1New yellow Ba_(0.93)Eu_(0.07)Al_(2)O_(4) phosphor for warm-white light-emitting diodes through single-emitting-center conversion显示文摘Phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes for indoor illumination need to be warm-white(i.e.,correlated color temperature,4000 K)with good color rendition(i.e.,color rendering index.80).However,no single-phosphor,single-emitting-center-converted white light-emitting diodes can simultaneously satisfy the color temperature and rendition requirements due to the lack of sufficient red spectral component in the phosphors’emission spectrum.Here,we report a new yellow Ba_(0.93)Eu_(0.07)Al_(2)O_(4) phosphor that has a new orthorhombic lattice structure and exhibits a broad yellow photoluminescence band with sufficient red spectral component.Warm-white emissions with correlated color temperature,4000 K and color rendering index.80 were readily achieved when combining the Ba_(0.93)Eu_(0.07)Al_(2)O_(4) phosphor with a blue light-emitting diode(440–470 nm).This study demonstrates that warm-white light-emitting diodes with high color rendition(i.e.,color rendering index.80)can be achieved based on single-phosphor,single-emitting-center conversion.Xufan Li John D Budai Feng Liu Jane Y Howe Jiahua Zhang Xiao-Jun Wang Zhanjun Gu Chengjun Sun Richard S Meltzer Zhengwei Pan 2013Light(Science & Applications)2013,2,1:11

6Investigation on micro-mechanism of palm oil as natural ester insulating oil for overheating thermal fault analysis of transformers显示文摘In order to explore the pyrolysis mechanism of palm oil as the natural ester insulating liquid from the molecular aspect,the ReaxFF reactive force field was used to simulate the pyrolysis process of palm oil.Firstly,the molecular models of the four main molecules of palm oil-tripalmitin,trilinolein,triolein,and tristearin-are constructed via density functional theory(DFT).Secondly,the vibrational frequencies of the four molecules are calculated,so as to calculate the infrared(IR)spectra.Thirdly,molecular dynamics(MD)simulations employing the ReaxFF method are performed to simulate the pyrolysis reaction of the palm oil system under different temperatures,so as to observe the generation pathways of major products used in the dissolved gas analysis(DGA)in the transformer thermal fault analysis.Finally,hydrogen bonds in the pyrolysis process are counted.It is found that the number of hydrogen bonds gradually increased with the increase of pyrolysis time and pyrolysis temperature.It reveals why the life of the insulating paper immersed with natural esters is prolonged,and why the breakdown voltage is reduced slowly in the actual experiment from another perspective.This study can provide theoretical guidance and effective reference for the thermal fault analysis of an insulating liquid using palm oil as raw material.Hanbo Zheng Xufan Li Yongji Feng Hang Yang Weijie Lv 2022High Voltage2022,7,4:1
7Efcient soluble PTCBI‑type non‑fullerene acceptor materials for organic solar cells显示文摘Single perylene diimide(PDI)used as a non-fullerene acceptor(NFA)in organic solar cells(OSCs)is enticing because of its low cost and excellent stability.To improve the photovoltaic performance,it is vital to narrow the bandgap and regulate the stacking behavior.To address this challenge,we synthesize soluble perylenetetracarboxylic bisbenzimidazole(PTCBI)molecules with a bulky side chain at the bay region,by replacing the widely used“swallow tail”type alkyl chains at the imide position of PDI molecules with a planar benzimidazole structure.Compared with PDI molecules,PTCBI molecules exhibit red-shifted UV–vis absorption spectra with larger extinction coefcient,and one magnitude higher electron mobility.Finally,OSCs based on one soluble PTCBI-type NFA,namely MAS-7,exhibit a champion power conversion efciency(PCE)of 4.34%,which is signifcantly higher than that of the corresponding PDI-based OSCs and is the highest PCE of PTCBI-based OSCs reported.These results highlight the potential of soluble PTCBI derivatives as NFAs in OSCs.Xiang Gao Fengbo Sun Xinzhu Tong Xufan Zheng Yinuo Wang Cong Xiao Pengcheng Li Renqiang Yang Xunchang Wang Zhitian Liu 2023Frontiers of Optoelectronics2023,16,2:0
