| 1 | Comparisons of microstructure homogeneity,texture and mechanical properties of AZ80 magnesium alloy fabricated by annular channel angular extrusion and backward extrusion显示文摘This paper provided an efficient single pass severe plastic deformation(SPD)method,annular channel angular extrusion(ACAE),for fabricating AZ80 magnesium alloy shell part.The effect of ACAE process on the microstructure homogeneity,texture,and mechanical properties of extruded part was experimentally investigated.For comparison,conventional backward extrusion(BE)was also conducted on processing AZ80 part with same specification.The results showed that ACAE process has a better capacity to refine the microstructure and dramatic improve the deformation homogeneity of the extruded part than BE process.Due to two strong shear deformations were implemented,ACAE process could also concurrently modify the basal texture more notably than BE process.In particular,a bimodal texture was found in ACAE extruded part,which was greatly related to the enhanced synergetic action of basal slip and secondaryslip caused by the effective shear stress.More uniform and superior hardness along the thickness and height of part were achieved via ACAE process.Further surveying of tensile tests also showed that the part fabricated by ACAE process exhibited significantly higher and far more homogeneous tensile properties with an excellent balance of strength and ductility.The remarkable enhanced tensile properties of ACAE extruded part could be primarily attributed to the significant grain refinement,which provided a powerful grain boundary strengthening effect and meaningfully suppressed the development of twin-sized cracks during tensile deformation.It was established that ACAE process seemed to be a very promising single pass SPD method for manufacturing Mg-based alloy shell parts with more homogeneous microstructure and superior performance. | Xi Zhao Shuchang Li Zhimin Zhang Pengcheng Gao Shuailing Kan Fafa Yan | 2020 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2020,8,3: | 10 |
| 2 | Toxicity and clinical reasonable application of Taoren(Semen Persicae) based on ancient and modern literature research显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To probe the toxicity and relative application theory of the commonly-used traditional Chinese herbal drug Taoren(Semen Persicae),and set up a correct attitude and principle and method to use Taoren(Semen Persicae) for treating the syndrome of stagnation of blood stasis and others in TCM clinic.METHODS:In this study,we analyzed and probed the ancient and modern literature research about Taoren(Semen Persicae),and summarized the realization of its toxicity and application contraindications in ancient herbals and the research assertion of its processing,drug-nature,pharmacologic actions,adverse reaction,and clinical reasonable application in modern literature.RESULTS:We found that some TCM doctors were worried about the effect of Taoren(Semen Persicae) 's disintegrating blood stasis to impair body's healthy Qi and its toxicity,and were not good at using this herb.And some patients were afraid of its toxic and side-effect not to take it.In the ancient and modern literatures some proper hates of Taoren(Semen Persicae) existed,and the toxicity component was also clear-cut,and the applications of Taoren(Semen Persicae) were in many fields especially the gynecological and traumatological diseases.The key root of toxicity generation and unreasonable application of Taoren(Semen Persicae) lies in taking without syndrome differentiation or using with overdosage.CONCLUSION:Under the precondition of correct processing,treatment based on syndrome differentiation,and taking the dosage stipulated by laws to apply Taoren(Semen Persicae) should be quite safe.The ancient and modern literature records and researches about Taoren(Semen Persicae) provide the determinate reference for understanding Taoren(Semen Persicae)'s efficacy and drug-nature(toxicity) more objectively and also for further correctly clinic recognition and research on Taoren(Semen Persicae). | Shengyan Xi Linchao Qian Haiying Tong Lifeng Yue Hui Zhao Dawei Wang Dawei Lu Pengcheng Li Xinrong Wang | 2013 | Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2013,33,2: | 5 |
| 3 | 基于deep CNN的Faster R-CNN在肝脏肿瘤超声图像中的初步应用显示文摘目的运用Faster R-CNN特征计算借助深层CNN架构,分析预标识肝脏肿块超声图像,尝试建立检测器并测试其效能。方法选择肝囊肿及肝癌超声图像为研究对象,收集正常肝脏各切面图像行deep CNN学习,迁移学习后优化预先训练的deep CNN构建更快的R-CNN。将ImageJ软件标识的肿瘤图像作为补丁训练分类器,并通过与基于区域建议的卷积神经网络集成构建检测器,检测器检测样本后自动标识肝脏异常病灶。结果(1)Faster R-CNN较传统检测器检测效率提高;(2)Faster R-CNN预测肝囊肿及肝癌的平均准确率均高于传统HOG-SVM,AlexNet、GoogleNet、ResNet三种CNN预测肝囊肿的准确率差异不显著,而三种方法中ResNet预测肝癌的准确性最佳。deep CNN进行特征转移五次交叉验证后,补丁分类结果中AlexNet、GoogleNet、ResNet预测准确性分别为94.94%、94.14%、98.68%,较传统HOG-SVM分类器准确性87.29%有提高。结论基于deep CNN的Faster R-CNN可高效准确预测肝脏肿瘤超声图像,具有一定的临床及研究价值。 | 管海涛 赵金丽 Xi Pengcheng | 2020 | 中国超声医学杂志2020,36,3: | 4 |
| 4 | Non-aqueous lithium bromine battery of high energy density with carbon coated membrane显示文摘Flow batteries with high energy density and long cycle life have been pursued to advance the progress of energy storage and grid application. Non-aqueous batteries with wide voltage windows represent a promising technology without the limitation of water electrolysis, but they suffer from low electrolyte concentration and unsatisfactory battery performance. Here, a non-aqueous lithium bromine rechargeable battery is proposed, which is based on Br_2/Br^-and Li^+/Li as active redox pairs, with fast redox kinetics and good stability. The Li/Br battery combines the advantages of high output voltage(~3.1 V),electrolyte concentration(3.0 mol/L), maximum power density(29.1 m W/cm^2) and practical energy density(232.6 Wh/kg). | 7 | Neuromorphic transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(nTENS)induces efficient tactile-related cortical networks in forearm amputees显示文摘Conventional transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation(cTENS),which uses a modulated square waveform as stimuli,has been generally used in testing and eliciting artificial tactile perception in forearm amputees.However,a novel neuromorphic TENS(nTENS)model based on neural signals has been largely ignored.In this study,we further explore the effect of nTENS patterns to elicit tactile perception in forearm amputees.Four forearm amputees were recruited to test discriminate tactile perception elicited by different TENS patterns with electroencephalography(EEG)recording at the following four stimulated sites:the index finger and the little finger on both phantom and real sides.Finally,we compared the results of cortical networks in six frequency bands at different stimulated sites between forearm amputees and able-bodied subjects.Behavioral results suggested that n TENS patterns required a lower electric charge at each stimulated site than cTENS patterns.And forearm amputees required a higher intensity in each TENS pattern than able-bodied subjects.Moreover,amputees showed a lower clustering coefficient(aCP),global efficiency(aEG),local efficiency(aEL),and a longer path length(aLP)than able-bodied subjects in all six frequency bands when stimulation was accessed.Specifically,the SMU pattern showed a higher functional network efficiency in real fingers than at phantom sites in theta,alpha,and high gamma bands.This study highlighted the characteristics of n TENS patterns in eliciting tactile perception among forearm amputees,which provided insights into evaluating the neural mechanism of tactile information processing in forearm amputees and building tactile perceptual systems for sensory rehabilitation. | LIU YaFei LI Bo XI PengCheng LV XiaoDan ZHANG Lin LIU ZhiQiang HUANG Qiang TANG RongYu HE JiPing CHEN LuYao LANG YiRan | 2023 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2023,66,5: | 0 |

| 9 | Effect of NK cells on GVHD in H-2 haploidentical bone marrow transplantation in mice显示文摘Objective: To study the effect of natural killer (NK) cells on graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) after H-2 haploidentical bone marrow transplantation(BMT) in mice. Methods:Murine model of H-2 haploidentical BMT was established by using Balb/c(H-2d) mouse as recipient, and Balb/c(H-2d)×C57BL/6(H-2b)(H-2d/b) mouse as donor. Lethally irradiated Balb/c(H-2d) mice were transplanted with the bone marrow cells from Balb/c(H-2d)×C57BL/6(H-2b)(H-2d/b) mice containing donor spleen cells and/or NK cells. GVHD and survival rates were studied by observation of clinical manifestations and pathological changes. Results:In the group of bone marrow +spleen cells, GVHD was induced in 90% mice; but in the group plus with low amount of NK cells, GVHD was induced in 20% mice; and in the group transplanted with high amount of NK cells, GVHD was induced only in 10% mice. Compared to the group transplanted only with BM plus spleen cells, the incidences of GVHD in the latter two groups decreased significantly(P < 0.01) and the survival rates at different periods of 15, 30, 45 and 60 days increased obviously(P < 0.01).
