1松花粉对家猪粪便特性及肠道菌群的影响显示文摘目的:观察松花粉对家猪粪便特性及肠道菌群的影响。方法:9头雄性阉割猪,体重363kg,随机分为对照组(基础饲料,Ⅰ组)、麦麸添加组(基础饲料加3.5%麦麸,Ⅱ组)和松花粉添加组(基础饲料加3.5%松花粉,Ⅲ组),单笼饲养,用基础饲料喂养1w后,给予不同饲料2个周期、每个周期14d的代谢实验,测定肠道菌群和粪便特性参数。结果:三组动物饲料摄入量一致,但Ⅲ组日排出新鲜粪便量比Ⅰ组多1倍,比Ⅱ组多78%;粪便干重比Ⅰ组多64%,比Ⅱ组高52%;粪便含水量是Ⅰ组的2倍,Ⅱ组的2.16倍。Ⅲ组每日粪便中排出的甘油三酯是Ⅱ组的3.5倍、Ⅰ组的3倍;每日粪便排出胆固醇达735mg,是Ⅰ组的1.7倍、Ⅱ组的1.5倍;脂肪酸排出量为1506mg,而Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组分别为535mg和560mg;胆酸的排泄量也高于其他两组,且与Ⅱ组间有显著性差异。Ⅲ组粪便中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、各项含氮组分以及有关菌群(logCFUV/d)的排出量远高于其他两组。结论:松花粉对调整机体氮代谢、肠道菌群和抑制脂肪吸收有重要意义。赵霖 W Windisch FX Roth K Eder 2006营养学报2006,28,3:10
2松花粉对脂代谢影响的实验研究显示文摘目的:观察松花粉对家猪脂代谢的影响。方法:选用雄性阉割猪9头,体重(36±3)kg,随机分为3组:基础饲料组、松花粉添加组和麦麸添加组。分别饲养于单独的代谢笼中,先用普通饲料喂养1周,再给予不同饲料进行代谢实验,测定脂代谢的有关参数。结果:松花粉组粪便中甘油三酯浓度最高(7.43 mg/g),与其他两组差异显著,每日粪便排出的甘油三酯是麦麸组的3.5倍、基础饲料组的3倍。松花粉组粪便胆固醇浓度也名列第一,每日粪便排出胆固醇总量达735 mg,是基础饲料组(408 mg)的1.7倍、麦麸组(421 mg)的1.5倍。松花粉组每克粪便含脂肪酸总量为15.78 mg(基础饲料组和麦麸组分别为9.07 mg和8.81 mg),是基础饲料组的1.74倍,麦麸组的1.79倍;松花粉组粪便中每日脂肪酸排出总量为1 506 mg,基础饲料组和麦麸组分别为535 mg和560 mg。粪便中胆酸的排泄量松花粉组也高于其他两组,而且与麦麸组间有显著性差异。结论:食用添加3.5%松花粉饲料后不仅非常显著地增加了家猪粪便中甘油三酯、胆固醇及脂肪酸的排泄量,同时也促进了胆酸的排泄。这一性质对调整机体能量代谢和脂代谢,抑制脂肪的吸收具有重要意义。赵霖 Windisch W Roth FX Eder K 2006军医进修学院学报2006,27,6:9
3Biodegradable magnesium barrier membrane used for guided bone regeneration in dental surgery显示文摘Barrier membranes are commonly used as part of the dental surgical technique guided bone regeneration(GBR)and are often made of resorbable collagen or non-resorbable materials such as PTFE.While collagen membranes do not provide sufficient mechanical protection of the covered bone defect,titanium reinforced membranes and non-resorbable membranes need to be removed in a second surgery.Thus,biodegradable GBR membranes made of pure magnesium might be an alternative.In this study a biodegradable pure magnesium(99.95%)membrane has been proven to have all of the necessary requirements for an optimal regenerative outcome from both a mechanical and biological perspective.After implantation,the magnesium membrane separates the regenerating bone from the overlying,faster proliferating soft tissue.During the initial healing period,the membrane maintained a barrier function and space provision,whilst retaining the positioning of the bone graft material within the defect space.As the magnesium metal corroded,it formed a salty corrosion layer and local gas cavities,both of which extended the functional lifespan of the membrane barrier capabilities.During the resorption of the magnesium metal and magnesium salts,it was observed that the membrane became surrounded and then replaced by new bone.After the membrane had completely resorbed,only healthy tissue remained.The in vivo performance study demonstrated that the magnesium membrane has a comparable healing response and tissue regeneration to that of a resorbable collagen membrane.Overall,the magnesium membrane demonstrated all of the ideal qualities for a barrier membrane used in GBR treatment.Patrick Rider Zeljka Peric Kacarevic Akiva Elad Drazen Tadic Daniel Rothamel Gerrit Sauer Fabien Bornert Peter Windisch David Botond Hangyasi Balint Molnar Emely Bortel Bernhard Hesse Frank Witte 2022Bioactive Materials2022,7,8:7
4Environmental responsibilities of livestock feeding using trace mineral supplements显示文摘Trace elements are essential dietary components for livestock species. However, they also exhibit a strong toxic potential. Therefore, their fluxes through the animal organism are tightly regulated by a complex molecular machinery that controls the rate of absorption from the gut lumen as well as the amount of excretion via faeces, urine and products(e.g., milk) in order to maintain an internal equilibrium. When supplemented in doses above the gross requirement trace elements accumulate in urine and faeces and, hence, manure. Thereby, trace element emissions represent a potential threat to the environment. This fact is of particular importance in regard to the widely distributed feeding practice of pharmacological zinc and copper doses for the purpose of performance enhancement. Adverse environmental effects have been described, like impairment of plant production, accumulation in edible animal products and the water supply chain as well as the correlation between increased trace element loads and antimicrobial resistance. In the light of discussions about reducing the allowed upper limits for trace element loads in feed and manure from livestock production in the European Union excessive dosing needs to be critically reconsidered.
