1Changes of I_(K,ATP) current density and allosteric modulation during chronic atrial fibrillation显示文摘Background Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the most common supraventricular arrhythmia in clinical practice. Chronic atrial fibrillation (CAF) is associated with ionic remodeling. However, little is known about the activity of ATP-sensitive potassium current (IK,ATP) during CAF. So we studied the changes of IK,ATP density and allosteric modulation of ATP-sensitivity by intracellular pH during CAF.Methods Myocardium samples were obtained from the right auricular appendage of patients with rheumatic heart disease complicated with valvular disease in sinus rhythm (SR) or CAF. There were 14 patients in SR group and 9 patients in CAF group. Single atrial cells were isolated using an enzyme dispersion technique. IK,ATP was recorded using the whole-cell and inside-out configuration of voltage-clamp techniques. In whole-cell model, myocytes of SR and CAF groups were perfused with simulated ischemic solution to elicit IK,ATP. In inside-out configuration, the internal patch membranes were exposed to different ATP concentrations in pH 7.4 and 6.8.Results Under simulated ischemia, IK,ATP current density of CAF group was significantly higher than in SR group [(83.5±10.8) vs. (58.7±8.4) pA/pF, P<0.01]. IK,ATP of the two groups showed ATP concentration-dependent inhibition. The ATP concentration for 50% current inhibition (IC50) for the SR group was significantly different in pH 7.4 and pH 6.8 (24 vs. 74 μmol/L, P<0.01). 2MATLAB-Based Simulation of Buoyancy-Driven Underwater Glider Motion显示文摘The mass configuration of the buoyancy-driven underwater glider is decomposed and defined. The coupling between the glider body and its internal masses is addressed using the energy law. A glider motion model is established, and the corresponding simulation program is derived using MATLAB. The characteristics of the glider motion are explored using this program. The simula- tion results show that the basic characteristic of a buoyancy-driven underwater glider is the periodic alternation of downward and upward motions. The glider's spiral motion can be applied to missions in restricted regions. The glider's horizontal velocity, gliding depth and its motion radius in spiral motion can be changed to meet different application purposes by using different glider parameter designs. 3Certainties and uncertainties of land cover statistics in China显示文摘Vegetation or land cover maps have been made directly or indirectly available for the entire territory of China. The certainties and uncertainties of land cover statistics were analyzed by comparing three data sources: China’s Vegetation Map, IGPB DISCover, and University of Maryland Product. Great similarities in the statistics of 7 aggregated land cover types were found among the three data sources, particularly between the two global land cover maps. The per pixel agreement between any 2 of 3 maps was between 38.0%—51.4%; the per pixel agreement among all three maps was only 27.1%. Certainties were found in regions where vegetation types are typical and human land use practice is relatively homogenous; the uncertainties occurred to either vegetation transition zones or regions where land cover types and land use practice are relatively diversified. Systematic and multidisciplinary efforts are necessary to promote accurate mapping of nationwide land cover types in China. 8Comparison of VP broadband tiltmeter and VS vertical pendulum tiltmeter显示文摘Vertical pendulum(VP) tiltmeter is a kind of earthquake precursor observation equipment,which is used to record the interaction force associated with astronomical tidal tilts caused. Currently, VP broadband tiltmeter and vertical sensor(VS) vertical pendulum tiltmeter are primarily used. In this paper, we compare the two different instruments by using four aspectsdmechanical structure, circuitry, zeroing, and bandwidthdbased on their working principles and applications. 10THREE DIMENSIONAL MULTIPHASE COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS ANALYSIS OF VENTILATED SUPERCAVITATION显示文摘For some vehicles travelling through water,it is advantageous to cover the vehicle in a supercavity for the sake of reducing the drag acting on it. The method of artificial ventilation is most effective for generating and dominating the supercavity. This paper focuses on the numerical simulation of flow field around three dimensional body. The method is based on the multiphase computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model combined with the turbulence model and the full cavity model. The flow field of cavity is simulated by solving the compressible Navier-Stokes equations. The fundamental similarity parameters of ventilated supercavitaty flows that include cavitation number,Froude number,ventilation rate and drag coefficient are all investigated numerically in the case of steady flow and gravity field. We discuss the following simulations results in section 3: The variations of the cavitation number and the supercavity's relative diameter with ventilation rate (subtopic 3.1); The drag coefficient versus the cavitation number (subtopic 3.2); Deformation of supercavity axis caused by gravitational effect for three different fixed Froude numbers-2.8,3.4,4.2 (subtopic 3.3). In subtopic 3.2,we give the comparison results of the drag reduction ratio among numerical simulation and experiment conducted in hydrodynamic tunnel and towing tank respectively. In subtopic 3.3,we summarize our discussion of gravitational effect on the axis deformation of supercavity as follows: In the case of smaller Froude number,the inclination of the cavity axis increases monotonously with increasing horizontal length,and reaches its maximal value at the end of supercavity; This deformation can be almost completely negligible when the Froude number Fr>7. The comparisons with the experimental data in the hydrodynamic tunnel and the towing tank indicate that the present method is effective for predicting the flows around ventilated supercavity; that the numerical results is in good agreement with the experimental ones and that the maximal value of the drag reduction ratio can reach 88% compared with that the condition of fully-wetted.YANG Wugang ZHANG Yuwen YANG Jie ZUO Liankai 2008Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2008,21,1:1

13Cloning of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) histone H3 promoter and the activity analysis in rare minnow (Gobiocypris rarus )显示文摘Rainbow trout histone H3 (RH3) promoter was cloned via high fidelity PCR. The cloned RH3 promoter was inserted into a promoter-lacked vector pEGFP-1, resulting in an expression vector pRH3EGFP-1. The linearized pRH3EGFP-1 was microinjected into fertiilzed eggs of rare minnows and the sequential embryogenetic processes were monitored under a fluorescent microscope. Strong green fluorescence was ubiquitously observed at as early as the gastrula stage and then in various tissues at the fry stage. The results indicate that RH3 promoter, as a piscine promoter, could serve in producing transgenic Cyprinoid such as rare minnow. Promoter activity ofRH3, CMV and common carp ^-actin (CA) were compared in rare minnow by the expression of respective recombinant EGFP vectors.The expression of pCMVEGFP occurred earlier than the following one, pRH3EGFP-1, and then pCAEGFP during the embryogenesis of the transgenics. 14Synthesis of two-dimensional transition metal dichalcogenides for electronics and optoelectronics显示文摘Tremendous efforts have been devoted to preparing the ultrathin two-dimensional(2D)transition-metal dichalcogenides(TMDCs)and TMDCS-based heterojunctions owing to their unique properties and great potential applications in next generation electronics and optoelectronics over the past decade.However,to fulfill the demands for practical applications,the batch production of 2D TMDCs with high quality and large area at the mild condi-tions is still a challenge.This feature article reviews the state-of-the art research progresses that focus on the preparation and the applications in elec-tronics and optoelectronics of 2D TMDCs and their van der Waals hetero-junctions.First,the preparation methods including chemical and physical vapor deposition growth are comprehensively outlined.Then,recent progress on the application of fabricated 2D TMDCs based materials is revealed with particular attention to electronic(eg,field effect transistors and logic circuits)and optoelectronic(eg,photodetectors,photovoltaics,and light emitting diodes)devices.Finally,the challenges and future prospects are considered based on the current advance of 2D TMDCs and related heterojunctions.Min Wu Yonghong Xiao Yang Zeng Yuanliang Zhou Xiangbin Zeng Lining Zhang Wugang Liao 2021InfoMat2021,3,4:1
