| 1 | N-doped carbon supported Pd catalysts for N-formylation of amines with CO2/H2显示文摘Using mesoporous N-doped carbons(NCs)derived from glucose and melamine as the supports,a series of Pd/NC catalysts were prepared,in which Pd nanoparticles with average size<2.0 nm were uniformly distributed on the supports.It was indicated that the resultant Pd/NC catalysts were effective for N-formylation of amines with CO_2and H_2in ethanol without any additives.Especially,the catalyst Pd/NC-800-6.9%containing quaternary N showed the best performance,affording a series of formylamides in good or even excellent yields.Further investigation reveals that the interaction between the Pd nanoparticles and quaternary nitrogen in the NC support was responsible for the good performance of the catalyst. | Xiaoying Luo Hongye Zhang Zhengang Ke Cailing Wu Shien Guo Yunyan Wu Bo Yu Zhimin Liu | 2018 | Science China Chemistry2018,61,6: | 4 |

| 4 | Cellulose-based Polymeric Liquid Crystals as a Biomimetic Modifier for Suppressing Protein Adsorption显示文摘A novel biomimetic protein-resistant modifier based on cellulose-based polymeric liquid crystals was described(PLCs). Two types of PLCs of propyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ester(PPC) and octyl hydroxypropyl cellulose ester(OPC) were prepared by esterification from hydroxypropyl cellulose, and then were mixed with polyvinyl chloride and polyurethane to obtain composite films by solution casting, respectively. The surface morphology of PLCs and their composite films were characterized by polarized optical microscopy(POM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM), suggesting the existence of microdomain separation with fingerprint texture in PLC composite films. Water contact angle measurement results indicated that hydrophilicity of PLC/polymer composite films was dependent on the type and content of PLC as well as the type of matrix due to their interaction. Using bovine serum albumin(BSA) as a model protein, protein adsorption results revealed that PLCs with protein-resistant property can obviously suppress protein adsorption on their composite films, probably due to their flexible LC state. | 13 | Characterization of a Novel Esterase Belonging to Family V from Marinobacter flavimaris显示文摘Lipolytic enzymes have attracted enormous attentions because of their ability in ester hydrolysis,ester synthesis,transesterification and other biochemical reactions.Bacteria are important sources of lipolytic enzymes applied in industry.Here,a novel lipolytic enzyme encoded by esterase gene est1347 was identified in Marinobacter flavimaris WLL162,and was purified and characterized.The lipolytic enzyme Est1347 consisted of 312 amino acid residues and a 21-amino-acids N-terminal signal peptide with a predicted molecular weight of 34.2 kDa.It belongs to family V of bacterial lipolytic enzymes based on the amino acid sequence homology analysis.Est1347 is a mesophilic and alkali-resistant enzyme with the highest activity at 45℃and pH 8.5;it is stable at temperatures below 50℃and pH 7.5–11.0.Est1347 showed a preference for middle-length chain substrate p-NPC10 and a wide range of other substrates.The Km,Vmax,Kcat and Kcat/Km values of Est1347 for p-NPC10 in pH 8.5 at 45℃were 0.9411 mmol L^(−1),1285μmol min^(−1)mg^(−1),698.91 s^(−1)and 743.65 s^(−1)(mmol L^(−1))^(−1),respectively.It is also tolerant to the metal ions,organic solvents and detergents.In conclusion,the esterase Est1347 laid a foundation for further study of bacterial lipolytic enzyme family V. | HE Jingjing ZHANG Yunhui WU Leilei WANG Yaru ZHANG He LIU Zhengang SHI Xiaochong | 2024 | Journal of Ocean University of China2024,23,1: | 0 |
