12005--2014年CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁显示文摘目的收集并分析CHINET中国细菌耐药性监测网中5种重要临床分离菌的耐药性变迁。方法采用纸片扩散法或自动化仪器法按统一方案进行药物敏感性试验。按CLSI 2014年版标准判断结果。结果 2005—2014年,每年的临床分离菌数量为22 774~84 572株。大肠埃希菌中产ESBL菌株检出率为51.7%~55.8%。在上述时期内大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对阿米卡星、环丙沙星、哌拉西林-他唑巴坦和头孢哌酮-舒巴坦的耐药率有所下降。肺炎克雷伯菌中碳青霉烯类耐药株由2.4%上升至13.4%。铜绿假单胞菌对包括亚胺培南和美罗培南的所有受试抗菌药物的耐药率均有所下降。鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率由31.0%逐步上升至66.7%。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的检出率由2005年的69%逐年下降至2014年的44.6%。结论国内肺炎克雷伯菌和鲍曼不动杆菌对碳青霉烯类的耐药率高。上述结果显示细菌耐药性监测对于细菌感染的有效治疗十分重要。f.-p.hu y.guo d.-m.zhu f.wang x.-f.jiang y.-c.xu x.-j.zhang c.-x.zhang p.ji y.xie m.kang c.-q.wang a.-m.wang y.-h.xu j.-l.shen z.-y.sun z.-j.chen y.-x.ni j.-y.sun y.-z.chu s.-f.tian z.-d.hu j.-li y.-s.yu j.lin b.shan y.du y.han s.guo l.-h.wei l.wu h.zhang j.kong y.-j.hu x.-m.ai c.zhuo d.-h.su q.yang b.jia w.huang 胡付品(译) 汪复 2017中国感染与化疗杂志2017,17,1:419
2In vitro Study on Biodegradable AZ31 Magnesium Alloy Fibers Reinforced PLGA Composite显示文摘AZ31 magnesium alloy fibers reinforced poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)(PLGA) composites were prepared and their mechanical property,immersion corrosion behavior and biocompatibility were studied.The tensile test showed that with the addition of AZ31 fibers,the composites had a significant increment in tensile strength and elongation.For the direct cell attachment test,all the cells showed a healthy morphology and spread well on the experimental sample surfaces.The immersion results indicated that pH values of the immersion medium increased with increasing AZ31 fiber contents.All the in vitro experimental results indicated that this new kind of magnesium alloy fibers reinforced PLGA composites show a potential for future biomedical applications.Y.H.Wu N.Li Y.Cheng Y.F.Zheng Y.Han 2013Journal of Materials Science & Technology2013,29,6:8
3The combined effects of grain and sample sizes on the mechanical properties and fracture modes of gold microwires显示文摘Hall-Petch relation was widely applied to evaluate the grain size effect on mechanical properties of metallic material. However, the sample size effect on the Hall-Petch relation was always ignored. In the present study, the mechanical test and microstructure observation were performed to investigate the combined effects of grain and sample sizes on the deformation behaviors of gold microwires. The polycrystalline gold microwires with diameter of 16 ?m were annealed at temperatures from 100°C to 600°C, leading to different ratios(t/d) of wire diameter(t) to grain size(d) from 0.9 to 16.7. When the t/d was lower than 10, the yield stress dropped fast and deviated from the Hall-Petch relation. The free-surface grains played key role in the yield stress softening, and the volume fraction of free-surface grains increased with the t/d decreasing. Furthermore, the effects of t/d on work-hardening behaviors and fracture modes were also studied. With t/d value decreasing from 17 to 3.4, the samples exhibited necking fracture and the dislocation pile-ups induced work-hardening stage was gradually activated.With the t/d value further decreasing(t/d < 3.4), the fracture mode turned into shear failure, and the work-hardening capability lost. As the gold microwire for wire bonding is commonly applied in the packaging of integrated circuit chips, and the fabrication of microwire suffers multi-pass cold-drawing and annealing treatments to control the grain size. 11Low back pain and osteoarthritis pain:a perspective of estrogen显示文摘Low back pain(LBP)is the world's leading cause of disability and is increasing in prevalence more rapidly than any other pain condition.Intervertebral disc(IVD)degeneration and facet joint osteoarthritis(FJOA)are two common causes of LBP,and both occur more frequently in elderly women than in other populations.Moreover,osteoarthritis(OA)and OA pain,regardless of the joint,are experienced by up to twice as many women as men,and this difference is amplified during menopause.Changes in estrogen may be an important contributor to these pain states.Receptors for estrogen have been found within IVD tissue and nearby joints,highlighting the potential roles of estrogen within and surrounding the IVDs and joints.In addition,estrogen supplementation has been shown to be effective at ameliorating IVD degeneration and OA progression,indicating its potential use as a therapeutic agent for people with LBP and OA pain.This review comprehensively examines the relationship between estrogen and these pain conditions by summarizing recent preclinical and clinical findings.The potential molecular mechanisms by which estrogen may relieve LBP associated with IVD degeneration and FJOA and OA pain are discussed.Huiwen Pang Shihui Chen David M.Klyne David Harrich Wenyuan Ding Sidong Yang Felicity Y.Han 2023Bone Research2023,11,3:0
12A new process to fabricate the electromagnetic stepping micromotor using LIGA process and surface sacrificial layer technology显示文摘In this paper,a new process to fabricate an electromagnetic stepping micromotor using surface scarificial layer technology(SSLT) is illustrated,and the SEM photo of the stepping micromotor is showed.The torque of the stepping micromotor with maxsimum torque of 60μNm is directly calculated by using electromagnetics laws and the law of conservation of energy.The stator and the shaft and the rotor of the micromotor with the material of nickel are first all fabricated by normal LIGA process at the same time.The sacrificial layer structure with the material of AZ resist is made on the surface of the rotor by using SSLT.The stator and the shaft are fixed together with copper substrate instead of the old Ti substrate by electroplating.After removing the Ti substrate,PMMA resist and the sacrificial layer structure,the rotor is separated from the stator and new copper substrate,and can rotate on the new substrate driven by magnetic force.The four coils with 300 turns each are wound on iron bars by hand using microscope and stepping motor.The bars are assembled by hand into the stator holes from rear of new copper substrate to from a magnetic circuit with the stator and the rotor.A power supply with four consecutive pulses provides the current for the coils wound on the iron bars adn produces the magnetic force to drive the rotor to run with the speed of 60 rpm.F.Yi L.Peng J.Zhang Y.Han 2001Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Facility2001,,2:0
13Isolation of intact bacteria from blood by selective cell lysis in a microfluidic porous silica monolith显示文摘Rapid and efficient isolation of bacteria from complex biological matrices is necessary for effective pathogen identification in emerging single-cell diagnostics.Here,we demonstrate the isolation of intact and viable bacteria from whole blood through the selective lysis of blood cells during flow through a porous silica monolith.Efficient mechanical hemolysis is achieved while providing passage of intact and viable bacteria through the monoliths,allowing size-based isolation of bacteria to be performed following selective lysis.A process for synthesizing large quantities of discrete capillary-bound monolith elements and millimeter-scale monolith bricks is described,together with the seamless integration of individual monoliths into microfluidic chips.The impact of monolith morphology,geometry,and flow conditions on cell lysis is explored,and flow regimes are identified wherein robust selective blood cell lysis and intact bacteria passage are achieved for multiple gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria.The technique is shown to enable rapid sample preparation and bacteria analysis by single-cell Raman spectrometry.The selective lysis technique presents a unique sample preparation step supporting rapid and culture-free analysis of bacteria for the point of care.Jung Y.Han Michael Wiederoder Don L.DeVoe 2019Microsystems & Nanoengineering2019,5,1:0
