| 1 | 气象因素与心脑血管疾病急诊人次的时间序列分析显示文摘目的探讨日均气温、相对湿度和风速与医院日心脑血管疾病急诊就诊人次的相关性。方法收集北京市某三级甲等医院日心脑血管疾病急诊就诊人次和该地区日均气温、相对湿度和风速的时间序列数据。收集北京市该城区PM10、SO2和NO2日均浓度的时间序列数据。利用立方平滑样条函数将日均气温、相对湿度和风速以及作为潜在混杂因素的PM10、SO2和NO2日均浓度引入,同医院日心脑血管疾病急诊就诊人次间建立Poisson广义相加模型。根据AIC最小的原则,选择最终进入模型的变量,并确定其立方平滑样条函数自由度取值。结果医院日心脑血管疾病急诊就诊人次与日均气温和相对湿度表现出一定的非线性相关趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.1);与日均风速表现出负相关趋势,但无统计学意义(P>0.1)。结论北京市某城区气温、相对湿度和风速与医院心脑血管疾病急诊人次的相关性不明显。 | 刘利群 潘小川 郑亚安 Wichmann HE Franck U | 2008 | 环境与健康杂志2008，25，7： | 22 |
| 2 | 日最高气温与医院心脑血管疾病急诊人次关系的病例交叉研究显示文摘目的探讨北京市某区日最高气温与某医院心脑血管疾病急诊人次(ICD10:I00~I99)的关系,研究日最高气温对心脑血管疾病的影响。方法收集2004—2006年北京市海淀区某三级甲等医院急诊科心脑血管疾病资料及相关的气象资料和大气污染物资料,采用季节分层的病例交叉设计分析不同季节日最高气温变化对心脑血管疾病的影响。结果多气象因素模型结果显示,春、夏季日最高气温每升高1℃,心脑血管疾病急诊人次分别增加17.3%(OR=1.173,95%CI:1.149~1.197)和4.2%(OR=1.042,95%CI:1.011~1.074);而秋季日最高气温每升高1℃,心脑血管疾病急诊人次反而下降25%(OR=0.750,95%CI:0.727~0.773),关联有统计学意义(P<0.05);冬季日最高气温每升高1℃,心脑血管疾病急诊人次下降2.1%(OR=0.979,95%CI:0.956-1.004),但关联无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论春、夏季日最高气温升高可以导致心脑血管疾病急诊增加,提示春季和夏季,日最高气温的增加可能是心脑血管疾病发病的一个危险性因素;而秋季和冬季,日最高气温的增加反而作为一种保护性因素,能够减少心脑血管疾病的发生。 | 王佳佳 郭玉明 李国星 Wichmann H E 潘小川 | 2009 | 环境与健康杂志2009，26，12： | 20 |
| 3 | 气温变化与心脑血管疾病急诊关系的病例交叉研究显示文摘目的探讨北京市日平均气温与心脑血管疾病急诊(ICD-10:100-199)的关系,研究气温变化对心脑血管疾病的影响。方法收集北京大学第三医院急诊科心脑血管疾病急诊资料、北京市气象资料和北京市大气污染物数据,应用时间分层的病例交叉设计研究方法分析春季(3—5月)、夏季(6~8月)、秋季(9—11月)、冬季(12—2月)日平均气温与心脑血管疾病急诊的关系。结果在控制二氧化硫(SO2)、二氧化氮(NO2)及大气可吸入颗粒物(PM10)影响的情况下,春季、夏季、秋季、冬季当日平均气温对心脑血管疾病急诊的影响最大,平均气温每升高1℃与心脑血管疾病急诊的OR值分别为1.282(95%CI:1.250-1.315)、1.027(95%CI:1.001~1.055)、0.661(95%CI:0.637~0.687)、0.960(95%CI:0.937~0.984),关联有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。当同时调整相对湿度、风速、大气压强的影响时,春季、夏季、秋季、冬季平均气温与心脑血管疾病急诊的OR值分别为1.423(95%CI:1.377—1.471)、1.082(95%CI:1.041~1.124)、0.633(95%CI:0.607~0.660)、0.971(95%CI:0.944~1.000),关联有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论春季、夏季日平均气温升高可以导致心脑血管疾病急诊人次增加,说明春夏季气温升高对心脑血管疾病患者是危险因素,应注意防暑;秋季、冬季气温升高可以导致心脑血管疾病急诊减少,说明秋冬季气温升高对心脑血管疾病患者是保护性因素,应注意保暖。 | 郭玉明 王佳佳 李国星 郑亚安 Wichmann HE 潘小川 | 2009 | 中华流行病学杂志2009，30，8： | 15 |

| 6 | Aging related methylation influences the gene expression of key control genes in colorectal cancer and adenoma显示文摘AIM To analyze colorectal carcinogenesis and age-related DNA methylation alterations of gene sequences associated with epigenetic clock CpG sites. METHODS In silico DNA methylation analysis of 353 epigenetic clock Cp G sites published by Steve Horvath was performed using methylation array data for a set of 123 colonic tissue samples [64 colorectal cancer(CRC), 42 adenoma, 17 normal; GEO accession number: GSE48684]. Among the differentially methylated agerelated genes, secreted frizzled related protein 1(SFRP1) promoter methylation was further investigated in colonic tissue from 8 healthy adults, 19 normal children, 20 adenoma and 8 CRC patients using bisulfite-specific PCR followed by methylation-specific high resolution melting(MS-HRM) analysis. m RNA expression of age-related 'epigenetic clock' genes was studied using Affymetrix HGU133 Plus2.0 whole transcriptome data of 153 colonic biopsy samples(49 healthy adult, 49 adenoma, 49 CRC, 6 healthy children)(GEO accession numbers: GSE37364, GSE10714, GSE4183, GSE37267). Whole promoter methylation analysis of genes showing inverse DNA methylationgene expression data was performed on 30 colonic samples using methyl capture sequencing.RESULTS Fifty-seven age-related Cp G sites including hypermethylated PPP1R16 B, SFRP1, SYNE1 and hypomethylated MGP, PIPOX were differentially methylated between CRC and normal tissues(P < 0.05, ?β≥ 10%). In the adenoma vs normal comparison, 70 CpG sites differed significantly, including hypermethylated DKK3, SDC2, SFRP1, SYNE1 and hypomethylated CEMIP, SPATA18(P < 0.05, ?β≥ 10%). In MS-HRM analysis, the SFRP1 promoter region was significantly hypermethylated in CRC(55.0% ± 8.4 %) and adenoma tissue samples(49.9% ± 18.1%) compared to normal adult(5.2% ± 2.7%) and young(2.2% ± 0.7%) colonic tissue(P < 0.0001). DNA methylation of SFRP1 promoter was slightly, but significantly increased in healthy adults compared to normal young samples(P < 0.02). This correlated with significantly increased SFRP1 m RNA levels in children compared to normal adult samples(P < 0.05). In CRC tissue the mR NA expression of 117 agerelated genes were changed, while in adenoma samples 102 genes showed differential expression compared with normal colonic tissue(P < 0.05, logF C > 0.5). The change of expression for several genes including SYNE1, CLEC3 B, LTBP3 and SFRP1, followed the same pattern in aging and carcinogenesis, though not for all genes(e.g., MGP).
