1Geochronology, Geochemistry and Sr-Nd-Pb-Hf Isotopes of No. I Complex from the Shitoukengde Ni–Cu Sulfide Deposit in the Eastern Kunlun Orogen, Western China: Implications for the Magmatic Source, Geodynamic Setting and Genesis显示文摘The Shitoukengde Ni-Cu deposit, located in the Eastern Kunlun Orogen, comprises three mafic–ultramafic complexes, with the No. I complex hosting six Ni-Cu orebodies found recently. The deposit is hosted in the small ultramafic bodies intruding Proterozoic metamorphic rocks. Complexes at Shitoukengde contain all kinds of mafic-ultramafic rocks, and olivine websterite and pyroxene peridotite are the most important Ni-Cu-hosted rocks. Zircon U-Pb dating suggests that the Shitoukengde Ni-Cu deposit formed in late Silurian(426–422 Ma), and their zircons have εHf(t) values of-9.4 to 5.9 with the older T_(DM1) ages(0.80–1.42 Ga). Mafic-ultramafic rocks from the No. I complex show the similar rare earth and trace element patterns, which are enriched in light rare earth elements and large ion lithophile elements(e.g., K, Rb, Th) and depleted in heavy rare earth elements and high field strength elements(e.g., Ta, Nb, Zr, Ti). Sulfides from the deposit have the slightly higher δ^(34)S values of 1.9–4.3‰ than the mantle(0 ± 2‰). The major and trace element characteristics, and Sr-Nd-Pb and Hf, S isotopes indicate that their parental magmas originated from a metasomatised, asthenospheric mantle source which had previously been modified by subduction-related fluids, and experienced significant crustal contamination both in the magma chamber and during ascent triggering S oversaturation by addition of S and Si, that resulted in the deposition and enrichment of sulfides. 2Retardant effect of dihydroartemisinin on ulcerative colitis in a JAK2/STAT3-dependent manner显示文摘Dihydroartemisinin(DHA)is a semi-synthetic derivative and the main active metabolite of artemisinin.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of DHA on the ulcerative colitis(UC)in both in vivo and in vitro models.Weight,survival rate,colon length,and Disease Activity Index score were used to evaluate the severity of colitis.Reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used to detect the expressions of cytokines interleukin(IL)-1,IL-1β,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-12,and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α).The expressions of Janus kinase 2(JAK2)and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3),and the phosphorylation of JAK2(p-JAK2)and STAT3(p-STAT3),were measured by western blot analysis.Western blot analysis and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expressions of tight junction proteins.We found that the weights and colon lengths of mice in dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)+DHA group were significantly lower and longer than those in the DSS group,respectively.Compared with those in the DSS group,the expressions of IL-1β,IL-6,IL-17,and TNF-αin the DSS+DHA and DSS+5-aminosalicylic acid(5-ASA)groups were decreased,while the expressions of IL-4 and IL-10 were significantly upregulated.DHA largely increased the expressions of zonula occludens-1 and occludin.Western blot analysis and/or immunohistochemical staining analysis showed that the expressions of JAK2,STAT3,p-JAK2,and p-STAT3 in DSS+DHA and DSS+5-ASA groups were significantly lower than those in DSS group.DHA has a specific therapeutic effect on UC.The anti-inflammatory mechanism of DHA is related to the blockage of the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway.These findings provide evidence that DHA may be a useful drug and is expected to become a promising new treatment for human UC.Mingrui Jiang Guangjun Zhong Yichao Zhu Liuhua Wang Yuzhe He Qiannan Sun Xiaoqing Wu Xiaolan You Sujun Gao Dong Tang Daorong Wang 2021Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2021,53,9:6
3Global Calibration Method of Multi-sensor Vision System Using Skew Laser Lines显示文摘Multi-sensor vision system plays an important role in the 3D measurement of large objects.However,due to the widely distribution of sensors,the problem of lacking common fields of view(FOV) arises frequently,which makes the global calibration of the vision system quite difficult.The primary existing solution relies on large-scale surveying equipments,which is ponderous and inconvenient for field calibrations.In this paper,a global calibration method of multi-sensor vision system is proposed and investigated.The proposed method utilizes pairs of skew laser lines,which are generated by a group of laser pointers,as the calibration objects.Each pair of skew laser lines provides a unique coordinate system in space which can be reconstructed in certain vision sensor's coordinates by using a planar pattern.Then the geometries of sensors are computed under rigid transformation constrains by taking coordinates of each skew lines pair as the intermediary.The method is applied on both visual cameras with synthetic data and a real two-camera vision system;results show the validity and good performance.The prime contribution of this paper is taking skew laser lines as the global calibration objects,which makes the method simple and flexible.The method need no expensive equipments and can be used in large-scale calibration.LIU Qianzhe SUN Junhua LIU Zhen ZHANG Guangjun 2012Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2012,25,2:6
4Optimizing zeolite stabilized Pt-Zn catalysts for propane dehydrogenation显示文摘Propane dehydrogenation(PDH)provides an alternative route to non-petroleum based propylene and eligible catalysts with good overall performance are still being explored.Herein,we report the construction of zeolite stabilized Pt-Zn catalysts Pt-Zn/Si-Beta for PDH.Characterization results from transmission electron microscopy(TEM),ultraviolet-visible(UV-vis)and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy reveal that highly-dispersed Zn species are stabilized by the silanols from zeolite framework dealumination,which then act as the anchoring sites for Pt species.The close contact between Pt-Zn species and the electronic interaction thereof make Pt-Zn/Si-Beta robust PDH catalysts.Under optimized conditions,a high propylene production rate of 4.11 molmol_(Pt)^(-1)s^(-1),high propylene selectivity of 98% and a sustainable deactivation rate of~0.02 h^(-1)can be simultaneously achieved at 823 K.Coke deposition is not the key reason for the catalytic deactivation,while the loss of Zn species and the resulting aggregation of Pt species under high temperatures are responsible for the irreversible deactivation of Pt-Zn/Si-Beta catalyst in PDH reaction.Linjun Xie Yuchao Chai Lanlan Sun Weili Dai Guangjun Wu Naijia Guan Landong Li 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,6:5
5Sensitivity of Fusarium graminearum to Carbendazim and Prochloraz显示文摘[Objective]The paper was to understand the resistance of Fusarium graminearum to carbendazim and prochloraz in the main wheat producing areas in Hubei Province.[Method] Totally 350 F. graminearum strains isolated in 2014 were determined to clear their sensitivity to carbendazim and prochloraz. [Result]All isolates were sensitive to carbendazim and prochloraz in Hubei Province,and carbendazim was still valuable in controlling Fusarium head blight. 6Study on the Fire Behavior of Sandwich Wall Panels with GFRP Skins and a Wood-Web Core显示文摘To investigate the temperature field and residual bearing capacity of the sandwich wall panels with GFRP skins and a wood-web core under a fire,three sandwich walls were tested.One of them was used for static load test and the other two for the one-side fire tests.Besides,temperature probe points were set on the sandwich walls to obtain the temperature distribution.Meanwhile,the model of the sandwich wall was established in the finite element software by the method of core material stiffness equivalent.The temperature distribution and performance reduction of materials were also considered.The residual bearing capacity of specimens after fire exposure were simulated considering the effects of web spacing,wall panel thickness and fire exposure time.Because the sandwich wall panels were stressed by eccentric compression after a fire,the residual compressive strength of the wall panel after the fire can be calculated through the eccentric loading analysis.Compared with the numerical results,it can be concluded that the effectiveness of calculation method of residual bearing capacity after fire exposure was proved.Guangjun Sun Chuting Wang Lu Wang 2022Journal of Renewable Materials2022,10,6:2
7Ozonation of o-phenylenediamine in the presence of hydrogen peroxide by high-gravity technology显示文摘The study herein investigated the effectiveness of simultaneous use of ozone and hydrogen peroxide(O_3/H_2O_2 process) to degrade o-phenylenediamine(o-PDA) in a simulated wastewater. A rotor–stator reactor(RSR) was employed to create a high-gravity environment in order to enhance ozone-liquid mass transfer rate and possibly improve the degradation rate of o-PDA. The degradation efficiency of o-PDA(η) as well as the overall gas-phase volumetric mass transfer coefficient(KGa) were determined under different operating conditions of H_2O_2 concentration, initial o-PDA concentration, temperature of reaction, initial p H and rotation speed of RSR in attempt to establish the optimal conditions. Chemical oxygen demand reduction rate(rCOD) of wastewater treated at a particular set of conditions was also analyzed. Additionally, the intermediate products of degradation were identified using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC/MS) to further evaluate the extent of o-PDA degradation as well as establish its possible degradation pathway. Results were validated by comparison with those of sole use of ozone(O_3 process), and it was noted that η, KGa and rCODachieved by O_3/H_2O_2 process was 24.4%,31.6% and 25.2% respectively higher than those of O_3 process, indicating that H_2O_2 can greatly enhance ozonation of o-PDA. 10Global-Scale Diversity and Distribution Characteristics of Reef-Associated Symbiodiniaceae via the Cluster-Based Parsimony of Internal Transcribed Spacer 2 Sequences显示文摘Photosynthetic species belonging to Symbiodiniaceae play important ecological roles in coral reef ecosystems. Nine phylogenetically supported Symbiodiniaceae clades(each containing multiple genetically distinct molecular types) have been detected in reef-associated animals and in seawater or sediments near coral reef areas. Although major advances in research on Symbiodiniaceae diversity have been made, information on the global-scale diversity and distribution characteristics of Symbiodiniaceae clades/types is still limited or must be expanded because most studies on Symbiodiniaceae have mainly focused on a limited number of hosts associated with Symbiodiniaceae or coral reef areas. Here, the diversity and distribution characteristics of Symbiodiniaceae data derived from reef-associated animals and seawater or sediments near coral reef areas were analyzed using 3899 qualified Symbiodiniaceae internal transcribed spacer 2(ITS2) sequences retrieved from the GenBank database in May 2017. These sequences were annotated as Symbiodiniaceae ITS2 types via sequence alignment against database of Symbiodiniaceae ITS2 types. Results showed that photosynthetic Symbiodiniaceae ITS2 sequences could be annotated as 119 Symbiodiniaceae ITS2 types within nine clades(A–I), and Symbiodiniaceae ITS2 types mainly inhabited coral reefs between 30?N and 30?S. Symbiodiniaceae ITS2 types could be associated with multiple host taxa. Interestingly, these results implied that the distribution of Symbiodiniaceae ITS2 types was distinct in the Atlantic Ocean, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Indo-Pacific Ocean. 15A Dynamic Multi-ary Query Tree Protocol for Passive RFID Anti-collision显示文摘In this paper,a dynamic multi-ary query tree(DMQT)anti-collision protocol for Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)systems is proposed for large scale passive RFID tag identification.The proposed DMQT protocol is based on an iterative process between the reader and tags which identifies the position of collision bits through map commands and dynamically encodes them to optimize slots allocation through query commands.In this way,the DMQT completely eliminates empty slots and greatly reduces collision slots,which in turn reduces the identification time and energy costs.In addition and differently to other known protocols,the DMQT does not need to estimate the number of tags,reducing the protocol implementation complexity and eliminating the uncertainty caused by the estimation algorithm.A numerical analysis shows that DMQT has better performance than other algorithms for a number of tags larger than 300.Meanwhile,when the number of tags is 2000 and the tag identity(ID)length is 128 bits,the total identification time is 2.58 s and the average energy cost for a tag identification is 1.2 mJ,which are 16.9%and 10.4%less than those of state-of-the-art algorithms,respectively.In addition,a DMQT extension based on ACK command has also been presented to deal with capture effect and avoid missing identification.Gang Li Haoyang Sun Zhenbing Li Peiqi Wu Daniele Inserra Jian Su Xiaochuan Fang Guangjun Wen 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,9:0

18Power spectral models of stationary earthquake-induced ground motion process considering site characteristics显示文摘In this article,several spectral models describing the stationary stochastic process of earthquake ground motion are explored and compared.The Hu-Zhou spectrum,which is regarded as an improved model of the Kanai-Tajimi spectrum,is concerned.It is proven that the earthquake-induced ground acceleration process described by the Hu-Zhou spectrum is a twice filtered white noise process in essence,and two filters for modifying low-frequency components and moderate-and high-frequency components respectively are investigated.A total of 1946 strong earthquake records at different sites were employed to determine the parameters of spectral models,including the Kanai-Tajimi spectrum,the Clough-Penzien spectrum and the Hu-Zhou spectrum.The results showed that the Hu-Zhou spectrum fits well with the actual observed ground motions over the whole frequency range,and that it is not only distinct in physical meaning and concise in mathematical expression,but also reasonable in practice.Bo Chen Guangjun Sun Hongjing Li 2022Emergency Management Science and Technology2022,2,1:0
19Geological environment in the South China Sea显示文摘The South China Sea(SCS),situated in southern China,at the junction of the Pacific Plate,the Eurasian Plate,and the Indian Ocean Plate,is a northeast-southwest trending semi-enclosed sea.It spans an area of approximately 3.5 million square kilometers and has an average water depth of about 1200 m,its deepest point reaching 5559 m.In 2021,a scientific expedition(called as U1 voyage)in the South China Sea was organized by the Innovation Research Team of Guangdong Special Key Program from March to April,this marks the first comprehensive scientific research voyage to the southern Uboundary corridor.Consisting of a total of 30 papers,this special issue is to share a portion of the research findings from this scientific expedition U1 voyage,covering six aspects:1)characteristics of the marine ecosystem in the SCS and its response to marine dynamic processes;2)multi-scale marine dynamic processes,sea-air interactions,and forecasting techniques in the SCS;3)geomorphology and geological structure;4)sedimentary processes and resource potential in the SCS;5)geostrategy,rights and interests maintenance and strategic countermeasures in the SCS;6)marine scientific instruments.By integrating the scientific research with the study of history,jurisprudence and international strategies,this issue presents new insights into the formation history and scope evolution of the SCS,and it also seeks to establish a new scientific framework based on the marine governance and development of the SCS.Danling TANG Zhen SUN Guangjun SUI 2023Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2023,41,2:0
20Immunogenic cell death effects induced by doxorubicin improved chemo-immunotherapy via restoration of granzyme B activity显示文摘Chemotherapy remains one of the irreplaceable treatments for cancer therapy.The use of immunogenic cell death(ICD)-inducing chemotherapeutic drugs offers a practical strategy for killing cancer cells,simultaneously eliciting an antitumor immune response by promoting the recruitment of cytotoxic immune cells and production of granzyme B(GrB).However,numerous malignant cancers adaptively acquired the capacity of secreting serpinb9(Sb9),a physiological inhibitor of GrB,which can reversibly inhibit the biological activity of GrB.To circumvent this dilemma,in this study,an integrated tailor-made nanomedicine composed of tumor-targeting peptide(Arg-Gly-Asp,RGD)decorated liposome,doxorubicin(DOX,an effective ICD inducer),and the compound 3034(an inhibitor of Sb9),is developed(termed as D3RL)for breast cancer chemo-immunotherapy.In vitro and in vivo studies show that D3RL can directly kill tumor cells and trigger the host immune response by inducing ICD.Meanwhile,D3RL can competitively relieve the inhibition of Sb9 to GrB.The restored GrB can not only effectively induce tumor immunotherapy,but also degrade matrix components in the tumor microenvironment,consequently improving the infiltration of immune cells and the penetration of nanomedicines,which in return enhance the combined antitumor effect.Taken together,this work develops an integrated therapeutic solution for targeted production and restoration of GrB to achieve a combined chemo-immunotherapy for breast cancer.Tao Huang Xiaofan Sun Yingqiu Qi Xi Yang Linyao Fan Mengdie Chen Yale Yue Hong Ge Yiye Li Guangjun Nie Huan Min Xianfu Sun 2023Nano Research2023,16,12:0
