| 1 | 玉米霉变及黄曲霉毒素的图像处理检测方法显示文摘为准确快速识别出仓储玉米是否包含霉变以及感染黄曲霉毒素的玉米颗粒,提出基于图像处理技术的定性、定量检测方法。基于感染霉菌的玉米颗粒表层会发生颜色褐变、发黑等特点,通过MATLAB对灰度图像二值化、区域填充、去干扰、连续膨胀等操作,统计出霉变颗粒数目;同时,基于感染黄曲霉毒素的玉米颗粒在365 nm紫外光照射下会发出独特的黄绿色荧光(bright greenish-yellow fluorescence,BGYF)特性,通过对彩色图像进行增强、形态滤波、彩图二值化、去除干扰、图像连续膨胀等,统计出感染黄曲霉毒素玉米颗粒的数量。用4组共112粒玉米对所提方法进行检测验证的结果表明,霉变玉米颗粒的正确检出率达93.75%以上,感染黄曲霉毒素玉米颗粒的正确检出率亦可达87.5%以上,能够达到区分检测的要求。 | 张楠楠 刘伟 王伟 Ni Xinzhi 褚璇 | 2014 | 中国粮油学报2014,29,2: | 16 |
| 2 | Effect of Gastrodin on Early Brain Injury and Neurological Outcome After Subarachnoid Hemorrhage in Rats显示文摘Gastrodin is a phenolic glycoside that has been demonstrated to provide neuroprotection in preclinical models of central nervous system disease, but its effect in subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) remains unclear. In this study, we showed that intraperitoneal administration of gastrodin(100 mg/kg per day) significantly attenuated the SAH-induced neurological deficit, brain edema, and increased blood-brain barrier permeability in rats. Meanwhile, gastrodin treatment significantly reduced the SAHinduced elevation of glutamate concentration in the cerebrospinal fluid and the intracellular Ca2+ overload.Moreover, gastrodin suppressed the SAH-induced microglial activation, astrocyte activation, and neuronal apoptosis. Mechanistically, gastrodin significantly reduced the oxidative stress and inflammatory response, up-regulated the expression of nuclear factor erythroid 2–related factor2, heme oxygenase-1, phospho-Akt and B-cell lymphoma2, and down-regulated the expression of BCL2-associated X protein and cleaved caspase-3. | 3 | Landslide susceptibility mapping using hybrid random forest with GeoDetector and RFE for factor optimization显示文摘The present study aims to develop two hybrid models to optimize the factors and enhance the predictive ability of the landslide susceptibility models.For this,a landslide inventory map was created with 406 historical landslides and 2030 non-landslide points,which was randomly divided into two datasets for model training(70%)and model testing(30%).22 factors were initially selected to establish a landslide factor database.We applied the GeoDetector and recursive feature elimination method(RFE)to address factor optimization to reduce information redundancy and collinearity in the data.Thereafter,the frequency ratio method,multicollinearity test,and interactive detector were used to analyze and evaluate the optimized factors.Subsequently,the random forest(RF)model was used to create a landslide susceptibility map with original and optimized factors.The resultant hybrid models GeoDetector-RF and RFE-RF were evaluated and compared by the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC)and accuracy.The accuracy of the two hybrid models(0.868 for GeoDetector-RF and 0.869 for RFE-RF)were higher than that of the RF model(0.860),indicating that the hybrid models with factor optimization have high reliability and predictability.Both RFE-RF GeoDetector-RF had higher AUC values,respectively 0.863 and 0.860,than RF(0.853).These results confirm the ability of factor optimization methods to improve the performance of landslide susceptibility models. | Xinzhi Zhou Haijia Wen Yalan Zhang Jiahui Xu Wengang Zhang | 2021 | Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,5: | 12 |

| 5 | Thermal protection mechanism of heat pipe in leading edge under hypersonic conditions显示文摘Sharp local structure, like the leading edge of hypersonic aircraft, confronts a severe aerodynamic heating environment at a Mach number greater than 5. To eliminate the danger of a material failure, a semi-active thermal protection system is proposed by integrating a metallic heat pipe into the structure of the leading edge. An analytical heat-balance model is established from traditional aerodynamic theories, and then thermal and mechanical characteristics of the structure are studied at Mach number 6–8 for three refractory alloys, Inconel 625, C-103, and T-111. The feasibility of this simple analytical method as an initial design tool for hypersonic aircraft is assessed through numerical simulations using a finite element method. The results indicate that both the isothermal and the maximum temperatures fall but the von Mises stress increases with a longer design length of the leading edge. These two temperatures and the stress rise remarkably at a higher Mach number. Under all investigated hypersonic conditions, with a 3 mm leading edge radius and a0.15 m design length, the maximum stress exceeds the yield strength of Inconel 625 at Mach numbers greater than 6, which means a material failure. Based on the restricted system equivalent (r.s.e.) transformation and by introducing new state vectors, the singular system is transformed into a discrete-time Markovian jump standard linear system, and the linear matrix inequality (LMI) conditions for the discrete-time Markovian jump singular systems to be regular, causal, stochastically stable, and stochastically stable with γ-disturbance attenuation are obtained, respectively. With these conditions, the robust state feedback stochastic stabilization problem and H-infinity control problem are solved, and the LMI conditions are obtained. | 15 | Analytic estimation and numerical modeling of actively cooled thermal protection systems with nickel alloys显示文摘Actively cooled thermal protection system has great influence on the engine of a hypersonic vehicle, and it is significant to obtain the thermal and stress distribution in the system. So an analytic estimation and numerical modeling are performed in this paper to investigate the behavior of an actively cooled thermal protection system. The analytic estimation is based on the electric analogy method and finite element analysis(FEA) is applied to the numerical simulation. Temperature and stress distributions are obtained for the actively cooled channel walls with three kinds of nickel alloys with or with no thermal barrier coating(TBC). The temperature of the channel wall with coating has no obvious difference from the one with no coating, but the stress with coating on the channel wall is much smaller than that with no coating. Inconel X-750 has the best characteristics among the three Ni-based materials due to its higher thermal conductivity, lower elasticity module and greater allowable stress. The stratum is dated from 70.9±6.2 ka BP to 124.9±15.8 ka BP by TL method. Dates from 44±7 ka BP to 63±3 ka BP, 61―68 ka BP and 35.34±2 ka BP are obtained for the lower part of this layer by 230Th, IRSL and 14C respectively. Based on the comparisons between this scapula and the scapulae of Neanderthals, Skhul/Qafzeh fossils, Eurasian Upper Paleolithic specimens and recent modern humans on the glenoid fossa, axillo-spinal angle, axillary border and other features, the present authors arrived at a preliminary conclusion that this Salawusu scapula is characterized by modern fea- tures of Upper Pleistocene humans mixed with a Neanderthal-like feature. | SHANG Hong LIU Wu WU Xinzhi DONG Guangrong | 2006 | Chinese Science Bulletin2006,51,17: | 2 |
