects 20%of the world population. | Xuzhao Zhou Yan He Tao Xu Zhaofa Wu Wei Guo Xi Xu Yuntao Liu Yi Zhang Huiping Shang Libin Huang Zhimo Yao Zewen Li Lingya Su Zhihui Li Tao Feng Shaomin Zhang Olivia Monteiro Rodrigo A.Cunha Zhi-Li Huang Kang Zhang Yulong Li Xiahong Cai Jia Qu Jiang-Fan Chen | 2024 | Cell Research2024,34,3: | 0 |
| 11 | Consensus on diagnostic criteria for Yin deficiency syndrome in hypertension:a modified Delphi study显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To reach consensus on the diagnostic criteria for Yin deficiency syndrome in hypertension(YDSH)patients by a modified Delphi method.METHODS:Our study was consistent with T/CACM 1032-2017.The methodology of RAND/UCLA appropriateness was used to develop consensus guidance statements.A nationwide panel of experienced clinical experts from 19 provinces was constructed.These experts were all prominent in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)of cardiovascular diseases.This consensus process consisted of two rounds of questionnaires and a final round of consultation to analyze the weight score of each item.Moreover,the data extraction process is carried out independently by third-party researchers(LIANG Junya,SUN Yang,and DU Xiaona).When there is disagreement in all three rounds,the expert panel group(odd number)are invited to vote,and the one with more votes wins.In the questionnaires,participants were asked to rate the appropriateness of each syndrome item using a nine-point Likert scale.The consensus was defined as a panel median rating 1-3 or 7-9 without disagreement.And then the diagnostic criteria of YDSH were formed according to the weight score in the final round.RESULTS:Twenty-eight experts(84.8%)participated in the first round,and thirty-one(93.9%)finished the second round.After two rounds,the consensus of YDSH was reached on 11 items(25.6%),including symptoms,signs,and pulse condition.Twenty-one experts(63.6%)completed the final round in which they used a grading system for each item.Red tongue with scanty fur had the highest weighting(22.8%),followed by heat in the palms and soles(20.1%).CONCLUSIONS:The consensus-based diagnostic criteria for YDSH,formed by a modified Delphi method,can be widely incorporated in TCM.A further clinical study will be conducted to analyze the diagnosis value and cut-off score of our YDSH criteria. | HE Yun HE Jing XU Xiangru LI Haixiao SHI Rongwei LIANG Junya ZHOU Ying ZHU Yao CHEN Xiaohu TANG Shuhua XIAO Min ZHAN Libin PEI Yinghao JIANG Weimin | 2023 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,1: | 0 |
