| 1 | A model for discrimination and prediction of mental workload of aircraft cockpit display interface显示文摘With respect to the ergonomic evaluation and optimization in the mental task design of the aircraft cockpit display interface, the experimental measurement and theoretical modeling of mental workload were carried out under flight simulation task conditions using the performance evaluation, subjective evaluation and physiological measurement methods. The experimental results show that with an increased mental workload, the detection accuracy of flight operation significantly reduced and the reaction time was significantly prolonged; the standard deviation of R-R intervals(SDNN) significantly decreased, while the mean heart rate exhibited little change; the score of NASA_TLX scale significantly increased. On this basis, the indexes sensitive to mental workload were screened, and an integrated model for the discrimination and prediction of mental workload of aircraft cockpit display interface was established based on the Bayesian Fisher discrimination and classification method. The original validation and cross-validation methods were employed to test the accuracy of the results of discrimination and prediction of the integrated model, and the average prediction accuracies determined by these two methods are both higher than 85%. Meanwhile, the integrated model shows a higher accuracy in discrimination and prediction of mental workload compared with single indexes. | 3 | Alleviating experimental pulmonary hypertension via co-delivering FoxO1 stimulus and apoptosis activator to hyperproliferating pulmonary arteries显示文摘Pulmonary hypertension(PH)is an insidious pulmonary vasculopathy with high mortality and morbidity and its underlying pathogenesis is still poorly delineated.The hyperproliferation and apoptosis resistance of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells(PASMCs)contributes to pulmonary vascular remodeling in pulmonary hypertension,which is closely linked to the downregulation of forkhead box transcriptional factor O1(FoxO1)and apoptotic protein caspase 3(Cas-3).Here,PA-targeted co-delivery of a FoxO1 stimulus(paclitaxel,PTX)and Cas-3 was exploited to alleviate monocrotaline-induced pulmonary hypertension.The co-delivery system is prepared by loading the active protein on paclitaxel-crystal nanoparticles,followed by a glucuronic acid coating to target the glucose transporter-1 on the PASMCs.The co-loaded system(170 nm)circulates in the blood over time,accumulates in the lung,effectively targets the PAs,and profoundly regresses the remodeling of pulmonary arteries and improves hemodynamics,leading to a decrease in pulmonary arterial pressure and Fulton's index.Our mechanistic studies suggest that the targeted co-delivery system alleviates experimental pulmonary hypertension primarily via the regression of PASMC proliferation by inhibiting cell cycle progression and promoting apoptosis.Taken together,this targeted co-delivery approach offers a promising avenue to target PAs and cure the intractable vasculopathy in pulmonary hypertension. | Bingbing Li Chao Teng Huiling Yu Xiaohong Jiang Xuyang Xing Qi Jiang Chenshi Lin Zongmin Zhao Ruifeng Zhang Wei He | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,6: | 1 |

We introduce the hierarchical combination matching into the feature comparison, and build a map between the divided regions of two models, and then achieve accurate feature matching based on patch-by-patch, which successfully introduces the spatial information into feature matching.
