1Multi-Layer Reconstruction Errors Autoencoding and Density Estimate for Network Anomaly Detection显示文摘Anomaly detection is an important method for intrusion detection.In recent years,unsupervised methods have been widely researched because they do not require labeling.For example,a nonlinear autoencoder can use reconstruction errors to attain the discrimination threshold.This method is not effective when the model complexity is high or the data contains noise.The method for detecting the density of compressed features in a hidden layer can be used to reduce the influence of noise on the selection of the threshold because the density of abnormal data in hidden layers is smaller than normal data.However,compressed features may lose some of the high-dimensional distribution information of the original data.In this paper,we present an efficient anomaly detection framework for unsupervised anomaly detection,which includes network data capturing,processing,feature extraction,and anomaly detection.We employ a deep autoencoder to obtain compressed features and multi-layer reconstruction errors,and feeds them the same to the Gaussian mixture model to estimate the density.The proposed approach is trained and tested on multiple current intrusion detection datasets and real network scenes,and performance indicators,namely accuracy,recall,and F1-score,are better than other autoencoder models.Ruikun Li Yun Li Wen He Lirong Chen Jianchao Luo 2021Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2021,,7:1
2MAGNETIC DOMAIN STRUCTURE AND RELATED MAGNETIC PROPERTIES OF(NdPr)_(16)Fe_(76)B_8 PERMANENT MAGNET显示文摘The magnetic domain structure and related magnetic properties of (NdPr)16Fe76B8 permanentmagnet have been studied by colloid-SEM method.In thermally demagnetized state,the ma-trix grains in the magnet generally exhibit multidomain structure,i.e.,180° plate-like indi-vidual domain and a few spike-like or maze-like domains.The average width of the domainmeasured was 1.5μm.Grain size of single-domain was observed to be generally about 1μmand only a few up to 3μm.The results calculated are:the domain wall energy γ=36MJ/m2,the exchange constant A=4.5×10-11J/m,the domain wall width δ=15.7nm,and the critical grain diameter of single-domain Dc=0.5μm.The dependence of high magnet-ic field gradient at grain boundaries in different magnetization directions in the adjacent mag-netic domains located on both sides of grain boundaries and the effect of microstructure on thevalues of K,A and δ were discussed.WANG Ruikun SUN Lihong LI Dongpei YING Qiming 1989Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)1989,2,8:0
3Allopregnanolone targets nucleoprotein as a novel influenza virus inhibitor显示文摘Influenza A virus(IAV)poses a global public health concern and remains an imminent threat to human health.Emerging antiviral resistance to the currently approved influenza drugs emphasizes the urgent need for new therapeutic entities against IAV.Allopregnanolone(ALLO)is a natural product that has been approved as an antidepressant drug.In the present study,we repurposed ALLO as a novel inhibitor against IAVs.Mechanistic studies demonstrated that ALLO inhibited virus replication by interfering with the nucleus translocation of viral nucleoprotein(NP).In addition,ALLO showed significant synergistic activity with compound 16,a hemagglutinin inhibitor of IAVs.In summary,we have identified ALLO as a novel influenza virus inhibitor targeting NP,providing a promising candidate that deserves further investigation as a useful anti-influenza strategy in the future.Meiyue Dong Yanyan Wang Ping Li Zinuo Chen Varada Anirudhan Qinghua Cui Lijun Rong Ruikun Du 2023Virologica Sinica2023,38,6:0
4Diffusionmodels for time-series applications: a survey显示文摘Diffusion models, a family of generative models based on deep learning, have become increasinglyprominent in cutting-edge machine learning research. With distinguished performance in generating samples thatresemble the observed data, diffusion models are widely used in image, video, and text synthesis nowadays. Inrecent years, the concept of diffusion has been extended to time-series applications, and many powerful models havebeen developed. Considering the deficiency of a methodical summary and discourse on these models, we providethis survey as an elementary resource for new researchers in this area and to provide inspiration to motivate futureresearch. For better understanding, we include an introduction about the basics of diffusion models. Except forthis, we primarily focus on diffusion-based methods for time-series forecasting, imputation, and generation, andpresent them, separately, in three individual sections. We also compare different methods for the same applicationand highlight their connections if applicable. 5Relationship between Vegetation Index and Forest Surface Fuel Load in UAV Multispectral Remote Sensing显示文摘[Objectives]To explore the relationship between vegetation index and forest surface fuel load.[Methods]UAV multispectral remote sensing was used to obtain large-scale forest images and obtain structural data of forest surface fuel load.This experimental area was located in Gaoming District,Foshan City,Guangdong Province.The average surface fuel load of the experimental area was as high as 39.33 t/ha,and the forest surface fuel load of Pinus elliottii was the highest.[Results]The normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI)and enhanced vegetation index(EVI)had a moderately strong correlation with the forest surface fuel load.The regression model of NDVI(X)and forest surface fuel load(Y)was established:Y=-5.9354X+8.4663,and the regression model of EVI(X)and forest surface fuel load(Y)was established:Y=-5.8485X+6.7271.The study also found that the linear relationship between NDVI and surface fuel load was more significant.[Conclusions]Both NDVI and EVI have moderately strong correlations with forest surface fuel load.NDVI is moderately or strongly correlated with the surface fuel load of Pinus massoniana forest,shrub grassland,broad-leaf forest and bamboo forest,while EVI is only strongly correlated with surface fuel load of broad-leaf forest and bamboo forest.It is expected that the relationship between other vegetation indices and forest surface fuel load can be obtained by the method in this study,so as to find a more universal vegetation index for calculating surface fuel load.Yufei ZHOU Zhenshi WANG Yingxia ZHONG Qiang LI Shujing WEI Sisheng LUO Zepeng WU Ruikun DAI Xiaochuan LI 2022Asian Agricultural Research2022,14,10:0
6Effects of in-situZrB_2 nanoparticles and scandium on microstructure and mechanical property of 7N01 aluminum alloy显示文摘In this study, the in-situ synthesized ZrB_(2) nanoparticles and rare earth Sc were introduced to enhance the strength and ductility of 7N01 aluminum alloy, via the generation of high-melting and uniform nanodispersoids. The microstructure and mechanical property evolution of the prepared composites and the interaction between ZrB_(2) and Sc were studied in detail. The microstructure investigation shows that the introduction of rare earth scandium(Sc) can promote the distribution of ZrB_(2) nanoparticles, by improving their wettability to the Al melt. Meanwhile, the addition of rare earth Sc also modifies the coarse Al Zn Mg Mn Fe precipitated phases, refines the matrix grains and generates high-melting Al_3(Sc,Zr)/Al_3Sc nanodispersoids. Tensile tests of the composites show that with the combinatorial introduction of ZrB_(2) and Sc, the strength and ductility of the composites are improved simultaneously compared with the corresponding 7N01 alloy, ZrB_(2) /7N01 composite and Sc/7N01 alloy. And the optimum contents of ZrB_(2) and Sc are 3 wt% and 0.2 wt% in this study. The yield strength, ultimate strength and elongation of(3 wt% ZrB_(2) +0.2 wt% Sc)/7N01 composite are 477 MPa, 506 MPa and 9.8%, increased about 18.1%, 12.2%and 38% compared to 7N01 alloy. 8Cyclin A2/cyclin-dependent kinase 1-dependent phosphorylation of Top2a is required for S phase entry during retinal development in zebrafish显示文摘Cyclin-dependent kinase 1 (CDK1) plays an essential role in cell cycle regulation.However,as mouse Cdk1embryos die early,the role of CDK1 in regulating the cell cycle and embryo development remains unclear.Here,we showed that zebrafish cdk1^(-/-)embryos exhibit severe microphthalmia accompanied by multiple defects in S phase entry,M phase progression,and cell differentiation but not in interkinetic nuclear migration.We identified Top2a as a potential downstream target and cyclin A2 and cyclin B1 as partners of Cdk1 in cell cycle regulation via an in silico analysis.While depletion of either cyclin A2 or Top2a led to the decreased S phase entry in zebrafish retinal cells,the depletion of cyclin B1 led to M phase arrest.Moreover,phosphorylation of Top2a at serine 1213 (S1213) was nearly abolished in both cdk1 and ccna2mutants,but not in ccnb1 mutants.Furthermore,overexpression of TOP2A^(S1213D),the phosphomimetic form of human TOP2A,rescued S phase entry and alleviated the microphthalmia defects in both cdk1^(-/-)and ccna2^(-/-)embryos.Taken together,our data suggest that Cdk1 interacts with cyclin A2 to regulate S phase entry partially through Top2a phosphorylation and interacts with cyclin B1 to regulate M phase progression.Miaomiao Jin Jingyu Li Ruikun Hu Baijie Xu Guanliang Huang Weilai Huang Bo Chen Jie He Ying Cao 2021Journal of Genetics and Genomics2021,48,1:0

10Metal-to-ligand charge transfer chirality-based sensing of mercury ions显示文摘Chiral ligand conjugated transition metal oxide nanoparticles(NPs) are a promising platform for chiral recognition, biochemical sensing, and chiroptics. Herein, we present chirality-based strategy for effective sensing of mercury ions via ligand-induced chirality derived from metal-to-ligand charge transfer(MLCT) effects. The ligand competition effect between molybdenum and heavy metal ions such as mercury is designated to be essential for MLCT chirality. With this know-how, mercury ions, which have a larger stability constant(Kf) than molybdenum, can be selectively identified and quantified with a limit of detection(LOD) of 0.08 and 0.12 nmol/L for D-cysteine and L-cysteine(Cys) capped Mo O2 NPs.
