1Zr-MOFs loaded on polyurethane foam by polydopamine for enhanced dye adsorption显示文摘Zirconium-based metal-organic frameworks(Zr-MOFs)have attracted widespread attention due to their high specific surface area,high porosity,abundant metal active sites and excellent hydrothermal stability.However,Zr-MOFs materials are mostly powdery in nature and thus difficult to separate from aqueous media,which limits their application in wastewater treatment.In this study,PDA/Zr-MOFs/PU foam was constructed by growing Zr-MOFs nanoparticles on a dopamine-modified polyurethane foam substrate by in-situ hydrothermal synthesis as an adsorbent for removing dyes from wastewater.The results demonstrated that the polydopamine coating improves the dispersion of the Zr-MOFs nanoparticles on the substrate and enhances the interaction between the Zr-MOFs nanoparticles and the PU foam substrate.As a result,compared with Zr-MOFs/PU foam,the prepared PDA/ZrMOFs/PU foam exhibits higher adsorption capacity for crystal violet(CV)(63.38 mg/g)and rhodamine B(RB)(67.73 mg/g),with maximum adsorption efficiencies of CV and RB of 98.4%(pH=11)and 93.5%(pH=7),respectively,at a concentration of 10 mg/L.The PDA/Zr-MOFs/PU foam can simultaneously remove CV and RB from the mixed solution.Moreover,the PDA/ZrMOFs/PU foam still exhibits high stability and reusability after five cycles.Jingjing Zhao Linqiong Xu Yaozhuo Su Hongwei Yu Hui Liu Shaoping Qian Wenge Zheng Yongqing Zhao 2021Journal of Environmental Sciences2021,33,3:6
2Blue-coke production technology and the current state-of-the-art in China显示文摘Blue-coke is a kind of char obtained by the low temperature pyrolysis of non-caking or weakly-caking coal with high volatile matter.It is generally granular with high reactivity,high electrical resistivity and high in fixed carbon but low in ash,sulfur,aluminum and phosphorus content.It has low price and extensive application decided by the raw coal and the production technology.This paper reviews pyrolysis reactor,process principle,technology characteristic and application state of blue-coke production technology in China.It includes vertical oven technology,rotary kiln technology and rotary-hearth furnace technology with external-heating,and vertical oven technology,rotary-disc furnace technology and conveyor-belt furnace technology with internal-heating.According to the existing problems in industrial blue-coke production technology,perspectives in terms of dust removal from volatiles,coke quenching and breakthrough of pyrolysis technology are given.Yanchun Feng Shaoping Xu 2020Carbon Resources Conversion2020,3,1:5
3Nonfatal Child Pedestrian Injury in Two Urban Cities of Guangdong Province,China:Results from a Cross-sectional Survey显示文摘Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of nonfatal child pedestrian injuries and provide information to help understand an important public-health problem.Methods This was a school-based,cross-sectional questionnaire survey.The sample (42 750 children) was obtained from two urban cities of Guangdong Province,China,using multi-stage randomized sampling.Information was collected by the respondents self-reporting in the classroom.Results The incidence rate of nonfatal child pedestrian injuries in the cities was 2.0%.Boys had a higher incidence rate (2.6%) than girls (1.4%).Compared to other children,those aged 10 years are at the highest risk.The primary places of occurrence were sidewalks,residential roads,and crosswalks.High-risk behavior of the children immediately prior to injury included mid-block crossings,playing on roads,and crossing on red lights.The major vehicles that caused pedestrian injuries were bicycles,car or vans,and motorcycles.Bruises,fractures,and injuries to the internal organs were the top three types of injuries.Almost 40% of victims were hospitalized,and nearly 30% of the victims suffered long-term disabilities.Conclusion This study shows that nonfatal child pedestrian injuries are a very serious public-health problem in the urban cities of Guangdong.Based on the epidemiological characteristics,prevention strategies and further research should be carried out to reduce the occurrence of injuries.MA WenJun NIE ShaoPing XU HaoFeng XU YanJun XIE HuiYan ZHANG YuRun 2011Biomedical and Environmental Sciences2011,24,4:4
4Challenges and innovations in treating chronic and acute wound infections:from basic science to clinical practice显示文摘Acute and chronic wound infection has become a major worldwide healthcare burden leading to significantly high morbidity and mortality.The underlying mechanism of infections has been widely investigated by scientist,while standard wound management is routinely been used in general practice.However,strategies for the diagnosis and treatment of wound infections remain a great challenge due to the occurrence of biofilm colonization,delayed healing and drug resistance.In the present review,we summarize the common microorganisms found in acute and chronic wound infections and discuss the challenges from the aspects of clinical diagnosis,non-surgical methods and surgical methods.Moreover,we highlight emerging innovations in the development of antimicrobial peptides,phages,controlled drug delivery,wound dressing materials and herbal medicine,and find that sensitive diagnostics,combined treatment and skin microbiome regulation could be future directions in the treatment of wound infection.Xiaotong Ding Qinghan Tang Zeyu Xu Ye Xu Hao Zhang Dongfeng Zheng Shuqin Wang Qian Tan Joanneke Maitz Peter K.Maitz Shaoping Yin Yiwei Wang Jun Chen 2022Burns & Trauma2022,10,1:3
5Pollution characteristics of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in oily sludge from the Zhongyuan Oilfield and its peripheral soils显示文摘The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of contamination caused by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in oily sludge and soils around it in the Zhongyuan Oilfield. The contents of polycyclic aro-matic hydrocarbons in oily sludge samples were determined with HPLC. The contents of PAHs of oily sludge from three different oil production plants vary from high to low in the order of the Wenming oily sludge dumping site of No. 3 Oil Production Plant (3W)>the Mazhai oily sludge dumping site of No. 3 Oil Production Plant (3M)>the Wen'er oily sludge dumping site of No. 4 Oil Production Plant (4W). Naphthalene, acenaphthylene, acenaphthene, fluorine and phenanthrene are the major pollutants of PAHs in oily sludge. The contents of PAHs in soil samples around the oily sludge dumping sites vary widely from 434.49 to 2408.8 ng/g. Naphthalene, acenaphthene, fluorine, phenanthrene and pyrene are the characteristic factors of PAHs in soil samples of 3M and 3W, and naphthalene, acenaphthene, fluorine and phenanthrene are the characteristic factors of PAHs in soil samples of 4W. According to these data and the ratios of Fl/Py, PAHs in oily sludge samples come mainly from petrogenic sources, and soil samples are divided into petrogenic soil samples and mixed-source soil samples, and both petrogenic and pyrogenic soil samples in terms of the sources of PAHs. 6Tectonic affinity of Paleozoic stratigraphic slices along the northern margin in Dabie Orogen,central China: evidence from Pb isotope of rocks显示文摘Metavolcanic and metasedimentary rocks from the Paleozoic tectono-stratigraphic units along the northern margin in the Dabie orogen show that there are two types of Pb isotopic compositions, which have some affined regularity with tectonic subdivision. Compared with the main tectonic units of the Qinling orogen, the Dingyuan Formation should be the part of the South Qinling orogenic belt or the northern margin of the Yangtze craton, characterized by less radiogenic Pb isotopic composition, and the Guishan Formation, Nanwan Formation-Foziling Group and the Carboniferous should be the part of the North Qinling orogenic belt which is extended to the east, characterized by more radiogenic Pb isotopic composition. These facts combined with the distribution of the geological units suggest that the Paleozoic subduction zone between the Yangtze and North China cratons should be located in the north boundary of the Nanwan Formation-Foziling Group or somewhere that is covered by the Nanwan Formation-Foziling Group now. 8Upgrading of biomass fast pyrolysis oil over a moving bed of coal char显示文摘Fast pyrolysis of sawdust(SD)and upgrading of the derived bio-oil*(water-free basis)over Shenmu bituminous coal char(SMC)were conducted in an integrated free fall pyrolyzer and moving bed upgrading reactor.The water soluble and heavy bio-oil*(THF soluble)yields decrease and the content of light bio-oil*(CH_(2)Cl_(2) soluble)increases significantly compared that without SMC despite the decrease of light bio-oil*yield.Chemical analyses of the light bio-oil*were performed using GC-MS and ^(1)H NMR techniques.The results show that during volatiles-char interaction,the SMC plays important roles in deoxygenation and denitrogenation.The role of SMC in the upgrading process was explored by BET,FT-IR and XRD characterization.The porous structure provides reaction active sites for the bio-oil upgrading.After volatiles-char interaction,the specific surface area of SMC decreases significantly and the carbon crystallite size increases.With increasing the char updating rate from 1 g/min to 4 g/min,the relatively fresh SMC surface leads to the increased active sites,the conversion of heavy bio-oil*is slightly promoted and the removal effects of heteroatoms(O,N)compounds in the light bio-oil*are enhanced.The changes in SMC specific surface area and microcrystalline size are weakened accordingly.Junjie Zhang Guangyong Wang Shaoping Xu 2020Carbon Resources Conversion2020,3,1:2
