1Machining the Integral Impeller and Blisk of Aero-Engines:A Review of Surface Finishing and Strengthening Technologies显示文摘The integral impeller and blisk of an aero-engine are high performance parts with complex structure and made of difficult-to-cut materials. The blade surfaces of the integral impeller and blisk are functional surfaces for power transmission, and their surface integrity has significant effects on the aerodynamic efficiency and service life of an aero-engine. Thus, it is indispensable to finish and strengthen the blades before use. This paper presents a comprehensive literature review of studies on finishing and strengthening technologies for the impeller and blisk of aero-engines. The review includes independent and integrated finishing and strengthening technologies and discusses advanced rotational abrasive flow machining with back-pressure used for finishing the integral impeller and blisk. 2Error modeling and compensating of a novel 6-DOF aeroengine rotor docking equipment显示文摘In the docking process of aeroengine rotor parts,docking accuracy that indicates the gaps between the end faces is strictly required.A key issue is improving docking accuracy using automated docking equipment.In this paper,a systematic study is carried out on the error modeling and compensation of a novel six-degrees-of-freedom(6-DOF)docking equipment for aeroengine rotors.First,a new model for indicating the main indexes of docking accuracy is proposed.Then,the error model of a specially designed 6-DOF docking equipment is established based on a modified Denavit Hartenberg method with five parameters.Subsequently,two error compensation methods are proposed.Based on the above models,a docking accuracy simulation algorithm is proposed using the Monte Carlo method.Finally,verification experiments are conducted.The results show that,for the maximum values and standard deviations of the gaps between the rotor end-faces in the actual and target positions and attitudes,i.e.,main indexes that represent docking accuracy,the deviation rates between the simulation and experimental results are less than20%.The modeling methods have referential significance.The decline rates of these values are 50–65%when using the two proposed compensation methods.The compensation methods significantly improve the docking accuracy.Tianyi ZHOU Hang GAO Xuanping WANG Lun LI Qing LIU 2022Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2022,35,6:2

11A video camera recording method for measuring terminal velocity of seed dispersal by wind显示文摘An accurate and convenient method is essential for measuring the terminal velocity of seeds dispersed by wind.Systematic and random errors produced by existing methods lower the accuracy and convenience in determining seed terminal velocity.In this study,a video camera was used to record the falling process of forty-one species of wind-borne seed with eight appendage structures and seven aerodynamic behaviors in a settling tower at a speed of 50 frames per second(fps).The videos were analyzed by Quick Time Player to determine seed acceleration height,acceleration time,and terminal velocity.The results showed that acceleration height and time,terminal velocity,and the diff erence between terminal velocity and descent velocity(DTD)increased with wing loading.Compared with dropping methods,the camera recording method eliminated the eff ect of acceleration and corrected seed terminal velocity.Based on wing loading,release heights were determined for accurate measurement of terminal velocity of diff erent seeds.This method,due to its inexpensive equipment,high accuracy,easy observation and operation,can be applied to measure the terminal velocity of wind dispersed seeds,and provides a promising method in exploring the dispersal process of seeds.Minghu Liu Zhiming Xin Zhi Su Yingming Zhao Xinle Li Zhimin Liu Mariano ACony Wei Liang Xuanping Qin Jianqiang Qian Xue Cui Quanlai Zhou 2021Journal of Forestry Research2021,32,1:0
12Escape probability based routing for ad hoc networks显示文摘Routes in an ad hoc network may fail frequently because of node mobility. Stability therefore can be an important element in the design of routing protocols. The node escape probability is introduced to estimate the lifetime and stability of link between neighboring nodes and the escape probability based routing (EPBR) scheme to discover stable routes is proposed. 13Effects of Different Hormone Proportions on Differentiation and Regeneration of Prtmus avium L. Adventitious Buds显示文摘In order to screen the appropriate culture condition for the differentiation and regeneration of Prtmus avium L. adventitious buds,in this study,the effect of different hormone proportions on differentiation and regeneration of shoot tip explants were investigated using Gisela No. 5 and Gisela No. 6 as experimental materials. The results showed that,different hormone proportions had extremely significant effects( P < 0. 01) on the differentiation rate of P. avium adventitious buds;the appropriate hormone proportions for Gisela No. 5 and Gisela No. 6 to induce dedifferentiation of adventitious buds were 6-BA 3. 0 mg/L + IBA 0. 5 mg/L + KT0. 1 mg/L and 6-BA 1. 0 mg/L + IBA 0. 5 mg/L + KT 0. 2 mg/L,respectively.
