| 1 | An experimental study on dynamic coupling process of alkaline feldspar dissolution and secondary mineral precipitation显示文摘In order to clarify the dynamic process of feldspar dissolution-precipitation and explore the formation mechanism of secondary porosity,six batch reactor experiments were conducted at 200℃and pH=7 measured at room temperature.Temporal evolution of fluid chemistry was analyzed with an inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES).Solid reaction products were retrieved from six batch experiments terminated after 36,180,276,415,766 and 1008 h.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)revealed dissolution features and significant secondary mineral adhered on the feldspar surface.The process of feldspar dissolution-precipitation proceeded slowly and full equilibrium was not achieved after 1008 h.Saturation indices suggested that the albite and K-feldspar dissolution occurred throughout the experiments.The average dissolution rates for albite and K-feldspar were 2.28×10^-10 and 8.51×10^-11 mol m^-2 s^-1,respectively.Based on the experimental data,the reaction process of alkaline feldspar was simulated and the secondary porosity had increased 0.3%after the experiment. | Meirong Li -Chenchu Li Juntao Xing Xiuting Sun Guanghui Yuan Yingchang Cao | 2019 | Acta Geochimica2019，38，6： | 3 |
| 2 | Targeting a novel inducible GPX4 alternative isoform to alleviate ferroptosis and treat metabolic-associated fatty liver disease显示文摘Metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD),which is previously known as non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),represents a major health concern worldwide with limited therapy.Here,we provide evidence that ferroptosis,a novel form of regulated cell death characterized by iron-driven lipid peroxidation,was comprehensively activated in liver tissues from MAFLD patients.The canonical-GPX4(cGPX4),which is the most important negative controller of ferroptosis,is downregulated at protein but not mRNA level.Interestingly,a non-canonical GPX4 transcript-variant is induced(inducible-GPX4,iGPX4)in MAFLD condition.The high fat-fructose/sucrose diet(HFFD)and methionine/choline-deficient diet(MCD)-induced MAFLD pathologies,including hepatocellular ballooning,steatohepatitis andfibrosis,were attenuated and aggravated,respectively,in cGPX4-and iGPX4-knockin mice.cGPX4 and iGPX4 isoforms also displayed opposing effects on oxidative stress and ferroptosis in hepatocytes.Knockdown of iGPX4 by siRNA alleviated lipid stress,ferroptosis and cell injury.Mechanistically,the triggered iGPX4 interacts with cGPX4 to facilitate the transformation of cGPX4 from enzymatic-active monomer to enzymatic-inactive oligomers upon lipid stress,and thus promotes ferroptosis.Co-immunoprecipitation and nano LC–MS/MS analyses confirmed the interaction between iGPX4 and cGPX4.Our results reveal a detrimental role of non-canonical GPX4 isoform in ferroptosis,and indicate selectively targeting iGPX4 may be a promising therapeutic strategy for MAFLD. | Jie Tong Dongjie Li Hongbo Meng Diyang Sun Xiuting Lan Min Ni Jiawei Ma Feiyan Zeng Sijia Sun Jiangtao Fu Guoqiang Li Qingxin Ji Guoyan Zhang Qirui Shen Yuanyuan Wang Jiahui Zhu Yi Zhao Xujie Wang Yi Liu Shenxi Ouyang Chunquan Sheng Fuming Shen Pei Wang | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022，12，9： | 3 |

| 6 | Effects of time-delayed vibration absorber on bandwidth of beam for low broadband vibration suppression显示文摘The effects of time-delayed vibration absorber(TDVA) on the dynamic characteristics of a flexible beam are investigated. First, the vibration suppression effect of a single TDVA on a continuous beam is studied. The first optimization criterion is given,and the results show that the introduction of time-delayed feedback control(TDFC) is beneficial to improving the vibration suppression at the anti-resonance band. When a single TDVA is used, the anti-resonance is located at a specific frequency by the optimum design of TDFC parameters. Then, in order to obtain low-frequency and broad bands for vibration suppression, multiple TDVAs are uniformly distributed on a continuous beam,and the relationship between the dynamic responses and the TDFC parameters is investigated. The obtained relationship shows that the TDVA has a significant regulatory effect on the vibration behavior of the continuous beam. The effects of the number of TDVAs and the nonlinearity on the bandgap variation are discussed. | 9 | Development and Validation of a Prognostic Risk Score System for COVID-19 Inpatients:A Multi-Center Retrospective Study in China显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has become a worldwide pandemic.Hospitalized patients of COVID-19 suffer from a high mortality rate,motivating the development of convenient and practical methods that allow clinicians to promptly identify high-risk patients.Here,we have developed a risk score using clinical data from 1479 inpatients admitted to Tongji Hospital,Wuhan,China(development cohort)and externally validated with data from two other centers:141 inpatients from Jinyintan Hospital,Wuhan,China(validation cohort 1)and 432 inpatients from The Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen,Shenzhen,China(validation cohort 2).The risk score is based on three biomarkers that are readily available in routine blood samples and can easily be translated into a probability of death.The risk score can predict the mortality of individual patients more than 12 d in advance with more than 90%accuracy across all cohorts.Moreover,the Kaplan-Meier score shows that patients can be clearly differentiated upon admission as low,intermediate,or high risk,with an area under the curve(AUC)score of 0.9551.In summary,a simple risk score has been validated to predict death in patients infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2);it has also been validated in independent cohorts. | Ye Yuan Chuan Sun Xiuchuan Tang Cheng Cheng Laurent Mombaerts Maolin Wang Tao Hu Chenyu Sun Yuqi Guo Xiuting Li Hui Xu Tongxin Ren Yang Xiao Yaru Xiao Hongling Zhu Honghan Wu Kezhi Li Chuming Chen Yingxia Liu Zhichao Liang Zhiguo Cao Hai-Tao Zhang Ioannis Ch.Paschaldis Quanying Liu Jorge Goncalves Qiang Zhong Li Yan | 2022 | Engineering2022，8，1： | 0 |
