1Indosinian isotope ages of plutons and deposits in southwestern Miaoershan-Yuechengling,northeastern Guangxi and implications on Indosinian mineralization in South China显示文摘The Miaoershan-Yuechengling complex pluton is the largest granitoid complex in the western Nanling metallogenic belt with a surface exposure of >3000 km2.The complex pluton is composed of an early stage granitoid batholith and late stage small intrusions.The early stage batholith contains mainly medium-grained porphyritic mica granite and porphyritic monzonite granite,whereas the late stage intrusions are composed of muscovite granite porphyry and muscovite monzonitic granite.There are many W-Sn-Mo-Pb-Zn-Cu ores in the contact zone between the batholith and strata,forming an ore-rich belt around the batholith.Based on zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb ages,the southwestern part of the early stage batholith formed at 228.7 ± 4.1 Ma(MSWD = 2.49),with slightly earlier magmatic activity at 243.0 ± 5.8 Ma(MSWD = 2.62).The Yuntoujie muscovite granite was associated with W-Mo mineralization and has a zircon LA-ICP-MS U-Pb age of 216.8 ± 4.9 Ma(MSWD = 1.44).The Re-Os isochron age of molybdenite from the Yuntoujie W-Mo ore was 216.8 ± 7.5 Ma(MSWD = 11.3).Our new isotope data suggest that the late stage intrusive stocks from the southwestern Miaoershan-Yuechengling batholith were closely associated with W-Mo mineralization from the Indosinian period.These new results together with previous isotope data,suggest that South China underwent not only the well-known Yanshanian mineralization event,but also a widespread Indosinian metallogenic event during the Mesozoic period.Therefore,South China has a greater potential for Indosinian mineralization than previously thought such that more attention should be given to the Indosinian ore prospecting in South China.WU Jing LIANG HuaYing HUANG WenTing WANG ChunLong SUN WeiDong SUN YaLi LI Jing MO JiHai WANG XiuZhang 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,9:28
2Predictive values of multidetector-row computed tomography combined with serum tumor biomarkers in preoperative lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer显示文摘Objective: Multidetector-row computed tomography(MDCT) and serum tumor biomarkers are commonly used to evaluate the preoperative lymph node metastasis and the clinical staging of gastric cancer(GC). This study intends to evaluate the clinical predictive value of MDCT and serum tumor biomarkers in lymph node metastasis of GC.Methods: The clinicopathologic data of 445 GC patients who underwent radical gastrectomy were retrospectively analyzed to evaluate the diagnostic value of MDCT and serum tumor biomarkers in lymph node metastatic staging of GC before surgery.Results: With the multinomial logistic regression analysis, the independent relative factors of lymph node metastasis of GC were identified as tumor size, depth of tumor invasion, vessel invasion, vascular embolus, and soft tissue invasion. The optimal critical value of the short diameter of lymph nodes detected by MDCT scanning for evaluation of preoperative lymph node metastasis was 6.0 mm, with 75.7% as predictive accuracy of lymph node metastasis compared to the postoperative pathological results of GC patients. In addition, the critical value of the short diameter of lymph nodes combined with serum tumor biomarkers [including carbohydrate antigen(CA)-724 and CA-199] could show an enhancement of predictive sensitivity of lymph node metastasis(up to 89.3%) before surgery.Conclusions: MDCT combined with serum tumor biomarkers should be adopted to improve preoperative sensitivity and accuracy of lymph node metastasis for GC patients.Huihui Bai Jingyu Deng Nannan Zhang Huifang Liu Wenting He Jinyuan Liu Han Liang 2019Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2019,31,3:11
3Identification of an Early–Middle Jurassic oxidized magmatic belt,south Gangdese,Tibet,and geological implications显示文摘The south Gangdese region is the site of subduction of the Neo-Tethys and subsequent continental collision. Compared with widespread Cretaceous and Cenozoic magmatism, Early–Middle Jurassic magmatic rocks and related deposits are rarely reported. Our work identified a >200 km long felsic rock belt associated with Cu mineralization in the south Gangdese region. We report here zircon U–Pb ages, zircon Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)values, and mineral assemblages of two Cu mineralized intrusions within the belt. A hornblende granite and a diorite porphyry were emplaced at 177.3 Ma and 166.3 Ma, respectively.Geological occurrence and magmatic hematite–magnetite–chalcopyrite intergrowths suggest that Cu mineralization formed coeval with Jurassic intrusions. Mineralized intrusions have high zircon Ce^(4+)/Ce^(3+)and EuN/Eu?N ratios, and hematite–magnetite intergrowths, suggesting their parent magmas were highly oxidized. Hornblende is common and primary fluid inclusions are found in titanite and apatite,indicating their parent magmas were water-saturated and exsolved volatile phases at early stage of magmatic evolution. Those magma characters contribute to the formation of porphyry Cu deposits. 5Characterization of the soybean Gm ALMT family genes and the function of Gm ALMT5 in response to phosphate starvation显示文摘A potential mechanism to enhance utilization of sparingly soluble forms of phosphorus(P) is the root secretion of malate, which is mainly mediated by the ALMT gene family in plants. In this study, a total of 34 Gm ALMT genes were identified in the soybean genome. Expression patterns diverged considerably among Gm ALMTs in response to phosphate(Pi) starvation in leaves, roots and flowers, with expression altered by P availability in 26 of the 34 Gm ALMTs. One root-specific Gm ALMT whose expression was significantly enhanced by Pi-starvation,Gm ALMT_5, was studied in more detail to determine its possible role in soybean P nutrition. Analysis of Gm ALMT_5 tissue expression patterns, subcellular localization, and malate exudation from transgenic soybean hairy rootsoverexpressing Gm ALMT_5, demonstrated that Gm ALMT_5 is a plasma membrane protein that mediates malate efflux from roots. Furthermore, both growth and P content of transgenic Arabidopsis overexpressing Gm ALMT_5 were significantly increased when sparingly soluble Ca-P was used as the external P source. Taken together, these results indicate that members of the soybean Gm ALMT gene family exhibit diverse responses to Pi starvation. 6Petrogenesis of the Payangazu Complex in Southern Mandalay, Central Myanmar and Its Tectonic Implications显示文摘The Payangazu complex in the central Myanmar is composed mainly of quartz diorite,granodiorite,and some synplutonic mafic dikes.The quartz diorite and granodiorite have zircon U-Pb ages of 130.5±4.0(MSWD=3.5)and 118.4±2.5 Ma(MSWD=2.4),respectively.Rock samples of the quartz diorite and granodiorite are metaluminous,enriched in large-ion lithophile elements like LREE,Rb,Th,and U,and depleted in high field-strength elements such as HREE,Nb,Ta,P,and Ti,indicative of arc-type magmatic affinities.Whole rock samples of the quartz diorite haveε_(Hf)(t)value of+0.6,initial ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of 0.708 6 to 0.710 0,andε_(Nd)(t)values of-4.8 to-4.9;whereas rocks of the granodiorite are relatively isotopically enriched,withε_(Hf)(t)values of-5.1 to-7.2,initial ^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of 0.711 7 to 0.711 8,andε_(Nd)(t)values of-8.7 to-8.8.The isotopic data together with the high Mg~#(both the quartz diorite and granodiorite have Mg~#values of>40)suggest a strong involvement of mantle materials in the genesis of the parent magmas.The possible petrogenetic process may be that the ascending of melts from partial melting of metasomatized mantle wedge triggered by dehydration of subducted slab resulted in partial melting of the lower crust and mixed with the latter.These Early Cretaceous intrusions from the complex are older than those found in the eastern Wuntho-Popa arc in western Myanmar,eastern Himalaya,and western Yunnan which are interpreted to be related to the Neo-Tethyan subduction,and haveε_(Nd)(t),ε_(Hf)(t)values lower than the latter.On the contrary,the ages and geochemical characteristics of the Payangazu complex are consistent with some of the intrusions in the northern magmatic belt in Tibet,eastern Himalaya,and western Yunnan which are believed to be associated with the subduction of the Bangong-Nujiang Ocean crust.Thus,we propose that the Early Cretaceous intrusions in the central Myanmar are most likely related to the southward subduction of an ocean slab that was possibly an extension of the Bangong-Nujiang Ocean.Kaixuan Li Huaying Liang Zhiwei Bao Wenting Huang Jian Zhang Long Ren 2019Journal of Earth Science2019,30,1:2

10Synthesis and ultraviolet/aggregation-induced emission investigation of novel tetraphenylvinyl hydrazone derivatives: efficient multimodal chemosensors for fluoride ion显示文摘Herein,three novel tetraphenylethylene hydrazone chemosensors TC12,SC16,and TC16 are prepared for the selective detection of F−.Two NH and one C=N units are incorporated into the sensors for better colorimetric responses,whereas the tetraphenyl unit is in charge of the aggregation-induced emission effect.Among them,compounds SC16 and TC16 form stable gels with some organic solvents.All the tetrahydrofuran/H2O solutions of the three compounds exhibit aggregation-induced emission effect,whereby the fluorescence emission increases by varying degrees with the volume of poor solvent water.Moreover,good aggregation-induced emission effects are observed in the self-assembly of SC16 and TC16.As a sample chemosensor,TC12 in tetrahydrofuran responds to F−selectively with high sensitivity,with the colorimetric and fluorometric detection limits of 8.25×10^(−7) mol·L^(-1) and 2.69×10^(−7) mol·L^(-1),respectively.The reversible gel-sol-gel phase transition and color changes indicate that both SC16-dimethyl sulfoxide and TC16-ethyl acetate gels specifically respond to F-with good sensitivity.The detection results are well supported by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,fluorescent spectroscopy,and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance.More importantly,the driving forces of gelation are visually clarified through the single crystal X-ray analysis of compound TOMe.Wenting Yin Linqi Shi Mengjiao Liang Yaodong Huang Junjiao Yang 2023Frontiers of Chemical Science and Engineering2023,17,12:0
11The existence of a nonclassical TCA cycle in the nucleus that wires the metabolic-epigenetic circuitry显示文摘The scope and variety of the metabolic intermediates from the mitochondrial tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle that are engaged in epigenetic regulation of the chromatin function in the nucleus raise an outstanding question about how timely and precise supply/consumption of these metabolites is achieved in the nucleus.We report here the identification of a nonclassical TCA cycle in the nucleus(nTCA cycle).We found that all the TCA cycle-associated enzymes including citrate synthase(CS),aconitase 2(ACO2),isocitrate dehydrogenase 3(IDH3),oxoglutarate dehydrogenase(OGDH),succinyl-CoA synthetase(SCS),fumarate hydratase(FH),and malate dehydrogenase 2(MDH2),except for succinate dehydrogenase(SDH),a component of electron transport chain for generating ATP,exist in the nucleus.We showed that these nuclear enzymes catalyze an incomplete TCA cycle similar to that found in cyanobacteria.We propose that the nTCA cycle is implemented mainly to generate/consume metabolic intermediates,not for energy production.We demonstrated that the nTCA cycle is intrinsically linked to chromatin dynamics and transcription regulation.Together,our study uncovers the existence of a nonclassical TCA cycle in the nucleus that links the metabolic pathway to epigenetic regulation.Xujun Liu Wenzhe Si Lin He Jianguo Yang Yani Peng Jie Ren Xiaoping Liu Tong Jin Huajing Yu Zihan Zhang Xiao Cheng Wenting Zhang Lu Xia Yunchao Huang Yue Wang Shumeng Liu Lin Shan Yu Zhang Xiaohan Yang Haixia Li Jing Liang Luyang Sun Yongfeng Shang 2021Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2021,6,12:0
12The Halo Concentration and Mass Relation Traced by Satellite Galaxies显示文摘We study the relation between halo concentration and mass(c-M relation) using galaxy catalogs of the Seventh and Eighth Data Releases of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey(SDSS DR7 and DR8). Assuming that the satellite galaxies follow the distribution of dark matter, we derive the halo concentration by fitting the satellite radial profile with a Nararro Frank and White(NFW) format. The derived c-M relation covers a wide halo mass range from10^(11.6)to 10^(14.1)M_(⊙). We confirm the anti-correlation between the halo mass and concentration as predicted in cosmological simulations. Our results are in good agreement with those derived using galaxy dynamics and gravitational lensing for halos of 10^(11.6)– 10^(12.9)M_(⊙), while they are slightly lower for halos of 10^(12.9)– 10^(14.1)M_(⊙).This is because blue satellite galaxies are less concentrated, especially in the inner regions. 13Accelerating hybrid and compact neural networks targeting perception and control domains with coarse-grained dataflow reconfiguration显示文摘Driven by continuous scaling of nanoscale semiconductor technologies,the past years have witnessed the progressive advancement of machine learning techniques and applications.Recently,dedicated machine learning accelerators,especially for neural networks,have attracted the research interests of computer architects and VLSI designers.State-of-the-art accelerators increase performance by deploying a huge amount of processing elements,however still face the issue of degraded resource utilization across hybrid and non-standard algorithmic kernels.In this work,we exploit the properties of important neural network kernels for both perception and control to propose a reconfigurable dataflow processor,which adjusts the patterns of data flowing,functionalities of processing elements and on-chip storages according to network kernels.In contrast to stateof-the-art fine-grained data flowing techniques,the proposed coarse-grained dataflow reconfiguration approach enables extensive sharing of computing and storage resources.Three hybrid networks for MobileNet,deep reinforcement learning and sequence classification are constructed and analyzed with customized instruction sets and toolchain.A test chip has been designed and fabricated under UMC 65 nm CMOS technology,with the measured power consumption of 7.51 mW under 100 MHz frequency on a die size of 1.8×1.8 mm^2.Zheng Wang Libing Zhou Wenting Xie Weiguang Chen Jinyuan Su Wenxuan Chen Anhua Du Shanliao Li Minglan Liang Yuejin Lin Wei Zhao Yanze Wu Tianfu Sun Wenqi Fang Zhibin Yu 2020Journal of Semiconductors2020,41,2:0
14Switched enantioselectivity by solvent components and temperature in photocyclodimerization of 2-anthracenecarboxylate with 6~A,6~X-diguanidio-γ-cyclodextrins显示文摘A series of 6~A,6~X-diguanidio-γ-cyclodextrins(CDs) were used as chiral hosts for mediating the enantiodifferentiating [4 + 4] photocyclodimerization of 2-anthracenecarboxylic acid(AC). These y-CD derivatives form stable 1:2 ternary complexes with AC in aqueous ammonia solutions and the head-tohead photodimers 3 and 4 were greatly enhanced in the presence of these diguanidio-γ-CDs. 15MicroRNA-181a is elevated by 10-hydroxycamptothecin and represses lung carcinoma progression by downregulating FOXP1显示文摘Tumor progression is usually characterized by proliferation,migration,and angiogenesis,which is essential for supplying both nutrients and oxygen to the tumor cells.Therefore,targeting angiogenesis has been considered a promising therapeutic strategy for cancer prevention and treatment.In the present study,we demonstrated that in addition to suppressing lung cancer cell proliferation and migration in vitro,10-hydroxycamptothecin(10-HCPT)is also capable of inhibiting angiogenesis in vivo with a miR-181a-dependent manner.Mechanistically,by upregulating miR-181a,which in turn downregulating FOXP1,10-HCPT can inhibit the PI3K/Akt/ERK signaling pathwaymediated angiogenesis.Furthermore,reduced levels of miR-181a have been found in both lung cancer cell lines and xenograft with concurrently elevated levels of FOXP1,VEGF,bFGF,and HDGF.Consistent with the findings from the in vitro experiments,miR-181a impairs neovascularization in our xenograft model.In summary,our findings have not only established the anti-oncogenic role of miR-181a in lung cancer angiogenesis but also suggest that 10-HCPT could be a potential therapeutic reagent for lung cancer treatment.LI PAN WENTING YI DONGMIN LIANG YULONG ZHAO RANRAN WANG PINGYU WANG YOUJIE LI JIAXUAN XIN YUNFEI YAN SHUYANG XIE 2022BIOCELL2022,46,2:0

18Temperature-driven braking of γ-cyclodextrin-curcubit[6]urilcowheeled [4]rotaxanes显示文摘Several cyclodextrin-cucurbit[6]uril-cowheeled [4]rotaxanes were synthesized through the cucurbit[6]uril-templated azide-alkyne 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition. The intramolecular interaction between the aromatic axle and the capping groups of cyclodextrin moieties was investigated by UV-vis, fluorescence,circular dichroism and NMR spectroscopic studies. The rotational kinetic of the wheel around the axle can be manipulated by adjusting the temperature. 19Controllable synthesis of polyoxometalates nanocubes and their specific interactions with prion proteins显示文摘It is found that Keggin-type of polyoxometalates nanocubes could be formed in aqueous medium under the adjustment of dimethylformamide (DMF),and could be changed from solid nanocubes to hollow ones with increasing temperature.
