| 1 | 1999-2005年我国婴幼儿人杯状病毒腹泻研究显示文摘人杯状病毒(HuCV)是世界范围内急性腹泻的重要病原。此文收集我国长春、北京、河北卢龙、兰州、昆明等13个地区1999-2005年5岁以下腹泻患儿检测轮状病毒为阴性的粪便标本4426份,用ELISA和RT-PCR方法检测HuCV,结果表明HuCV检测阳性率为19%(8.3%-38.6%)。对其中151株HuCV PCR产物测序进行核苷酸序列比对构建的系统发生树表明,我国流行的HuCV以诺如病毒(NV)为主(146/151,占96.7%),其中绝大多数为GGⅡ/4基因型(99/146),其它依次为GGⅡ/3(22/146)、GGⅡ/5(8/146)、GGⅡ/6(2/146)、GGⅡ/7(2/146)、GGⅡ/8(2/146)和GGⅠ/2(2/146),札如病毒(SV)共5株,均属SGⅡ。此外有9株NV GGⅡ遗传组毒株,尚不能归入现有基因型,可能为我国特有的新基因型,表明我国流行的HuCV毒株存在很高的遗传多样性。我国婴幼儿HuCV腹泻全年都有发生,但秋冬季(10月-次年1月)有一个发病高峰,病例以6-17月龄组最多,至3岁时超过96%的儿童都感染过HuCV。对我国流行的HuCV不同毒株的地区分布,不同年度HuCV检测阳性率的变化趋势进行了讨论。 | 方肇寅 谢华萍 吕红霞 刘娜 章青 段招军 Duncan Steele Baoming Jiang Xi Jiang | 2007 | 病毒学报2007,23,1: | 131 |

| 5 | 中国河北省卢龙县儿童轮状病毒腹泻研究显示文摘轮状病毒是我国儿童重症腹泻的主要病原。按照WHO轮状病毒监测方案,于1999年7月至2003年6月,在河北省卢龙县开展了医院和社区为基础<5岁儿童轮状病毒腹泻的监测。结果表明:卢龙县<5岁儿童腹泻的发病率为1 3次/人/年。4年中全县共有2350名<5岁急性腹泻患儿住院,占所有住院儿童的38%(2350/6213)。住院的腹泻患儿每年有两个高峰,一个是夏季(6~8月),占全年腹泻住院病例的22%;另一个在冬季(12月至次年2月),占58%。住院的轮状病毒腹泻只有一个高峰,是在冬季(12月至次年2月),高峰期的轮状病毒腹泻住院患儿数占全年轮状病毒腹泻患儿住院数的86%。按全年统计,轮状病毒腹泻占住院腹泻患儿的46%,轮状病毒腹泻的住院率为11/1000儿童/年。在门诊腹泻患儿中轮状病毒腹泻患儿占28%,在社区腹泻患儿中轮状病毒腹泻占10%。轮状病毒毒株的分布,G3型(45%)最常见,其次为G1型(35%)、G2型(8%)、G4型(3%)、G9型(0 6%),混合感染较少(1%)。还有8%的毒株未能分出型别。在轮状病毒腹泻患者中,9~11月龄的儿童检出率最高(53%),其次是12~17月龄(51%)、18~23月龄(36%)和6~8月龄(30%)。在4年研究期间共有5~10名1~59月龄儿童可能因为轮状病毒腹泻死亡,其中有1例确诊为P[8]G1型毒株感染。初步估计。 | 方肇寅 张丽杰 唐景裕 章青 胡海宽 谢华萍 郑丽舒 Duncan Steele Paul Kilgore Joseph Bresee Erik Hummelman Xi Jiang Roger Glass | 2005 | 病毒学报2005,21,1: | 38 |

| 9 | Identification of a Stable Quantitative Trait Locus for Percentage Grains with White Chalkiness in Rice (Oryza sativa)显示文摘High chalkiness is a major problem in many rice-producing areas of the world, especially in hybrid rice (Oryza sativa L.) in China. We previously showed a major quantitative trait locus for the percentage of grains with white chalkiness (QTLqPGWC-8) in the interval G1149-R727 on chromosome 8 using a chromosome segment substitution line (CSSL). Here, we selected the line-CSSL50 harboring the QTLqPGWC-8 allele from the CSSLs derived from a cross between Asominori (as a recurrent parent) and IR24 (as a donor parent), which had higher percentage chalkiness, markedly different from that of Asominori. There were also significant differences in starch granules, appearance of amylose content (AAC) and milling qualities between Asominori and CSSL50, but not in grain size or thousand grain weight (TGW). The BC4F2 and BC4F3 populations from a cross between CSSL50 and Asominori were used for fine mapping of qPGWC-8. We narrowed down the location of this QTL to a 142 kb region between Indel markers 8G-7 and 8G-9. QTLqPGWC-8 accounted for 50.9% of the difference in PGWC between the parents. Here, we demonstrate the recent advances of intelligent cancer nanomedicine, and discuss the comprehensive understanding of their structure-function relationship for smart and efficient cancer nanomedicine including various imaging and therapeutic applications, as well as nanotoxicity. In particular, a few emerging strategies that have advanced cancer nanomedicine are also highlighted as the emerging focus such as tumor imprisonment, supramolecular chemotherapy, and DNA nanorobot. The challenge and outlook of some scientific and engineering issues are also discussed in future development. | 17 | Substance P-modified human serum albumin nanoparticles loaded with paclitaxel for targeted therapy of glioma显示文摘The blood–brain barrier(BBB) and the poor ability of many drugs to cross that barrier greatly limits the efficacy of chemotherapies for glioblastoma multiforme(GBM). The present study exploits albumin as drug delivery vehicle to promote the chemotherapeutic efficacy of paclitaxel(PTX) by improving the stability and targeting efficiency of PTX/albumin nanoparticles(NPs). Here we characterize PTX-loaded human serum albumin(HSA) NPs stabilized with intramolecular disulfide bonds and modified with substance P(SP) peptide as the targeting ligand. The fabricated SP-HSA-PTX NPs exhibited satisfactory drug-loading content(7.89%) and entrapment efficiency(85.7%) with a spherical structure(about 150 nm) and zeta potential of -12.0 mV. The in vitro drug release from SP-HSA-PTX NPs occurred in a redox-responsive manner. | 20 | A novel quantified bitterness evaluation model for traditional Chinese herbs based on an animal ethology principle显示文摘Traditional Chinese herbs(TCH) are currently gaining attention in disease prevention and health care plans. However, their general bitter taste hinders their use. Despite the development of a variety of taste evaluation methods, it is still a major challenge to establish a quantitative detection technique that is objective, authentic and sensitive. Based on the two-bottle preference test(TBP), we proposed a novel quantitative strategy using a standardized animal test and a unified quantitative benchmark. To reduce the difference of results, the methodology of TBP was optimized. The relationship between the concentration of quinine and animal preference index(PI) was obtained. Then the PI of TCH was measured through TBP, and bitterness results were converted into a unified numerical system using the relationship of concentration and PI. To verify the authenticity and sensitivity of quantified results,human sensory testing and electronic tongue testing were applied. The quantified results showed a good discrimination ability. For example, the bitterness of Coptidis Rhizoma was equal to 0.0579 mg/mL quinine, and Nelumbinis Folium was equal to 0.0001 mg/mL. The validation results proved that the newassessment method for TCH was objective and reliable.
