1Hf isotopic compositions of the standard zircons for U-Pbdating显示文摘Using the newly published Yb isotopic abundances and the mass bias relationship between Yb and Hf, we carried out an analysis of Hf isotopes in the standard zircon 91500 by means of 193 nm laser attached to Neptune multi-collector ICP-MS (LA-MC-ICPMS). The obtained Hf isotopic data, in either in situ or line scan modes, are not only identical for different spot sizes, but also are consistent with previously published results obtained on TIMS or other MC-ICPMS machines within errors. This indicates that it is possible to obtain reliable ^176Hf/^177Hf isotopic ratios for zircon in either in situ or line scan conditions on LA-MC-ICPMS machine, and the applied procedures in our study for elemental interfering correction are appropriate for the purpose of acquiring satisfactory accuracy for Hf isotope analyses. The Hf isotopic compositions of four zircon standards in high spatial resolution U-Pb dating, 91500, CZ3, CN92-1 and TEMORA, are measured, respectively. The obtained ^176Hf/^177Hf ratios are 0.282316±4 (n=34,2σ) for91500, 0.281704±6 (n = 16,2σ) for CZ3, 0.282200±6 (n=20,2σ) for CN92-1 and 0.282684±14 (n=24,2σ) for TEMORA, respectively, with ^176Lu/^177Hf ratios of -0.00031, 0.000036,0.00083 and 0.00127. Zircons 91500 and CZ3 show narrowervariations in ^176Hf/^177Hf and ^176Lu/^177Hf ratios than those of zircons CN92-1 and TEMORA, and thus are appropriate standards for the Hf isotope analysis.XUPing WUFuyuan XIELiewen YANGYueheng 2004Chinese Science Bulletin2004,49,15:89

3Mantle olivine xenocrysts entrained in Mesozoic basalts from the North China craton: Implication for replacement process of lithospheric mantle显示文摘Mesozoic (125 Ma) Fangcheng basalts from Shandong Province contain clearly zoned olivines that are rare in terrestrial samples and provide first evidence for the replacement of lithospheric mantle from high-Mg peridotites to low-Mg per-idotites through peridotite-melt reaction.Zoned olivines have compositions in the core (Mg#=87.2—90.7) similar to those olivines from the mantle peridotitic xenoliths entrained in Ceno-zoic basalts from the North China craton and in the rim (Mg#=76.8—83.9) close to olivine henocrysts of the host basalts (75.7—79.0). These compositional features as well as rounded crystal shapes and smaller grain sizes (30—800 μm) demon-strate that these zoned olivines are mantle xenocrysts, i.e. disag-gregates of mantle peridotites. Their core compositions can represent those of olivines of mantle peridotites. The zoned texture of olivines was formed through rapid reaction between the olivine xenocryst and the host basalt. This olivine-basaltic melt reaction could have been ubiquitous in the Mesozoic lithospheric mantle beneath the North China craton, i.e. an important type of the replacement of lithospheric mantle. 7Discovery and geological implication of rodingites derived from eclogites of ophiolites at Changawuzi, western Tianshan, China显示文摘We here report the first case of rodingites that were formed at the expense of eclogite enclosed in the ultramafic rocks of Changawuzi ophiolites. The rodingites contain a mineral assemblage of grossular, diopside, prehnite, chlorite, and relict omphacite and Fe Mg Al garnets. The presented data indicate that the formation of the rodingites resulted from a phase of secondary serpentinization during exhumation of the subducted oceanic plate. The rodingitization started at 370~410 ℃/6.5~8.5 kbar, while pervasive rodingitization took place under the condition of 200~350 ℃/4~6 kbar. The established PT path shows a retrograde track from eclogites to rodingites. 11Recent advances in nanostructured heterogeneous catalysts for N-cycle electrocatalysis显示文摘To restore the natural nitrogen cycle(N-cycle),artificial N-cycle electrocatalysis with flexibility,sustainability,and compatibility can convert intermittent renewable energy(e.g.,wind)to harmful or value-added chemicals with minimal carbon emissions.The background of such N-cycles,such as nitrogen fixation,ammonia oxidation,and nitrate reduction,is briefly introduced here.The discussion of emerging nanostructures in various conversion reactions is focused on the architecture/compositional design,electrochemical performances,reaction mechanisms,and instructive tests.Energy device advancements for achieving more functions as well as in situ/operando characterizations toward understanding key steps are also highlighted.Furthermore,some recently proposed reactions as well as less discussed C-N coupling reactions are also summarized.We classify inorganic nitrogen sources that convert to each other under an applied voltage into three types,namely,abundant nitrogen,toxic nitrate(nitrite),and nitrogen oxides,and useful compounds such as ammonia,hydrazine,and hydroxylamine,with the goal of providing more critical insights into strategies to facilitate the development of our circular nitrogen economy.Jie Liang Qian Liu Abdulmohsen Ali Alshehri Xuping Sun 2022Nano Research Energy2022,1,2:8

15Co3(hexahydroxytriphenylene)2:A conductive metal-organic framework for ambient electrocatalytic N2 reduction to NH3显示文摘As a carbon-neutral alternative to the Haber-Bosch process,electrochemical N2 reduction enables environment-friendly NH3 synthesis at ambient conditions but needs active electrocatalysts for the N2 reduction reaction.Here,we report that conductive metal-organic framework CO3(hexahydroxytriphenylene)2(Co3 HHTP2)nanoparticles act as an efficient catalyst for ambient electrochemical N2-to-NH3 fixation.When tested in 0.5 M LiClO4,such Co3 HHTP2 achieves a large NH3 yield of 22.14μg·h^-1·mg^-1 cat.with a faradaic efficiency of 3.34%at-0.40 V versus the reversible hydrogen electrode.This catalyst also shows high electrochemical stability and excellent selectivity toward NH3 synthesis.Wei Xiong Xin Cheng Ting Wang Yongsong Luo Jing Feng Siyu Lu Abdullah M.Asiri Wei Li Zhenju Jiang Xuping Sun 2020Nano Research2020,13,4:7

17Porous LaFeO3 nanofiber with oxygen vacancies as an efficient electrocatalyst for N2 conversion to NH3 under ambient conditions显示文摘Electrocatalytic N2 reduction to NH3 under ambient conditions is an eco-friendly and sustainable alternative to the traditional Haber-Bosch process. However, inhibited by the high activation barrier of N2, this process needs efficient electrocatalysts to adsorb and activate the N2, enabling the N2 reduction reaction(NRR). Herein, we report that porous LaFeO3 nanofiber with oxygen vacancies acts as an efficient NRR electrocatalyst with abundant active sites to enhance the adsorption and activation of N2. When tested in 0.1 M HCl, such electrocatalyst achieves a high Faradaic efficiency of 8.77% and a large NH3 yield rate of 18.59 μg h–1 mgcat–1.at-0.55 V versus reversible hydrogen electrode. This catalyst also shows high long-term electrochemical stability and excellent selectivity for NH3 formation. 18Benzoate anions-intercalated NiFe-layered double hydroxide nanosheet array with enhanced stability for electrochemical seawater oxidation显示文摘Seawater electrolysis is an extremely attractive approach for harvesting clean hydrogen energy,but detrimental chlorine species(i.e.,chloride and hypochlorite)cause severe corrosion at the anode.Here,we report our recent finding that benzoate anions-intercalated NiFe-layered double hydroxide nanosheet on carbon cloth(BZ-NiFe-LDH/CC)behaves as a highly efficient and durable monolithic catalyst for alkaline seawater oxidation,affords enlarged interlayer spacing of LDH,inhibits chlorine(electro)chemistry,and alleviates local pH drop of the electrode.It only needs an overpotential of 320 mV to reach a current density of 500 mA·cm^(−2)in 1 M KOH.In contrast to the fast activity decay of NiFe-LDH/CC counterpart during long-term electrolysis,BZ-NiFe-LDH/CC achieves stable 100-h electrolysis at an industrial-level current density of 500 mA·cm^(−2)in alkaline seawater.Operando Raman spectroscopy studies further identify structural changes of disorderedδ(NiIII-O)during the seawater oxidation process.Longcheng Zhang Jie Liang Luchao Yue Kai Dong Jun Li Donglin Zhao Zerong Li Shengjun Sun Yongsong Luo Qian Liu Guanwei Cui Abdulmohsen Ali Alshehri Xiaodong Guo Xuping Sun 2022Nano Research Energy2022,1,3:6
19Effects of titanium on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZnAl4Y alloy显示文摘The effect of Ti on the microstructure and mechanical properties of zinc-aluminum ZnAl4Y alloy has been investigated in this work. Small amount of Ti was added into ZnAl4Y alloy in the form of Al-10wt.%Ti alloy. The results show that Ti addition into ZnAl4Y alloy refines the primary η-Zn phase and increases the amount of η-Zn + α-Al eutectic structure. There exists a ternary T phase in Zn-Al-Ti alloy. Fine TiAl3 particles and Ti-Zn compounds can serve as the nucleation sites of the α-Al and η-Zn phase, respectively, resulting in the refining of the microstructure of ZnAl4Y alloy. Ti addition changes the fracture characteristics of ZnAl4Y alloy. With 0.05wt%Ti, the fracture surface of the alloy shows a lot of dimples and tearing ridges connecting the microscopic dimples, which is mainly ductile fracture morphology. Ti addition into ZnAl4Y alloy also increases the mechanical properties of the alloy. 20Ni(OH)_(2) nanoparticles encapsulated in conductive nanowire array for high-performance alkaline seawater oxidation显示文摘Design and development of high-efficiency and durable oxygen evolution reaction(OER)electrocatalysts is crucial for hydrogen production from seawater splitting.Herein,we report the in situ electrochemical conversion of a nanoarray of Ni(TCNQ)2(TCNQ=tetracyanoquinodimethane)on graphite paper into Ni(OH)_(2) nanoparticles confined in a conductive TCNQ nanoarray(Ni(OH)_(2)-TCNQ/GP)by anode oxidation.The Ni(OH)_(2)-TCNQ/GP exhibits high OER performance and demands overpotentials of 340 and 382 mV to deliver 100 mA·cm^(−2) in alkaline freshwater and alkaline seawater,respectively.Meanwhile,the Ni(OH)_(2)-TCNQ/GP also demonstrates steady long-term electrochemical durability for at least 80 h under alkaline seawater.Longcheng Zhang Jiaqian Wang Pengyu Liu Jie Liang Yongsong Luo Guanwei Cui Bo Tang Qian Liu Xuedong Yan Haigang Hao Meiling Liu Rui Gao Xuping Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,7:5
