| 1 | Chemical Synthesis Residual Pyrolysis and Combustion: Kinetics and Evolved Gases Investigated by TG-FTIR显示文摘Chemical synthetic residual is one of the solid wastes generated from pharmaceutical industry.The pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of chemical synthesis residual were investigated using a thermogravimetric analyser coupled with Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(TG-FTIR)in this study.The processes of pyrolysis and combustion can be divided into three stages.The average weight loss rate of pyrolysis process at low temperature was higher than that of combustion.The kinetic parameters of chemical synthesis residual during pyrolysis and combustion were calculated based on the TG results.Acetic acid and 4-aminophenol were the main evolved matter observed in the pyrolysis process.The emission characteristics of combustion at low temperature were similar to that of the pyrolysis,while CO2 was found as the major gaseous product at high temperature.A high temperature about 850°C is needed to make sure the complete combustion of chemical synthesis residual. | FANG Chunqi JIANG Xuguang LV Guojun YAN Jianhua LIN Xuliang SONG Huibo CAO Junjun | 2020 | Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,1: | 3 |
| 2 | Dielectric and Ferroelectric Properties of BaTiO_3 Nanofibers Prepared via Electrospinning显示文摘BaTiO3 nanofibers of about 400 nm in diameter were synthesized via electrospinning.The evolution of the morphology and phase composition of the BaTiO3 nanofibers was studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction within the annealing temperature of 750-1050 ℃.Higher annealing temperature led to rougher surface and better crystallization of the BaTiO3 nanofibers.Below 1050 ℃,the BaTiO3 nanofibers maintained its large aspect ratios and could still be regarded as individual nanofiber.The dielectric permittivities of the BaTiO3 nanofibers(εr 820) were calculated with the MG equation by considering the porous bulk specimens as composites of BaTiO3 nanofibers and air.The ferroelectric properties of the BaTiO3nanofibers were measured by using a ferroelectric analyzer coupled with an atomic force microscope.P-E loop measured for the BaTiO3 nanofiber exhibits small hysteresis. | Yan Wei Yu Song Xuliang Deng Bing Han Xuehui Zhang Yang Shen Yuanhua Lin | 2014 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,8: | 3 |

| 5 | Preparation of CePO_4-coated zirconia ceramics and their mechanical behavior显示文摘Tetragonal ZrO2-3 mol% Y2O3 (3Y-TZP) coated with CePO4 was synthesized by a co-precipitation method and the effects of CePO4 content and sintering temperature on its mechanical properties were investigated. The microstructure and phase composition of the products were characterized using scanning and transmission electron microscopy as well as X-ray diffraction, respectively. The machinability index of CePO4-coated zirconia was calculated to be 1.05 when the CePO4 content is 25 wt.%. The sample hardness, bending strength and fracture toughness are 7.08 GPa, 457.85 MPa and 9.75 MPa m1/2, respectively, when the sintering temperature is 1400°C. | 6 | MoNi_(4)-NiO heterojunction encapsulated in lignin-derived carbon for efficient hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Molybdenum nickel alloy has been proved to be an efficient noble-metal-free catalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) in alkaline medium, but its electrocatalytic activity and stability need to be further improved to meet industrial requirements. In this study, carboxymethylated enzymatic hydrolysis lignin(EHL) was used as a biomacromolecule frame to coordinate with transition metal ions and reduced by pyrolysis to obtain the MoNi_(4)-NiO heterojunction(MoNi_(4)-NiO/C). The oblate sphere structure of MoNi_(4)-NiO/C exposed a large catalytic active surface to the electrolyte. As a result, the hydrogen evolution reaction of MoNi_(4)-NiO/C displayed a low overpotentials of 41 mV to achieve 10 mA cm-2and excellent stability of 100 h at 100 mA cm^(-2)in 1 mol L^(-1)KOH, which was superior to that of commercial Pt/C. Lignin assisted the formation of NiO to construct the MoNi_(4)-NiO interface and MoNi_(4)-NiO heterojunction structure, which reduced the energy barrier by forming a more favorable transition states and then promoted the formation of adsorbed hydrogen at the heterojunction interface through water dissociation in alkaline media, leading to the rapid reaction kinetics. | 7 | The phase behavior of n-ethylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate and sodium-based salts ATPS and its application in 2-chlorophenol extraction显示文摘In this paper,the aqueous two-phase systems(ATPS)containing n-ethylpyridinium tetrafluoroborate([EPy]BF_(4)),sodium-based salts,and water were studied and the extraction efficiency of 2-chlorophenol was measured to study the ATPS performance in extracting phenolic compounds.The binodal curves of[EPy]BF_(4)+sodium carbonate(Na_(2)CO_(3))ATPS and[EPy]BF_(4)+sodium dihydrogen phosphate(NaH_(2)PO_(4))ATPS have been determined at 308.15 K,318.15 K,and 328.15 K and atmospheric pressure.After getting good correlation with Merchuk equation,the binodal curves together with gravimetric method were used to calculate the tie-lines data.Furthermore,the reliability of tie-lines data was verified using Othmer-Tobias and Bancroft equations.Then,the salt influence and temperature influence on the phase behavior were discussed and the results show the salt-outing ability of Na_(2)CO_(3) is better than NaH_(2)PO_(4).With the aim of studying the ATPS performance in extracting phenolic compounds,extraction efficiency for 2-chlorophenol at different temperatures were studied and the results show that[EPy]BF_(4)+Na_(2)CO_(3) ATPS is preferred than[EPy]BF_(4)+NaH_(2)PO_(4) ATPS in applications. | Shuai Xu Qi Zhu Shaojie Xu Manjing Yuan Xuliang Lin Wenjing Lin Yanlin Qin Yuliang Li | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2021,34,5: | 0 |
| 8 | Diffusionmodels for time-series applications: a survey显示文摘Diffusion models, a family of generative models based on deep learning, have become increasinglyprominent in cutting-edge machine learning research. With distinguished performance in generating samples thatresemble the observed data, diffusion models are widely used in image, video, and text synthesis nowadays. Inrecent years, the concept of diffusion has been extended to time-series applications, and many powerful models havebeen developed. Considering the deficiency of a methodical summary and discourse on these models, we providethis survey as an elementary resource for new researchers in this area and to provide inspiration to motivate futureresearch. For better understanding, we include an introduction about the basics of diffusion models. Except forthis, we primarily focus on diffusion-based methods for time-series forecasting, imputation, and generation, andpresent them, separately, in three individual sections. We also compare different methods for the same applicationand highlight their connections if applicable. | 9 | Efficient conversion of lignin to alkylphenols over highly stable inverse spinel MnFe_(2)O_(4) catalysts显示文摘The aromatic properties of lignin make it a promising source of valuable chemicals and fuels.Developing efficient and stable catalysts to effectively convert lignin into high-value chemicals is challenging.In this work,MnFe_(2)O_(4) spinel catalysts with oxygen-rich vacancies and porous distribution were synthesized by a simple solvothermal process and used to catalyze the depolymerization of lignin in an isopropanol solvent system.The specific surface area was 110.5 m^(2)∙g^(–1),which substantially increased the active sites for lignin depolymerization compared to Fe3O4.The conversion of lignin reached 94%,and the selectivity of alkylphenols exceeded 90% after 5 h at 250℃.Underpinned by characterizations,products,and density functional theory analysis,the results showed that the catalytic performance of MnFe_(2)O_(4) was attributed to the composition of Mn and Fe with strong Mn–O–Fe synergy.In addition,the cycling experiments and characterization showed that the depolymerized lignin on MnFe_(2)O_(4) has excellent cycling stability.Thus,our work provides valuable insights into the mechanism of lignin catalytic depolymerization and paves the way for the industrial-scale application of this process. | Yi Qi Xuezhi Zeng Lingyingzi Xiong Xuliang Lin Bowen Liu Yanlin Qin | 2023 | Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,8: | 0 |
